China releases white paper on Covid 19, absolves itself from all global allegations

The newly released paper asserts among else that Covid 19 emerged through human-to-human transmission before it was detected and that animal- bats and pangolins to human transmission played insignificant role and can’t be confirmed as original source of the virus, among else.

I can’t locate the paper in itself but guess it’s all over the news.

Agape you might not realise it but this is the singlemost important post that might shift the Covid1984 origns conversation on where it should actually be. I'll post the report on the covid19 thread ASAP. However the posts linked don't give it enough credit.

Here there is another research paper alluding to the same theory of the Covid 19 aka SARS-CoV-2 origin ,
published at the beginning of April

by joint effort of two independent expert teams

Rosanna Segreto, Department of Microbiology, University of Innsbruck, Austria

and Yuri Deigin, Youthereum Genetics Inc., Toronto ON

titled Is considering genetic manipulation of SARS-CoV-2 a conspiracy theory that must be censored

For abbreviated version of its content and context follow article in Wion of June 4:

Evidence suggests genetic manipulation of Covid 19

Makes me think and what are they going to tell us this time . Starts reminding me of The Andromeda Strain movie. .Or has it been hiding around since Roswell?

The Wild Blue Yonder did not turn very famous as not easy to watch. Yet it too is a child of the Tree of Mahabodhi. Werner Herzog’s team was filming the “cancelled” Kalachakra ceremony in Bodhgaya in 2002,
the same time my Bodhgaya ET Event Report on human origins comes from.

The jolly atmosphere in Bodhgaya surrounding the ceremony and encircling holy Mt Kailash can be seen in his movie the The Wheel of Time

From Organic Consumers Assoc email update today:
    6/20/20
    Why?

"So far, most (not all) mainstream and progressive media outlets have toed the line on the origins of COVID-19 story. No genetic engineering. No lab escape.

Anyone who suggests otherwise is merely peddling conspiracy theories. But could the tide be slowly turning?

This week the Wall Street Journal, published an article that begins with this:

“New research has deepened, rather than dispelled, the mystery surrounding the origin of the coronavirus responsible for Covid-19. Bats, wildlife markets, possibly pangolins and perhaps laboratories may all have played some role, but the simple story of an animal in a market infected by a bat that then infected several human beings no longer looks credible.”

The Journal article refers to numerous studies, including one by Nikolai Petrovksy and colleagues at Flinders University in Australia who, the Journal reports, have found that SARS-CoV-2 has a higher affinity for human receptors than for any other animal species they tested, including pangolins and horseshoe bats.

“[Petrovsky] suggests that this could have happened if the virus was being cultured in human cells, adding that ‘We can’t exclude the possibility that this came from a laboratory experiment.’”

Why does it matter where the virus came from? Because as the news reports, including this one in 2016, reveal, safety measures at labs similar to the one in Wuhan are frighteningly lax. And the number of labs is growing.

According to a recent article in the New Yorker:

“Before 1990, there had been only two BSL-4 labs in the United States: one at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in Atlanta, and another at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (U.S.A.M.R.I.I.D.), in Fort Detrick, Maryland. In the nineteen-nineties, three were added. In the first seven years after 9/11, the United States opened ten more. In a 2007 report, Keith Rhodes, then the chief technologist in the Government Accountability Office (G.A.O.)—the independent watchdog that conducts research for Congress—observed that there was ‘a major proliferation of high-containment BSL-3 and BSL-4 labs is taking place in the United States.’ Rhodes counted fifteen known American BSL-4 labs (including N.B.A.F. [National Bio and Agro-defense Facility]) but suggested that there could be others; the number of BSL-3 labs appeared to have increased even more. ‘No single federal agency knows how many such labs there are in the United States,’ Rhodes wrote, and ‘no one is responsible for determining the aggregate risks associated with the expansion of these high-containment labs.’ In theory, the Federal Select Agent Program keeps tabs, since any lab in possession of a substance on its list has to register; a 2017 report from the G.A.O. counted two hundred and seventy-six high-containment select-agent labs in the United States. But the actual number is almost certainly higher, because not every dangerous pathogen is on the federal list.”

The real question we should be asking ourselves now is this: What possible justification is there for allowing (and funding with taxpayer dollars) researchers to engineer viruses to make them lethal to humans?

"Research into the origins of the new coronavirus raises questions about how it became so infectious in human beings

New research has deepened, rather than dispelled, the mystery surrounding the origin of the coronavirus responsible for Covid-19. Bats, wildlife markets, possibly pangolins and perhaps laboratories may all have played some role, but the simple story of an animal in a market infected by a bat that then infected several human beings no longer looks credible.

A study published in early May by scientists at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, Mass., and at the University of British Columbia has uncovered an unusual feature of the virus’s recent development: It has evolved too slowly. The genomes of viruses sampled from cases during the SARS epidemic of 2002-2003 showed rapid evolutionary change during the early months of the epidemic, as the virus adapted to its new host, followed by much slower change later. By contrast, samples taken from recent cases of the new coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, have comparatively few genetic substitutions compared with an early case from December. "

    Cover-Up of SARS-CoV-2 Exposed
    by Dr. Joseph Mercola

    "STORY AT-A-GLANCE
The mainstream media are still protecting the narrative that SARS-CoV-2 is a zoonotically transmitted virus originating in bats. Much of the evidence for this comes from Shi Zhengli, the chief Chinese researcher studying bat coronaviruses
While SARS-CoV-2 likely came from a bat, overwhelming evidence suggests it did not become infectious to humans through natural evolution
A recent article by Independent Science News editor Jonathan Latham presents several different lab origin hypotheses
Latham also exposes the fact that the Wuhan Institute of Virology failed to identify that a seven-year-old virus sample they have is the closest known precursor to SARS-CoV-2
Many who defend the all-natural zoonotic origin story justify their stance by saying there are no signs of genetic manipulation. However, there are several ways to manipulate a virus without leaving telltale markers
This closest-known relative was already in the genetic database under the name BtCoV/4991. However, when it was resequenced following the COVID-19 outbreak, they simply renamed that old virus, which has been on ice for seven years. Whether additional genetic manipulation was done to 4991 to create SARS-CoV-2 is unclear
Jonathan Latham, Ph.D., is a molecular biologist and a virologist, which is a great skillset to help us understand the origins of SARS-CoV-2. Latham reviews some really intriguing evidence in this interview. He’s also the editor of Independent Science News.

By and large, the mainstream media are still protecting the narrative that SARS-CoV-2 is a zoonotically transmitted virus originating in bats. Much of the evidence for this comes from Shi Zhengli, a researcher at the biosafety 4 laboratory in Wuhan, China.

As the leading Chinese bat coronavirus researcher, her career has been focused on studying bat coronaviruses for over a decade. In a recent article,1 Latham and Allison Wilson, Ph.D., dissect research showing this theory simply doesn’t hold water.

“Our article doesn't dispute that it came from a bat at some point, I think that is the strongest data, but what we do dispute is the mechanism by which it came from the bat,” Latham says.

    Lab Origin Theory No. 1
Latham’s article lays out several different lab origin hypotheses. The simplest one is that researchers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology or another virology BSL-2 lab that's even closer to the wet market speculated to be the origin of SARS-CoV-2. In that process, one of them got infected and then passed it on to coworkers or family, either because they didn’t properly quarantine or didn’t realize they were infected.

This is not the most likely of hypotheses for the simple reason that few naturally occurring bat coronaviruses identified have the ability to bind to human ACE2 receptors, which is what allows them to infect human cells in the first place. In order for this theory to work, the virus would have to circulate among many people, evolving slightly with each pass.

    Lab Origin Theory No. 2
Another theory is that the researchers were cloning a bat virus similar to SARS-CoV-2 in the lab in an effort to make a more infectious clone. Perhaps they placed the virus in monkey cells, humanized mice cells or human cells with an ACE-2 receptor expressed in them. A researcher may then have been accidentally infected.

“There have been lab escapes of viruses in which people fail to decontaminate samples and then they give the samples to someone else, or they throw them out with the trash, or some mishap arises,” Latham says.

“So, the virus is either identical to the one that was collected from the wild or very little altered by the lab, but then it escapes because there's some failure in the lab. That would be a second possibility.”

    Lab Origin Theory No. 3
A third possibility is that they were collecting samples and looking at genetic sequences in order to find a virus they could then alter, giving it more interesting properties. Perhaps they found some with the spike protein that had a greater affinity for the ACE2 receptor. By combining it with another virus, they may have been able to create — through genetic engineering — a more infectious virus.

The reason for mixing and matching viruses in the lab in this way is to identify potential pandemic pathogens (PPP). Meaning, two wild viruses, if they come in contact with another, might mutate into something deadly to humans.

“For example, we will swap spike proteins and see if the viruses that we have circulating in bats, really all they need to do is evolve better spike protein and all of a sudden, they can become pandemic pathogens,” Latham says.Genetic Engineering Doesn’t Necessarily Leave Marks
Many who defend the all-natural zoonotic origin story justify their stance by saying there are no signs of genetic manipulation. Like several other scientists, Latham points out there are ways you can manipulate a virus without leaving telltale markers. He explains the basics of the genetic engineering process:

“The standard thing, historically, was you find a restriction site in two different viruses, or you may manufacture a restriction site. That gives you a cutting place in the genome … Let's say you start with virus A and you cut a bit out and you put that into virus B. Of course, you've got to remove the bit from virus B that it already has.

So, you're basically swapping things and you're using restriction enzymes, which are basically enzymes that cut DNA in specific places. That's kind of the old-fashioned way.

There are newer methods with PCR and so forth that are slightly more complicated. It means you're not restricted to restriction sites to do that. There are very simple cutting and pasting [methods], but it doesn't necessarily leave a scar or a mark. This is the really important point here.

There are also passaging experiments. Passaging experiments are when you take a virus — say, for example, you take a virus that originally came from a bat and you put that into monkey cells, or human cells … What you normally observe with that virus is that it doesn't work too well in those cells because it's not adapted to them. It's a bat virus, so it doesn't work too well.

But what virologists have learned to do is to, essentially as the viral infection is failing, take a little sample of what is inside the cell and put that into another cell. Then, when that infection builds up … you take another sample.

This is called passaging. It allows the virus to evolve into a more pathogenic form against the cells that you are now putting into. So, you're always putting into the same species of cell. You can also do this with whole organisms.”

    The Most Likely Scenario
As noted by Latham, until the passaged virus has been genetically sequenced, there’s no telling exactly what it looks like, or how it might act. It’s fairly random in that sense. Latham explains:

“It may have recombined, it may have mutated; there's been a genetic change, but you don't know what it is until you research it, clone it and make a new infectious clone. And so, you have the possibility that what escaped from the lab is actually not known to the people in the lab. They don't actually know what it was that they evolved.

And, if they were doing those kinds of experiments, putting the live bat viruses into cells of different species — and historically we know that they were doing those kinds of experiments — then they could also develop a new virus.

You can also have a combination of those experiments. So, you can have researchers who passage recombined molecules, they did the cutting and pasting part, and then they put back the cut and pasted virus into novel cells like human cells, and then they passage back, and then you evolve an infectious clone in that way.”

In this way, you can create a virus with high affinity for human cells, even though it wasn’t infectious to humans in the beginning. One of the key features of SARS-CoV-2 is its spike protein has high affinity for the human ACE2 receptor. The question is, how did this affinity arise?

“One of the obvious answers to that question is that it was being passaged inside these human cells or that somebody cut and pasted a spike protein bound to these human receptors that they already knew worked particularly well.

So, my hypothesis is that either they were cutting and pasting, or they were passaging, or they were doing some combination of both, and then that basically led to somebody in the lab becoming infected through some kind of careless event,” Latham says.

Leaks Have Caused Other Global Pandemics
The wild H1N1 virus that caused the 1918 flu pandemic was extinct for decades. However, in 1977, there appears to have been a biosafety lab leak in China or Russia in which that virus escaped, causing a global pandemic.

“Essentially what happened is the virus went extinct and then a new version of the virus appeared in 1977 in China, and it was basically identical to one that had existed 20 years before … No one can explain how a virus could appear — it was basically identical — but had been somehow hidden.

There was a theory that it had been in the permafrost and somebody had dug up a person from the permafrost who had died with H1N1 flu, but that was the best theory people had until they realized that it probably came from a lab that was making a vaccine.”

The H1N1 virus was temperature sensitive, and one of the things you use when you're making vaccine is a temperature-sensitive virus — a partially disabled virus.

“Basically, there is no other explanation than that this came from a lab and that there were labs who had stored stocks of it, but no lab has really come forward and said, ‘It was us.’ So, this has been kind of deduced from sequence information from the location in which it appears and so forth, but it's widely accepted by virologists,” Latham says.

Naturally, the notion that a biosafety lab leak would be responsible for a lethal pandemic is an uncomfortable one, especially for virologists doing that kind of work. An outbreak of equine encephalitis in Venezuela has also been traced back to a laboratory leak. Then there’s the H1N1 swine flu pandemic of 2009. Latham says:

“There's a scientific paper by a friend of mine, Adrian Gibbs ... written with two other virologists. He's a famous virologist and he says, ‘This came from a vaccine. The swine flu is actually not readily accountable by the specific circulating viruses that happened to be in North American and European and South American pigs at that time.’

Basically you can't explain it by that method, but you can explain it perfectly well by the idea that there was a manufacturer who was making bits of H1N1, one from European sequences and North American sequences, and South American sequences, and stuck them all together to make a universal vaccine, and somehow they failed to inactivate it.

So, they gave it to pigs in Mexico and that became the swine flu, the second H1N1 pandemic, and that second pandemic killed probably close to 300,000 people. We have a whole series of examples of lab escapes of viruses, so when people treat the lab escape thesis as being somehow ridiculous or outrageous or improbable, to me it just demonstrates their ignorance of the history of virology.”

Latham also addresses suspicions that HIV AIDS came from a polio vaccine, so for more details, listen to the interview. This was described in the book “The River: A Journey Back to the Source of HIV and AIDS,” by Edward Hooper, and reviewed in a British Medical Journal article that you can read for free.2

SIV from infected monkey kidney cells that were used to create polio vaccines and used on hundreds of thousands of Africans are also suspected of being the cause of certain cancers.

    Safety Breaches at Wuhan Lab
Many safety breaches have been documented at biosafety labs around the world, including the Wuhan lab. Several were documented by U.S. Embassy officials who visited the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2018.

“I mean I think they're important data points but … we think it's more important that people from within China have raised questions about the bio security of this lab. Firstly, it's newly opened, so that's automatically a bit of a red flag. Secondly, there were violations cited by the internal overseeing agency in China of the kind of standards they would expect from a BSL facility.

They've been trying to set up the certification systems and so forth for their labs because they're trying to set up a whole network — a whole system of animal experiments and collection stations and so forth … So, they're setting up the certification schemes and they've already been cited, according to these reports, as having violations …

In the end, let me add something: One of the basics should be that you don't site these labs in the middle of a big city. So, we already have what I would say a violation to the basics. They should be in a desert or something like that, they should be in Antarctica, in remote areas.”

BSLs Promote High-Tech Solutions Rather Than Hygiene Basics
There can be no doubt that biosafety level 4 labs pose a tremendous threat to public health, seeing how they house the most dangerous pathogens in the world, and leaks are inevitable. The question is, are these risks worth it?

As noted by Latham, the existence of these laboratories drive the vaccine agenda while old-fashioned commonsense hygiene strategies such as hand-washing and protective gear fall by the wayside. The risks posed by these labs also fit right into the surveillance capitalism now getting a hard push through the roll-out of disease tracking and tracing mechanisms.

“An interesting thing happened the other day. Seventy-seven Nobel laureates, most of them molecular biologists, wrote a letter to the president protesting the cutting of the grants to the Wuhan lab that were emanating from the NIH. Well the man leading this effort [is] Richard Roberts. What is his scientific position?

He is on the board of directors of New England Biolabs, one of the biggest suppliers of molecular biology equipment. So, they're corralling together all these Nobel Prize winners to support all this molecular biology research that costs big bucks — hundreds of millions of dollars a year to do this kind of research, money that could be going to PPE and so forth.”

That money could also go to more basic strategies such as vitamin D supplements to build up the population’s immune system.

Cover-Up at Wuhan Institute of Virology Exposed
Latham and Wilson are also planning to write about what they believe is a cover-up at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The nearest living ancestor of SARS-CoV-2 is a viral sequence currently stored in the Wuhan lab. It’s said to have been kept frozen for the past seven years and nothing has been done with it.

This sequence came from bats living in a mine, and people who have worked in the mine have died of viral infections. In other words, they’ve had a strong reason to look into that virus sequence, and that one also happens to be the closest relative to SARS-CoV-2. Shi published one of the first viral sequences of SARS-CoV-2.

“Three papers came out in three days, all saying this is ‘The sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus,’” Latham notes. Yet “her paper makes no reference to this longstanding sequence that they'd had in her lab. Zero reference. Instead, they say they've taken a sample from that freezer and they've sequenced it, and this is the nearest living relative.

But this obscures the fact that for seven years they'd had another virus, which basically came from the same tube … But it looks like when you go searching the DNA databases, it makes it look like this virus has just been with us since December.

It really hasn't, it's been sitting in that lab, supposedly unresearched. So, the question is, what were they doing with this viral sequence for seven years that may have killed three miners back in 2013?”

In a nutshell, SARS-CoV-2 is quite possibly not a new virus. A highly conserved close ancestor was already in the database under the name BtCoV/4991. It was already in the published literature. However, when the Wuhan Lab resequenced the mineshaft sample following the COVID-19 outbreak, they simply renamed that old virus that’s been on ice for seven years.

“Giving it a new name basically obscures the old history. They don't even acknowledge that it came from the same tube, which they now have been forced to acknowledge … It’s the same virus. The sequence identity between the two samples is 100%.

So, if there were one base pair different, you could maybe make a scientific argument that we should give them a different name, but there's no difference between them whatsoever. It's the same virus from the same tube, collected from the same place — the mine where the miners died … from a viral infection of pneumonia.”

Shi’s genetic sequencing paper basically pretends the 4991 sequence never existed. “They've forgotten all about it; that would be the interpretation of reading their paper,” Latham says. A second paper released within that three-day span identifies 4991 as the nearest living relative, and states that it comes from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The third sequence paper does a complicated phylogenetic analysis of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, yet it too fails to mention that the nearest living relative is 4991 and held in the Wuhan lab.

“What's really interesting is that everyone who sequence [SARS-CoV-2] — there was a bunch of labs that sequenced the virus around the same time — they all would have searched the database and come up with this 4991 sequence … They all would have done that.

What you have to imagine is that they just get on the phone with the Wuhan Institute of Virology and say, ‘Oh, the virus broke out in your town just down the road from you, walking distance, and you are the keepers of the nearest known viral sequence. Have you had a lab accident?’ You can imagine dozens of labs phoning them up and say, ‘How do you handle a lab accident?’ …

What I'm offering is evidence of a cover-up, but we don't know exactly what they were covering up. They could have been covering up something a little different, but the very obvious thing to be covering up is simply that you are researching a virus that looks uncomfortably like SARS-CoV-2 …

We only have a partial sequence [of 4991]. We don't have the whole genome of this original sample. They only provided a sequence of 370 base pairs, but it is 98.7% identical to SARS-CoV-2 on nucleotides and the 370 base pairs.

This is considered the most conserved part of the genome, so it doesn't necessarily extrapolate to the whole thing. What is quite possible is that, that sample comes from something that is way closer than anything we've been told about.”

Public Health Rethink Is in Order
Even if 4991 isn’t a 100% match to SARS-CoV-2 (which sequencing of the whole genome would reveal), it could be close enough that you wouldn’t even need a whole lot of gain-of-function experiments to end up with a highly transmissible virus. According to Latham, “That's exactly the kind of thing that could have happened.”

In closing, as noted by Latham, the big picture question is, do we really want to be spending taxpayer money on all of these public health models that rely on biosafety/bioweapons research?

The justification for doing this kind of research on viruses is to prepare us for potentially devastating outbreaks, should the viruses evolve and mutate in the wild. Yet, that same research ends up being the source of our most dangerous outbreaks. As noted by Latham:

“These people have not managed to predict anything so far. What they've done is these incredibly dangerous experiments and then find out that the next virus comes from somewhere they didn't anticipate, or certainly didn't warn us about …

This research is not really predictive, but if enough virologists get together and say that this is how we predict the next pandemic, what is the government to do? If they all say, ‘That's how we should do it,’ then who's going to contradict them? …

I mean, you want to continue gainful employment, so why not push an agenda that's going to keep you employed, even though it doesn't serve the public good necessarily …

What [should] we spend our public health money on? Do we target these individual diseases and make New England Biolabs and the Gates Foundations investors rich, or do we invest in public health in a sense that benefits everybody — prevention and nutrition?

Also, the big issue too that we haven't really touched on is, why are we blaming the wildlife trade here? This is a really important question to ask because Peter Daszak, head of the EcoHealth Alliance, has been in all the media; he's been on Democracy Now!, the New York Times, Scientific American, Science Magazine, all these different outlets, basically ubiquitously blaming the wildlife trade, saying categorically it's not a lab escape.

Well, he is an interested party, right? His nonprofit is funding this research. The media cannot go and ask the person who's funding it whether it came from their lab or not. It's ridiculous. But that's what they're doing and they're treating us like idiots.”

As Latham points out, the reason some wild viruses emerge is because we’re destroying rainforest and building roads into remote areas. People end up catching the viruses because animals are fleeing the destruction of the forest.

So, why are we blaming the wildlife trade? If anything, we need to address the destruction of the animals’ native habitats. That, however, would be very bad for Daszak’s business because the EcoHealth Alliance is in partnership with the palm oil industry.

“We find that science — if you understand the science well enough — really helps you understand who's lying,” Latham says. “When you understand that part, you got a really strong anchor to base in analysis of what's really going on in the bigger picture.

If you can see that a very obvious thing — the possibility here is a lab escape —and then you've got one or a few people wandering around the media saying, ‘A lab escape is an impossibility, it never happened, there's no chance of it at all’ — you know that they're not speaking science, that they have some kind of ax to grind. And then you see who else repeats the message, who supports them and who doesn't and so forth.” "

Compelling Evidence That SARS-CoV-2 Was Man-Made

    Pierre Lescaudron

The unfolding of the COVID-19 pandemic left many unanswered, or unsatisfactorily answered, questions. Why were effective drugs banned while a hypothetical vaccine was promoted? Why the sudden concern of the authorities for "saving lives"? Why the same measures across dozen of countries? Why the imposition of lock-downs when detection and treatment worked better? Why was a virus whose fatality rate is comparable to a seasonal flu, hyped to such an extent? Is SARS-CoV-2 a natural virus, or was it created in a laboratory?

The present article aims to answer those questions and, more importantly, to decipher the true motives behind the global coronavirus show.

    Authorities and Life

    "Stay home save lives"

All the measures taken by the authorities relative to the COVID-19 pandemic centered around one motive: "saving lives". This motive is in line with the very purpose of the authorities, whose mandate is to protect us, or so we've been led to believe.

That's the hallmark of progressive thinking; year after year - thanks to human rights, democracy, humanitarianism, humanism and technological progress - barbarity and death are becoming a thing of the past. We are now "kinder and gentler," as Steven Pinker puts it:
"Cruelty as entertainment, human sacrifice to indulge superstition, slavery as a labor-saving device, conquest as the mission statement of government, genocide as a means of acquiring real estate, torture and mutilation as routine punishment, the death penalty for misdemeanors and differences of opinion, assassination as the mechanism of political succession, rape as the spoils of war, pogroms as outlets for frustration, homicide as the major form of conflict resolution — all were unexceptionable features of life for most of human history. But, today, they are rare to nonexistent in the West, far less common elsewhere than they used to be, concealed when they do occur, and widely condemned when they are brought to light."

~ Steven Pinker, A History of Violence.
The problem is; this idyllic interpretation doesn't stand up to hard, tangible facts. The table below lists conflicts of the 20th Century and their number of victims, and is extracted from David Berlinski's book, The Devil's Delusion. The original table is 3-pages long, so I reduced it to mention only those conflicts with 1 million+ casualties.

    20th Century conflicts with 1 million+ victims © Berlinski

Even with this limitation, the total number of deaths amounts to more than 177 million. In addition, Devil's Delusion was published in 2008, so it doesn't list the recent conflicts in countries like Iraq, Libya, Ukraine or Syria.

How do we reconcile the alleged progress with these millions of avoidable deaths? To maintain the illusion of "gentler and kinder" behavior, the authorities attempt to put a positive spin on wars, labeling them, "war for peace", "war for democracy", "war against communism", "war against terrorism", etc.

But these wars have nothing to do with the misleading slogans. They killed millions of innocent people, they were unjust, and often led to regimes worse than the ones they replaced. Do you remember Iraq's WMDs, 9/11 and Bin Laden conspiring from his remote Afghani cave, the attacks against Qaddafi and Assad while the leaders of Saudi Arabia and Qatar (two of the most regressive regimes in the world) are protected for decades, the snipers in Maidan, the bogus incident in the Gulf of Tonkin, the anthrax that was used to justify the first Iraq war, anthrax that actually came from Fort Detrick?

The 20th Century tells the story of millions of innocent people sacrificed by the authorities on the altar of greed, lies, propaganda and deception. The facts are here, they are stubborn, and they scream: "No, the authorities couldn't care less about saving lives."

The same applies to the humanitarian sphere. Hunger kills 9 million people every year. That's 30 times more than SARS-CoV-2 and its alleged 365,000 deaths (the number of coronavirus deaths is being grossly exaggerated - we'll deal with this point further down). It would cost between $7 and $249 billion to eradicate hunger. Meanwhile, the U.S. has already thrown more than $6 trillion at the coronavirus crisis. That is 24 times the highest estimate for the cost of eradicating hunger in the whole world.

The epidemiology sphere tells the same story. For decades, malaria has been killing about 500,000 people every year (mostly children) while cheap and effective drugs are available. Solving the malaria problem would cost about US$ 4 billion a year. In just 3 months, the US government has spent 1,500 times more on coronavirus than the cost of dealing with malaria.

In the same vein, every year the seasonal flu kills between 300,000 and 500,000 individuals without alarming the authorities whatsoever.

Obviously, the authorities don't give a damn about the millions dying every year because of malaria, hunger or the flu. So why this sudden concern about allegedly "saving lives"? What is the true motive?

    Authorities and Control
While the concern of the authorities for "saving lives" is dubious at best, their thirst for control is obvious. The past years revealed a staggering increase in CCTVs, speed-cameras, mass spying on citizens, tracking applications, access to personal phones and email data, increased use of subcutaneous microchips, biometric IDs, face-recognition technologies, endless airport "security" procedures, a ban on cash in the interest of financial tracking, etc. All these measures came with a proportional shrinking of personal liberties.

Surveillance is only part of the control agenda. Legal pressure is another aspect, through the proliferation of norms, regulations, treaties, laws, decrees, certifications and amendments enacted at local, state, federal and supranational levels, leading to the control of every details of our lives. The EU is infamous for having enacted some of the most absurd regulations:
    - a ban on 'energy-inefficient' hair dryers, toasters and kettles
    - illegal for people to eat pet horses but they are still allowed to eat other types of horses
    - children under 8 cannot blow up balloons
    - ban on the sale of incandescent light bulbs because they were seen as not energy efficient enough
    - Illegal to make Stilton cheese in the village of Stilton
    - banned drink manufactures from claiming that water can prevent dehydration
Such regulations defy common sense and clearly are not in the interest of the "greater good," which suggests that ultimately it's about control for the sake of control.

Hand in hand with the legal pressure comes an overbearing bureaucracy manifesting in a multiplication of agencies requiring mountains of paper to simply own a house, a car, a gun, or a business.

Increase in surveillance, regulation and bureaucracy are the symptoms of the same growing control exerted by the authorities, which leads to a sense of oppression among the masses, and, sooner or later, this oppression triggers rebellion.

The authorities are very aware of - and afraid of - insurgencies. Any popular movement that threatens their power will be stopped by infiltration, subversion, propaganda, attrition and, if necessary, by sheer violence and assassinations. This last point demonstrates that, despite their claimed concern for "saving lives", in order to keep their control the authorities are actually willing to do the contrary and sacrifice the lives of countless citizens.

Genuine popular uprisings have always been responded to with violence by authorities. From Ireland's Bloody Sunday - when British soldiers shot 26 unarmed civilians during a protest march against internment without trial - to the USA where Martin Luther King's civil rights movement faced the long hot summer of 67 when police officers shot at black civilians and suspects indiscriminately, killing 43 people.

But that was decades ago, and since then authorities have greatly improved their methods of repression. That's why we have witnessed over the past decade the militarization of police forces, with helicopters, tanks, machine guns and snipers. The mission of police forces is to "serve and protect", not the citizens, but the interest of the authorities. And make no mistake, the interests of authorities are usually in direct conflict with the interests of the people.

But we don't have to go back decades to find examples of state violence. In France, the Yellow Vest movement has been going on for 18 months. It started with popular opposition to an extra tax on fuel (fuel is already taxed at more than 60% in France). Millions joined the marches and a majority of citizens support the movement. The authorities responded the usual way, with rubber bullets, tear gas, flash-bang grenades, batons, and water cannons. So far 24,000 Yellow Vest protesters have been injured, 24 lost one eye, 5 lost a hand, and 11 have died. 4,000 were arrested, 3,000 of whom were prosecuted, and 1,000 of them received jail sentences.

    Injuries amongst the Yellow Vests

This kind of hard-nosed state counterinsurgency tactic is, however, a risky approach because it can create heroes and martyrs and galvanize the people. A few genuine popular uprisings were successful, for example the counter-coup that brought Hugo Chavez back to power in 2002. Physical violence only goes so far. Instead of controlling bodies, it's much more effective to control minds, because then you control the bodies indirectly. In this way, citizens can't even think of the idea of rebellion.

Controlling minds is the ultimate dream of the authorities. A mankind comprised of slaves, complacent, hanging on the every word of government, agreeing to everything, accepting even the unacceptable. Robots that have shed any remnant of true personality and independent thought or deed.

    Dumbing Down the Population
The authorities have attempted and often succeeded to shape the human mind through various techniques. One way to control minds is through information (lies and narratives): overexposure to mainstream media - on paper and on screens - deep corruption of academia and research and, last but not least, the falling education standards combined with growing propaganda increasingly tailored towards the young.

90% of US media is controlled by six companies

Chemicals are another way to dumb down the population. For example, through the fluoridation of drinking water, which is known to lower IQ scores in children. In the same vein, there is an epidemic of autism (by 2040, it is estimated that 10% of children will be born with autism) associated with vaccination campaigns. Lead is another culprit, causing 10% of intellectual disabilities, and its brain toxicity has been known for centuries. Despite that, lead is still found in tooth fillings, indoor plumbing, food, gasoline and water - like in Flint, Michigan.

And let's not forget the boom in legal and illegal drugs, which can only have happened with the consent of the authorities. The so-called "wars on drugs" is a mere public relations campaign to maintain the illusion of good "authorities" and to eliminate traffickers who don't toe the authorities' line:
To an average American who witnesses the dismal spectacle of the narcotics traffic at the street level, it must seem inconceivable that the government could be implicated in the international drug trade. Unfortunately, American diplomats and CIA agents have been involved in the narcotics traffic at three levels:

    (1) coincidental complicity by allying with groups actively engaged in the drug traffic;
    (2) support of the traffic by covering up for known heroin traffickers and condoning their involvement;
    (3) active engagement in the transport of opium and heroin.

~ Alfred McCoy, The politics of Heroin: CIA complicity in the Global Drug Trade
Nevertheless, the population control methods listed above have limitations. Propaganda eventually collapses under the weight of its own contradictions, and chemical substances can usually be avoided or mitigated to a large extent.

So, for the authorities, the fundamental question remains: how to implement a deep and irreversible mind control of the population? While propaganda or chemicals can have significant influence on the human organism, there is something much more fundamental that is, today, within reach of the long arm of authorities: our own genetic code. Our mind and our body are to a very large extent the product of our DNA. If you can properly modify someone's genetic code, you can change the way they think 'at the source' so to speak. And one of the best ways to profoundly and durably modify human DNA is viruses.

    The True Nature of Viruses

    The rubeola virus

Viruses are one of the oldest organisms, their presence attested to, at least, 550 MYA. They are also by far the most numerous organisms on our planet, with an estimated 1031 viruses in the oceans alone. That's 10 trillion more than the estimated number of stars in the Universe (1021).

Viruses are also, and by far, the most diverse organisms, with an estimated 100 million different types of viruses on Earth. For comparison, there are about 5,500 known mammalian species on our planet. Out of this estimated 100 million different types of viruses, only 200 types (a mere 0.0002%) sometimes cause diseases in humans.

Despite this astounding seniority, diversity, sheer number and overall harmlessness, viruses have until recently been understood to have an exclusively pathogenic role: spreading disease, suffering and death - in part due to scientist Louis Pasteur, who fathered germ theory in the late 19th century, which limited germs (including viruses) to that role.

This misleading theory prevailed until the advent of genetic research, which today suggests that the truth about viruses might very well be almost the opposite of what Pasteur claimed:
"One of the most earth-shaking papers of this century was the publication of the human genome sequence. About half, possibly even two-thirds of the sequence are composed of more or less complete endogenous retroviruses (ERVs) and related retroelements (REs) [...]. The origin of REs is being discussed as remnants of ancient retroviral germline infections that became evolutionarily fixed in the genome.

About 450,000 human ERV (HERV) elements constitute about 8% of the human genome consisting of hallmark retroviral elements like the gag, pol, env genes and flanking long terminal repeats (LTR) that act as promoters. Howard Temin, one of the discoverers of the reverse transcriptase, in 1985 already described endogenous retrovirus-like elements, which he estimated to about 10% of the human and mouse genome sequence.

The actual number is about 45%
as estimated today. In some genes such as the Protein Kinase Inhibitor B (PKIB) gene we determined about 70% retrovirus-related sequences. Is there a limit? Could it have been 100%?"

~ Moelling K, 'Viruses and Evolution - Viruses First? A Personal Perspective '
Our DNA code is literally made of viral sequences. This prevalence of viral sequences in human DNA is staggering even when only known virus sequences are taken into account. This omnipresence is confirmed by the numerous copies of the same viral sequence found all over the human genome:
"[...] humans, given the vast proliferation of insertion sites involving those 30 to 50 families of viruses, and the 200 or so subgroups. If, for example, we look at just the HERV clone 4-1 variant of the HERV-E family that was studied by Sekigawa in relation to SLE, the human genome contained 85 copies of the virus at various integration sites within different chromosomes. "

    ~ Frank Ryan, Virolution
In addition, most viral sequences are integrated in our non-coding genes. Coding genes are like musicians who, instead of producing sound, produce proteins, which are the fundamental building-blocks of all life forms. Non-coding genes play an even more fundamental role; they are like a director controlling the musicians, modulating the expression of coding genes.

The numerous viral sequences found in our DNA are not a genetically neutral archaism; it is now proven that endogenous viruses have beneficial effects on the host:
"In 1996, Roy J Britten, of the California Institute of Technology, was able to list ten examples in which endogenous retroviral sequences helped regulate the expression of a useful gene. Seven of the ten examples were human."

    ~ Frank Ryan, Virolution
About the term "endogenous" used above: our ancestors were exposed to a new virus (exogenous = transmissible virus) and integrated the code of this virus into their very own DNA (endogenous = hereditary virus). In fact, not only do endogenous viruses have beneficial effects as shown by the quote above, but it seems that their presence is even necessary for life forms to exist:
"[...] when Corrado Spadafora, the Italian researcher who has produced such pioneering work in cancer research, applied an anti-reverse transcriptase drug in this very early stage of embryogenesis in the mouse, all development ceased at the four-cell stage. It would appear that endogenous retroviruses are playing a very profound, if completely unknown, role at this early stage in mammalian embryogenesis. "

    ~ Frank Ryan, Virolution
The role of viruses is so prominent in human DNA that some researchers are asking: "Are viruses our oldest ancestors?"

To use an analogy, viruses infusing new information into our genetic code is akin to a software update. From this perspective, diseases caused by exogenous viruses are the physical manifestation of the carrier's struggles to adapt to this "update". In rare cases death ensues - the computer is too old, is not ready for the change, or is unable to absorb the update. But as the Chinese saying goes, "a falling tree makes more noise than a growing forest." In most cases, the update is successful and totally asymptomatic:
"We explored non-human sequence data from whole-genome sequencing of blood from 8,240 individuals, none of whom were ascertained for any infectious disease. [...] we mapped sequences to 94 different viruses, including sequences from 19 human DNA viruses, proviruses and RNA viruses (herpesviruses, anelloviruses, papillomaviruses, three polyomaviruses, adenovirus, HIV, HTLV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, parvovirus B19, and influenza virus) in 42% of the study participants. "
Usually, the exovirus is deactivated and integrated in our DNA painlessly; it has become an endogenous virus. The new viral information is stored in our 'hard drive' (our genome). This new information - sequences of endogenous virus integrated in our DNA - provides us with augmented complexity and functionality.

The above shows the prevalence of viruses in our genetic code and the vital role they play. This perspective provides a different spin to the on-going debate about whether viruses are life forms or not. Actually, viruses seem more fundamental than even life itself; they are the information carriers (genetic codes) from which biological life stems. Viruses are more than life: they are the very source of life; they are the informational precursors, the initiators of life forms.

    The Mind-Altering Virus
The above shows the fundamental role viruses play in the development and evolution of life, including human life. They shaped our bodies, our organs, and our very minds. From this perspective, it's no surprise that endogenous viruses, and even exogenous viruses, have an influence on the host's behavior.

There are a number of viruses known to alter the behavior of animal hosts. Rabies "hijacks" the brain and causes the host to be aggressive. Viruses from the family Baculoviridae induce in their hosts changes to both feeding behavior and environment selection. In horses, the Bornavirus is known to cause stupor, hyper-excitability, fearfulness, and aggressiveness.

Viruses also alter behavior in humans:
'Profound changes in behaviour are observed following infection of the central nervous system by some viruses. Irritability, insomnia, hyperactivity and learning disability are some of the behavioural disturbances that have been described in both humans and animals with central nervous system infection."
For example, viral encephalitis is commonly caused in humans by arboviruses, including West Nile, herpes viruses and enteroviruses. Symptoms include irritability, lethargy and seizures. In humans, rabies causes delirium, abnormal behavior, hallucinations. Traces of the Bornavirus have been found in significant numbers of depressed and schizophrenic patients. Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis is caused by mutant measles viruses invading the brain. Symptoms include bizarre behavior, muscle jerks, and seizures.

But there is no need to search for rare exotic viruses to find behavior-altering effects, or even positive behavior-altering effects. In 2010, Chris Reiber found evidence that a virus as mundane as the influenza virus alters people behavior by making them more sociable.

Since viruses are the active component of vaccines, it is no surprise that changes in human social behavior have been observed in response to a common vaccine.

    Man-Made Viruses
The first engineered DNA molecule was made in 1972 by Paul Berg. Berg combined DNA from the monkey virus SV40 with the lambda virus. That was almost 50 years ago.

For decades, engineering viruses has been common practice. The active ingredient in most modern vaccines is a genetic sequence extracted from a virus (the sequence that is considered immunogenic but not pathogenic). A paper published 19 years ago describes how genetically-modified viruses can be used to develop vaccines.

Along a similar line, gene therapy uses genetically-modified viruses to deliver genes that can cure genetic diseases. The first case of successful gene therapy on humans was performed by Martin Cline in 1980. More recently, in 2004, a genetically-modified virus was designed to exploit the selfish behavior of cancerous cells and treat cancer.

Man-made viruses are also used in mammals (myxomatosis protection for rabbits), plants (disease resistance in orange trees), and insects by designing insect-borne viruses that have the ability to modify the genes of crops in already-planted fields. This virus basically transforms non-GMO crops into GMO crops after they have been planted.

The above shows that engineering viruses is now commonplace and that natural viruses can alter behavior. But viruses can be man-made AND alter behavior. This is the subject of a paper published in 2011 by a Rostock laboratory:
"Gene therapy approaches have an effect in animal models of several psychiatric disorders including drug addiction, affective disorders, psychoses and dementia, modifying behavioural parameters via interventions on the molecular and cellular level. [...] stereotactic intracerebral injection of genetically modified viruses are used."
    Man-Made SARS-CoV-2
The hypothesis according to which SARS-CoV-2 "escaped" from a lab seemed outlandish at first but gained traction over time because of some puzzling evidence. To the point that a number of mainstream media [1], [2], [3] reports confirmed that US intelligence was investigating the possibility that the virus came from a

    laboratory.

Luc Montagnier receiving the 2008 Nobel Prize in medecine

Luc Montagnier is a retired French scientist. He received the 2008 Nobel Prize in medicine for his discovery of the HIV virus. Being a retired Nobel prize winner makes him less sensitive to various pressures (grant cancellation, bad press, and peer pressure). Unlike most of his colleagues, he can, and does, say what he thinks.

Montagnier described SARS-CoV-2 as a man-made "Frankenstein virus" combining various types of viruses. According to Montagnier, the Franken-virus was made from a natural coronavirus, coming from a bat, but to this model was added sequences very similar to HIV-1 and the parasite Plasmodium falciparum, which is responsible for malaria. This point might explain why hydroxychloroquin - an anti-malaria drug - is effective against SARS-CoV-2.

To the question: "Wasn't the coronavirus natural?" Montagnier replied: "No, it was not natural, it was the work of professionals, of molecular biologists, it's a very precise work, we could call it a watchmaker's work".

Montagnier's claims about engineered insertions of HIV sequences in SARS-CoV-2 were confirmed by a paper titled "Uncanny similarity of unique inserts in the 2019-nCoV spike protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag," which had to be retracted because of "too much pressure".

Two other prominent virologists, namely Ruan Jishou of Nankai University and Li Huan from Huazhong University, came independently to the very same conclusion. In a paper published in the International Journal of Research sequences of HIV-1, HIV-2 and SIV were identified in the genome of SARS-CoV-2, leading the author to state that the virus had "synthetic origins".

Judy Mikovits was a lab director at the U.S. National Cancer Institute, and was part of the team that was first to isolate the murine retrovirus XMRV. She also worked for several years at Fort Detrick, the U.S. Army's most infamous bioweapons research lab. Mikovits is one of the few who has dared to denounce the vaccine scandal, for which she subsequently lost her career, her savings and her reputation. She publicly stated that, given the astounding number (1,200) of mutations between the new SARS-CoV-2 and the source bat virus, the former had to be engineered:
Interviewer: Do you believe that this virus [SARS-CoV-2] was created in the laboratory?

Mikovits: [...] That cannot be naturally occurring. Somebody didn't go to a market, get a bat, the virus didn't jump directly to humans. That's not how it works. That's accelerated viral evolution. If it was a natural occurrence, it would take up to 800 years to occur.
Bruno Coutard is a researcher for IHU Méditerranée Infection, one the largest virus research facilities in the world. On April 2020, Coutard et al. published in Antiviral Research a detailed analysis of SARS-CoV-2:
"In 2019, a new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infecting humans has emerged in Wuhan, China. Its genome has been sequenced and the genomic information promptly released. Despite a high similarity with the genome sequence of SARS-CoV and SARS-like CoVs, we identified a peculiar furin-like cleavage site in the spike protein of 2019-nCoV, lacking in the other SARS-like CoVs [...] This furin-like cleavage site... may provide a gain-of-function to the 2019-nCoV for efficient spreading in the human population."
In plain English, "gain-of-function" means "man-made". According to Coutard, it is this man-made intervention that enabled a zoonotic (bat) virus to 'jump' to humans.

Professor of etiology at the National Taiwan University, Fang Chi-tai, has stated that SARS-CoV-2 was probably man-made. There are four more amino acids in the gene sequence of SARS-CoV-2 than in other coronaviruses. According to Fang, natural mutations of viruses will only result in small, singular changes, so it is suspicious to see a naturally mutated virus suddenly take on four amino acids. Those amino acids could have been artificially added to make viral transmission easier.

Czech molecular biologist Dr. Soňa Peková explained that SARS-CoV-2 was man-made because of its deeply modified "control room":
"[...] massive gene changes and transcripts, insertions, deletions, and other complex changes in the magnitude of the RNA SARS-CoV-2 control room, if nature had created it chaotically and randomly, the virus would simply perish because it could not have functioned in an orderly manner."
Norwegian scientist Birger Sorensen and Australian scientists in Adelaide and Melbourne came independently to the same conclusion: SARS-CoV-2 is man-made because a virus never before seen in humans before couldn't be so perfectly adapted to humans:
"This is a new virus that has never been in humans before, but it has an extraordinarily high binding to human receptors, which is very surprising. It is almost perfectly human adapted, it couldn't do any better."
Artificial additions of HIV and malaria sequences, an engineered furin-like cleavage, amino acids added by design, a modified control room, extraordinary adaptation to humans. All these pieces of evidence point to a man-made virus. And, keep in mind that these are only the proofs brought forth by the few scientists who dared to speak up.

    Engineered for What Purpose?
If SARS-CoV-2 was man-made the next question is: "what features were given to the engineered SARS-CoV-2 compared to its natural ancestors?"

To answer this question, let's compare SARS-CoV-2 to its natural relatives, SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) and MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome), which are two of only a handful of other coronaviruses that can infect humans. We will also include in this comparison the seasonal flu (influenza virus).

    Transmissibility:
Transmission rate (R0) measures the average number of persons contaminated by a single carrier. R0 for SARS-CoV-2, is between 3 and 5. That's several times higher than SARS with a R0 equal to 1.8 and MERS whose R0 is lower than 1. Similarly, the seasonal flu is moderately contagious; its R0 is about 1.3

    Pathogenicity:
Mass testing in Iceland revealed that 50% of the SARS-CoV-2 carriers are asymptomatic. This figure is consistent with the Diamond Princess case where 75% of the carriers were asymptomatic. SARS and MERS are markedly more pathogenic with only 7-13% and 25.4% of healthy carriers respectively. The seasonal flu exhibits a similarly high pathogenicity with an asymptomatic fraction of between 4 and 28%.

    Mortality:
Countries that didn't conduct mass testing provide an artificially inflated death rate because the number of infected people tends to be under-evaluated given the high proportion of asymptomatic carriers described above.

Iceland was one the few countries to conduct mass testing and it exhibits a 0.5% fatality rate, which is exactly the same number observed onboard the Diamond Princess. Still, this percentage tends to be overestimated because it amalgamates "dead with SARS-CoV-2" with "dead because of SARS-CoV-2," despite obvious co-morbidity factors.

In addition, the financial incentives given for COVID-19 deaths, the almost non-existent seasonal flu deaths this winter (counted instead as COVID-19 deaths), the Do Not Resuscitate orders and the bogus death certificates, all contributed to overinflate the COVID-19 fatality rate even more.

Despite these overinflated numbers, SARS exhibits a much higher fatality rate (9.5%) and MERS is 68 times deadlier with a 34% fatality rate. Typically, the seasonal flu has a 0.1% fatality rate, which is comparable with SARS-CoV-2 rate once overinflated numbers are put aside.

    Neurological effects:
SARS-CoV-2 exhibits a surprisingly high percentage of neurological effects. Depending on the sources, between 36% and 84% of CoVID-19 patients display neurological effects.

In addition, SARS-CoV-2 induces a wide range of neurological symptoms: slower-than-normal cognitive speeds, memory loss, impaired concentration, confusion, severe agitation, encephalitis, seizures, numbness, strokes, dizziness, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage, headaches, loss of taste and loss of smell.

SARS also exhibits neurological effects, but their occurrence is rare (about 2.5%) and their range narrow. Between 8% and 24% of MERS carriers exhibit neurological symptoms, mostly confusion and seizures. Influenza also causes a few neurological symptoms (encephalopathy and seizure) in 5% of patients.

Published research has revealed that in enhanced brain MRIs performed on COVID-19 patients, frontotemporal hypoperfusion was noted in every single patient. It suggests that SARS-CoV-2 might particularly affect this specific region, for which the most frequent condition is called frontotemporal dementia, one of its main symptom being automatic obedience. Similarly, in healthy individuals subjected to Milgram-like experiments, the obedience to authorities is associated with lower activity in the frontotemporal region. Along the same line, when subjects are asked to make a decision with moral content, it is the temporal lobe that becomes active.

The table below recapitulates our main findings:

SARS-CoV-2 compared with MERS, SARS and influenza © Sott.net

At this point, we know some of the specificities of a likely man-made SARS-CoV-2 compared with its relatives MERS, SARS, and to a lesser extent, influenza. We can perhaps then deduce what were the objectives of the virus designers.

SARS-CoV-2 was definitely not engineered to kill; quite the contrary, carriers had to stay alive (low fatality rate). More than that, carriers were supposed to be invisible (low pathogenicity) and the virus was to spread widely (high transmissibility).

SARS-CoV-2 was engineered to spread widely and silently and to reach the brain, affecting the region relating to moral-based decisions and obedience. What were the designers aiming to modify in carriers' brains? Was the objective of the virus to increase obedience?

Let's leave these questions hanging for a moment and look more closely at the Mecca of man-made viruses and mind control: Fort Detrick.

    Fort Detrick And Viruses

    Part of Fort Detrick infrastructures

At the dawn of WW2, the USA was already the leader in biological and chemical weapons production, with Edgewood Arsenal being the largest chemical and biological weapons facility in the world with a staff of 1,200 researchers.

In 1943, biological and chemical weapons development was transferred to Fort Detrick. In order to gain even more knowledge about biological weapons, the US gave immunity to leading Nazi scientists like Erich Traub, a virologist who specialized in foot-and-mouth disease, Rinderpest and Newcastle disease. He was lab chief of the Nazis' leading bio-weapons facility on Riems Island.
"Months into his Operation Paperclip contract, Traub was asked to meet with US scientists from Fort Detrick[...]. Traub discussed work done at the Reich Research Institute for Virus Diseases of Animals on Riems Island during World War II for the Nazis, and work done after the war there for the Russians. Traub gave a detailed explanation of the secret operation at the Institute, and his activities there. This information provided the ground work for Fort Detrick's offshore germ warfare animal disease lab on Plum Island. "

~ Carroll, Michael (2004). Lab 257: The Disturbing Story of the Government's Secret Germ Laboratory. New York: HarperCollins Publishers. pp. 7-8
In exchange for the transfer of bioweapons knowledge to Fort Detrick, the US also provided immunity to leaders of the infamous Unit 731, a covert Japanese bioweapon research group, which practiced live vivisection and killed more than 300,000 Chinese citizens through germ warfare.

By the 1950s, Fort Detrick was already experimenting with a large number of viruses and other germs:
"Operation Harness, a less than successful experimental program involving teams of American, British, and Canadian microbiologists who sprayed virulent agents like anthrax, brucellosis and tularemia over the Bahamas, Antigua and New Hebrides. [...] Other lesser known SOD projects undertaken prior to the formalization of a relationship with the CIA involved testing the effects of salmonella poisoning, botulinum toxin sprays, kala-azar (a parasitic disease), lymphogranuloma inguinal (a herpes-like virus), yaws and, perhaps most ominous of all, developing 'the ability to induce cancer through covert means'."

~ Hank Albarelli, A Terrible Mistake
Germ warfare experiments were conducted on unwitting subjects and caused a number of deaths in "enemy" countries, 3rd world countries, "allied" countries like France and the US population - not just prostitutes, inmates, or mental patients, but "normal citizens" - like during the exposure of 800,000 San Francisco residents to Serratia marcescens.

In 1969, amidst huge protests against the Vietnam War and growing revelations about the use of Agent Orange (created by Frederick Hoffman and Fort Detrick's biochemists) and napalm against civilian populations, president Nixon announced an alleged ban on the use of chemical and biological weapons. It was, however, a fake ban, as shown by the convention signed in 1972:
"The United States will confine its biological research to defensive measures such as immunization and safety measures."
Basically, the only change was that now the US had to point the finger at an alleged bioterrorist to pursue - or to later 'justify' - its research on a given bioweapon. And that's exactly what they did with the Iraq anthrax story. Iraq was allegedly developing anthrax bioweapons, one of the excuses for waging war on Iraq. It was the same anthrax that was sent in the mail by "bio-terrorists" a few weeks after 9/11 (convenient timing to hype the 'evil Muslim terrorist' frenzy).

Colin Powell presenting a vial of anthrax at the UN

In the end, investigations revealed that the anthrax didn't come from Iraq but from Fort Detrick. Quite an unconvenient fact. But a convenient patsy was soon found. According to the FBI, the anthrax letters had been sent by a crazy employee: Bruce Edwards Ivins, an award-winning microbiologist who had worked in Fort Detrick for 18 years.

10 years later a scientific analysis of anthrax strains conducted by the National Academy of Science concluded that the FBI overstated the strength of genetic analysis linking the mailed anthrax to a supply kept by Bruce E. Ivins. The anthrax was from Fort Detrick, but Ivins was probably not the culprit. Ivin died in 2008, allegedly from a tylenol overdose. No autopsy was performed, and the body was soon cremated. Dead men tell no tales.

Today, scientists at Fort Detrick are still conducting intensive research on man-made biological weapons in general, and engineered viruses in particular. For example, in 2016, Fort Detrick was involved in research concerning the use of bats and the viruses they carry as bioweapons. In 2018, Fort Detrick conducted research on the MERS coronavirus, a close relative of SARS-CoV-2.

Fort Detrick also uses an advanced technology called CRISPR-Cas9 to extract specific genetic sequences from viruses. According to a paper published in 2017, Fort Detrick teams used this technology for extracting viral sequences coding for a "cleavage furin site". Coincidentally, or not, according to some researchers, it is the unexpected cleavage furin site found in SARS-CoV-2 that provides its unusually high virulence and proves that it is man-made.

Above is about the extent of the publicly available research emanating from Fort Detrick. Being a military site closely tied with the CIA, where secrecy is paramount, Fort Detrick and associated labs around the world operate within closed networks of communication and publishing.

    Fort Detrick and Mind Control
In parallel to researching and designing biological weapons, Fort Detrick is heavily involved in mind control. Beginning after WW2, the methods included the use of various drugs (heroin, mescaline, LSD, MDMA, synthetic THC and morphine), polygraph, electro-shock therapy, the use of "mechanical aids" , lobotomies, hypnotism, fatigue, isolation, sensory deprivation, and torture.

MKULTRA is the best known mind control program because of the revelations about the horrific experiments conducted by Sydney Gottlieb, CIA chemist and head of some mind control experiments in Fort Detrick, and Dr. Ewen Cameron from the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal. But this was only the tip of the iceberg; the exposed experiments were only part of sub-project 68, one of 144 sub-projects contained in MKULTRA.

MKULTRA branched into many additional "avenues of control of human behavior, including radiation, electro-shock, various fields of psychology, psychiatry, sociology, and anthropology, graphology, harassment substances, and paramilitary devices and materials."

A young girl subjected to MKULTRA experiments

Following the exposure of sub-project 68, MKULTRA was officially discontinued in 1964. The truth is that it didn't end in 1964; it was merely re-labelled Project MKSEARCH.

In addition, MKULTRA was only one of numerous programs dedicated to mind control; other known programs are ARTICHOKE, Bluebird, QKHILLTOP, Chemical Corps, MKNAOMI, MKSHADE. All were dedicated to 'understanding' the human mind and finding all possible ways to control it.

The ultimate goal of mind control experiments conducted at Fort Detrick and its myriad satellite organizations (laboratories, hospitals, biotech companies, pharmaceutical companies, and prisons) was best captured in 1952, when Paul Gaynor, head of the CIA Security Research Service, described the purpose of ARTICHOKE:
[Gaynor] posed the project's ultimate question to the CIA's Medical Office chief: "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against such fundamental laws of nature [like] self-preservation?
The two main research topics in Fort Detrick, namely biological weapons and mind control were not compartmentalized. By the very admission of the CIA to the U.S. Justice Department during the 1975 investigation, MKULTRA, centered around Fort Detrick, associated biological materials and mind control:
[MKULTRA] activities that were concerned with the research and development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior.
This association is confirmed by documentation of experiments associating infectious disease and human behavior, conducted as early as 1959:
Milwaukee (AP) - The CIA recruited University of Wisconsin scientists for two experiments between 1959 and 1962, the Milwaukee Journal reported in today's edition. Documents obtained by the newspaper indicate university administrators may not have been informed of CIA involvement in the research projects. However, the documents show researchers knew about CIA sponsorship and the objects of the research. The experiments involved Infectious disease and human behavior.

~ Glenn E. Tagatz, ENIGMA: A Veteran's Quest for Truth
Sydney Gottlieb was a PhD student under the supervision of Ira Baldwin at the University of Wisconsin. Dr Ira Baldwin would eventually chair the Department of Bacteriology at the university before becoming Fort Detrick's director of scientific research.

The above shows that the convergence between infectious diseases and human behavior research began more than 60 years ago. Since then both fields of research have made tremendous 'progress'.

A paper mentioned above describes viruses genetically modified to alter behavior, published in 2011 by a Rostock team. If a modest lab in Rostock could publicly publish a paper on a mind-altering engineered virus in 2011, you can imagine what Fort Detrick is able to secretly create nowadays.

Today, Fort Detrick thrives as the US army's principal base for biological research and mind control, employing nearly 8,000 people in 600 buildings on 13,000 acres. Over the last 70 years it has invested billions of dollars in mind control and engineered viruses.

Made in China or Made in the USA?
Wuhan level 4 laboratory is a civil facility researching treatments against existing viruses, while Fort Detrick is the largest military bioweapon facility in the world, and one of its core activities is the creation of new man-made viruses. SARS-CoV-2 is a new virus and, as shown above, it is likely man-made.

The creation of the Wuhan laboratory in 2015 pales in comparison to Fort Detrick and its decades of activity in biological weapons and mind control. The only argument in favor of a Wuhan-engineered SARS-CoV-2 is the location of "patient zero", allegedly found in a Wuhan market in December 2019. This allegation was soon debunked by a paper suggesting that the Wuhan market was not the place of origin of the epidemics.

While there is no patient zero to be found in Wuhan, a series of mysterious epidemics near Fort Detrick predate, by months, the Wuhan outbreak.

On July 2nd, 2019, a mysterious respiratory epidemic struck Greenspring Senior Living community, located in Springfield, Virginia, which is only 50 miles from Fort Detrick. Retrospectively, the described symptoms are very close to those associated with SARS-CoV-2. The epidemiological statistics (for old people) are also similar to SARS-CoV-2; with 263 residents, 63 became sick and 3 died.

Laboratory tests conducted by the CDC did not identify a specific cause for the mysterious respiratory illness. Remember that, at the time, SARS-CoV-2 was unknown (therefore undetectable) since its official discovery was announced on January 9th, 2020 by the WHO.

Springfield was not an isolated case. Virginia reported an unusual increase in respiratory illnesses located in 16 geographic clusters that lasted, at least, until December 2019 and struck typical COVID-19 patients: "Most of the reports have occurred among older adults and those with chronic medical conditions in assisted living and long-term care facilities."

On July 26th, 24 days after the Springfield outbreak, another mysterious respiratory syndrome, quickly attributed to vaping, emerged in Illinois and Wisconsin, with 8 persons hospitalized due to symptoms that are, again, reminiscent of COVID-19: "Scans and X-rays showed inflammation or swelling throughout both lungs [...] The severity of health condition has varied, with some patients needing assistance in order to breathe."

The patients' lung scans showed the 'ground glass shadow' typical of COVID-19.

In the subsequent months, the 'vaping syndrome' spread rapidly to other US states. It reached 908 cases and 3 deaths as of September 20th. The exponential increase in cases is clearly evocative of a contagious disease:

Cases of Vaping-Associated Pulmonary Disease in the United States.

If this mysterious respiratory disease is due to vaping, how do we explain that it started in the US Northeast and only occurred within the US, while there are tens of millions of e-cigarette users all over the world? About the 'vaping syndrome', John Britton, a British professor of respiratory medicine, stated:
What's happening in the U.S. is not happening here (in Britain), nor is it happening in any other countries where vaping is common.
Britton adds that vaping is far less dangerous than smoking, that the claims are completely false, and that the syndrome is not caused by vaping. Around the time of the official beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the mysterious vaping syndrome that had by then required 2,800 hospitalizations and caused 70 deaths, magically vanished - although large numbers of people in the US are still vaping.

Around the end of 2019, the US was also experiencing the earliest flu epidemic since 2002-2003. The "flu" was 15 days earlier than usual. According to the Asahi News Report, some of the 14,000 Americans who died 'from' (or with) this 'early influenza' may have unknowingly contracted the SARS-CoV-2.

It was in this context of mysterious respiratory epidemics striking the US in general, and the vicinities of Fort Detrick in particular, that 300 US soldiers arrived in Wuhan, China, for the World Military Games that lasted from October 18th to October 27th, 2019. Just before the trip, some of the US soldiers had trained in Fort Belvoir, 50 miles from Fort Detrick and 6 miles from Springfield, Virginia (the first cluster of the mysterious respiratory disease).

The US team stayed at the Wuhan Oriental Hotel, which is just 300 meters from Wuhan's Huanan Seafood market:

Locations of the Wuhan vaccine lab, the hotel of the American soldiers and the Wuhan fish market. © Mettalicman

Unexpectedly, the US team did not perform very well at the games: "The U.S. team, known for their competitive skills, did terribly; only 172 participated, almost half didn't even compete in their events."
Despite having the largest military in the world, ten fold, the US came in 35th behind nations like Iran, Finland and Slovenia.
It seems that the mysterious infectious outbreak that occurred around Fort Detrick a few weeks previously may have infected participants of the World Military Games. Five "foreign" athletes were hospitalized for an undetermined infection. Many foreign athletes from France, Belgium, Germany Italy, Sweden, Luxembourg have revealed that they fell ill at the World Military Games, and thought, retrospectively, that what they had was COVID-19.

The first real COVID-19 case among Wuhan locals appeared on November 2, only six days after the end of the military games. Coincidentally or not, 42 employees of the Oriental Hotel (where the US delegation stayed) were diagnosed in November with COVID-19, becoming the first cluster in Wuhan.

Conveniently, Fort Detrick received a cease-and-desist order from the CDC and was shut down on July 15th 2019, just 13 days after the beginning of the nearby mysterious respiratory outbreak in Springfield, VA. A senior scientist described the atmosphere in Fort Detrick at the time as one of 'fear and mistrust' . Fort Detrick re-opened in April 2020, at the tail end of the pandemic.

From an Obedience Vaccine to a Mutated Disobedience Virus?

So far the data suggests that Fort Detrick engineered SARS-CoV-2. Contained in a vaccine, it may have targeted brain function, particularly regions associated with obedience/moral decision-making. But if SARS-CoV-2 was designed to increase the obedience of its subjects, how do we explain the worldwide unprecedented measures to minimize its spread?

Well, sometimes things don't go according to plan, especially with viruses.

Allegedly, vaccines contain "dead" virus but this viral deactivation doesn't always work and "live" viruses can escape their vaccine. This is exactly what happened with the Salk polio vaccine which caused the worst polio outbreak in history, infecting 200,000 people with live polio, of whom 70,000 became sick.

In addition to escaping vaccines, viruses have the tremendous ability to mutate. Interestingly, mutations can totally reverse the 'original' or 'intended' effects of a virus:
"[...] an un-mutated virus was more likely to produce lots of viral RNA and less likely to trigger the cellular alarm. Mutated viruses generally had the opposite effect."
Did SARS-CoV-2 follow the sequence of events described above?
    1. Engineered virus
    2. Incorporation into a vaccine
    3. Virus escapes from the vaccine
    4. Virus mutates and reverses effects
The evidence seems to confirm this hypothesis:

    1/ Engineered virus
Despite the secrecy surrounding this type of activity, several pieces of evidence suggest that Fort Detrick was involved in research closely related to the engineering of SARS-CoV-2.
    • In 2016, Fort Detrick was involved in bioweapons research concerning the use of bats and the viruses they carry.
    • In 2017, the US government lifted a ban on engineering deadly viruses to make them transmissible among humans. This article specifically mentions engineering SARS and MERS (close relatives of SARS-CoV-2) so that they spread more easily or become more fatal.
    • Fort Detrick also uses an advanced technology called CRISPR-Cas9 to extract specific genetic sequences from viruses. According to a paper published in 2017, Fort Detrick teams used this technology for the extraction of viral sequences coding for a "cleavage furin site".
    • In 2018, research was conducted in Fort Detrick, focused on the MERS coronavirus, a close relative of SARS-CoV-2.
    2/ Incorporation into a vaccine

For more than two centuries, US soldiers have been used as guinea pigs for vaccines. Every year new vaccines are tested on troops. Any of the many inoculations administered around 2018 might have contained SARS-CoV-2, including the mandatory yearly influenza vaccine, or one of these novel coronavirus-based vaccines:

In 2018, CEPI funded $56 million towards Inovio's DNA vaccine program against the coronavirus that causes MERS. USAMRIID (Fort Detrick) was a partner in this program.

Also in 2018, a patent was granted (filed in 2015) for a vaccine containing man-made coronavirus. The vaccine was funded by the WHO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:
The present invention provides a live, attenuated coronavirus comprising a variant replicase gene encoding polyproteins comprising a mutation in one or more of non-structural protein(s) [...] The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject."
3/ Virus escapes from the vaccine
The escape probably happened around the beginning of summer 2019, as suggested by the outbreak of strange respiratory diseases that began near Fort Detrick and spread to the rest of the US within months. Until then, the virus was contained in the vaccine.

4/ Virus mutates and reverses neurological effects
Between the first vaccine inoculation, probably in 2018, and the end of 2019, SARS-COV-2 mutated. The mass testing conducted in Iceland revealed 40 mutations in SARS-CoV-2. A paper published in March 2020 went further by identifying 149 mutations sites and two distinct strains: the L lineage and the S lineage.

The L lineage exhibits a significantly higher number of mutations, while the S lineage is more related to coronaviruses in animals. This suggests that the S lineage is the strain originally contained in the vaccine (obedience) while the L lineage is the strain that appeared after the mutation (disobedience).

In September 2019, before the Wuhan epidemic, but after the mysterious respiratory illnesses in the US, president Trump signed an 'emergency' Executive Order that gave 120 days for the development of a novel flu vaccine, "just in case."

Lock-down to Minimize Spread Not Fatality
We witnessed two very distinct 'lockdowns'. The first one in Wuhan was decided in the face of a virus that was as yet unknown, at least to Chinese scientists. The second was a worldwide (though primarily Western) lockdown imposed by whoever controls the WHO, after SARS-COV-2 was ascertained to be not deadlier than a common flu.

Wuhan authorities made a logical decision. At the time, the virus was unknown and no treatment was yet developed. Chinese officials identified an infectious cluster whose timing and location fit the period in which US soldiers were in Wuhan. They rightly suspected a potentially deadly viral weapon engineered in the US (as they stated as early as March).

As in the Middle Ages during the Black Death, confinement was the only solution. In the absence of a cure, it is an attempt to minimize the spread of the virus by avoiding any social contact.

But Chinese virologists quickly determined that SARS-COV-2 , although engineered in the US, was not worse than a seasonal flu and effective treatments were available. Soon the lockdown was lifted. Notice that Wuhan is only a tiny geographic region in China. The rest of China experience limited or no lockdowns. Quickly, China and neighboring countries adopted a test-and-treat approach that was successful: the fatality rate in China is estimated to be 0.6%.

The lockdown imposed in the West was a very different story. By this time, it was clear that SARS-COV-2 was not the new plague; furthermore, testing kits and effective treatments (hydroxychloroquine, azytromycine, zinc) were available. So there was a better solution than lockdown in terms of "saving lives".

    Lock-down vs no lock-down

The total lockdown imposed on billions of individuals epitomizes the line of force developed in this article. At any given time, the authorities will choose control over 'saving lives'. If necessary, they will sacrifice life to preserve or increase their control. That is exactly what happened with the Western lockdown, which increased the COVID-19 fatality rate (no herd immunity, no testing, no early treatment), and the overall fatality rate because of the increases in suicides, depression, poverty, and delayed or canceled medical care.

Western authorities deliberately chose the worst solution (from the perspective of "saving lives") because it was the best one in terms of control. They chose the lockdown to minimize the spread of what I suspect is a 'beneficial' disobedience mutation, even though they knew that it would cause a number of unnecessary deaths.

The premise of the lockdown was "COVID-19 is deadly", so in order to save lives we had to stay at home. In truth, the virus was not deadly at all, but the lockdown was. A self-fulfilling prophecy; where the remedy (lockdown) caused more deaths than the disease (COVID-19). A number of deaths caused by the lockdown were counted as COVID-19 deaths, making the initial bogus claim (that COVID-19 is deadly) seem apparently true.

Notice that three of the countries that imposed total lockdown (France, Italy, Belgium) also banned an effective, cheap and safe drug: hydroxychloroquine. Unsurprisingly, those three countries exhibit some of the highest fatality rates in the world as indicated in the diagram above.

    Conclusion

In this article we examined evidence suggesting that SARS-CoV-2 was engineered at Fort Detrick and incorporated into a vaccine for the express purpose of spreading widely and affecting neurological functions related to obedience.

But, it seems, this project backfired, first with the 'obedience virus' mutating into a 'disobedience virus', forcing the authorities to take rushed measures to restrict the spread of the beneficial mutant - at any price.

The total lockdown was a desperate attempt to minimize the spread of potentially beneficial effects of the mutated SARS-CoV-2. But it backfired a second time because the lockdown seems to have actually increased the transmission rate:
"Government study about COVID-19 seroprevalence in Spain: among workers, those who had an "essential profession" and continued working were less infected than those staying at home. This should lead to a reflection on the role of general confinement."
Having failed to contain the spread of the beneficial mutant, one of the only options left was to cancel the beneficial effects. The authorities are busy preparing the public for what is to come; for months we keep hearing about the "second wave" and "the vaccine against COVID-19."

What follows is only a prediction made in a very chaotic context. It's probable that by the end of 2020, like every year, a flu epidemic will emerge. This virus will, conveniently, be deemed a close relative to SARS-CoV-2, maybe with 'extra terrifying features'.

But there will be no need to despair because, by this time, the authorities will have prepared a vaccine. That's one of the reasons why hydroxycholoroquine was lambasted and banned. If a safe and effective treatment already exists, who is going to accept a rushed and unknown vaccine? A vaccine that will allegedly protect people against COVID-20, but will in reality be designed to 'cancel' the beneficial changes induced by the mutated strain of SARS-CoV-2.

Fort Detrick, despite allegedly being closed between July 2019 and April 2020, is already testing a vaccine. Isn't that rather quick? Perhaps not, given that people at Fort Detrick likely already know a lot about SARS-CoV-2 and its neurological effects.

It's probable that the vaccination won't be mandatory. Remember that the authorities are now "kinder and gentler". Instead of brute force, the authorities are more likely to use moral blackmail - "Get vaccinated to protect others!" - combined with social blackmail - "No vaccine = no job, no shopping, no travel, no socializing!" Basically, you're free to choose between the vaccine passport or a life sentence in an isolated cell.

In the end, the take-home message from this article is not so much about SARS-COV-2, which is finally just one more chapter in the big book of lies told by authorities, and the human tragedy of believing those lies. The principal message is that authorities are not here to protect us. The only thing that can protect us is knowledge, including the visceral knowledge that authorities do not protect us - quite the contrary, actually.

Neurologists warn of potential for serious brain disorders in people with mild coronavirus symptoms

Doctors may be missing signs of serious and potentially fatal brain disorders triggered by coronavirus, as they emerge in mildly affected or recovering patients, scientists have warned.

Neurologists are today publishing details of more than 40 UK Covid-19 patients whose complications ranged from brain inflammation and delirium to nerve damage and stroke. In some cases the neurological problem was the patient's first and main symptom.

The cases, published in the journal Brain, reveal a rise in a life-threatening condition called acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (Adem), as the first wave of infections swept across Europe. At University College London's Institute of Neurology, Adem cases rose from one a month before the pandemic to two or three a week in April and May. One woman, who was 59, died of the complication.

A dozen patients had inflammation of the central nervous system, 10 had brain disease with delirium or psychosis, eight had strokes and a further eight had peripheral nerve problems, mostly diagnosed as Guillain-Barré syndrome, an immune reaction that attacks the nerves and causes paralysis. It is fatal in 5 per cent of cases.
"We're seeing things in the way Covid-19 affects the brain that we haven't seen before with other viruses," says Michael Zandi, a senior author on the study and a consultant at the institute and University College London Hospitals NHS foundation trust.

"What we've seen with some of these Adem patients, and in other patients, is you can have severe neurology, you can be quite sick, but actually have trivial lung disease.

"Biologically, Adem has some similarities with multiple sclerosis, but it is more severe and usually happens as a one-off. Some patients are left with long-term disability; others can make a good recovery."
The cases add to concerns about the long-term health effects of Covid-19, which have left some patients breathless and fatigued long after they have cleared the virus, and others with numbness, weakness and memory problems.

One coronavirus patient described in the paper, a 55-year-old woman with no history of psychiatric illness, began to behave oddly the day after she was discharged from hospital. She repeatedly put her coat on and took it off again and began to hallucinate, reporting that she saw monkeys and lions in her house. She was readmitted to hospital and gradually improved on antipsychotic medication.

Another woman, aged 47, was admitted to hospital with a headache and numbness in her right hand a week after a cough and fever came on. She later became drowsy and unresponsive and required an emergency operation to remove part of her skull to relieve pressure on her swollen brain.
"We want clinicians around the world to be alert to these complications of coronavirus," Zandi says. He is urging physicians, GPs and healthcare workers with patients with cognitive symptoms, memory problems, fatigue, numbness or weakness to discuss the case with neurologists.

"The message is not to put that all down to the recovery, and the psychological aspects of recovery," he says.

"The brain does appear to be involved in this illness."
The full range of brain disorders caused by Covid-19 may not have been picked up yet, because many patients in hospitals are too sick to examine in brain scanners or with other procedures. "What we really need now is better research to look at what's really going on in the brain," Zandi says.

One concern is that the virus could leave a minority of people with subtle brain damage that becomes apparent only in years to come. This may have happened in the wake of the 1918 flu pandemic, when up to a million people appeared to develop brain disease.
"It's a concern if some hidden epidemic could occur after Covid where you're going to see delayed effects on the brain," Zandi says. "But it's far too early for us to judge now. We hope, obviously, that that's not going to happen, but when you've got such a big pandemic affecting such a vast proportion of the population it's something we need to be alert to."
David Strain, a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Exeter medical school, says that only a small number of patients appear to experience serious neurological complications and that more work is needed to understand their prevalence.
"This is very important as we start to prepare post-Covid-19 rehabilitation programs," he says.

"We've already seen that some people with Covid-19 may need a long rehabilitation period, both physical rehabilitation, such as exercise, and brain rehabilitation. We need to understand more about the impact of this infection on the brain."

    [...]
When the above is combined with the following from Richard Dolan's research:
By the early 1970s, there were already means available to alter the moods of unsuspecting persons. A pocket-sized transmitter generating electromagnetic energy at less than 100 milliwatts could do the job.

This is no pie-in-the-sky theory: In 1972, Dr. Gordon J.F. McDonald testified before the House Subcommittee on Oceans and International Environment on the issue of electromagnetic weapons used for mind control and mental disruption. He stated:
[T]he basic notion was to create, between the electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere and conducting layers of the surface of the Earth, this neutral cavity, to create waves, electrical waves that would be tuned to the brain waves. …About ten cycles per second. …You can produce changes in behavioral patterns or in responses.
The following year, Dr. Joseph C. Sharp, at Walter Reed Hospital, while in a soundproof room, was able to hear spoken words broadcast by ‘pulsed microwave audiogram.’ These words were broadcast to him without any implanted electronic translation device. Rather, they reached him by direct transmission to the brain. [Dolan]
... one wonders if "they" managed to tune some viruses to microwaves broadcasted from satellites... that would explain the increased beachings of whales and dolphins or entire herds of elephants dying of heart attacks... as well as why isolated individuals "catch" the corona virus when the rest of their family don't because not "attuned" to the beaming?

Thanks to Norman who linked to an article and mp3 which indicate that the research into remote controlling bacteria, etc. via wireless started in 1926... here is an excerpt of that article:
In 1962, RCA/NBC president David Sarnoff awarded his RCA engineer spy Robert I. Lieber the 1962 David Sarnoff Outstanding Achievement Award in Engineering for his work in the Systems Engineering, Moorestown Missile and Surface Radar Division, Defense Electronic Products, Moorestown, NJ. Lieber's work laid down the bases for the current AEGIS global satellite warfare system. AEGIS is an integral component of the 5G weaponization plans for the "aggressive remote control of all things."

Fig. 45Charles M. Lieber. (Accessed Mar. 19, 2020). Biography, Lieber Research Group, Principal Investigator. Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Harvard University. (Includes a long list of conspirator companies and individuals.)

In Part Three of this report we focus on Charles M. Lieber who is currently out on $1 million cash bail after his arrest on Jan. 28, 2020 in Boston. Charles is very evidently the RCA et al research cardboard cutout to control all of the patents for carbon nanotube, nanowire and nanopore inventions. Charles Lieber represents the Pilgrims Society's shift of focus to consolidating patents under a single person who then assigns all their rights to Pilgrims Society corporations and institutions like Harvard and Oxford.

In, 1994, Robert Lieber's son, Harvard professor Charles M. Lieber began filing the first of 65 patents in carbon nanotube, nanowire and nanopore technologies used in the DoD Office of Net Assessment's weaponization of Lieber's nanotubes as a bioweapon vehicle for the mass distribution of viral weapons like Coronavirus.

Charles M. Lieber completely concealed his father Robert's work as a C.I.A. operative for David Sarnoff, RCA and NBC as he was being awarded $100's of millions in government contracts to corner the intellectual property space regarding carbon nano technology for which he was exclusively funded by DARPA, NIH, C.I.A. MITRE, Army, Navy, Air Force, Harvard and NSF. These agency are the very same agencies that funded RCA Research historically.

Tellingly, "The IBM Internet of Things" patents are all filed under a lone inventor Richard C. Walker, whose real identity appears to be Professor James P. Chandler. See Meet The Person Who Can Remotely Crash Planes And Can Your Mind.

Here's a teaser for what's coming on "Nano Man" Harvard Professor Charles M. Lieber:
The subject matter of Lieber’s 65 patents telegraphs a truly frightening biowarfare agenda and his obvious status as a "cardboard cutout" for the Pilgrims Society:

Charles M. Lieber Funder: -------Science Funded includes:
C.I.A. ---------------------------Synthesis of carbon graphene nanostructures

NSF ----------------------------Computer program and apparatus to collect and store data in nanowires

DARPA -------------------------High resolution nanosensors and related technology

    NIH ----------------------------Nanopore sensing

U.S. Army Research -------------Nanowire ballistic properties

MITRE Corporation --------------Bent nanowires and related probing of species, incl. cell membranes

DoD Naval Research ------------Nanoscale wires for data storage

U.S. Air Force ------------------Liquid films containing nanoscale wire sensors

    DoD ---------------------------Nanowire strength

Harvard -----------------------Nanoscale transistors for biomolecular sensors
Lieber’s biographies are plastered on thousands of websites all over the world. Most notably Lieber, but also an obscure IBM researcher named Donald S. Bethune, are the most prominent figures in the fields of carbon nanotubes, nanowires and nanopores.

And yet, despite this deluge of information about Charles Lieber, he never mentions his family.
Quote Indicted Harvard nano-scientist Charles M. Lieber investigations have taken an unexpected turn into Pilgrims Society pathogen biotechnology bankrolled by the Rothschilds.

David Sarnoff hired Charles’ father, Robert I. Lieber, to engineer radar, satellite and missile systems that could deliver microbe payloads according to Sarnoff's well-publicized 1926 dystopian vision of the "devastating consequences of new miracles in science"
Quote Tellingly, the Wellcome Fund is today the largest donor to pharmaceutical research in the world (with Gates Foundation #2). Wellcome Fund is a primary funder of The Pirbright Institute (his sponsor, Henry de Worms, 1st Baron Pirbright's [a Rothschild heir] donated the land).

The Pirbright Institute holds the patent on Coronavirus. The Institute is notorious for allowing the 2007 foot and mouth disease outbreak at Pirbright, after which they built a Merial Animal Health Institute in Nanchang, China, just a four-hour drive from Wuhan, China.

Evidently, the Wellcome family legacy of testing and releasing deadly vaccines on humans started during the 2nd Boer War and carries on to this day.

Also on the Pirbright site today is Cobbet Hill Earthstation with satellite warfare-level capabilities. Henry de Worms (Rothschild), starting in the 1880's, helped establish the Marconi Wireless monopoly in Britain and worked as patent, commerce, trade and colonies minister to fuse Marconi wireless technology (stolen from Nikola Tesla) and Wellcome biological research into using radio transmissions to trigger viral outbreaks.

Today, 140 years later, de Worms (Rothschild)'s vision is finally coming true in 5G and nanotubes carrying deadly virus payloads. See Jun. 05, 1909 above.

Mystery: Argentine sailors infected with virus after 35 days at sea

The Echizen Maru fishing trawler returned to port in Ushuaia after some of its crew began exhibiting symptoms typical of COVID-19.

Argentina is trying to solve a medical mystery after 57 sailors were infected with the coronavirus after 35 days at sea, despite the entire crew testing negative before leaving port. The Echizen Maru fishing trawler returned to port after some of its crew began exhibiting symptoms typical of COVID-19, the health ministry for the southern Tierra del Fuego province said Monday.

According to the ministry, 57 sailors, out of 61 crew members, were diagnosed with the virus after undergoing a new test.

However, all of the crew members had undergone 14 days of mandatory quarantine at a hotel in the city of Ushuaia. Prior to that, they had negative results, the ministry said in a statement.

Two of the other sailors have tested negative, and two others are awaiting test results, the province's emergency operations committee said. Two sailors were hospitalized.

"It's hard to establish how this crew was infected, considering that for 35 days, they had no contact with dry land and that supplies were only brought in from the port of Ushuaia," said Alejandra Alfaro, the director of primary health care in Tierra del Fuego.

A team was examining "the chronology of symptoms in the crew to establish the chronology of contagion," she said.

The head of the infectious diseases department at Ushuaia Regional Hospital, Leandro Ballatore, said he believed this is a "case that escapes all description in publications, because an incubation period this long has not been described anywhere."

"We cannot yet explain how the symptoms appeared," said Ballatore.

The crew was placed in isolation on board the ship and returned to the port of Ushuaia.

Argentina exceeded 100,000 total cases on Sunday, and the death toll rose to 1,859. The majority of infections are in the Buenos Aires area.

So... what's up with that? Could it possibly be a targeted beam activation such as the kind researched since 1926?

Targeted beam activation sounds like a bit of a stretch, imo. Not saying that it's impossible, but I'm applying Occam's razor here.

To me or sounds like either the tests were flawed in some way, meaning that as few as one or as many as 50 of the crew members were actually positive, or, that similar to HPV and other viruses, covid doesn't just leave your system after a few weeks, but instead goes dormant, then relapses for any number of reasons/factors. This explains why people are sick for months, or why some recover, only to get "reinfected" after a few weeks.

Also, if this virus has been in the population much more widespread and for much longer than the "official" story (originated in China in November/December 2019) then that makes something like this much more possible.

DARPA’s Cocktail Menu of Brave New World Human Control

    Russ Winter Winter Watch Articles
    July 20, 2020

Alaska's controversial HAARP facility closed down. Will it come back online?
    PHOTO: Anchorage Daily News

The “natural person” — as opposed to some contrived invention called a “trans-human” — has a right to be left unmolested by Crime Syndicate psychopaths who are determined to drive them like herds to market and cram an agenda of political domination disguised as scientific “advancements” down their throat.

What stops them now from warring, stealing, exploiting, murdering, harassing, enslaving and dominating most of the human race? From having peace? NOTHING. And now we have this horrific marriage of the kakistocracy and technocracy.

One has to believe this process is well underway, particularly in environments that are more institutionalized and where individuals are already more corralled. Winter Watch suggests the best candidates for this new hybrid social structure are younger and have grown up with brainwashing. An older person is more hard wired on their outlook and language. Hardwired folks can be monitored, culled as necessary and allowed to die off, except for more problematic types. Die offs of the older can be facilitated by plandemics.

It should be safe to assume that these methods are both secret and more advanced than is generally recognized.

One of the current technologies works by directing radio signals on targeted individuals to stimulate specific areas of their brain. These low-density subtle energies have the affect of causing disruption to the body’s physiological integrity, resulting in mood changes such as high anxiety. The directed radio signals may also be used to alter decision making in order to manipulate a desired behavioral outcome.

And it’s not just specific individuals. The technology has been known to psycho-actively overwhelm and covertly control and manipulate entire civilian populations.

There is also the development of “anti-sleep” drugs to dampen emotional reactions to violence. At an unknown level of advancement are “neuro-weapons,” which are virus-transported molecules to addle the brain.

Research is being conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication at ASU and is entitled “Toward Narrative Disruptors and Inductors: Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects.” A detailed overview of the project can be found in the document.

    Highlights include:
    • In phase 3 of the research, the research group will “selectively alter aspects of narrative structure and brain functions via Transcranial Magnetic Simulation (TMS) to induce or disrupt selected features of narrative processing.”
    • Once it is determined that disruption of certain portions of the brain can enhance persuasive messaging, individuals can be persuaded to do things they normally would not do and believe things they normally would not believe. This could include something as simple as telling a closely guarded secret, to believing in government propaganda, or even committing a violent act. The group writes on page 26,
“Once we have produced a narrative comprehension model [i.e. how individuals comprehend stories and persuasive messages], end users [aka the government] will understand how to activate known neural networks (e.g. working memory or attention) and positive behavioral outcome (e.g. nonviolent actions) nodes with strategic communication messages."
DARPA last year received $65 million from American taxpayers to develop a way to plug a human brain directly into a computer. According to an announcement by DARPA, the project will create a way to “enable rich two-way communication with the brain at a scale that will help deepen our understanding of that organ’s underlying biology, complexity and function.”

In other words, the Crime Syndicate (CS) is taking money from taxpayers and using it to build a way to manipulate their brains, altering their senses —
“vision, hearing and speech” — in whatever way the CS deem beneficial. One of the first steps, DARPA reports, will be to create “an implantable package.” That is to say, a device that can be put directly into the brains of those selected for the sensory rewiring. One of the proposed interfaces will result in the development of “up to 100,000 untethered, submillimeter-sized ‘neurograin’ sensors implanted onto or into the cerebral cortex.”
Next up are micro-chipped pills. Not happy enough with monitoring our phone calls, computers and having a camera on us everywhere we go outside, the recently FDA-approved microchip in a pill will be the perfect excuse to place surveillance inside our bodies.

Could a remote-controlled digital-dosing and monitoring system have the affect of making its pill-taking citizens temperate and docile, if ever needed? Or could it be used to deliberately change our moods?

Former DARPA head Regina Dugan now leads special projects for the Google-owned Motorola Vitamin authentication. Dugan shows a pill that can be ingested and then battery powered with stomach acid to produce an 18-bit internal signal. After that, the swallower’s whole body becomes a password.

DARPA said in a press release that the new technology — called Restoring Active Memory, or RAM — will help design and “develop wireless, fully implantable neural-interface medical devices that can serve as ‘neuro-prosthetics.'” Such “memory restoration technologies” could be used to implant phony memories.

DARPA has begun a heavily funded project to “enhance human ability in war zones by altering the genetic code (recipe) of their soldiers.” The aim is to achieve battlefield supremacy by creating soldiers who lack empathy and are smarter, more focused and much stronger than their enemy counterparts. Variations can be used within the broader population, and probably already are.

Then we have the 5G rollout and EMF pollution.

The Schuman resonance frequency (7.83Hz) has been described as the Earth’s universal magnetic pulse. Experiments by Professor R. Wever showed that when subjects were kept underground and isolated from the Schuman resonance frequency, after a while, they developed a whole range of nervous system, hormonal and behavioral problems.

EMF’s and the related wireless technology interfere with the Schuman resonance and the body’s natural circadian rhythm. In humans, brain alpha waves are virtually identical to the Schuman resonance, needed for healthy function.

Scientists pave way for new era of medicine by observing nanoparticles for 1st time

Physicists have achieved a world first which could revolutionize the field of medicine by measuring and studying a single, twisted nanoparticle in isolation, paving the way for microscopic ‘labs’ to replace traditional drugs.

Researchers at the University of Bath employed a cutting-edge technique known as hyper-Rayleigh scattering optical activity (HRS OA) to examine gold particles at the nanoscale level, or somewhere in the region of 10,000 times smaller than a pinhead.

Using this technique, they were able to measure the gold particles’ chirality. This is the particular twist in a given material which cannot be superimposed on any other, making it unique. A person’s left hand cannot be superimposed on their right and therefore is chiral from the right hand. For example, depending on the material, this chirality might afford a citrus fruit molecule’s smell, clockwise for lemon, counterclockwise for orange.

Like left and right hands, chiral molecules have the same things attached in the same order, but are mirror images and not the same. Wikimedia Commons
“Chirality is one of the most fundamental properties of nature. It exists in sub-atomic particles, in molecules (DNA, proteins), in organs (the heart, the brain), in bio-materials (such as seashells), in storm clouds (tornadoes) and in the shape of galaxies (spirals hurtling through space),” elaborated lead researcher Professor Ventsislav Valev.
The ability to measure and study molecules at isolation and in the nanoscale has massive implications for everything from medicines, to our food and even pesticides.
“This is both a record and a milestone in nanotechnology,” Professor Valev added.
The technology, which employs laser pulses, can detect a single nanoparticle floating in a liquid. It’s hoped it could be used to help produce pharmaceuticals in an incredibly detailed and customizable way.

Nanoscale medicines developed using precise, minute amounts of ingredients would afford doctors the ability to more accurately treat specific illnesses and diseases in previously unfathomable ways.
“You’ll be able to go to the chemist with a prescription and instead of receiving a medicine that has to be mixed from bottles of chemicals and then stored in the fridge for several days, you’ll walk away with pills that are mini-labs. Upon cracking the pill, a precise number of micro-droplets will flow through microchannels to mix and produce the needed medicine,” Professor Valev explained.

Hitachi Develops World’s Smallest RFID Chip

The Japanese giant Hitachi has developed the world’s smallest and thinnest Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip. Measuring only 0.15 x 0.15 millimeters in size and 7.5 micrometers thick, the wireless chip is a smaller version of the previous record holder – Hitachi’s 0.4 x 0.4 mm “Micro-Chip”. The company used semiconductor miniaturization and electron beam technology to write data on the chip substrates to achieve this decrease in size. The new chips have a wide range of potential applications from military to transportation, logistics and even consumer electronics. Hitachi’s new line of rfid chips are also built with VPN enabled technology.

Nicknamed “Powder” or “Dust”, these chips consist of 128-bit ROM (Read Only Memory) that can store a 38-digit number. Hitachi says the distance between each circuit element was reduced using the Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) process, where an insulation layer and a monocrystalline silicon layer are formed upon the silicon base substrate, and the transistor is then formed on this SOI substrate. When compared to the conventional process where a transistor is formed directly upon the silicon substrate, this technology significantly reduces parasitic capacitance and current leakage, improving the transistor’s performance. The SOI process also prevents the interference between neighboring devices, which often causes product malfunctions.

Thanks to an insulator surrounding each device, Hitachi experts say that even when the devices are in close proximity, higher integration is achieved on an even smaller area. The surface area of the new chips was reduced to a quarter of the original 0.3 x 0.3 mm, 60µm-thick chip developed by Hitachi in 2003. The company says that developments in thin chip fabrication technology enabled the significant decrease in width – to one-eighth of that of the previous model. With more chips that can be fabricated on a single wafer, productivity was increased by over four times, and Hitachi expects this will open the way to new applications for wireless RFID chips. The µ-Chip uses an external antenna to receive radio waves, which can be transformed and wirelessly transmitted as a unique ID number.

The data is written during the fabrication process, using ROM, and is therefore non-rewritable, providing a high level of authenticity. “By taking advantage of the merits of compactness, high authenticity and wireless communication, and combining it with Internet technology, the µ-Chip may be utilized in a broad range of applications such as security, transportation, amusement, traceability and logistics” – said Hitachi engineers who worked on the project. Hitachi is continuing to develop technologies that increase communication’s distance range and decrease antenna size, whilst preserving high reliability and aiming for improved productivity. The company said that the enhanced compactness and thinness of the new chip has further broadened the range of possible applications, including gift certificates that can be authenticated. The new RFID “powder” can also be incorporated into thin paper, such as currency, creating so-called “bugged” money.

Miniature RFID chips may also have advanced military applications such as smartdust. Smartdust is the concept of wireless MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) sensors that can detect anything from light and temperature to vibrations. Using a large amount of sensors is not a new concept – the U.S. military experimented with this idea already during the Vietnam War (Operation Igloo White). While the older sensors were relatively large and only somewhat effective, Professor Christopher Pister from UC Berkeley suggested in 2001 to create a new type of micro sensor that could theoretically be as small as a grain of sand. Research into this idea is ongoing and is being funded by DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency).

What was only a theoretical concept in 2001 has now become a reality with the latest development by Hitachi, and could find its way to intelligence agencies across the world. RFID chips are also a source for increasing controversy surrounding issues of privacy. An RFID chip can be used to track the location of unsuspecting individuals who have bought products that include RFID tags in their package. Having miniature cheap RFID chips, such as those developed by Hitachi, implanted inside anything we buy might make many people feel very uncomfortable. However, big businesses believe that consumers’ fears are dwarfed by the benefits of RFID chips, which include reduced theft, digital real time inventory, and better information on consumer shopping habits. This tech is now actively used in automatic dog feeders with RFID tags to feed multiple dogs at a schedule. The feeder identifies the dog with the unique RFID chip and dispenses the food. Multiple dogs in a house are fed even in the absence of dog owner.

TFOT looked at several RFID related technologies including HP’s Memory Spot Chip, which is some what similar to RFID technology (although there are also some important differences), The RFID Loc8tor that can identify special RFID tags from a distance of up to 183 meters (600 feet), and a new Nanobattery technology developed at the Tel Aviv University, which could power semi-active RFID chips in the future. Hitachi is constantly developing new and advanced chips. After publishing the information regarding the 0.15 x 0.15 millimeter RFID chip back in 2006, the company apparently completed working on the improved RFID chip in early 2007. According to the Nikkei website, Hitachi is now planning on developing an even smaller RFID chip using 65-nanometer lithographic technology.

The Lugar Center is a $161 million Pentagon-funded biolaboratory in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi © Dilyana Gaytandzhieva

Leaked e-mails between the Lugar Center, the Pentagon biolaboratory in Tbilisi, the US Embassy to Georgia and the Georgian Ministry of Health reveal new information about the $161 million secretive US Government biological research program in this former Soviet country.

The data allegedly originating from the Ministry of Health of Georgia has been published anonymously on Twitter and on a forum for database leaks - Raidforums. Among the documents there are internal memos, official letters and detailed information about US government projects at the Lugar Center, funding and foreign business trips.

Arms Watch volunteers have analyzed the leaked data and discovered very interesting facts about the Center's recent activities.

The Pentagon has planned to turn Georgia into its largest biological research center overseas, combining its military resources with the resources of the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Georgia.

Furthermore, the number of US projects and grants have increased as well as the number of US scientists deployed to the Lugar Center. The Pentagon-funded facility is planned to temporarily accommodate 16 CDC specialists from Atlanta, for whom Georgia will build a separate BSL-2 laboratory, administrative building and a campus near the Lugar Center. In addition, Georgia will become a regional CDC hub for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, internal documents reveal.

The Lugar Center already sparked controversy about possible dual-use research in 2018 when leaked documents revealed that US diplomats in Georgia were involved in the trafficking of frozen human blood and pathogens for a secret military program.

The Lugar Center is just one of the many Pentagon biolaboratories in 25 countries across the world. They are funded by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under a $ 2.1 billion military program - Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP), and are located in former Soviet Union countries such as Georgia (the motherland of former Soviet leader Joseph Stalin) and Ukraine, the Middle East, South East Asia and Africa.

Pentagon research on bioterrorism agents at the Lugar Center

US military scientists have been deployed to Georgia for research on bioterrorism agents at the Lugar Center, according to the new data leak. These bio-agents have the potential to be aerosolized and used as bioweapons. Among them anthrax, tularemia, Brucella, Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever, Hantavirus, Y. pestis (causing the disease plague).

The US military biological research projects in Georgia have been funded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). According to internal data, American and Georgian scientists are currently working on the following DTRA projects in the Lugar Center:

Project 1059: Zoonotic Infections with Fever and Skin Injuries in Georgia

The project includes isolation of new orthopoxviruses in humans, rodents, domestic and wild animals in Georgia, and collection of rodents (as a natural reservoir for this virus) for their further study.

    Duration: 01/11/2015-31/10/2018 (extended to 2020)

    Funding: $702,343

Project 1060: Characterization of the Georgian National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) Strain Repository by New Generation Sequencing

Description: characterization and genome research on 100 strains from four endemic species: Y. pestis (causing the disease plague), B. anthracis (anthrax), Brucella, and F. tularensis (causing the disease tularemia).

    Duration: 01/11/2015-31/10/2018

    Funding: $ 518,409

Project 1439: Molecular Virological Research in Georgia

    Description and objectives:
    • Identify and characterize Hantavirus and Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV) strains by molecular methods;Characterize and study genetic diversity of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus and hantavirus strains isolated from rodents and ectoparasites;
    • Serological examination of febrile patients with Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome;
    • Collection of rodents and ectoparasites (ticks, fleas);
    Duration: 16/08/2017-15/08/2021

    Funding: $612,614

Project 1497: Molecular Epidemiology and Ecology of Yersinia Species in Georgia and Azerbaijan

    Description:
    1) Ecological research on rodents in Kerb on the Georgian-Azerbaijani border

    2) Isolation of different strains of Yersinia;

    3) Molecular screening of collected rodent and flea samples.

    4) A comparative analysis of the genomes of Yersinia strains obtained during the fieldwork;

    5) Spatial analysis of the distribution of Yersinia strains.
    Duration: 01/09/2017-31/08/2018 (extended to 2022)

    Funding: $134,090.00

Project 1742: Risks of bat-borne zoonotic diseases in Western Asia

    Duration: 24/10/2018-23 /10/2019

    Funding: $71,500

In 2017 the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) launched a $6.5 million project on bats and coronaviruses in Western Asia (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Jordan) with the Lugar Center being the local laboratory for this genetic research. The duration of the program is 5 years and has been implemented by the non-profit US organisation Eco Health Alliance.

    The project's objectives are:
    1. Capture and non-lethally sample 5,000 bats in 5-year period (2017-2022)

    2. Collect 20,000 samples (i.e. oral, rectal swabs and/or feces, and blood) and screen for coronaviruses using consensus PCR at regional labs in Georgia and Jordan.
According to the project presentation, Eco Health Alliance already sampled 270 bats of 9 species in three Western Asian countries: 90 individual bats in Turkey (Aug 2018), Georgia (Sept 2018), and Jordan (Oct 2018).

EcoHealth Alliance and Georgian scientists sampling a bat for coronavirus research in 2018 (Facebook, Keti Sidamonidze)

Coincidentally, the same Pentagon contractor tasked with the US DoD bat-research program - Eco Health Alliance, USA, also collected bats and isolated coronaviruses along with Chinese scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. EcoHealth Alliance received a $3.7 million grant from the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) to collect and study coronaviruses in bats in China from 2014 to 2019.

Project 1911: Ricketsia and Coxelia infection surveillance in Georgia and Azerbaijan (US federal grant HDTRA1-19-1-0042 awarded to NCDC-Georgia)

    Duration: 23/09/2019 - 22/09/2022

    Funding: $945,000

Despite the official claims of Georgia and USA that the Lugar Center is under the full control of the government of this Caucasus country, internal documents show otherwise. Not only has the Pentagon funded biological research projects but it has also paid all the expenses for security and maintenance including utility bills - water, gas, electricity, and cleaning. Tasked with the operational and scientific support to the Lugar Center is USAMRU-Georgia, a special unit deployed to Georgia by the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). WRAIR has paid: $524,625 (2016-2018), $650,000 (2017-2019) and $1,062,400 (2017-2021) for utility bills, and a further $158,050 (2016-2017) and $322,000 (2018-2021) for security guards.

The Pentagon has also awarded a private US contractor, Technology Management Company (TMC) an $8 million contract for science services to support USAMRU-Georgia in the Lugar Center (2016-2021).

    Tularemia research on soldiers

The Pentagon unit USAMRU-Georgia has conducted extensive research on tularemia involving Georgian soldiers, scientific papers reveal.

Tularemia is a rare infectious disease that typically attacks the skin, eyes, lymph nodes and lungs. Tularemia, also called rabbit fever or deer fly fever, is caused by the bacterium Francisella tularensis. It is categorized as a category A bioterrorism agent. Tularemia was weaponized for mass aerosol dissemination by the US Army in the past, according to a recently declassified military report.

900 volunteers (soldiers and civilians) were recruited for the DTRA project GG-19 "Epidemiology and Ecology of Tularemia in Georgia" from 2014 to 2017. Blood samples were collected from those volunteers and tested for tularemia.

According to the study, 10 soldiers (2%) of the 500 solders tested had antibodies for F. tularensis. The seropositive soldiers were men, the majority of whom were between 30 and 39 years of age. Seven cases had current residences in known endemic areas (i.e. Kakheti, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, and Tbilisi). Three were from areas without previously known F. tularensis transmission (i.e. Imereti).

Of the 783 residents approached to participate in this study, 35 (5.0%) volunteers had antibodies to F. tularensis.

While the civilian volunteers were all residents of two areas with naturally occurring foci of tularemia in Georgia, the military personnel were soldiers visiting Georgia's military hospital. The study does not provide any explanation as to why soldiers were enrolled in this project nor how exactly they contracted the disease in the army.

Furthermore, Georgia has asked the US Embassy for assistance for the construction of a second military hospital in the country, according to leaked correspondence between local health officials and the US Embassy to Tbilisi.

Below is Google translation in English of this correspondence:

    CDC regional hub
The US Government has launched a parallel civil program in Georgia implemented by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Leaked e-mails between the US Embassy to Tbilisi and Georgian health officials reveal that CDC has planned to set up a regional office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia in Georgia. The US Embassy and CDC have requested additional office space for 16 employees. Currently the CDC staff are working inside the Lugar Center.

Interestingly, the Georgian health officials do not ask about any further information or clarification as to what this new foreign hub is going to do in their own country. Instead, Georgia's Ministry of Health has planned the construction of a new BSL-2 laboratory, conference hall and campus near the Lugar Center with a loan from the European Investment Bank, according to a letter to the finance minister of Georgia leaked on Raidforums.

Arms Watch could not independently verify the authenticity of this letter as we did not find it in the leaked files. We have further analyzed the ministry's internal data and discovered the following CDC projects in Georgia:

    Project 1320: Antimicrobial Resistance Project

    Duration: 01/09/2016 -29/09/2020

    Duration: 30/09/2017 - 29/09/2020

    Funding: $100,360

In conclusion, the United States has been consistently developing its laboratory facilities in the Caucasus. Why has the US Government spent billions of dollars on such biolaboratories and projects abroad instead on the health of its own citizens?

Furthermore, why have US scientists working at the Lugar Center been given diplomatic status and immunity to research deadly pathogens and insects in Georgia? Diplomatic immunity is a principle of international law by which foreign government officials are not subject to the jurisdiction of local courts and other authorities for their activities. Hence, US scientists could even perform illegal experiments in Georgia without being prosecuted as they have diplomatic immunity.

The USA Pays For Death of The Citizens of Georgia

    FRN
    By Cesare Lombroso
    By Guest Author
    Last updated Sep 7, 2020

By Cesare Lombroso – In September the unspecified hackers posted in Twitter social networking system a lot of documents proving that the USA performed the prohibited biological researches in Georgia

The Government of Georgia and US pharmaceutical company Gilead ignored the research of 249 cases of death of the patients participating in the project of testing the anti-Hepatitis C vaccine. Herewith several examined persons stopped to administer the “drugs” because of side effects at their own discretion.

According to the Ministry of Health of Georgia, 187.1 mln. US dollars worth of anti-Hepatitis C antiviral drugs have expired due to “cancellation of treatment, death of patients or other reasons”. Internal correspondence between the Government of Georgia and the US embassy in Tbilisi indicated that the “volunteers” participating in the vaccine trial died and that treatment for others was canceled without any reason.

It is worth reminding that the multi-year program for the elimination of Hepatitis C in Georgia was launched in 2015 by US pharmaceutical company Gilead in collaboration with the US Center for Disease Control and the Ministry of Health of Georgia. Under this agreement, Gilead will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or other damage, regardless of whether it is foreseeable or unforeseen, caused by a tort or conflict.
