That's how it looks like now. Or maybe they are so down in IQ by now they are not even able to grasp that the cake can't be baked anymore, without gas, or the necessary ingredients

"H.R. 550, a federal bill passed Nov. 30 by the U.S. House of Representatives, would expand state and local health department vaccine-tracking systems to monitor the vaccination status of American citizens. States would provide the information to the federal government.

The bill, “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021,” will be difficult to stop as it already has bipartisan support. It passed the house with the support of 294 U.S. Representatives, including all Democrats and 80 Republicans.

The bill is now under consideration by the U.S. Senate where, if passed, it could be implemented in under 12 months.

H.R. 550 it would lead to a monumental invasion of our rights as American citizens. It would set a dangerous precedent and could lead to more vaccine mandates, and more restrictions of services and healthcare for the unvaccinated.

The author of H.R. 550, Rep. Ann Kuster of New Hampshire, bragged the bill will help the government remind patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine and identify areas with low compliance.

The bill also creates a mechanism for federal, state and local governments to enforce vaccine passports or no-fly lists. And it would be costly to taxpayers — it appropriates $400 million dollars to expand vaccine tracking.

Part of this money would be spent on grants and cooperative agreements to state or local governmental entities that agree to adopt the new data collection guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We must work to educate our Senators on why this legislation poses an unprecedented threat to freedom and liberty, and how it will lead to an unconstitutional invasion of privacy and loss of medical freedom.

Amazon, Walmart Tell Consumers to Skip Returns of Unwanted Items

"Retailers have a new message for consumers looking to return an item: Keep it.

Amazon.com Inc., AMZN -1.54% Walmart Inc. WMT 1.80% and other companies are using artificial intelligence to decide whether it makes economic sense to process a return. For inexpensive items or large ones that would incur hefty shipping fees, it is often cheaper to refund the purchase price and let customers keep the products.

The relatively new approach, popularized by Amazon and a few other chains, is being adopted more broadly during the Covid-19 pandemic, as a surge in online shopping forces companies to rethink how they handle returns. “We are getting so many inquiries about this that you will see it take off in coming months,” said Amit Sharma, chief executive of Narvar Inc., which processes returns for retailers.

Lorie Anderson of Vancouver, Wash., was pleasantly surprised when she tried to return online purchases of makeup at Target and batteries from Walmart. The chains issued her a refund but told her to keep the items.

“They were inexpensive, and it wouldn’t make much financial sense to return them by mail,” Ms. Anderson, 38 years old, said. “It’s a hassle to pack up the box and drop it at the post office or UPS. UPS -1.34% This was one less thing I had to worry about.”

A Target Corp. TGT -1.68% spokeswoman said the retailer gives customers refunds and encourages them to donate or keep the item in a small number of cases in which the company deems that option is easier than returning the purchase.

why is it getting so much press? why do they want us to know?

My answer to that is.... if the MSM are promoting it that means it's in line with their Globalist New World Order Agenda - and on this occasion I think it would be to pull people more into using online services because getting rid of actual shops in the community (except maybe the really big ones at first...) would be one of their aims...?

On the surface, it seems like a good idea.

If you were the owner of a large store, you now do not have to use a section of floor storage for items that are going back to the manufacturer. (or the garbage)
It also cuts down on the management of those materials.

For the consumer, it can save you a lot of trouble - especially if the item was large and difficult to get back to the store.

Now, the consumer must pay for getting rid of the product. Small items not a problem, but again large items could cost you money to discard.

Another thing though - how does the store manage the abuse of this system? And what happens if a consumer is refused the return because the store believes them to be dishonest?

U.S. airlines warn 5G wireless could wreak havoc with flights

WASHINGTON, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Major U.S. air carriers warned on Wednesday that plans by wireless carriers to use spectrum for 5G wireless services starting Jan. 5 could disrupt thousands of daily flights and cost air passengers $1.6 billion annually in delays.

AT&T (T.N) and Verizon Communications (VZ.N) must delay the plans to use C-Band spectrum for 5G wireless services, United Airlines (UAL.O) Chief Executive Scott Kirby said following a U.S. Senate Commerce Committee hearing, saying it could delay, divert or cancel about 4% of daily flights and impact hundreds of thousands of passengers.

"It would be a catastrophic failure of government," Kirby told reporters.

The aviation industry and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have raised concerns about potential interference of 5G with sensitive aircraft electronics like radio altimeters.

Last week, the FAA issued new airworthiness directives warning that interference from 5G wireless spectrum could result in flight diversions, but did not quantify the impact.

"Coming Jan. 5 -- unless something changes -- we will not be able to use radio altimeters at 40-something of the largest airports in the country," Kirby said. "It is a certainty. This is not a debate."

Kirby said it would mean that at major U.S. airports in the event of bad weather, cloud cover or even heavy smog "you could only do visual approaches essentially."

Trade group Airlines for America (A4A) said Wednesday that if the FAA 5G directive had been in effect in 2019, "approximately 345,000 passenger flights, 32 million passengers, and 5,400 cargo flights would have been impacted in the form of delayed flights, diversions, or cancellations."

Southwest Airlines' (LUV.N) chief executive, Gary Kelly, told the Senate hearing that if the FAA directive takes effect it "would be a significant setback" to its operations.

The wireless industry defended the technology.

CDC withdraws support for PCR tests

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will no longer recognize PCR tests as valid methods of diagnosing COVID-19 by the end of this year. The CDC announced in a lab alert on its website that it will be withdrawing its standing request to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to grant emergency use authorization for PCR tests to be used to detect SARS-CoV-2. The request, which was issued in February 2020, will be withdrawn on December 31, 2021, a move which signals that the CDC no longer approves of the use of PCR tests as valid diagnostic methods for COVID-19.

In the CDC’s own words: “After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only.”

PCR tests are widely used in mass testing in the United States and across the globe to detect the presence of COVID-19 in individuals. The decision by the CDC, made in July 2021, comes as reports of false positive results to COVID tests have been increasing. Despite corporate media’s concerted efforts to discredit such reports, the climbing rate of false positive test results has gained international attention, most notably from real-life cases. As recently as December 2021, the NBA issued a statement confirming that basketball star Lebron James received a false positive result to a PCR test, which caused him to isolate from his family and miss a game against the Sacramento Kings. The false positive was subsequently refuted by two more PCR tests, the results of which were negative."

Many are questioning the reason for the CDC’s decision to remove its support for PCR testing.

If it is due to a high false-positive rate, then that would contradict media reports that the accuracy of PCR tests is to be trusted, and it would also call into question the number of COVID-19 cases that have led some countries to impose draconian measures on their citizenries.

"Several rockets hit Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone hosting the US-led military coalition's facilities as well as the US embassy. One rocket was shot down by the US-installed defense systems.
Two rockets were launched towards the Green Zone on Sunday morning local time, Iraqi security forces have confirmed.

"The Green Zone in Baghdad was the target of two Katyusha rockets. The first was shot down in the air by C-RAM defence batteries, the second fell in a square, damaging two vehicles," they said in a statement as reported by AFP.

Footage posted on social media purportedly shows the moment one of the projectiles was intercepted by the air defense systems, scrambled to respond to the threat."

Ericksen (R-Whatcom County) wrote to legislative colleagues in November saying he tested positive for COVID-19 in El Salvador and needed monoclonal antibodies.

A Republican Senate liaison told KING 5 it was a "family matter."

Ericksen's aide referred calls to him directly, but Ericksen has not responded to requests for comment. His cellphone went directly to voicemail.

Ericksen represents Washington's 42nd Legislative District, which includes areas hit hard by recent flooding that displaced hundreds of people and caused millions worth of damage. Ericksen was publicly absent from the flooding response.

Sumas Mayor Kyle Christensen told KING 5 he has not heard from Ericksen. Sumas dealt with floodwaters for days following historic storms in November.

Meanwhile, the Legislature is set to convene for its regular session on Jan. 10.

The last time Ericksen's official legislative website was updated was Nov. 1 with a statement from the senator regarding the state's vaccine mandate. In it, Ericksen pushes back against firing employees who refuse to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
