what happens if they do not certify on the 6th?

probably nothing, but it's not defined and it may force a court decision, which means discovery, which means evidence; which IMO there is a LOT that leans pro trump......

since there is no clear deadline, since it's kinda vague... it's another very interesting and very easy way to face the court with no way of procedural dismissal.

this **** needs to be made into a book... haha....

There is no mention of how to proceed in the event of an emergency like what unfolded Wednesday. Lawmakers were able to reconvene and continue the certification process Wednesday night.

"The statute does not provide a deadline to complete the counting but requires that the joint session not be dissolved until then and until the results are announced. but at this point... there are a few court cases which could also disrupt the process, none of this is really over until the ignoration really, this was just one inflection point on the path to the finality.... but it gets a bit more dramatic (and less probable with out an "equal and opposite reaction") the further along it goes.

Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff, Marc Short, reportedly said he was denied entry back into the White House after Pence said he would follow his constitutional duty to certify the election results Thursday.

Short reportedly told Real Clear Politics reporter Philip Wegmann that he is not allowed back on White House grounds because “He’s (Trump’s) blaming me for advice to VP.” President Donald Trump sent several tweets about Pence, saying he should object to the electors while he presides over the Senate for the certification process, but Pence said he would not object.

the commentator just said there are 12 remaining states whose votes must be certified and there doesn't seem to be any more that will be contested with the exception of Wisconsin, but no Senator has signed off on that ...

and to hold debate and formally contest a state's vote? it must be in writing and have both a House Representative and a Senator

the Senate and VP have just entered and their first course of action is that both the House and Senate have rejected the objection to PA's electoral college and therefore they were given to Biden

I sure hope so. That is my hope , that the plan is to be patient and reveal who is who. But why would Lin Wood be telling us that before its all complete? Does it not matter at this point, since its obvious they are going to finish their crime of certifying electors without considering evidence. THey are just making excuses to object to Trump because of the capital incident. lol Can't get anymore absurd .

Trump has distanced himself from Lin Wood. Is it possible that he is one of them, trying to sound all wacky and be associated with Trump. Cuz he did call out for Violence yesterday from what I saw. That makes it seem he is part of the plan to make Trump look bad.

I sure do hope the right military leaders are backing Trump. Assuming Trump isn't part of the theatre as well, maybe his job isn't to win, but to accelerate the awakening for "We the People" to end this as the noose gets tighter over the next couple of years.

that has been my fear throughout

in MY experience, we are provided with the experiences that best serve our evolutionary path and growth

irrespective of comfort or ease

it is US who call them forth and there seem to be no shortcuts

there IS an objective for EACH of us and it seems that there is NO deviation to it

only the path that we choose and the time that we take in reaching the 'destination' seems to be the variables over which we exercise complete control

so if the objective is to KNOW ourSelves as Infinite Beings of Infinite Power and Wisdom?

if ours is the road to Love? and Love is synonymous with Truth and with Freedom?

then NONE can FORCE ~ Freedom OR Truth or Empowerment upon us

so WHEN we bury our heads in the sand as transgression after transgression is permitted BY us?

the ONLY course available without FORCING us

is TO provide us with CHOICE

if a little heat does NOT cause us to arise in power and speak the Truth and reclaim our power?

then THAT choice is what CAUSES the 'Heat" to turn up

and its not a punishment, though it is a DIRECT result of the choices we've made in the past

i spent over a decade using many words and thousands of posts that ALL could be summed to have only two points

I think that storming the Capitol building (by Antifa and BLM) served more purposes:

1. Overall impression that Trump supporters do not respect Law and order
2. To delay all the explanation of the evidence till the early morning hours when most of the people don't watch/follow the continuaton

To me the whole thing looks like a script for civil war, with Trump a participant. He has never done anything more than complain about the stolen election. Now he looks almost happy to have lost. With a shout out to his mob of supporters who have been "mistreated for so long."

Biden seemed to have been told he would win and to make the campaign a referendum on covid and masks -- which would have cost him the election had it been a real election. Now his election will be seen to indicate public consent for mandatory vaccines (Noam Chomsky: manufactured consent).

Questions About The Chaos At The Capitol That Desperately Need To Be Answered

Like most Americans, I was absolutely horrified by the violence that I watched at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday. But I had a difficult time trying to understand what I was witnessing. Trump supporters are almost always extremely peaceful, but many of those that were storming the Capitol were being very violent. That didn’t make sense to me. And how in the world did protesters get into the U.S. Capitol in the first place?

Well, it turns out that police actually opened up the barricades that were surrounding the U.S. Capitol and purposely allowed protesters to storm the building. You can see this on video right here…

I have never seen anything like that in my entire life.

And once they were inside the building, they were herded toward particular areas. For example, you can watch one “guard” actually lead protesters up several flights of stairs right here…

Either the U.S. Congress has the worst security personnel that any of us have ever seen, or this was allowed to happen on purpose.

And there are multiple reports that Antifa activists were brought in by bus. In fact, one patriot actually recorded video of the Antifa buses that were brought into the heart of Washington D.C. with an escort…

So who arranged for those Antifa buses to have that sort of an escort?

It is almost as if someone was extremely determined to get those Antifa activists to their location so that they could do their job.

Once they got inside the Capitol, the Antifa activists could have done a much better job of disguising themselves.

In fact, one has already been positively identified as a member of Philly Antifa…

If he wanted to pass as a “Trump supporter”, he probably should have covered up the hammer and sickle that are tattooed on the back of his hand…

Perhaps the most famous “protester” from the chaos on Wednesday is “the guy with the Viking horns”.

Well, it turns out that he was photographed at a BLM rally in Arizona wearing the exact same outfit back in June…

And he was also photographed at a “climate activism” event in 2019…

Apparently his name is Jake Angeli and he is a “shamanic practitioner”. But on Wednesday he was posing as a hardcore Trump supporter.

So why can’t the mainstream media put any of these pieces together?

It shouldn’t take too much detective work to identify a lot of these people.

So why won’t they do it?

And did you notice that the police let the vast majority of the “protesters” go without arresting them once it was all over?

The mainstream media is insisting that “they will be arrested later”, but a lot of people aren’t buying that.

All of this just seems very odd to me.

Just as a debate about the evidence of election irregularities was about to begin in the halls of Congress, these riots conveniently broke out.

Members of Congress were quickly evacuated, and the millions of Americans that were watching never got to see an honest debate about the 2020 election.

When proceedings finally resumed, the entire atmosphere had completely changed, and all of a sudden hardly anyone was interested in debating whether the election results were legitimate or not.

So who actually benefitted from the riots?

Also, it is important to note that these riots have dealt a severe blow to any political future that President Trump hoped to have.

So with one stone, activists have neutered the debate over the legitimacy of the election and they have devastated the Trump movement as well.

It appears that someone really was playing “3D chess”, and it wasn’t Trump and his supporters.

And this is just the beginning. As I keep warning, the radical left will never be satisfied until they accomplish all of their goals.

Electing Joe Biden was just a way to get rid of Trump. The radical left actually doesn’t like Biden either, and they will fight him bitterly if Biden does not go along with their full agenda.

In the end, what they want is a full-blown “revolution” in this country. And as we witnessed on Wednesday, they will go to extreme lengths in order to get what they want.

Since social media sites are not editors of content, they do not own content. That is by decree of 'section 230'.

So, it should be possible to mirror those sites without the censorship. Just simply copy posts to those sites onto the mirror. Bots could be sent out to troll private channels and sequestered posts, that then can be copied to the mirror.

Most importantly, those sites that censor people and topics must be boycotted.
