Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has quietly ducked out of Melbourne after being summonsed to appear at court on charges of 'concealing treason'.

The charge was successfully filed with the Myrtleford Magistrates' Court and Mr Andrews - or at least his legal representative - is listed to face the court on Friday at 9.30am.

The revelations of the court hearing are likely to have at the very least annoyed the holidaying premier, whose spin doctors were contacted for comment by various media organisations on Tuesday.

'I think the more interesting cases will be Ken Phillips and WorkSafe/HQ proceedings and then the SlugGate (ICook foods) court proceedings against (Professor Brett) Sutton and the health department,' a source said.

The matters refer to WorkSafe's investigation into Mr Andrews' disastrous hotel quarantine facilities, which contributed to the deaths of more than 800 Victorians, and the health department's closure of a catering company after a slug was planted by dodgy council staff.

It remains unclear where Mr Andrews has gone for his end-of-year break.

The last time the Victorian Premier got away he ended up with a broken back, which put him off work for months.

On Friday, a legal representative acting on his behalf is expected to tune into the court hearing via videolink due to ongoing Covid-19 concerns within Victoria's justice system.

Sources have told Daily Mail Australia the private prosecution had been rejected from several Victorian courts before finally being put into the criminal justice stream in Myrtleford - 280 km northeast of Melbourne.

The listing of the charges has been celebrated by anti-vaxxers and lockdown protesters, with many taking to social media to wallow in anticipation of the words 'treason' and 'Daniel Andrews' being used together inside an actual courtroom.

Addressing 'freedom' protesters last month, Mr Rech claimed to have been successful in having the matter brought before the court.

Mr Rech, who refers to himself as a 'Commonwealth Public Official' is known to have tried similar proceedings against other members of parliament across the country, reportedly arresting 'those sitting on the bench without any Crown authority'.

'He was charged with, but not limited to, misprision of treason and fraud. And as a result of those charges being filed and served, they were served at his electoral office,' Mr Rach told protesters.

'The police have been given notice … The courts have been told to suppress the listing but we put it out there, we’ve been to the court registrars.'

Mr Rech told the mob the Victorian premier faced the 'death penalty' if convicted of treason.

'Now that means any politician on indictable criminal offences which is a life penalty but under martial law it’s a death sentence – it has to go to a grand jury,' he said.

Under the law in Victoria, ordinary citizens can pay $85.70 and file a criminal charge in court.

While many private prosecutions are described by legal professionals as 'wacky', they have a long history in Victoria.

The case against Mr Andrews faces significant challenges, with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions likely to take control of the matter before it gets off the ground.

Under the law, the CDPP has the power to overtake and discontinue private prosecutions should it find it has no reasonable prospect of a conviction being secured on the available evidence or was 'not in the public interest'.

In July, a private prosecution against the Chief Magistrate of Victoria Lisa Hannan was dealt with in Victoria under similar laws.

Despite the obvious hurdles, the application has already caused significant inconvenience across sections of the State Government, which is expected to provide a lawyer to appear on Mr Andrews' behalf on Friday.

A staffer for the Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions will also be on hand, although the matter is out of its hands due to acts of treason falling under the Commonwealth's umbrella.

Mr Andrews' office and the CDPP both failed to respond to Daily Mail Australia's questions about the upcoming hearing.

... follow up to digging around on tga.gov.au search adverse effects on 4 covid vaccines.. I randomly searched 5 separate days which showed similar numbers to the video where single day reporting up in the high hundreds.

I ran another search from July last year to December this year with nearly 100,000 reports of adverse events in total and 690 deaths. Cause of deaths are higher for what you'd expect such as cardiac arrest but then there's stuff like cerebral hemorrhage, sepsis and many other nasty sounding ways to check out. I tried to generate pdf report but that function has been disabled temporarily.. surprise.

Australia's expert immunisation panel has distanced itself from state-enforced Covid-19 vaccine mandates and says it never recommended them.

The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) insists no recommendation was made at any time to the states regarding mandatory vaccine rules, which have sparked widespread protests across the country.

The advisory body was grilled at a parliamentary committee hearing on Wednesday, where it was asked the controversial mandates are still necessary if 90 per cent of the population are double jabbed.

'ATAGI has not provided a recommendation for mandates at any time,' co-chair Dr Christopher Blyth replied.

'We believe in the benefits and safety of vaccinations, and how they are implemented and rolled out is absolutely up to the states' public health orders.'

1. Go get turned down or kicked out of an establishment, restaurant, school, etc document it.

2. Call the human rights commission. 1300 656 419

3. Make a complaint and get a file number.

4. Use that file number and make a statement.

5. The human rights commission will serve them papers.

6. The place that rejected you will think they can win in court.

7. The judge will force them to pay because the human rights commission will remind them no business private or public can discriminate against anyone based on religion, race, and yes any health reasons because it is illegal.

8. Everyone will overwhelm the places that they will also fight against the passports by allowing everyone inside and not turning anyone away.

They will have to pay for breaking the law, and they will not be able to handle more than 1 case at a time.

No protesting is needed.
No boycotting.
There are many systems in place but no education on them.

They make an absolute killing of the medical system here. None of them explains the importance of gut health and immunity and diet. The doctors will not accept that they are wrong, that what they’ve been taught , the medical training was created by the Rockefellers 80 years ago.

The politicians have turned the Australian women into cows. This is lawful and it always starts in the state of Victoria;

What I found is if I just quietly persist and reveal the truth people start to get it. And if I use really practical examples because theories are great and concepts are fine but people are people that need stories and the best way to communicate is a story.

- Paedophilia and satanic ritual abuse have been going on in Australia since forever. The police, the judiciary and the child support agencies are all directly working together to provide, it’s called farming, to provide children for pedophiles. The Masonic organisation is up to its neck in this stuff. There is a 90 year suppression order established in 2005 that conceals the names of 28 VIP pedophiles in Australia including judges, senior police and a former prime minister. There are 45 suppression orders concealing the names of high profile pedophiles including former governors general and everybody underneath that, and nobody says a word. They are terrified of only one thing and that is exposure, and they will be exposed. It’s a slow process but those pedophiles will be revealed. After the election in May 2022 Australia One will get seats in Parliament and then we can break this code of silence which is protecting the pedophiles across the entire country, and once that dams break, watch the flood. There’ll be a series of retirements for health and family reasons, a huge number of suicides of judges , politicians, bureaucrats, generals, admirals and air marshals , senior unionists, senior business people, clerics from churches.

- Australia One mission is designed like a military operation. This isn’t about getting into power because all political parties want to get into power, we don’t, we want to save the country. It’s a foundationally different approach. Stand up, be a man, do your job or die.

- It was a specifically targeted movement to destroy the natural family, attack Christianity, destroy the natural family and emasculate men. A man’s first job is to protect his wife and children, physically protect them.
