Emmett J Rice (b 1919) from Florence, SC, is best known as the second African-American Governor of the Federal Reserve and as the father of Susan Rice, former Ambassador to the United Nations and US National Security Advisor in the Obama administration.

He joined the Air Force in WWII, and was a member of the famed Tuskegee Airmen. He obtained business degrees from the City College of New York in the 40's, a PHD from Berkeley in California, and went on to teach at Cornell University. He began working as an economist at the Federal Reserve of New York, and helped establish the (Rothschild-owned) Central Bank of Nigeria and the Reserve Bank of India.

In 1964 he became Director of the Office of Developing Nations at the Treasury Department, and went to the World Bank as Executive Director in 1966. He became Senior Vice President at the National Bank of Washington (DC) until it went bankrupt. In 1979, he was appointed by President Carter as a US Federal Reserve Bank Governor, where he served until 1986; after leaving he worked for the DC chapter of the American Red Cross. Rice was a Council on Foreign Relations member and a Fulbright Scholar. He died in 2011.

Becomes more clear Q is kinda on the side from all the "bad actors" thus far, but I kinda can't shake the feeling they aren't that well connected as they should off been if an insider. Could of been more leading and suggestive rather than leave all the work to others to figure out instead. In Keeping with your post, recently Joseph Farrell shared a story that he considered a strange case of counterfeited US $1 bills, some $900,000 worth, that was intercepted by customs authorities. The bills were in crates, and came from (you guessed it) China.

He felt this was strange as usually counterfeiters chose $100, $50 or $20 dollars bills, as when one purchases a $10 item with a $100 bill, they receive 90 dollars real money back and therefore make an $90 profit.

He questions the point of $1 counterfeit bills. Either it's to cause inflation or . . . . and then he goes out on a limb and suggests that the $1 bills were tainted with the corona virus.
