Default Human Rights Act Reform: A Modern Bill Of Rights (UK)

While everyone is obsessing over Boris's parties, they are sliding this in.

What I'd like to know is, can anyone better versed in law than I spot anything under the hyperbole that would allow such things as forced vaccinations or worse, because it's almost certainly the opposite of what it appears.

War is when your leaders tell you who the enemy is, revolution is when you work out who the enemy is for yourself.

I'm not a legal expert but it appears to me they are tinkering around with the original human rights act to make it more aligned with british culture following exit from the EU. Tinkering around like this normally leads to unwanted and unintended consequences - like more protection and powers of the state (big brother / data monitoring)

Here's a short article outlining five elements of change.

There’s no such thing as a “UK legal tradition” and this is (rightly) not a phrase you will find in the original consultation document.

What you will find, however, is a constant reference to the traditions of English law, including those that predate the Acts of Union which of course dissolved the English Parliament and any precedent it established over the whole of the UK (originally GB). Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights are frequently cited, though these have no legal authority over the whole of the UK. Instead, there are passing references to equivalent developments in the other two of the three legal jurisdictions.

What is also clear from the consultation is that the current UK government is obsessed with Westminster Parliamentary sovereignty, which is entirely a tradition of the dissolved English Parliament that has no authority in Scots Law for example where sovereignty rests with “the people”. The English tradition is reflected in the works of Dicey and Bagehot who ignore the tradition of a union settlement in favour of a unitarist concept where the traditions of English constitutional law are imposed on the rest of the union .

The consultation focuses on what it claims is the “democratic deficit”, whereby courts take decisions that under the English concept should be taken by the Westminster Parliament. No attention is given to the fact that the democracy of Westminster is (very) imperfect, such that even a High Tory like Lord Hailsham famously called it an “elective dictatorship”. The courts ought to provide for at least the modicum of a system of checks and balances, yet the doctrine of Westminster sovereignty provides that the only system that constrains the powers of the authority of the system of government of ‘Crown-in-Parliament’ is the arcane conventions of that Parliament. The UK Supreme Court has strengthened that argument in its verdicts on Brexit and the illegal prorogation. This led to the Conservative Party imposing a loyalty oath on its candidates in the 2019 Westminster Election that resulted in a huge majority based on an undemocratic minority and created a culture of subordination of lawmakers to the whims of the Executive. The wheels on this particular bus have started to come off recently over the votes on Covid restrictions in England.

So, the UK government is therefore focussing its proposed changes on the factors that united its Westminster members over Its obsession with Brexit - hostility to anything “European” and the strengthening of opposition to migration. This consultation therefore needs to be seen in the context of the practicalities of implementing the ‘hostile environment’ through the Nationality and Borders Bill, rather than any ideological attachment to the importance of human rights per se.

However, the proposals in the consultation are an undemocratic affront to any notion of separate legal jurisdictions, in Scotland in particular. The Scottish Parliament, elected by a system of Proportional Representation that represents a more democratic mandate for maintaining European legal traditions and support for migrant rights, will refuse to give any legislative consent, but this will be overruled by the Tory majority at Westminster.

These proposals therefore represents another nail in the coffin of the union state in the inevitable break up of the UK that is coming.

That, surely, is the sixth “takeaway” from this consultation?

Speaking to the right to protect your own lives from the Totalitarian left, right and center masters of disguise, they wish to limit us to the use of a peashooter for self defense while they carry sub-machine guns with elephant bullets; AND we must not carry our peashooters with the peas on us, we must halt the attacker, go home and collect our peas and then address the murderer. If you do not keep a loaded gun in your home, how are you going to address someone armed and ready to murder you, having broken into your house? Like the COMMUNISTS who having taken up control of our children's schools, are teaching them to be practicing, homosexually compliant, victims, without their parents knowledge and permission (in order to help reduce the world's population, along with abortion murders, ect.), the installation in all institutions of people who behave like Hitler's Nazis in hospitals, government, etc., we find ourselves TAKEN OVER BY FORCE. Guns be damned. It is time to say to the Government, under Admiralty Law, OUR CHILDREN ARE OWNED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE POPULATIONS ARE SLAVES. THAT IS WHY YOUNG MEN SENT TO WAR ARE OWNED BY THE GOVERNMENT, and slammed with killer drugs and vaccines. However, this information is kept from the people who are fed the opposite information, LIES. I found this information in a document on the site: "How to Redeem Your Strawman." This concerns redeeming your Sovreignty. It is a MUST READ. After this you will want to get stocked up for self defense. It is the Evil MASONIC LODGES who are said to be those who have distributed GUNS to the black, inner-city GANGS, so that the ruling Masonic Lodges will have an excuse to have guns removed from the people.

We are told that there is an Underground War, blowing-up underground bases and Alien strongholds responsible for using humans above ground as a food supply. If true, masonic lodges should be, in my opinion, added to the list of Enemies of Humanity. They appear to be responsible for much of the above and underground evil plotting against human beings. It is said that those below 33 degrees do not know that the levels above them are totally Satanic. Additionally, most elderly and poor cannot afford the high cost of guns and amunition; an effective way to keep you a slave. It is high time to TAKE FREEDOM as our overlords plan only to exterminate us all. The so-called Vaccines are killer shots loaded with deadly parasites to eat us alive and supposedly very painful. Other vaccines are primed to deliver bundles and strings of red blood cells which cause heart attacks and strokes, witness the more than one-hundred athletes which have dropped dead across the world. The humans that will become ROBOTS have already been chosen and made Robotic. The remaining population is being primed for DEATH. If your employer insists you be JABBED (it is not a vaccine), tell him or her YOU FIRST, make them sign your dismissal and the reason and walk out. This way they face the second Nuremberg(?) Trials and/or lawsuits.
