If anyone is interested in all the investigations, as well as all the little ins and outs of the Madeline McCann case, besides Peter Hyatt and his statement analysis blog, I would check out the daily profiler, Pat Browns blog.

Like Hyatt, i just straight up cannot put up with certain biases she (brown) holds (which of course she says she doesn't have any bias, like everyone who does lol) so with that, you'll have to pick and choose what's relevant. She did a lot of research and Investigating the McCanns, even going to Portugal.... Reenacting the whole evening Maddie disappeared. She also was sued by the McCanns.

GCHQ, MI5, MI6 and DIS all have relevant files on the McCann kidnap and murder. The Pentagon and CIA files will also be available under the UKUSA arrangements. The Prime Minister of the day, Tony Blair, was probably aware that she had been located to a high degree of probability on board the MV Naomi Corlett in Moroccan territorial waters. The Defendant respectfully asserts this is being done for fear of the credibility it would give the Defendant.

i think we all instictively know when someone is telling lies & as soon as this story broke it seemed obvious to me that something wasnt quite right with the Mcanns story.the likeness between the photo fits of the alleged abductors and the Podesta brothers is uncanny and the fact that they were in the area at the time must hold some relevance to this case.i didnt realise at the time but after watching these videos it seems obvious to me that the Mcanns must of known the Podestas and also must of been involved insome sort of child abuse ring involving the Podestas,that is why the mother repeatedly said "they have took her" when she was trying to deflect the investigation and the blame towards people who she knew but thought nobody would connect to the case.after watching these videos i cannot help but agree with statement analyst that there was an accident in the apartment and that Madeline is in fact dead,but it also seems obvious that she had suffered sexual abuse,possibly at the hands of her parents and the Podestas,perhaps she was given medication to make her drowsy so she could be abused but was given too much and that is when she had the fatal fall? there are a lot of questions that need answering but there also seems to have been a lot of things covered up by the british government which also makes me believe there must of been some connection to a high profile child sex ring so we will probably never get to the bottom of this case.i hope for Madelines sake that we do and i also hope that the poor child rests in peace after the horrors that she must of endured.

Madeleine McCann detectives reveal German prisoner now prime suspect over toddler's disappearance

A German prisoner was tonight dramatically identified as the potential killer of Madeleine McCann as Scotland Yard revealed he has become the main suspect over the toddler’s disappearance.

Detectives leading the search for Madeleine said that the 43-year-old man – who has not been identified – was in the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz on the night the then three-year-old vanished.

They added that he completed a 30-minute phone call only shortly before she went missing on May 3, 2007 and had re-registered his 1993 Jaguar XJR6 car the following day.

Photos of the vehicle and a distinctive early 1980s BMW camper van that the man was also using at the time have been issued by police in an attempt to uncover more information about his movements before and after Madeleine vanished.


Both vehicles have been seized by police in Germany, where he is in prison on what police would only say was an “unrelated matter”. German police are expected to give further details of the man criminal history later.

Police – who tonight insisted that “someone must know more” about the German’s activities at the time – are also appealing for information about the number he was called on and the mobile number he was using.

Both numbers – (+351) 912 730 680 and (+351) 916 510 683 – were tonight made public in a rare step by police to prompt tip offs from anyone who might have known or called the man.

He is a German national and was described as white with short blond hair, possibly fair, and about 6ft tall with a slim build.

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stuart Cundy said that the investigation into him had been triggered by information received following a 2017 appeal in this country and that a joint investigation had later begun with German police.

The new appeal was welcomed by Madeleine’s parents, Gerry and Kate, who said: “We would like to thank the police forces involved for their continued efforts in the search for Madeleine.

1) There isn't any evidence at all in the police files that suggest Madeleine McCann was abducted.
2) The current Efits in the McCann case came from the Smith Family, that identified Gerry as the man they saw carrying a child fitting Madeleine's description towards the beach, on the night of her disappearance.
3) British police dogs Eddie and Keela alerted 12 times in the McCann's apartment, hire car, Kate McCann's trousers, a child's top and cuddle cat.
4) Blood was found under the tiles in the McCann's apartment, on the keys to the hire car and DNA belonging to Madeleine in the boot of the hire car. The car was hired 24 days after Madeleine was reported missing.
5) Gerry and Kate both have an empty CATS file .
6) Kate didn't physically search for Madeleine.

8) Kate refused a lie detector.

12) Kate McCann refused to answer 48 questions in a police interview which could have helped find her missing daughter.
13) Kate and Gerry used the fund to make payments on their mortgage.
14) Kate and Gerry had deleted all of their phone records.
15) On 1st May, 2 days before Madeleine was reported missing the McCann's upstairs neighbour Mrs Fenn had heard Madeleine crying hysterically for an hour and fifteen minutes.
16) The McCanns had lied about the shutters being smashed/Jemmied/broken, when they were checked they were perfectly in tact.
17) The McCann's were never cleared, they were suspects in the Portuguese investigation but the case was archived which meant the PJ were forced to lift their arguido status.
18) 4th May 2007 less than 24 hours after Madeleine was reported missing the UK Government's spin machine, Clarence Mitchell, was assigned to the McCann's to control what was said in the media.
19) 2 days after the McCann's were made arguidos (suspects) they flew back to the UK despite their claims that they wouldn't leave without their missing daughter.
20) Gordon Brown put pressure on the Portuguese judiciary to release a description of Tanner Man.
21) It took 45 minutes for the Portuguese police to be informed of Madeleine's disappearance.
22) In an interview, when Gerry McCann was accused of killing his child he responded with 'find the body and prove we killed her.
23) Kate McCann claimed that the abductor had moved cuddle cat which could have had the intruders print on it that could have helped the police in their searches but Kate McCann chose to wash it and carry it around with her.
24) Kate and Gerry were the first to suggest Madeleine had been killed, before this had been suggested the Portuguese Portuguese police were looking for an alive child.
25) Just two weeks after Madeleine disappeared Kate and Gerry had made Madeleine a Ward of Court.

28) 4th May 2007 when the police took pictures of the apartment there was Madeleine's pink blanket and Gerry's blue sports bag. Both had disappeared from the apartment.

He removed all traces of Madeleine from his church. Investigators were convinced Kate had confessed to him but he insisted he would stand by his priestly vow.
42) Gerry McCann claimed to have felt something wasn't right when he did his check, he said he felt someone may have been in the room whilst he was in the apartment but didn't check to see.
43) On Gerry McCann's second trip back to the UK just minutes after arriving in London, he apparently had his wallet stolen which meant he needed to block all his credit and debit cards. The thief managed to avoid all CCTV. Gerry used his blog to report the return of his wallet, minus the Sterling but with his driving licence, credit cards and €30 in cash still inside. He blogs that there were also 'one or two other important things'.
44) Philomena McCann claimed in an interview that Kate and Gerry haven't told the twins where Madeleine is but quickly back tracked and said 'not that they know where she is'.
45) The McCann's took a trip to Huelva they set off at 9am for the 130-mile trip to Huelva. The journey normally takes two hours but the McCanns did not arrive in the city until 12.15pm.

Ms McCann answered just one question put to her by the police during the interrogation, when she invoked her right to remain silent in protest at being treated as a suspect. She later said that she refused to co-operate because she thought the police treating her as a suspect was distracting them from the work they should have been doing to find Maddie.

If your child was missing, wouldn't you want to answer the following questions to help the police instead of staying silent...?

5 How long did your search of the apartment take after you detected Madeleine’s disappearance?
6 Why did you say Madeleine had been abducted?
7 Assuming Madeleine was abducted, why did you leave the twins to go to the ‘Tapas’ and raise the alarm? The supposed abductor could still be in the apartment.
8 Why didn’t you ask the twins then what happened to their sister or why didn’t you ask them later on?
9 When you raised the alarm at the ‘Tapas’ what exactly did you say – what were your exact words?
10 What happened after you raised the alarm there?
11 Why did you go and warn your friends instead of shouting from the verandah?
12 Who contacted the authorities?
13 Who took place in the searches?
14 Did anyone outside the group learn of her disappearance in those following minutes?
15 Did any neighbour offer you help?
16 What does “we let her down” mean?
17 Did Jane Tanner tell you that night she’d seen a man with a child?
18 How were the authorities contacted and which police force was alerted?
19 During the searches, with the police there, where did you search for Maddie, how and in what way?
20 Why did the twins not wake up during that search or when they were taken upstairs?
21 Who did you phone after the occurrence?
22 Did you call Sky News?
23 Did you know the danger of calling the media, because it could influence the abductor?

25 By what means did you divulge Madeleine’s features, by photographs or by any other means?

29 Before travelling to Portugal, did you make any comment about a foreboding or a bad feeling?

31 Did Maddie suffer from any illness or take any medication?
32 What was Madeleine’s relationship like with her brother and sister?
33 What was Madeleine’s relationship like with her brother and sister, friends and school mates?
34 As for your professional life, in how many and which hospitals have you worked?

36 Have you ever done shift work in any emergency services or other services?

38 At a certain point you stopped working. Why?
39 Are the twins difficult to get to sleep? Are they restless and does that cause you uneasiness?
40 Is it true sometimes you despaired at your children’s behaviour and it left you feeling very uneasy?
41 Is it true that in England you even considered handing over Madeleine’s custody to a relative?
42 In England, did you medicate your children? What type of medication?
43 In the case files, you were shown canine forensic testing films. After watching them, did you say you couldn't explain any more than you already had?
44 When the sniffer dog also marked human blood behind the sofa, did you say you couldn’t explain any more than you already had?
45 When the sniffer dog marked the scent of corpse coming from the vehicle you hired a month after the disappearance, did you say you couldn’t explain any more than you already had?
46 When human blood was marked in the boot of the vehicle, did you say you couldn’t explain any more than you already had?
47 When confronted with the results of Maddie’s DNA, carried out in a British lab, collected from behind the sofa and the boot of the vehicle, did you say you couldn’t explain any more than you already had?

The post above highlights just what a saga the story of Madeleine McCann has become. Countless headlines, tv programs, books. It seemingly held the world rapt, certainly the UK where the papers barely left it alone for years.

I took a quick look through this thread and found several posts that show the dissatisfaction of many with the official line on this. So, I'd invite you to read the following with an open mind and, ideally, from start to finish:

Next Friday marks a significant development in the 17-year-long Madeleine McCann case. The prime suspect in her abduction and presumed murder, convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner, goes on trial in Germany. But not for what it’s thought he did to Maddie.
