Formal Call to Challenge the Electoral College has been made

Rep Mo Brooks of the state of Alabama has called for the Electoral College to be Challenged. He stated:

"in my judgement, if only lawful votes cast by eligible United States Citizens are counted, President Trump has easily won the Electoral College and second term as President.

As such, it is my duty to under the United States Constitution on January 6, if the required ONE Senator will join me, to object to and later vote to reject reject Electoral College Votes submissions from states whose election systems are so badly flawed as to render their vote submissions unreliable, untrustworthy, and unworthy of acceptance."

Interesting, a Representative to Congress from Alabama believes the 2020 election results are the result of fraud. Alabama now seems to be in the mix. He may be working with the Alabama Legislature to contest the electoral votes from Alabama.

What is also interesting if that happens is that, pursuant to the US Constitution and the Electoral Count Act, both houses of Congress (Senate and Representatives) are to meet on January 6 to count the electoral votes of each state as certified and sent to Congress by each state.

Under the Act, the votes are to be counted in alphabetical order. Alabama is the first state in that order.

The Act further provides that both houses of Congress must agree on the vote as certified by a state. If both houses cannot agree all further counting stops until both houses agree. (Or, perhaps, the SCOTUS breaks the deadlock some how. Intervention and action by the SCOTUS is becoming increasingly likely.) That is, Congress cannot go on to count the electoral votes of the next state until it has agreed on the votes of each prior state.

So, hypothetically, if the Governor of Alabama certifies the votes for Biden and sends that to Congress, but the Legislature of Alabama sends Congress a competing certification for Trump, or says to Congress don’t certify any votes from Alabama, and if both houses cannot agree on what to do in that event, under the Act all further counting of the electoral college votes must stop. Under this hypo that would be at the very first state to come up to be counted—Alabama.

Then what? One possibility is:

If by Inauguration Day on 1/20/2021 Congress has not broken the stalemate the Speaker of the House, currently Nancy Pelosi, would become “Acting President” and continue to act until Congress does finish the process of counting every state’s electoral votes and thereby elect the President and VP.

The foregoing is true whether the counting stops at Alabama or some other state. Say, Pennsylvania. In that regard, it is my understanding that the PA legislature sent a letter, signed by 76 members, to Congress advising Congress not to count the electoral votes certified by the PA governor if the certification is for Biden. (76 is 30% of the PA legislature.)

I think this hypothetical will not come to pass. (I shudder at the thought.). But it might. If it does in some form come to pass, Art II, Sec. 1, the 12 and 20th Amendments to the Constitution (and other provisions) and the Act provide the road map for Congress and the SCOTUS to follow.

The obvious part of this message is:

Both with hashtags – so it wasn’t a mistake. It was directly intended to read as it was written.

i concluded from both that this was looking suspiciously like the "hidden alternative" they had in mind from the onset as their target objective

What If the Deep State Has No Bottom?

What if the so-called deep state, as characterized by the recent activities of two, out of many, U.S. federal government agencies, is much deeper than we can all believe?

Of late, exceedingly troubling developments have emerged. The CIA, created under the National Security Act of 1947, was never supposed to spy on American citizens. Its mission was “to collect, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence to assist the President and senior U.S. government policymakers in making decisions relating to national security.”

A Rogue Agency and Getting Worse

In recent years, in violation of the law, the CIA has spied on American citizens, undertaken domestic acts outside of its purview, and operated a rogue agency. Under the direction of John Brennan, as deep a swamp creature as has ever existed, the CIA engaged in long-term illegal operations against the Trump campaign and, even after Brennan, carried it over to the Trump Administration.

Time will tell if the CIA was involved in manipulating the 2020 election. CIA servers positioned in Germany may have received election data which was then recalibrated in some way and sent back to the US. Why does this relay even exist?

With a Biden Administration, if it were to happen, the CIA would grow ever more powerful, eventually manipulating nearly every aspect of American politics, let alone foreign policy and defense.

A Strong Drift off Course

The CIA is supposed to consist of dedicated personnel who watch out for the welfare of American citizens and American interests around the globe. Gina Haspel, the first female director, has intentionally slow-walked legitimate Freedom of Information requests and knowingly impeded lawful investigations into agency activities.

Presumably, Haspel is maintaining some sort of loyalty to staff and peers, but this is not part of her job description. She needs to be loyal to the president, the country, and her oath of office. Haspel should be fired and walked out of her office immediately, with all files, computers, and records kept out of her reach forevermore, as a thorough investigation takes place as to why she has resisted.

FBI: Unlawful, Inept, and Uncooperative

A second U.S. federal government agency, among so many others, has been unlawful, inept, uncooperative, and even diabolical. In assessing the FBI, my goodness, where can one even start? Before James Comey, going back to Robert Mueller, and even before him, the agency had gone rogue.

The FBI selectively pursues certain cases and individuals, and selectively ignores others. The agency’s allegiance to the U.S., to the Department of Justice, and to its own mission has strayed so far off course, one wonders why anyone aspires to lead the agency.

James Comey, in particular, is deceitful, cunning, and treasonous. While not on the same level as J. Edgar Hoover, Comey has flouted the law so often that he belongs in prison, now.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions didn't have the chops to take any action. Bill Barr moves more slowly than a sloth in hibernation. Why he hasn’t acted is a mystery for the ages: Comey has already lied under oath to Congress. Yet Barr and company have done nothing.

Some pundits conclude that Barr has bigger fish to fry, but months and years have rolled by and Comey is not only walking free, he is still shooting his mouth off, collecting royalties from his book of lies, and on the faculty of the College of William & Mary teaching ethical leadership. He also has been retained by Columbia University to lead a seminar titled “Lawyers and Leaders." Those poor students don’t have a chance!

Wray: A Study in Disaster

The FBI under Christopher Wray is not much better than under Comey. I say with kindness, Wray is a complete weasel. He has a pained look every time he's in front of Congress: He knows he's not telling the whole story. He is either an outright never Trumper or a secret never Trumper who is doing little to restore trust in the agency.

There's no telling what Wray is up to, but whatever it is, it portends badly for our country. He claims, for example, that Antifa is not an organization, merely an ideology.

During the 2020 election fiasco, the FBI has been tasked to investigate. Wray promptly delayed for six to eight days, and even then, is doing about one tenth of what could be done. Like Gina Haspel, Wray needs to be fired immediately; walked out of the building; and have all his files, computers, software, thumb drives, etc., analyzed.

Other agencies are equally inept or simply rogue – the topic of future articles. For now, let’s merely say that the CIA and the FBI are not the institutions that they once were, have betrayed the U.S. badly, and will not improve without major reorganization. The rank-and-file of both agencies could still be competent and trustworthy, but the upper echelon surely is not."

The two chambers of the Arizona state legislature will suspend their work this week after former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani tested positive for the coronavirus less than a week after spending hours testifying in front of Republican legislators in a futile bid to overturn the state’s election results.

Spokespeople for the state House and Senate confirmed to The Hill Sunday that the two chambers would cancel their planned meetings this week because of concerns over the spread of the coronavirus.

President Trump tweeted that Giuliani tested positive for the virus Sunday, and reports said he is receiving treatment at a Washington-area hospital.

According to AZFamily, after contact with COVID-positive Giuliani, many Republican lawmakers must quarantine to prevent the virus’s possible spread.

“Out of an abundance of caution for recent cases and concerns relating to COVID-19, the House building will be closed for one week, starting Monday, December 7. No one will have permission to work or meet in the building. All members and staff should perform all work and schedule meetings remotely,” Speaker of the House J.D. Mesnard said in an announcement to officials and staff.

Republican lawyer and Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway noted that Giuliani’s spread of the virus may prevent legislators in other states from trying to persuade electors to vote for Trump.

NYT (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Attorney General William Barr is weighing whether to step down before President Donald Trump’s term ends next month, the New York Times reported, citing three people familiar with his thinking.

Barr could announce his departure before the end of the year, according to the report. He hasn’t made a final decision, however, and he could stay through Jan. 20, the people told the Times.

It wasn’t clear if Trump’s refusal to concede the election or his anger over Barr’s acknowledgment last week that the Justice Department found no widespread voter fraud influenced the attorney general’s deliberations, the Times said. Trump wouldn’t say if he still had confidence in Barr after his comments on the lack of evidence of voter fraud.

One of the people told the Times that the attorney general had been weighing a departure since before last week and that Trump hadn’t impacted his thinking. Another person told the paper that Barr concluded he completed the work he set out to accomplish at the Justice Department.

I was skeptical at first, but this Infowars report proves the Dems issued Governor Kemp a threat to not do a signature audit by murdering his daughter's boyfriend. NO QUESTION.

They chose the daughter's boyfriend because that is not immediate family and will be overlooked, yet it sent a clear message. It is obvious the car exploded from either a drone strike or car bomb because the engine was ejected 180 feet, just like Hastings. My guess is they rammed a a directional car bomb with a blast trajectory similar to a claymore between the firewall and the engine. The proximity of everything ruptured and ignited the gas tank despite the overall trajectory of the blast being towards the front. That's the only way the engine would have been totally ejected for a huge distance with no frontal collision at all with the rest of the car mostly intact. If you look at the photos, the hood is wrecked and open. That's because the engine is no longer in the car. I'll go for precision placed shaped explosion more so than drone strike, but anything is possible, I guess.

Kemp approved the signature audit, and then the left did this. WE ARE NOW IN THE MIDST OF A VIOLENT COUP, this is not just vote fraud anymore.
