The court of law determined that the author fabricated his story about Ventura and he did that because he thought he could get away with it. His wife probably suspected (one does not tell big lies like that unless they have a history of doing that all the time) or even knew directly that her husband was lying about that fight incident with Ventura in his book so I agree with the verdict. If Kyle was still alive, no one would be making complaints about Ventura winning this defamation case including the monetary settlement for it.

So now she has to give back the money she and her hubby made on his book that was a bestseller that raked in a lot of money but was based on lies and fabrications he came up with to defame people he had personal issues with. Once again, I find it very hard to believe that his wife didn't know about those fabrications in his book, so I do not have any problems with Ventura winning this case.

One other point to remember is that this is not about the money, money is a tool. People are also in the 'disposable tool' category. For example, wiping someone out (in potentially a complex arrangement) in an attempt to get to someone else.

This is entirely normal in that world, and one must always think in terms of all of human life having something close to zero value to these sort of machinations, except as a tool to pry and and take down those who do not consider such methods and ways.

To understand that you are dealing with situations and entities/people who don't possess or act via human societal, cultural or conditioned world-views and expectations.

I would not worry about Mrs Kyle's finances. There is a movie currently in production, directed by Clint Eastwood, based on Kyle's sniper book. The Kyle estate should do extremely well from the royalties. I wonder if the Ventura verdict will affect Eastwood's production? Will it stick to the facts (truth) or will it lie to continue the psy-op against Ventura? (I found the assessment by Alex Jones in the Info Wars video in Cidersomerset's first post to be quite plausible-probably 100% true).

Although Chris Kyle wife will not have to pay Jesse because of the books insurance policy
this is still really bad optics for Jesse. It gives the appearance that Jesse is a bully.

Do anyone of you (yes some do, i know) know how armies and marines of this world chose their snipers? I have been told that by a criminal out of jail for murder.

Just before going to jail, he was admitted in the army for sniper training because it had been found that he could go back home at night and sleep on both ears quietly.

It was determined, through army testing, that he had a psychopath profile.

Therefore, sent for sniper's training. But he got in jail first. In jail too he was tested and be found psychopath.

No guilt, no moral, therefore a good tool to kill and have no drawback nor PTSD. Kyle most probably fit that profile too.

If i would have been Jesse Ventura, I would have waited for the movie to be on and raking money to have my own court case bring in much more than what he actually gets.

very possible... strange that a "PTSD" former marine just happened to shoot him at that time... (and who else are the easiest to psycologicaly influence (brain wash) other than the closely monitored military members) I see it as very possible.

I am in total agreement of the verdict.

Yes, Jesse can be a bit of a bully, but he's the kind of bully I would gladly stand behind.

To the average person out there, Jesse is the only source of information they have access to in regards to some of the nefarious acts performed against the people. I'm sure the PTB are very unhappy about Jesse's exposes and would do anything to get rid of him. It makes sense to me that defamation of character would be the least they would do in order to de-popularize Jesse. And since a psychopathic sniper would have no qualms about destroying someone's reputation then he would be the perfect person to use to carry out their plans. Certainly someone like Chris Kyle would not think it is morally wrong to lie!

While the means do not always justify the end, in this case I think it does! Good for Jesse!

This was an attack on Jessie 's reputation. After he had 'woken up' probably
with the help of his son Tyrell and Sean Stone. Also his collaborations with Alex
Jones and others . He really started getting involved with these topics after retiring
from office and reading books and articles about 'False flags' and many other
conspiracies like, JFK, first world trade centre bombing, Oklahoma, 9/11 etc....

Yes he made a lot of money, but he was a high profile celebrity/politician who was
writing books , fronting alternate TV shows into conspiracy theories and truths. He
was able at first to get on mainstream to say thing no one else in the alternate
community is able to do , because of his links as ex Governor of Minnesota

This was a hit on him to damage his reputation and credibility and it is working.
Whether you like him or not he was getting to audiences other in the alternate
    community cannot reach.

Who else in the alternate community could get on the mainstreams and ask
serious questions about topics usually laughed at by the 'news jockeys '??

Former Governor Jesse Ventura Picks Fight With Feds Over 9/11 (04.04.11)

He explains in the interviews that if the allegations were withdrawn and redacted he
would not have continued with the case, As for the 'mass murderer's' 255 confirmed
kills, wether they were all enemy fighters or not, that is psychologically bad for any
human being imo. As for his widow they said she was insured and that would cover
    the costs.

No one who kills 255 people even in war should be glorified imo . He did his job as
a professional killer very well and should have been pulled out of active duty well
    before killing that many people.

255 confirmed kills: Meet Navy SEAL Chris Kyle... the deadliest sniper in US history

Served four tours of duty in Iraq, where he gained the nickname 'The Devil of Ramadi' from insurgents

Four tours: During his time in Iraq, he gained infamy among the insurgents, who nicknamed him
'the Devil of Ramadi' and put a $20,000 price on his head

It was mainstream perfomances like this that has got the 'Elites' worried
and short of having him assassinated in person they went for his reputation
and character........This is a small sample of his interviews look and listen
how hard hitting they are........Again you do not have to like him , but who
else had the same access ? Asking these type of questions ?

In my mind you reacted almost EXACTLY as desired (though I'm sure the desired outcome was for more anger against Mr Ventura than the jury)... the MSM coverage of this is meant to show Jesse in a bad light and gloss over this semi-complex issue with an emotion based reaction, leveraging the widow's status for a subtle "appeal to emotion" logical fallacy.

This was one of the more subtle hit piece reports I've seen in a while

Im all for the verdict , when he filed suit Kyle was still alive. From what I have understood as well is that this poor widow made out with 9 million on book deal and she is not liable for the penalty the publisher is.

The only good thing is that he said the jab shouldn't be mandatory.. but even with that failed to acknowledge that the levels of coercion are making it virtually mandatory for some/many people - and that's now before they try and stop the un'vaccinated' being able to buy food, petrol or use a bank account... the 'mandatory' goalposts are in constant motion and wobbling uncontrolably as the tyranny gets worse and people are on the brink of being told that the vax isn't mandatory but you will be allowed to die without medical treatment and surgery if you don't get it... but I suppose this is a case of dead if you do dead if you dont...

Trying to say the vax isn't mandatory and then trying to wreck everyone's lives and sanity who don't get it is gaslighting at it's worse...

    but I digress....

just looked at Jesse Ventura's twitter page...

    https://twitter.com/GovJVentura?ref_...Ctwgr%5Eauthor

and to pick out a couple of his re~tweets...

NEW: More than 243,000 children tested positive for COVID-19 last week, marking the second-highest week ever for pediatric cases, according to a new report.

but errr Jesse... don't you know that the tests are a complete fraud and they can create as many false positives that they want with the PCR test... and they are only releasing these kind of 'test' results to soften people up and scare them so they will be more willing to accept that babies and children have the jab (at their and their families peril.... like what happened to your daughter who was disabled by a vaccine - and maybe all the babies and kids who are jabbed and live to be adults will be infertile - because that would fit very neatly into the depopulation agenda...)

    another of Jesse's re~tweets...

NEW: Pfizer says early results of its trials show that its COVID vaccine is safe and effective for children ages 5 to 11.

    like.... duh.... please.... WTF

    and another re~tweet..

Breaking News: Unvaccinated Americans are 11 times more likely to die of Covid, the CDC reported, among other data showing vaccines’ protection from severe cases.

this is probably a blatant lie... but even if it has a teeny weeny bit of truth regarding the original covid strain... all those who have / had... covid are denied treatment - ANY treatment that would save them or help them - like ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine etc... so slow hand clap on this point...

All in all not impressed at all with this coming from Jesse Ventura...

Has he been got at - compromised - blackmailed... ? Or is he getting a bit senile...

Or has he simply given in to the fear mongering... the brainwashing IS relentless...

    But even so....

There you go. I think he said this was back in 2012 or something. He also does pretty good impressions of Alex Jones and Trump as well.

But I'm still confused. Why? This is nothing we'd expect him to say.

As a side note Roddy Piper was in They Live which is one of my favorite John Carpenter movies. One of those movies everyone should see. When I say everyone, I really mean everyone.

Starts at about 38:40. Good Jesse Ventura impersonation.

Yes, he sounded just like him!

Pretty funny he called into Roddy Piper’s show back in the day and had him going with that routine, must have been really hard not to start cracking up!

There you go. I think he said this was back in 2012 or something. He also does pretty good impressions of Alex Jones and Trump as well.
That was good, thanks for digging that one up muxfolder! As an aside, I think his impression wasn't near as good then as it is now, he's definitely still practicing.

But I'm still confused. Why? This is nothing we'd expect him to say.
I think we need to be careful in applying litmus tests to people. I actually raised an eyebrow as well seeing Jesse retweet NPR's headline of Pfizer saying the jab should be cleared for down to 5 year olds now, but it's not like he's out there stumping for lockdowns and Covid passports.

The guy is pro vaccine, doesn't mean he's suddenly one of them so to speak, as is being insinuated in some cases.

I was watching Glenn Greenwald talking to Jimmy Dore yesterday, check out this quick take from him on why he and his husband of 16 years don't divorce over similar critical disagreements. Starts at about the 30:40 mark (a very good 33 minute interview as well by and by):
