I might also add, in support of my previous post, that, in my local area, I’ve observed many, many more ambulance sirens than is usual (I live next to a major hospital). I always suspected it might have something to do with the vax injuries; it seems my suspicions are supported by this nurse’s declaration. Go figure...

Same as you mate. Here in SA and near a major hospital.. this last couple weeks a very clear increase in Ambulance sirens.. I couldn't help thinking they were vax related, indeed the comments from the nurse seems to fit.

Edit: The hospital this RN talks about and currently works at, where she's witnessed these adverse effects is the same hospital which I live near and have noticed the rising frequency of sirens.

That was a real tear jerker - Max had a message during the interview (around the 18 min mark) that a dog he was close to at home had spent the night howling in pain and was going to have to be 'put to sleep'.... then he got another message that the dog had been euthanized... he wiped away the tears but was trying to hold it together - then had to end the interview a little while later -

That set me off....



Max Igan (which it turns out is a pen name...).... had to flee Australia before he was arrested and silenced - he listened to his intuition and the situation that was building with his own life and the life of the country - and although he loved his home ...he made a difficult decision and made run for it while he could and one of the reasons was that he could continue to speak out for Australia ....

The Premier of the Australian state of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, has just tabled legislation in parliament which is possibly the most monstrous ever introduced into a country calling itself democratic. Basically, it gives Andrews the power to do whatever he wants and whenever he wants it. He has been turning Victoria into a police state for the past year and a half but behind the bland face and earnest manner, the legislation openly stamps him as a totalitarian psychopath.

Here are some of the salient points of the Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021. Read on and be amazed that this can actually be happening in Australia, the laidback happy country of beaches, sunshine, beer and prawns on the barby.

The legislation allows Andrews to declare a pandemic even if there is not one. He only has to think there could be one. This antipodean combination of commissar and gauleiter is taking complete personal control of the state and its people. He can close down parts of the state or the whole state and prevent people from entering or leaving in whole or part. He can extend closures without limit.

Enforcement will rest in the hands of police and ‘authorised officers.’ For those who don’t do what they are told there will be heavy fines, up to $90,000 for individuals and $450,000 for businesses. People can be detained for two years and will have to pay the cost of their own detention in the massive internment camp that has been built at Mickleham, on the outskirts of Melbourne. The legislation authorizes police to use ‘reasonable force’ to help an ‘authorised officer’ when he/she detains them.

The Mickleham camp is capable of taking in thousands of people. The likely victims in this Australian gulag will be the minority who have refused vaccination either on the basis of their human right to reject medical intervention they don’t want or because of the known dangers to health of the vaccines on offer, known to them but suppressed from public knowledge by the media. Abused by the politicians and media commentators, shut out of many normal activities of daily life, they have already been turned into social pariahs whom those who obey orders without asking questions will no doubt think will deserve to be locked away in this Australian gulag.

The legislation includes a points system as punishment for bad behaviour. Individuals and business owners who don’t obey an authorized officer will lose points and more points if the offence is regarded as aggravated. What Andrews has done here is slip into the legislation the beginning of a social credit system of full state control of the individual’s life.

People can be detained on the basis of their ‘characteristics, attributes and circumstances’ as assessed by an authorised officer. This extraordinary clause surely has no parentage in any legislation passed in any country regarding itself as democratic. It would seem to allow the detention of anyone for any reason. Detained individuals can be required to submit to medical testing and their detention can be extended if they refuse to accept it. If they cannot pay the cost of their detention, however long it might be, they will be fined. All orders can be extended or varied without limit by

Andrews or his health minister. Police can enter premises without a warrant. Information can be extracted from people who have been detained, not just names and addresses but ‘any other information’ an authorised officer might want. How this might be done if the detained person does not want to give this information is not explained. Public and private meetings can be banned and businesses closed.

Daniel Andrews has spent the last two years turning Victoria into a police state, The damage he has done has been colossal at the economic, social level and even medical levels. Thousands of businesses have been ruined and the state has been plunged into debt (from $29 billion in 2019 to an estimated $155 billion in 2023/24). Mental health problems have soared because of close to two years of lockdowns and many have been blocked from receiving the medical treatment they need because of the focus on the virus. In 2020 more than 650 people died in aged care homes. Official inquiries have pointed the finger of blame at the federal and state governments and their management of the homes for neglect and/or maladministration. Of the 915 people who died from./with the virus from January 2020 to July 2021, 820 were in Victoria.

The record is shocking yet thanks largely to the complicity of the media and the ignorance of indifference of a panicked/terrorised population Andrews has never been held to account, The national broadcaster, the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Commission) and the Melbourne newspaper the ‘Age’ are especially culpable, They have run Andrews’ propaganda campaign for him, suppressing all information that gets in the way of ‘vaccine hesitancy,’ from deficiencies in the PCR test to the tens of thousands of post-vaccination deaths in Europe, the UK and the US. Hundreds have died already in Australia but this is not up for discussion. Neither is the limited efficacy of the vaccines.

In the past year the editor of the ‘Age’, Gay Alcorn, has gone to far as to suppress 12 cartoons drawn by Michael Leunig, officially designated as a ‘living national treasure’ for his artistry and drawing for the ‘Age’ for half a century. She followed her suppression of his cartoons by removing him completely from the news pages. Leunig has been alone dissenting voice amidst a torrent of government propaganda yet even he had to be silenced, One of his most striking suppressed cartoons is a play on the lone protestor facing the tank in Tiananmen square. Leunig turns the gun barrel into a syringe aimed at one of his typically bewildered characters. ‘Age’ readers were incensed and supported the censorship but this legislation shows that Leunig’s instincts were 100 per cent spot on.

This permanent pandemic legislation now shreds what is left of human rights in Victoria. The head of the Victorian Bar Council has compared it to the laws enforced by the state security service (STASI) in former East Germany. He said it allowed virtually unlimited interference in the civil liberties of the Victorian people, with little in the way even of consultation. A human rights council will be set up, but clearly, for cosmetic purposes as it has no power to restrain Andrews. There has been no public debate because nothing was known about the legislation outside the government until the day before this 121 page document was introduced in parliament.

The law is now effectively what Andrews says it is. The barriers to stopping him are very thin. He has a majority in parliament, and a weak opposition, Even the Greens and the Animal Welfare Party have supported this legislation, no doubt having struck some kind of deal with Andrews.

The federal government could possibly override the legislation on any number of grounds but its silence indicates not just that it will not intervene but that Victoria is perhaps being set up as a template for what is to come across the country and elsewhere to bring about the dystopian ‘great reset.’

Thanks to Scott Morrison, the Prime Minister, Australia has been closed off to the world for close on two years. Its citizens have been unable to return and they have to apply for an exemption to leave. Few exemptions are being granted. Their rights under international law have been completely violated. The tens of thousands of Australian nationals stranded in other countries have no access to government services and state and federal governments and the media are indifferent to their plight.

State borders remain closed. with thousands of elderly Victorians who had travelled north to escape winter stranded in NSW for three months because Andrews closed the border in July before they could reach it. How they survived in their caravans or hotels was their problem. Andrews didn’t care and neither did the media.

MPs who have refused vaccination cannot enter the Victorian parliament building, allowing Andrews to narrowly defeat an attempt to set up an inquiry into his mishandling of the pandemic. On the national front. the deputy president of the Fair Work Commission has been suspended from the bench after issuing a dissenting opinion in which she described mandatory vaccination as a violation of medical ethics and international law. She has been ordered to undergo ‘professional training’, re-education in other words, so she does not repeat her mistake, She is completely correct in her reading of the law. Mandatory/coerced vaccination also violates the ethics of the AMA (Australian Medical Association) but it has refused to take a public stand.

This is Australia 2021, not Germany 1935/36. Those who sneer at the comparison are deceiving themselves as the essentials are the same, Just like middle class Germans, the majority of Victorians will be able to enjoy the same comfortable life as before as long as they do what they are told, believe what they are told and look the other way as the police break into homes and the internment camp fills up. It must be hoped the day will come when Andrews, the cabal around him and all those in public life who have deceived and betrayed the Victorian people, beginning with Daniel Andrews, will be held accountable, preferably in a court of criminal law.

I found this out last night from a guy who's very much in the know that at 2pm yesterday afternoon Dan Andrews was served papers from a magistrates court in rural Victoria and he is being charged with treason against the people of Australia. There's another name for it but it's written down at home, but that's essentially what it means.

Mega quick history lesson, 1st Nov 1999 all of Australia was corporatized, in other words, police force, courts, Parliament, councils, everything! has an ABN (australian Business Number), we are a corporation and registered in the US and no longer have a government, it is all false. 8th Nov 1999 all of Australia voted in referendum to be either a republic (what they thought we would choose) or stay under the Queen (which is what Aust did vote) but too late, oops, they sold us already. Everything a lie since.

All those in government who swear in to the Queen know this and are guilty of treason. That's the charges being laid against Andrews. Obviously everyone in Parliament is guilty but he was the chosen one to go after first for obvious reasons.

Now he must attend this criminal court on the 17th of December and if he does not attend (which is what they are expecting) the criminal court magistrate must place a bail upon Dan Andrews. He then has a criminal record. No person in government can have a criminal record and he must stand down. So Dan Andrews is f#@ked!!!!!

Further ramifications..., the emergency power bill he wanted to pass is now also put on hold and can no longer proceed through Parliament because of court proceedings.

Further ramifications are that letters are going out to the other state premiers and other MP's asking that this information about Dan Andrews and the corporatisation of Aust be read into Parliament. Now here's the thing right, if they refuse, which they most likely will, they can also then be charged with treason!!!

So we are at the beginning of the end for them all.

We need to let every person we know, know this information because so many are scared and this is so so important it comes to light because they and the media will try to hide it.

Already Dan Andrews used police and fire departments yesterday to try and cover it up. On the news it was said that his office "received a mysterious package" and they boarded up the front windows. Nothing mysterious about it, it was stamped with magistrates Court seal and signed for upon receipt. He knows what it is.

All courts in Vic are by video now so we are going to try and see if we can find out if it can be openly viewed by live stream. Info yet to come and I'll try and keep you all informed as I find out.

But wait there's more... someone else has filed papers and another different case and proceedings against Andrews yesterday at the world Court in Hague, apparently there is no court higher than this across the globe. I'm only guessing but I'd say these proceedings are tied in with the work toward the Nuremberg trials. I have not been given any more details about this one yet.

Now nothing like this has ever happened in history so no one knows exactly what will happen and there's probably a tonne of questions we all have. But there is so much hope. There are many people working tirelessly to bring these evil people down. It will happen. Stay focused on the light and exactly as @Ak Ak said, keep as much in the positive and away from the negative vibrations as possible.

Surveillance State Grows Under the Cover of COVID

Just quietly over the past couple of months, with the rest of Australia conveniently distracted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal Government has introduced draft legislation with a view to creating what it calls a ‘trusted digital identity’.

Perhaps with a view to deflecting accusations of a lack of accountability, Morrison and his cohorts formally invited public feedback on the proposal – although that invitation had an abridged timeframe and came with virtually no publicity.

This ‘consultation process’ is now over, and the draft Trusted Digital Identity Bill 2021 (Cth) will go through Parliament sometime in the coming months.

What is a ‘National Identity System’?

The legislation proposes to create what is known as a ‘National Digital Identity System’.

The official Government website claims this identity “helps you prove who you are when you want to access services online” by providing a single point of access which means a person does not need to establish their identity over a number of different government platforms.

The website emphasises convenience and accessing of services, promising, as in the past, that user data will be kept safe and secure – something we know that the Australian Government doesn’t have a strong track record in.

Government’s appalling track record in technology projects

Time and again, expensive national information technology projects have failed, and user data has been hacked or otherwise leaked due to poor security measures.

The most recent Federal Government write-off has been the CovidSafe app which, despite its promises, proved to be virtually useless despite costing tens of millions of taxpayer dollars.

The government’s technology schemes have, without exception, been the subject of large numbers of breaches, without anyone in government being accountable for these.

The breaches have included dozens of the My Health Record scheme, the meta data retention scheme and even the 2016 national Census – resulting in the government reverting back to a paper Census.

myGovID

Currently, a person can create a digital identity using a “myGovID” to access a number of government services.

This service allows facilitates access to data across Government agencies like Medicare, Centrelink and the Australian Tax Office.

Expanding the scheme

The new draft legislation proposes an expansion of powers in order to outsource the process of identity verification to approved Australian businesses. This would be done by linking your MyGov account and proof of ID (such as a passport, birth certificate or driver licence) to an identity provider.

The proposal enables any Australian business to apply to join the “Trusted Digital Identity Framework” to become an identity accreditor. A Government agency will be established to oversee these accreditations, and to govern how data will be handled in the scheme.

Surveillance state

With a public that has been largely complacent for many years over the loss of freedoms and legal safeguards, and the increasing powers of government, there are concerns this new proposed legislation is just the latest step in the move towards an all-powerful surveillance state – whereby the privacy of individuals is superseded by pervasive surveillance and monitoring.

Just recently, both houses of Federal Parliament passed the Surveillance Legislation Amendment (Identify and Disrupt) Bill 2021 which gives law enforcement authorities extraordinarily intrusive and concerning powers to hack, alter and take over the online accounts of citizens.

With this latest proposed Bill, our nation is now one whereby the surveillance powers of government are far in excess of any other Western ‘democracy’ – raising concerns about whether we are moving towards the levels of authoritarianism and control of countries like China – where citizens are constantly monitored and even given social ratings which determine their levels of ‘freedom’.

Cyber fraud, Identity theft and data breaches

Another concern is over the safety of personal data, given that under the new scheme a cyber-criminal may only need to hack one database to have access to several linked to any particular individual.

Since the ‘explosion’ of the internet, cyber security and IT experts have warned repeatedly that individuals should never link personal information online, should keep passwords separate, should change passwords often and update security settings regularly.

As both governments and businesses push more services online, rather than face-to-face, the idea of one single identity (without the need to keep plugging in login details and remembering passwords) sounds tempting. But it is a considerable risk. Cyber crimes such as fraud and identity theft are on the rise, across the globe.

Remember the Facebook data scandal in 2018 when a company called Cambridge Analytica harvested the data of about 50 million users to send personalised political advertisements with a view to influencing the recent US election?

Facebook shares plummeted tand the social media giant was forced to face the backlash. It remained defiant that Facebook had not notified users of the unauthorised use of their data, pointing out that users had voluntarily provided the information to the platform.

Since then, people are more aware about checking apps and social media updates to ensure they have the right security settings in place to share only data they want to. But it is still a problem. British Comedian Michael McIntyre once famously joked that he’s never read Apple’s terms and conditions, and he’s a bit concerned that one day the company’s executives will knock at his door and he’ll find out he agreed to hand over his house!

It’s funny, but it’s not. Most of us don’t read terms and conditions and even if we did, it’s unlikely that without an IT degree or a law degree we would understand the full implications of them anyway. With technology changing so quickly, in some cases there are not adequate protections in the law, even though it aims to keep up with these advancements.

That said, the ‘datafication’ of society is well underway. It is not something we can ignore, nor can we continue to blindly stumble through it, unaware of our rights and responsibilities in the online space.

Datafication has been supercharged by the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced people into lockdown, and to undertake even more activities online than ever before.

While at this stage the Federal Government says the proposed digital identity system will be voluntary, who knows where it may lead?

Not enough safeguards in the proposal

It is not clear how the Government will ensure the complete trustworthiness of the businesses that can apply to be identification verifiers, who it is understood, will store the data.

And this also presents a problem. If the Government was solely managing this, then it would be clear ‘where the buck stops’ if there’s an error in the system, but with multiple third-parties involved, it has the potential to dilute accountability. Experts say that the legislation in its current form does not have sufficient safeguards around third-party access to the data and onselling the data either.

The experts also warn that the system effectively creates a situation where Australians will (should they choose to) hand over their data, and the control of that data, to the Government.

This might seem like technological advancement, but it is really just another nail in the coffin for democracy. People should be encouraged to, and empowered to, govern their own personal information, just as many generations have before.

If the future means that Governments will invest in harnessing the use of technology to store this information, then they need to ensure that people are appropriately educated and informed, so they can manage their own personal information and make decisions about it with confidence.

What’s more, the government needs to ensure equitable access to these technologies, so that no one gets left behind.

I was just exposed to this over-reach when wanting to access my bank account online. I was prompted to load a program to verify my identity, tied to my bank. This access app would allow me access to CRA, Health Canada, Employment Insurance, etc. and would be my official identity on the web. What a crock...

While the app is new, the government has for quite some time now used my bank to verify my identity. When I want to access government services I am prompted to select my banking institution. Then I am redirected to my bank who verify my identity before sending me back to the gov.

Banks and government go hand in hand now, with barely a distinction between the two. Soon it will be social media that gets tied to government, and then the major corporations will assume more of a governmental role as our public servants divest themselves of their direct responsibilities, and give the power we lend them to those we did not elect and who are not accountable to the people.

Sadly my test came back negative for having evidence of exposure to SARS-Cov-2.  I've never had any symptoms but was trying to wing a detection from exposure due to shedding, or something, so I could begin an exemption process.

My Doc was also disappointed.  Said if we lived over East, (instead of McGowan's fortress bubble in the West), I might have shown something he could work with.

"We and all the nurses prayed when we were forced to have our vaccinations" he said, then clasped his hands, bent his head in prayer fashion, and added, "This is what I did on the day I had mine".

Oh well, I can wait it out a bit longer but McGowan has just targetted 90% vaccination status before opening our borders with severe restrictions coming for the unvaxxed in Western Australia.  Soon we'll pretty much only be allowed to get essentials, with a mask, but not permitted anywhere else.

McGowan used a good military strategy for the outbreak by locking us up in a fortress, but then totally dropped the ball by not re-strategizing when more data became available i.e. 98+% survival rate, so not the bubonic plague after all.

Fast forward nearly 2yrs and we're now sitting ducks with no herd immunity and overly excessive restrictions about to be dumped on us before borders open because he wants to save face trying to still be the hero who had a Covid free state.

Ya lost me mate, thought you would have at least objectively assessed data over time to work out the real strength of the "virus" enemy and strategized accordingly.  You held ya ground against other States initially now you've had to surrender completely to their plans.  Tsk tsk!  Loved ya once but honeymoon period is well and truly over.

Everything a lie since.

I looked at the dates that were cited:
1/11/1999 (Australia corporatised) and 8/11/1999 (referendum).

Thinking about all things double-speak in this, Lucky Country, if you turn the dates upside down, they remain the same with the exception of, 666
