    Another possible cause: NO

NO (nitric oxide) is a poisonous gas that is produced by thy body, mainly to fight viruses and fungi. Unfortunately it is produced also in other situations, such as bad blood circulation.

The main effects of NO are:
    • it reacts with almost everything: also destroying vitamins and trace elements to a large mount
    • it makes muscles slack - they cannot contract fully, when NO is present

The second mechanism is the main cause for low blood pressure and - you guess it - for uprising stomach acid.
When the entry muscle of the stomach cannot close, acid will rise up into oesophagus.

    How to help
    1. Fast neutralisation of NO with high doses vitamin B12, for instance 5000 µg Lozenge. Do not swallow, B12 is destroyed in the stomach by 99%. It has to be absorbed directly through the oral mucosa.
NO reacts with B12, immediately, destroying both substances.

    2. Search for the cause of increased NO production. There has to be one!
Often the problem are chronic inflammations in the gut.
I just read up on NO and saw some stuff from Zach Bush in which it is described as super healthy for the body. So im very curious where you get this information that it would make muscles slack because Zach says about the opposite...
I could make a case for anything you bring up as being healthy for the body... because we "ideally" function best when following the old saying: Moderation in everything (some people forget that everything means... E V E R Y THING! B17 is also known as cyanide... you need some of it, not a lot of it... ) another good saying is: toxicity is all about dosage. (IE.. anything can be toxic at a certain level, that doesn't mean it isn't potentially VERY GOOD for you at the correct levels (yeah, moderation in EVERYTHING... again.. everything is good for you in the right dosage)).
Hard times create strong men, Strong men create good times, Good times create weak men, Weak men create hard times.
    Where are you?

Don't overlook the possibility of food sensitivity. Especially gluten, but it could be a lot of things. Including preservatives in processed food.

And when in doubt about acid reflux, eat a couple of apples and see if it goes away.

I have to agree and say I use bicarbonate of soda. Half a teaspoon in a mug of water, stired and drunk.
It does the trick for me as I have acid reflux to boot and easily sorts that out.
Love. peace and Blessings to you all.
