The next section of Kennedy’s chapter chronicled Gates’s efforts in India, and is titled, “Rajah Bill and his Indian Jabs.” After his meeting with Fauci in 2000, which began their “bromance,” Gates committed more than $1 billion for a polio eradication campaign, with a goal to conquer polio globally by 2010. Indeed, by 2011, polio was virtually gone in India, with a few hundred cases per year, but through the usual means of improved nutrition, sanitation, etc. In 2016, only 2,000 people on Earth got polio. Gates did not leave well enough alone, but launched a campaign to extinguish every last case of polio, which experts said was not only unlikely, but could be counterproductive. Kennedy wrote:


“Even the high-end polio vaccines used in Western nations are linked to injuries and illnesses that dwarf historical harms from polio.”


I have written that even according to the CDC, nearly all polio cases in the 1970s and 1980s were caused by the polio vaccine. Kennedy wrote that the early polio vaccines introduced monkey and chimp pathogens into humans that the WHO estimates kills about 75,000 children and the elderly annually (RSV).

Kennedy cited an extraordinary law that the HHS pushed through in 1984 to protect the polio vaccine, the year that Fauci came to power, which is in the federal register today, which states:


“Any possible doubts, whether or not well-founded, about the safety of the vaccine cannot be allowed to exist in view of the need to assure that the vaccines will continue to be used to the maximum extent consistent with the nation’s ‘public health objectives.’”


As we have already seen repeatedly in this thread so far, the vaccines used in the West are often far different from those used in poor nations, for no other reason than the poor are expendable. The polio vaccines that Gates uses in Africa and Asia are oral and contain live polio virus, which gives children polio in nations with poor sanitation infrastructure. While experts noted the folly of trying to eradicate all cases of polio, when the vaccines themselves induce it, Gates sallied forth in India, taking over its oversight panel by stacking it with this toadies. Gates launched a ludicrous program that gave Indian children 50 doses of polio vaccine before they reached age five. It was a disaster, of course, that paralyzed about a half million children, and the paralysis was proportional to the polio vaccines given in those test provinces in India. That vaccine-induced paralysis is twice as deadly as polio itself, but they played language games to declare polio eradicated. In 2012, the British Medical Journal wrote that polio was “eradicated” in India by “renaming the disease.”

The shocked Indian government kicked out Gates and his cronies, and polio rates swiftly declined. The WHO even admitted that the explosion in polio was because of Gates’s vaccine program. Kennedy wrote:


“The most frightening epidemics in Congo, the Philippines, and Afghanistan are linked to the vaccines he promoted. Polio had disappeared altogether from each of those nations until Gates introduced the dreadful disease with his vaccine.

“In Syria, the Gates-backed GAVI committed $25 million for polio immunization in 2016. The following year, the WHO reported that fifty-eight Syrian children had been paralyzed by the vaccine-derived form of the virus.”


Paul Andino, a microbiology professor, stated in an NPR interview: “It’s actually an interesting conundrum. The very tool you are using for polio eradication is causing the problem.”

Health experts were highly critical of Gates’s polio effort, as he diverted funds from pressing public health issues in his quixotic quest to get the last polio case, to instead create polio epidemics. Professor Donald Henderson, who was the world’s foremost authority in conquering infectious disease, was befuddled by Gates’s polio crusade, which was doomed to failure from the outset. On any list of health hazards in poor nations, polio did not even appear. Most villagers had never even heard of polio before Gates’s minions arrived with their vaccines. Gates was highly aware of Henderson’s critiques, but pretended that he was not aware of them.

Kennedy finished that section with some of his vivid prose:


“Gates’s strategic investments have made him immune to criticism by the media and the scientific community, and so, despite these atrocities, the Gates Foundation steers WHO like a rogue destroyer floundering forward full speed ahead through the mayhem, and the carnage of dead and paralyzed children whose ruined lives bob in their wake. In 2020, the [Gates Foundation] boasted that the WHO is now providing ‘unprecedented levels of technical assistance’ to polio vaccination campaigns in Nigeria, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.”

As I summarize Kennedy’s litany of Fauci’s and Gates’s medical atrocities, I just want to restate that there is no credible evidence that vaccination ever conquered any disease. IMO, the entire germ theory of disease is questionable. Apart from the question of whether vaccination works – i.e., that it suppresses the symptoms of the diseases it was designed to prevent – there is always the question of what else it does. The preponderance of evidence has long pointed to the idea that whatever the short-term benefits may be, such as reduced symptoms from acute illness, they are outweighed, and perhaps greatly so, by the long-term damage that the vaccines inflict on immune systems and the like. It is like living off of payday loans on the way to bankruptcy, or the quick fix of a drug high, and that habit eventually leads to disease and death.

But long-term chronic effects are easy to bury with a mass of other effects, which hides them. That is partly how those other worthless medical interventions are sold to the public. There is a dramatic initial effect, which is argued to work, and then when the drama is over, the biological bill for intervention comes due in long-term payments in health deficits that lead to myriad conditions and shortened lives. For vaccination, Fauci, Gates, and crew never measure those long-term effects, and expressly avoid it by always scuttling the placebo control group. I don’t have any more doubt to give them the benefit of: they know what they are doing. IMO, humanity would be far better off if the idea of vaccines never arose. It is a shaky concept at best.

Back to Kennedy’s work, and the next chapter section is titled “HPV Vaccine.” The HPV vaccine is a great example of how ludicrous the entire vaccine concept has been taken by the medical gangsters. It is like they lie awake at night, dreaming up the newest vaccine scam to inflict on the public. The stated purpose of the HPV vaccine is to vaccinate girls less than 15 years old with a vaccine that won’t really help them until after menopause, more than 40 years later, when most women get cervical cancer. Kennedy wrote:


“Since deaths from cervical cancer occur on average at age 58 in the United States and effect only 1/40,000 women, and since virtually all deaths are preventable by early detection with pap smears [a near and dear subject to me], any vaccine given to young girls to prevent the low risk of preventable death half a century from now ought to be 100% safe – and this vaccine isn’t even close.”


I have written before on the surreal testing of the HPV vaccine, AKA Gardasil (when sold my Merck), for which more than 99.9% of the adverse reactions were dismissed as not being related to the vaccine, with absolutely no evidence presented to justify it. Merck and Glaxo SmithKline were the developers of HPV vaccines, which Gates has heavy stakes in. Merck had windfall profits from Gardasil to help make up for the $7 billion court judgment that Merck paid for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans with the fraudulently tested pain medication Vioxx. Merck executives even joked that HPV stood for “Help Pay for Vioxx.”

In Kennedy’s book, he often mentioned PATH, a biomedical company in Seattle that Gates dominates. PATH was a central player in Gates’s atrocity in India with the HPV vaccine. PATH ran the Gates HPV trial in rural India. The usual fraud accompanied the trial, as rural girls were not told that it was a trial, but “wellness shots” that guaranteed protection from cancer, and the test subjects were “recruited” from a boarding school to avoid involving the parents, or even getting their consent. When the Indian government investigated, they found that the PATH personnel had pressured the girls, bullied illiterate parents, and forged thousands of consent forms. In rural India, there was no system to track adverse effects, which clinical trial laws mandate. Seven of the girls died, and more than a thousand suffered severe side effects. As an aside, in Wikipedia’s typical Pharma-friendly style, there is a short section on the scandal, but which largely whitewashed it, citing “fact check” site Snopes.

Kennedy quoted an attorney in India’s Supreme Court:


“The Indian Parliament formed a committee, and it was to be a rather surprising move, because you generally don’t often have such a high level inquiry into matters affecting poor people. And that was such an extraordinary report. I don’t think the Indian Parliament has ever come out with such a scathing report. And the government officials came out and said, ‘We shouldn’t have authorized this, we’re sorry, and we’re not going to allow them again,’ and now they are back, doing their same old tricks again.”


Kennedy wrote:


“Prior to COVID-19, Gardasil was the most dangerous vaccine ever licensed, accounting for some 22 percent of all adverse events reported to the US Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).”


Kennedy summarized Gardasil’s “success”:

• The trials did not demonstrate any efficacy against cervical cancer;
• The vaccine actually increases cervical cancer by 46% in women exposed to HPV prior to vaccination – maybe a third of all women;
• One-in-39 women got an autoimmune disease after vaccination;
• Since its introduction in 2006, cancer rates and autoimmune diseases have skyrocketed in young women.

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “HPV vaccines and Fertility,” and that short section deserves reproduction:


“Gates’s strong patronage of HPV vaccines (Gardasil and Cervarix) deepened suspicions that he was weaponizing vaccination against human fertility. Merck clinical trials showed strong signals for reproductive harm from Gardasil. People in the study suffered reproductive problems including premature ovarian failure at ten times the background rates. Female fertility has dropped precipitously beginning in 2006 in the United States, coterminous with Gardasil uptake. Historical drops in fecundity have occurred in every nation with high Gardasil uptake.”

The next section of Kennedy’s chapter is titled, “Hepatitis B.” Gates and his cronies at GAVI, UNICEF, and WHO forced India to mandate the hepatitis B vaccine, to force open a Big Pharma market with over one billion “customers.” The WHO originally recommended the hepatitis B vaccine only for nations that had high incidence of the kind of liver cancer that the vaccine was designed to prevent. But India had a very low incidence. GAVI got WHO to change its recommendation to have the vaccine for all countries. In India, there were only 5,000 cases of that liver cancer annually. Anticancer vaccines never provide much efficacy in the first place, if any, and Indian doctors and scientists attacked the idea of vaccinating 25 million babies a year for a disease that could theoretically prevent 5,000 cases. A prominent Delhi MD, Jacob Puliyel, told Kennedy that to administer 15,000 doses of vaccines to babies to “prevent” one case of the disease that would not manifest for decades “intuitively seems an uneconomic way to spend scarce health resources.”

In a 1999 British Medical Journal article, Puliyel noted that a third of India’s population earns less than 57 rupees per month, or less than a dollar, while the hepatitis B vaccine costed five dollars. Puliyel wrote: “The main causes of death in India are diarrhea, respiratory infections, and malnutrition. Should immunization against hepatitis B take priority over clean drinking water?”

A study on the Gates-forced introduction of the hepatitis B vaccine showed that it did not reduce hepatitis B at all. The study also argued that maternal immunity protected infants when they are most vulnerable to the getting the disease carrier, and that the vaccine reduced that maternity, so that Gates’s vaccine actually increases hepatitis B in India, not reduce it.

Puliyel said to those findings, “No matter, Gates’s opinion was the only thing that counted.” In the face of such findings, the WHO continues to mandate the hepatitis vaccine for all nations, no matter the prevalence of hepatitis B.

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “Haemophilus Influenza B (Hib).” In the wake of the hepatitis scandal, the WHO recommended Hib vaccines only for nations with high incidence of the disease. In 1999, in the Bulletin of the WHO, Indian doctors noted the low incidence of Hib in Asia and questioned the need for the Hib vaccine. Dr. Thomas Cherian, a famous Indian MD, wrote in 2002 that the Hib vaccine should not be used for India. Undeterred, Gates funded a study through GAVI in Bangladesh in 2005 to promote the Hib vaccine’s benefits. When the study showed no benefit, Gates rounded up his soul-sold sycophants from around the medical racket who fraudulently issued a joint declaration that asserted that the Bangladesh study proved that the Hib vaccine actually protected children from pneumonia and meningitis. Indian doctors responded in medical journals with outrage over the transparent fraud of declaring the study a demonstration of benefit. Nevertheless, the WHO declared in 2006 that Hib should be a universal vaccine. Kennedy wrote:


“Once again, the Indian government caved in to Gates and mandated Hib vaccines in India, where Hib invasive disease is nearly nonexistent.”


GAVI proudly took credit for rescuing the vaccine from the Bangladesh study’s results and bragged that they were able to twist WHO’s arm to change its recommendation from a weak one to a universal mandate. Kennedy finished the section with:


“Puliyel protests that the Gates Foundation has privatized and monetized international public health policy, transforming WHO recommendations into effective mandates and compelling poor countries to pay annual tribute to foreign Pharma overlords.

“[…] Puliyel described the Hib saga as a ‘case study on the invisible pressures brought to bear on governments to deploy expensive new vaccines.’”


The last section of Kennedy’s chapter was titled, “Pentavalent vaccine.” Indian physicians en masse refused to administer the hepatitis B and Hib vaccines, defying the national government over vaccines for diseases that they had never seen in patients. Puliyel told Kennedy, “Indian doctors were not impressed with the need for either Hib or hepatitis jabs and seldom recommended them to patients.”

Kennedy wrote:


“To overcome this problem, Pharma introduced a diabolically cunning strategy to euthanize three birds with one stone. The companies withdrew their flagging Hib and hepatitis B vaccines and reissued a new concoction that combined those immunizations with DTP [DPT], which, despite its popularity, had become another sandbag on Big Pharma’s profit ambitions.”


Kennedy described how Gates and company created a vaccine for all five diseases, called a “pentavalent” vaccine, which had a new patent, as the DPT patent had run out, so the cash registers would sing again. Soon, the only vaccine for any of them was for all of them in India. GAVI admitted on its website that the reason for the pentavalent vaccine was to increase the uptake up the Hib and hepatitis vaccines. What GAVI did not boast of, however, was that the pentavalent vaccine was a financial windfall for Big Pharma. Whereas, before the pentavalent vaccine, the three vaccines cost less than one dollar in total, but with a new patent, the pentavalent vaccine sold for three times as much, for a profit increase of over 1,400%.

Of course, industrialized nations don’t use the pentavalent vaccine, which is another cheap vaccine that is foisted on poor nations, and if it kills babies, at least they are cheap babies. Before it was released in India, other Asian nations previewed the pentavalent vaccine, and Bhutan discontinued it when babies began dying from it. WHO leaned on Bhutan to try again, and when it again killed infants, Bhutan stopped giving it. Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Pakistan all introduced it, and babies began dying. India then introduced it, and babies began dying. Kennedy wrote:


“Gates and WHO simply trivialize the deaths as sad coincidences or collateral damage. The vaccine has effectively reduced the incidence of Hib disease in India. However, there has been a proportionate increase in non-Hib strains of H. influenzae, including non-serotypable strains, causing invasive disease in the post-Hib vaccine era. As usual, there was no accounting.”

“[…] Putting aside questions about net costs and benefits from these dangerous jabs, McGoey agrees with Puliyel that the diversion of sanitation and nutrition money is also deadly. ‘The problem is that by prioritizing the delivery of expensive vaccines, other proven interventions lose out.’”


Kennedy discussed how Gates behaviors and investments do not provide any evidence that he really cares at all for the world’s poor, but Gates’s efforts look like a megalomaniac’s, writing:


“His strategies and corporate alliances in the food, public health, and education sectors may also reflect messianic conviction that he is ordained to save the world with technology, top-down centralized cookie-cutter solutions to complex human problems, and a godlike willingness to experiment with the lives of lesser humans.”


Kennedy finished the chapter by discussing a TV interview that Gates gave in 2021, as he waxed on about the return on investment that his efforts have showered on humanity, as Gates stated, “[...] helping young children live, get the right nutrition contribute to their countries, that has a payback that goes beyond any financial return.” Gates finished with the observation that the key was, “having a big portfolio.” Kennedy finished the chapter with, “And the key to much of that portfolio is having Anthony Fauci.”

Hyping Phony Epidemics: “Crying Wolf”

Kennedy began the chapter by noting that in 1906, infectious disease killed about a third of Americans, at a rate of about 1% of Americans each year. By 1976, that rate had declined by more than 95%. Infectious disease was a non-issue by my lifetime, other than those mild childhood diseases that trained my immune system for a lifetime of good health.

As I wrote previously, but the late 1940s, there was a move in Congress to defund and even abolish the CDC, as the war on infectious disease had been won. Mission accomplished, no thanks to Western medical interventions, but to improvements in sanitation, nutrition, and hygiene that were side-effects of the Industrial Revolution. So, the CDC began desperately searching for diseases to keep justifying its existence, and polio became its godsend, although so-called polio was actually a mélange of different conditions, and the rise and fall of polio was eerily correlated with the rise and fall of certain poisonous insecticides, DDT most notably. By the 1970s, nearly all American polio cases were caused by the polio vaccine.

Kennedy’s chapter is about how the CDC and NIAID were like the boy who cried wolf, constantly trying to frighten the American public with epidemic scares. The prototype of this behavior was the 1976 swine flu scare. In 1976, Fauci headed an NIAID department, and saw the swine flu scare up close. Fauci’s boss at NIAID and the NIH counterpart met with Merck’s vaccine guru, who later admitted that the resultant swine flu vaccine was the result of politics, not science. NIAID and Pharma told the world that the swine flu virus they found in a Fort Dix soldier was the same strain that caused the 1918 pandemic. Kennedy wrote: “They were lying; scientists at Fort Dix, the CDC, and HHS knew that H1N1 was an ordinary pig virus posing no risk to humans.” They prodded President Gerald Ford to allocate $135 million to this humanity-threatening pandemic, and NIAID predicted one million American deaths. 50 million Americans were stampeded to get their swine flu vaccine, as the media was saturated with scare stories. The final death toll from that “pandemic” was one person.

NIH’s influenza and flu vaccine guru, Dr. Anthony Morris, whose office was only a few doors down from Fauci’s, informed his employers that the swine flu scare was fraudulent and simply designed to enrich Big Pharma. His direct superior ordered him to keep silent, but Morris didn’t. When vaccine recipients began getting Guillain-Barré Syndrome (which nearly killed Dennis), Morris went public with the fact that swine flu posed no danger to humans. Morris was immediately muzzled and soon fired on fanciful charges that included not returning library books on time. This was before whistleblower laws, but Morris won his wrongful termination lawsuit.

Not only did nobody die from the swine flu, there were several thousand severe injuries from the vaccine, 32 deaths from Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and the federal government paid out more than $80 million in injury and death claims. Ford fired the CDC head over it. A decade later, Morris testified to Congress about the entire fraudulent affair. To his death in 2014, Morris denounced the entire flu shot industry, calling it a big scam, and said that if Americans were fully informed, nobody would take a flu vaccine. Morris stated that: “There is a great deal of evidence to prove that immunization of children does more harm than good.” Amen. In his obituary, Morris was quoted saying, “The producers of these [influenza] vaccines know they are worthless, but they go on selling them anyway.”

Some courageous NIH scientists publicly stated that the criminal culture at NIH had driven out the honest ones - those who would not knuckle under to Big Pharma. Kennedy wrote: “Dr. Fauci, in contrast, is the rare scientist who lasted 50 years at HHS. He has done so largely by aligning himself NIH’s Pharma overlords and carrying industry water.”

Kennedy discussed that the same Stalinist treatment that Morris was afforded had been around since the 1950s, and was evident in how Beatrice Eddy’s career was destroyed for speaking out on the contaminated polio vaccine. After she was silenced, the contaminated vaccine was given to 100 million American children, who subsequently suffered a tenfold increase in soft-tissue cancers, which, in Kennedy’s words, resulted in a “public health disaster that dwarfs the harms of polio.”

Kennedy wrote:


“Dr. Fauci and government health regulators later used these same techniques to muzzle a parade of in-house scientists, including Dr. Judy Mikovits, NIH contract researcher Dr. Bart Classen, and CDC’s varicella (chicken pox) vaccine researcher Dr. Gary Goldman, who dared to tell hard truths about vaccine safety and efficacy.”


Kennedy finished his section with:


“The 1976 swine flu event was the first time that the federal government agreed to serve as pharma’s insurer. The episode taught the public an important lesson: tort immunity incentivizes dangerous and ineffective vaccines. Industry and the magisterial class learned an entirely different moral from the tragic episode. In 1986 they made swine flu vaccine template the model for the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which shielded all mandated vaccines from liability.

“At the dawn of Dr. Fauci’s career, he learned that both pandemics and fake pandemics provide an opportunity to expand the bureaucracy’s power and to multiply the wealth of its business partners.”

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “2005 Bird Flu.” Beginning in 2001, Fauci began writing dire predictions about how avian flu would devastate humanity. Another scoundrel begins entering the scene in this section: Jeremy Farrar, who is kind of a cross between Fauci and Gates, who rose from a medical researcher to directing the Wellcome Trust, with its $40 billion endowment and prodigious conflicts of interest. Today, more than 60% of all medical research money on Earth passes through the hands of Farrar, Fauci, or Gates, and they are all close conspirators. In 2004, when Farrar was still a humble researcher, he also fanned the avian flu fears.

In 2007, medical journalist John Stone wrote a letter the British Medical Journal that discussed the phony pandemics that Fauci and friends were cooking up. Stone wrote:


“There always remains the issue of whether scares are being promoted because of sober assessment of risk or because they constitute another bonanza for the pharmaceutical industry. We need better institutional means to spot the difference, but so far pandemic flu has been disappointing for the horror merchants. […] Does anyone recall the moral of the story of the little boy who cried wolf? Well, it is what industry does all the time.”


Kennedy discussed another character in this evil tragicomedy, named Neil Ferguson. Ferguson is a modeling guru whose claim to fame has been cooking up wildly exaggerated death scenarios for the phony pandemics over the years. In 2005, Ferguson predicted 150 million deaths from bird flu, and the total was 282 people, for an over-projection of nearly a million-fold. He similarly predicted death counts for the 2002 mad cow disease and the 2009 swine flu in England, and those projections were “only” between a hundred and a thousand times what eventually happened. Ferguson was just the Chicken Little that was needed, and Gates and Farrer hired Ferguson to model the COVID pandemic. Ferguson predicted more than two million COVID deaths in the USA in 2020, which became Fauci’s basis for the lockdowns. Farrar also helped Fauci cover up the experiments in Wuhan that may well have invented COVID-19.

In the 2005 event, Fauci again trotted out the fraudulent 1918 flu comparison, hinting at hundreds of millions of deaths globally, and George Bush the Second soon bestowed $7 billion on Fauci to develop and deploy a vaccine to stop it. The media fanned the orgy of fear, fur flew, and fortunes were made, but when the dust cleared in 2006, the final global toll was 100 people. Unlike the CDC director in 1976, Fauci kept his job.

The next section of Kennedy’s chapter was titled: “2009 Hong Kong Swine Flu.” This was a replay of 2005, in which a seasonal flu killed 145 people globally over three months, but WHO declared, after secret meetings, that a pandemic was happening. WHO’s declaration was legally tied to secret agreements that Big Pharma had with the world’s governments, committing them to buying $18 billion of Big Pharma products in the event of a WHO-declared pandemic. To facilitate triggering those contracts for its big Pharma pals, the WHO amended the definition of pandemic to eliminate the words, “mass deaths around the globe.” As Michael Fumento explained in Forbes, the WHO’s new definition of “pandemic” meant that, “You could now have a pandemic with zero deaths.” I have written about this fraudulent redefinition before.

Kennedy wrote:


“Under hot pressure from apoplectic critics of the boondoggle, WHO denied and then sheepishly admitted that it downgraded its definition in consultation with government and industry scientists.”


The WHO has never revealed the names of those “government and industry scientists.” Most observers believe that those anonymous advisors were Big Pharma PIs, as the foxes looked after the henhouse once again. The British Medical Journal and others reported on the WHO’s corruption regarding that event, with its conflicts of interest and secrecy. The day’s media credited Fauci as the driving force to fast-track the vaccine for the non-existent pandemic.

Kennedy quoted historian Russell Blaylock, who wrote:


“The Ministry of Fear (the CDC) was working overtimes peddling doom and gloom, knowing that frightened people so not make rational decisions – nothing sells like panic.”


In 2019, Marc Van Ranst, a Belgian virologist on Big Pharma’s payroll, told an admiring audience at a conference on how he whipped up public fear in 2009. He became the face of the public COVID response in Belgium in 2020. As with previous scares, the dire damage came not from the “pandemic,” but from the vaccines. Fauci and crew lied when they said that pregnant women were particularly at risk, scaring them to the vaccine centers. Pregnant women who got Fauci’s fast-tracked vaccine doubled their miscarriage risk, and it rose to nearly eight times later. Fauci actually went on YouTube to reassure pregnant women, but two months later, an avalanche of serious side effects were reported, and that vaccine killed and injured so many children and medical professionals that Glaxo was forced into withdrawing the vaccine.

In 2010, Wolfgang Wodarg announced that the 2009 “false pandemic” was “one of the greatest medical scandals of the century.” Kennedy wrote:


“Of course, there was no investigation of Dr. Fauci or other medical officials who choreographed the multibillion-dollar fraud. The pharmaceutical companies simply walked away with billions, sticking governments and taxpayers with the ruinous cost of compensating flu shot injuries.”


Kennedy finished that section with a quote from epidemiologist Angela Spelsberg, a specialist on drug industry corruption and the overselling of “pandemics,” who said that the “swine flu pandemic was deliberately used by the pharmaceutical industry for marketing purposes.”

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “2016 Zika.” Kennedy began that section with:


“In March of 2016, Dr. Fauci again misled the public – this time into believing that the Zika virus was causing an epidemic of microcephaly among newborn babies in Brazil. One thing we know for sure: Zika does not cause microcephaly.”


Zika was endemic to Central America and South Asia for a long time, and microcephaly was never associated with it. Kennedy wrote that the likely culprit for the reported microcephaly was the DPT vaccine given to pregnant women in Brazil’s slums in 2015-2016. It may have been a misdirection technique by America’s favorite quack, and the Pharma-ad-addicted media happily jumped on the bandwagon. Kennedy quoted a CNN director, when talking to industry analysts during the COVID-19 days: “COVID? Gangbusters with ratings, right? Which is why we have the death toll on the side.” Kennedy wrote, “Fear drives viewership.”

With Gates’s help, Fauci immediately asked Congress for billions to develop a Zika vaccine. Moderna, an obscure startup at the time, was a windfall recipient of Zika vaccine money, and Gates went on CNBC to promote Moderna, which he had a stake in, of course. The American media is legendary for treating as “experts,” talking heads who butter their own bread on TV. Gates and Wellcome put $18 million into research to create genetically modified mosquitoes to wipe out the Zika-carrying mosquitos. Kennedy wrote that it was similar to a 2008 study that Gates funded, to have genetically engineered mosquitos inject a malaria vaccine into people, willing or not. In 2021, Gates invested in more of the same, for mosquitos to inject people with vaccines. It looks like my neighbor is going to get me injected with his vaccines, in one way or another. In 2009, Gates released genetically modified mosquitos onto an unsuspecting TED audience. Gates is not a believer of informed consent. Gates is the front man for Big Pharma, which is accused of shortening the lives of nearly 40 million people in just the past decade through its international drug pricing. What is the toll from the vaccines?

Of course, the Zika scare came to nothing – another dire Fauci warning simply evaporated. There were about 5,000 Zika cases in 2016, and in 2017, the USA had about 500 cases, but Fauci kept up with his drumbeat that the USA, “absolutely has to be prepared for it.” There was never a Zika case associated with microcephaly. After $2 billion was spent, Fauci had no Zika vaccine to show for it, and by 2020, Fauci had no credibility in his Zika/microcephaly scare claims, so he dropped it, just when something “better” came along. In June 2020, under Congressional questioning, Fauci admitted that the vaccine was “never brought to full fruition because Zika disappeared.”

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “2016 Dengue.” Kennedy began that section with:


“The Gates/Fauci Zika scam squandered billions of taxpayer money. But the Gates/Fauci dengue vaccine collaboration had a far graver outcome this time, their ‘lifesaving vaccine’ was a deathtrap in a syringe.”


It is getting wearying, writing of Fauci’s and Gates’s evil activities, so I’ll cut this one short, as it will be very familiar to my readers. Fauci issued the standard hysterical warnings, Gates was there with his money, to get the cash machine rolling, and the vaccine was another disaster that killed 600 Philippine children with pathogenic priming. The Philippines prosecuted the vaccine makers and Philippines officials with criminal homicide. Kennedy finished the section with a quote on how vaccinologists are terrified of producing vaccines that make the disease worse, and that COVID vaccines have a history of doing just that.

The final section of Kennedy’s chapter was about how Fauci, after his many crazed warnings over the years, on “pandemics” that came to naught, finally hit the jackpot with COVID-19. I have previously written on that situation, and the “March Madness” chart that Fauci signed. Fauci was the boy who cried wolf so many times that nobody should have listened any longer. Or, to use another analogy, Fauci was like the fireman with his fervent warnings about deadly fires that never came to pass. Kennedy openly wondered if the Wuhan research was an instance of the fireman’s playing arsonist, to create the fire that he could finally fight.

If nothing else, the “March Madness” chart reflected the glee of Fauci and crew that they finally had a “pandemic” on their hands, even if they had to give it a little help in coming into being.

Kennedy finished his chapter with:


“The compelling evidence suggesting that COVID-19 emanated from a Fauci-funded Little Shop of Horrors in Wuhan, China, raises the ironic possibility that the man whom two US presidents have charged with leading the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic might be the same man who spawned it. That strange paradox might cause some to cynically ponder the logic behind Dr. Fauci’s peculiar decisions to defy President Obama’s 2014 gain-of-function moratorium, to dodge NIH’s internal safety review committee, to launder money to Chinese scientists with military affiliations through a sketchy bioweapons grifter, to finance criminally reckless experiments minting souped-up pathogens in a shabby Chinese lab with lax safety protocols. Are we justified in asking ourselves whether Tony Fauci, after decades of concocting toothless pandemics, was finally [the fireman who started the fire]?”

Here comes the final chapter of Kennedy’s masterpiece, chapter 12.

Germ Games

I have written on that chapter before. Kennedy’s first section was titled, “History of Bioweapons.” In 1943, the USA began its research into offensive biological weapons, and George Merck, who ran Merck, led the USA’s bioweapons research effort, in a typical “public-private” partnership. Frank Olson worked directly for George Merck at Fort Detrick. I have written about Olson before, so no need to belabor it, but this gets into hiring the Nazis, MKUltra, and the rest of that evil, and the public has heard about only the slightest fraction of it. Kennedy sketched Olson’s grim fate, which the CIA and the sitting president, Gerald Ford, eventually apologized for.

By 1969, the USA’s biological weapons were considered equally as devastating as nuclear weapons. The same year, Nixon announced that he was shuttering the USA’s biological weapons program, and the USA signed the Biological Weapons Convention of 1972, which put thousands of bioweapons researchers out of work. But the treaty had a convenient loophole, which allowed for using biological warfare research for vaccine production. That loophole became a gaping hole that the Pentagon and CIA exploited, and in the 1980s, the USA armed Saddam Hussein’s Iraq with its biological weapons, including anthrax and bubonic plague. Kennedy wrote that the USA wanted Iraq to prevail over Iran at all costs. Well, the USA also armed Iran, as the Iran-Contra Scandal made clear, so it may have been more about arming each side to annihilate the other.

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “The Birth of the Biosecurity Agenda.” When the Soviet Union collapsed, the bogus Cold War rationales could no longer be sustained, so the MIC cast about for new enemies to fight. The USA almost immediately replaced the Cold War with the “War on Terror,” and the military escalation continued, almost without missing a beat. Kennedy wrote that the “Biosecurity Agenda” began with the 2001 anthrax attacks, which Kennedy devoted a section to exploring, which very likely was a spook operation, not the work of a free-lance terrorist.

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “Robert Kadlec: ‘Let the Games Begin.” Dr. Kadlec is a retired Air Force colonel who had been warning of an anthrax attack ever since the 1993 World Trade Center attack. In the 1990s, Kadlec helped search for the biological weapons that we sold to Iraq. Kennedy wrote that mere hours after Andersen informed Fauci that the COVID-19 virus appeared to be engineered, Fauci emailed Kadlec. Kadlec had been involved with approving gain-of-function experiments, which really only have biological weapons usefulness, and he and Fauci were up to their necks in research that may have created the COVID-19 virus. Fauci emailed an article by the Wuhan “bat lady” Chinese researcher, who tried to deflect attention from her gain-of-function research. Kennedy summarized the frantic scrambling that Fauci and Kadlec engaged in to concoct the fairy tale that there was no likelihood that COVID-19 escaped from a lab, particularly one that came from gain-of-function research. Their machinations led to those two fraudulent articles that dismissed the lab-origin scenario, which the media credulously swallowed, as usual, which Ed’s pal Sam Husseini said was one of the greatest media scandals ever. Sam’s most recent article pursued the biological warfare angle.

Kennedy wrote:


“Dr. Fauci’s email shows these two technocrats, and others, patching together evidence for the dubious official story that they would tell the world. Over the next few weeks, Dr. Fauci would pull the reliable old levers that he had manipulated for decades to transform convenient canards into official orthodoxies. The contrived cosmologies he hereby constructed would hold for a full year before they finally began to unravel.”


Whitney Webb wrote that Kadlec was “enmeshed in the world of intelligence, military intelligence and corporate corruption, dutifully fulfilling the vision of his friends in high places and behind closed doors.”

In 1998 Kadlec authored a strategy paper for the Pentagon, which stated:


“Biological weapons under the cover of endemic or natural disease occurrence provides an attacker with the potential for plausible denial. Biological warfare’s potential to create significant economic losses and consequent economic instability, coupled with plausible deniability, exceeds the possibilities of any other human weapon.”


Hmmm. A Strangelovian figure, Kadlec concocted many fantasy scenarios, such as China’s spraying corn seed blight from commercial airliners flying over the USA’s breadbasket states, and Europeans stealthily introducing grape lice in pâté cans to wipe out the USA’s wine industry. Kadlec’s fervent fantasies got him appointed in early 2001 to create the Strategic National Stockpile, which he used to, in Kennedy’s words, “enrich his vaccine industry friends and sideline public health.” Kennedy finished that section with a quote from a journalist, who wrote: “Kadlec created the biodefense industrial complex as we know it. And he rules it like a czar.”

I was driven from my sleep to write this post. Earlier today, I got this book on Kindle, and have been reading it. I have written before that I have been called some kind of expert on the Nazis. I would not call myself that, but I am pretty well-read on the subject, unfortunately. I think that any student of the 20^th century needs to be, to some degree. In that book I am reading is the story of a woman born in 1930, whose family hid Jews, but her father was forced into Hitler’s SA, and she was in Hitler Youth. Hitler was incredibly popular in Germany, until Hitler’s disaster at Stalingrad, when it became evident that World War II would not be some march to glory for Germany. Only then did the bloom begin coming off the rose for Hitler’s image in Germany. The most “generous” estimates are that Hitler’s extermination policies killed maybe 25 million people, nearly six million of whom were Jews. The death toll among Slavs was the where the bulk of the deaths came from. World War II death estimates range from 50 million to 100 million.

In a recent post, I wrote that Big Pharma’s efforts have been accused of killing perhaps 40 million people in the past decade, from how it prices its drugs in poor nations, and Bill Gates is its front man. Early in this series of posts, I wrote about Big Pharma’s price gouging. The only reason for those drug prices in poor nations is Big Pharma profits, not the cost of producing them. This is one of the many costs of capitalism.

Fauci is credibly accused of directly causing the deaths of 330,000 American gay men, when his career as a Big Pharma front man was just getting warmed up. In this series of posts, I have been summarizing the Gates/Fauci toll in Africa. From drug tests that treated the test subjects as expendable, to vaccine programs that likely killed millions of people, perhaps many millions, who were mainly children, what is the Gates/Fauci death toll in Africa? 10 million, 20 million, more? We also have highly credible allegations that Gates has been leading a eugenics effort in Africa to deceptively sterilize millions of women. Under Fauci’s guidance, the USA has by far the highest COVID death toll on Earth. It is too early to tell, but the COVID vaccines may end up being responsible for hundreds of millions of premature deaths, and maybe far more. I am seeing lots of stories like these (1, 2) these days. But since Fauci purposefully scuttled the placebo group, as usual, that will be another accounting that will be hard to derive.

On top of that, Fauci has never actually performed the job that Congress charged him to do, namely find out why chronic diseases are skyrocketing in the USA, which likely has the skyrocketing consumption of processed food to thank, along with skyrocketing vaccines. Americans are history’s fattest humans, with the highest medical bill on Earth and the poorest health among industrialized nations. But drugs and vaccines are all that Fauci seems to know, as he does Big Pharma’s bidding to the exclusion of all else.

Gates pals around with the greatest murderers on Earth, but the death toll from the efforts he has led likely dwarfs the crimes of those butchers. The death toll from the Fauci/Gates-led efforts may well exceed a billion premature deaths in the final accounting. Hitler was an amateur compared to that, committed under the rubric of “medicine” and “philanthropy.” That I even have to bring this up is horrific. These are not crazed conspiracist musings, but very credible allegations. And like Hitler, Fauci and Gates have been sainted in the media, although the sheen on Gates’s halo has dimmed somewhat, for the crazy reason that he cheated on his wife. That is the least of why his halo should be dimmed.

At the beginning of this month, I wrote that it might take the rest of this month to finish summarizing Kennedy’s book. That was over 60 posts ago, and I am close. If I am lucky and finish my summary today, that will be the first goal. But I also plan to write some posts to summarize my summary. It will be a kind of index of this series of posts.

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “The Bill Gates/Anthony Fauci Biosecurity: ‘Let the War Games Begin.’” Kennedy began that section by discussing Kadlec’s 1999 smallpox simulation. In his book, Kennedy wrote about Johns Hopkins University plenty, and in this section, Kennedy focused on what is today called the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. Kennedy noted that the new center was riddled with spooks from its beginning in 1998.

The same year of Kadlec’s 1999 simulation, the Gates Foundation kicked in $20 million to found their own organization at Johns Hopkins, called the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health. Kennedy wrote:


“For the next two decades, Gates would direct a vast stream of funding to the enterprise of elevating biosecurity as the national priority.”


Kennedy wrote that Kennedy, Kadlec, and Fauci had fanned the flames of infectious disease paranoia, and helped “lay the foundation for the modern security state.” Kennedy noted that more than $500 million per year has flooded into Johns Hopkins from NIH and NIAID, but the accounting seems intentionally shabby, to perhaps hide what is going into the spook-run Center for Health Security.

Between Gates and Kadlec, they have run simulations nearly annually since 1999, which surprised Kennedy when he began studying the issue. The infamously convenient Event 201, which Gates ran in October 2019, was just one of many like it that Gates and Kadlec ran over the previous 20 years. Kennedy noted that none of those exercises focused on maintaining the public’s health during a health emergency, such as diet, vitamins, repurposed drugs, weight loss, and other common sense activities to stay healthy, or how to protect vulnerable segments of the population. Instead, the exercises were all about using the opportunity to establish a police state, with propaganda, censorship, martial law, and other extraordinary powers, such as coercing the population to get vaccinations. Essentially, they were prescriptions for everything that has happened in the “pandemic” response for the past two years.

Kennedy finished that section with a quote from Dr. Meryl Nass, a biological warfare expert who is fighting to keep her medical license today for daring to speak out. Nass said:


“Coercion should be the last strategy to consider in a pandemic. If you have a remedy that works, people will flock to get it. It’s troubling that the first and only option was creating a police state.”

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “The Still-Unsolved Mystery of the Post-9/11 Anthrax Attacks.” That section began with noting how the Pentagon funded a project to see if an anthrax operation could be built with over-the-counter components. It was a top-secret operation mounted in a former nuclear weapons facility, and it was successful. The military experts made a few pounds of anthrax that way. Two years later, two weeks after 9/11, somebody with U.S. Army connections mailed anthrax to American politicians and media personnel, which Kennedy wrote began the “Biosecurity Era.”

This section is when Kennedy began to get a little more “conspiratorial,” openly wondering if it was a false flag attack that the intelligence community initially blamed on Saddam Hussein or Al-Qaeda. The fact that it happened a week after 9/11 should have made Kennedy suspect that maybe 9/11 was a false-flag attack, too, but Kennedy did not go there. But, very interestingly, Kennedy compared the anthrax letters to Operation Northwoods. I may interact with Kennedy someday, and if I do, we will discuss how Operation Northwoods was eerily similar to the CIA’s version of a similar operation that got his uncle killed. Back in 2013, when Kennedy came forward and admitted that his father never believed the Warren Commission’s conclusions and accused the CIA of its involvement on the same day that that JFK was murdered, RFK, Jr., himself suggested that the CIA may have been involved in his uncle’s murder (which means that they would have been involved in his father’s murder, too). The CIA was certainly involved in Jack’s murder, at all stages of the operation that killed him and the aftermath, as Allen Dulles ran the Warren Commission, covering up the CIA’s involvement in the murder of the man who fired him from the CIA.

Kennedy wrote that germs were much more useful boogey men than Islamic “terrorists” for the national security state, because it could kill people in any household, not only at prominent targets such as the Pentagon and World Trade Center. Kadlec was fortuitously, perhaps too fortuitously, vindicated when his paranoid outlook and exercises over the previous several years hit pay dirt with the anthrax letters. Kennedy finished that section with:


“By 2020, biosecurity would altogether eclipse Islamic terrorism as the spear tip of US military and foreign policy. The topic of ‘infectious diseases’ suddenly became the most effective way to open government pockets.”


Kennedy’s next section is titled, “Meet the El-Hibri family.” In 1998, Ibrahim El Hibri, a Lebanese financier, teamed up with Admiral William Crowe, Jr., to convert a vaccine factory in Michigan into an anthrax vaccine factory, to sell the vaccines to the American military. El-Hibri had long been on the military contractor gravy train, but his entire anthrax vaccine project was a disaster from the beginning, became a black hole that sucked up tens of millions of military dollars, and never came close to getting FDA approval. But the 2001 anthrax letters saved El-Hibri’s operation, and that loophole in the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention was used universally among the spooks and military contractors as the greenlight for biowarfare research again. The Kennedy finished that section with:


“Military planners at the Pentagon, BARDA, DAPRA, and the CIA (though USAID) began pouring money into ‘gain-of-function’ experiments. ‘Dual use’ research was suddenly in vogue.”


Then Kennedy had a few sections on the background of Kadlec’s simulations, the anthrax letters, and the astounding “coincidences” between them. That comes next.

I got another article from Mercola, attached. These issues have long been known outside of the propaganda and censorship paradigm of the media, and it was nice to see Mercola provide some current commentary. Basically, the only people who need to fear COVID are the unhealthy and the old, or both. For everybody else, it is like getting the normal flu. From the beginning, COVID deaths have been greatly exaggerated. People who were healthy before they got COVID, and then died, amount to about 5% of the reported “COVID” deaths.

As Kennedy made very clear in his book, the key to reducing COVID deaths is early treatment. If somebody needs to be hospitalized, it is already almost too late, and as Mercola discussed in the article, the hospitals are perversely incentivized to actually kill their COVID patients, not help them get better, including using the deadly Fauci/Gates drug remdesivir. Using ventilators could virtually guarantee death, and Mercola discussed alternatives to ventilators that work great. To this day, ventilators have been the “standard of care” in American hospitals, and that likely caused most of the early so-called COVID deaths.

Also, the whole COVID scare is killing off people who needed medical treatment but were afraid to seek it, leading to elevated “other” deaths, which Mercola also discussed.

I finally signed on for Mercola’s articles, and will attach today’s. There are many stark revelations that come from reading Kennedy’s book. Which is the most stunning? As I recently wrote, the Fauci/Gates tag team has committed serial genocides under the guise of medicine. Mercola’s latest article shows that the biggest one of all may be underway, as vaccine-induced AIDS seems to be happening. If they end up killing a billion people or more, that will undeniably be the biggest impact of Medical Racket 2.0.

As evil as all of that is, its handmaiden has been the disappearance of anything resembling what is called science. I have written many times that even from the defenders of science, medical science has been called its filmiest and most corrupt branch. Also, the propaganda and censorship in the media over the past two years is Ed’s worst nightmare, the Propaganda Model on steroids, which has bamboozled even Noam. Orwell’s nightmare is truly here.

As Kennedy described many times in his book, Fauci led the assault on any scientist that dissented from his irrational dogmas, and few scientists are courageous enough to risk their careers to speak up. Most either stay silent or play ball, to one degree or another. Fauci has an army of henchmen who eagerly perform the dirty work of wiping out all dissent, when dissent is the lifeblood of science.

To call these grim times is an understatement.

Kennedy’s next chapter section is titled, “Dark Winter 2001.” I recently mentioned that the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security was riddled by spooks, and revealing some names is in order. The founder of the Center was Donald Henderson, the legend who was baffled by Gates’s attempt to eradicate polio. So far, so good, but his co-founder was Tara O’Toole, who succeeded Henderson when he left. O’Toole has long been in bed with the CIA. Richard Ebright said of O’Toole, “She makes Dr. Strangelove look sane.” O’Toole and Kadlec have made quite the paranoiac tag team over the years, as they concocted lurid scenarios in their disease-gaming. Ebright further said of O’Toole, “She was the single most extreme person, either in or out of government, advocating for a massive biodefense expansion and relaxations of provisions for safety and security.” O’Toole was succeeded in running the Center by Tom Inglesby, another spook-connected MD who became the face of the nascent biosecurity industry.

In June 2001, Kadlec ran a simulation called Operation Dark Winter, which highlighted the military’s enthusiasm for bioweapon vaccines. The simulation’s situation was a smallpox attack on Oklahoma City. Kennedy wrote:


“Dark Winter participants explored strategies for imposing coercive quarantines, censorship, mandatory masking, lockdowns, and vaccination [does any of this seem familiar? ]; and expanded police powers as the only rational responses to the pandemic.”


The Dark Winter exercise simulated that if those draconian measures were not undertaken, American society would collapse, and concluded that a vaccine shortage would undermine the government’s response. Kennedy finished that section with:


“The Dark Winter exercise eerily predicted many aspects of what would follow just months later with the anthrax letter attacks. Such uncanny miracles of foreshadowing became a recurring feature of each subsequent Germ Game.”


Kennedy’s next section is titled, “The Spooks and the Simulations.” Kennedy listed the dramatic personae for Dark Winter, led by war hawk Senator Sam Nunn, who played the American president. Neocon former CIA director James Woolsey participated, as did O’Toole and Inglesby, and propagandist Judith Miller, whose reporting about Iraq’s non-existent WMD made her a legend two years later, was a participant, along with spooks.

Kennedy wrote that he served on a board with Woolsey for several years, and Kennedy asserted that Woolsey was a germaphobe, and nearly as paranoid as Kadlec. Kennedy wrote of some of the many disturbing connections that O’Toole and Kadlec had with spooks and Big Pharma, and Kennedy presented several assessments of O’Toole’s Strangelovian traits, which came out in Congressional hearings, when Obama nominated her for a key post at the Department of Homeland Security. Her peers portrayed her as a wild-eyed political hack, not a scientist so much. Kennedy explored the nexus of spook companies, Gates, and Big Pharma with the Dark Winter participants. Kennedy finished that section by that citing a New York Times article in January 2021 that documented its investigation into Kadlec’s secret vaccine sweetheart contracts with Big Pharma companies, which shielded them from all liability and put severe restrictions on nations that received the vaccines.

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “Dark Winter Aftermath.” Kennedy wrote that Dark Winter was successful and was eerily predictive of the anthrax letters a few months later, and the official response blamed Saddam Hussein or Al-Qaeda, when the real culprits likely lived far closer to home. Before the anthrax letters ever became public knowledge, Miller had free reign, with Woolsey and another Dark Winter participant, Jerome Hauer, to dominate the media immediately after 9/11 with the most lurid fantasies of imminent anthrax attacks. In a miracle of “coincidence,” anthrax attacks happened right in the midst of their tirades. That may qualify as the “coincidence” of the century. Kennedy then discussed the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), which was a collection of Chicken Hawks that “predicted” something like 9/11 and the anthrax letters.

Kennedy cited Miller’s article, a week before 9/11, which excerpted the paranoid book Germs. Miller and her colleagues lauded a Pentagon project to “make a potentially more potent form of anthrax bacteria.” Kennedy wrote, “Miller did not explain why this response seemed rational or sane.” Miller led the chorus on Iraq’s fictional WMD, and the CIA enabled that charade. Bush the Second later said that the biggest regret of his presidency was the “intelligence failure in Iraq.” Well, it was a convenient failure for former oilman Bush. Kennedy mentioned CIA Director George Tenet’s statement to Bush that proving that Saddam had a hidden WMD arsenal was a “slam dunk.” Miller illegally outed Victoria Plame, a CIA agent whose husband, the State Department’s Joseph Wilson, challenged the White House’s and CIA’s lies that Hussein had tried to secure uranium in Africa. Miller worked with PNAC’s Scooter Libby in the outing of Plame, and both spent time behind bars. But Trump pardoned Libby, who quickly jumped into bed with Kadlec and joined his Blue Ribbon Panel for Biodefense, for which mass vaccination is a central strategy. Kennedy surveyed the many spook connections to the vaccine/national security milieu.

Kennedy discussed how a member of the Blue Ribbon Panel was laundering gain-of-function payments to the now-infamous Wuhan lab. Kennedy finished the section with:


“The pervasive CIA involvement in the global vaccine putsch should give us pause. There is nothing in the CIA’s history, in its charter, in its composition, or in its institutional culture that betrays an interest in promoting either public health or democracy. The CIA’s historical preoccupations have been power and control. The CIA has been involved with at least seventy-two attempted and successful coups d’état between 1947 and 1989, involving about a third of the world’s governments. Many of these were functioning democracies. The CIA does not do public health. It does not do democracy. It does coups d’état.”

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “Smallpox: Biosecurity Blossoms.” In that section, Kennedy wrote that Dark Winter was part of a longstanding effort to keep alive fears of smallpox, even though it had been officially eradicated in 1977. Public health activists encouraged the USA to eliminate its smallpox stocks in its bioresearch facilities, but Bush the Second’s administration bought more. During the drumbeat to invade Iraq, Bush wanted to inoculate the USA for smallpox, which was intended to inflate the fantasies of Saddam Hussein’s WMD. Meryl Nass wrote:


“The smallpox vaccine was known to be highly reactogenic […] When the vaccine was given to healthcare workers and first responders in 2003, episodes of heart failure, heart attacks, myocarditis, and death quickly mounted. Doctors and nurses learned that they could not sue for damages if injured, and at first there was no federal compensation either. They began refusing to be vaccinated.”


The Clinton administration kept stockpiling smallpox vaccines, and after distributing 40 million vaccines, the injuries were so severe and frequent that the civilian effort was halted, but not the military one, which turned into a disaster. About one-in-200 vaccinated soldiers got symptomatic myocarditis, subclinical myocarditis affected about 3% of them, and a 2015 U.S. Army study concluded that the likely culprit in Gulf War Syndrome was vaccination. One of my wife’s cousins was deployed to Iraq and got it, and was wheelchair-bound for years. A court finally ruled that the government did not have carte blanche to turn soldiers into “guinea pigs for experimental drugs.”

Kennedy’s next section was titled, “10/4 Anthrax Attack.” The anthrax letters were mailed to the two Senators who had been the most vocal in fighting the police state tactics that PNAC advocated. The anthrax letters killed five people, the draconian Patriot Act was swiftly passed, and not a single politician who voted for it read it. The Patriot Act legalized Stalinist tactics and an entire “terror industry.” Kennedy wrote that the biggest winner of the passage of the Patriot Act was Silicon Valley, which partnered with the spooks to perform surveillance and “profit from the war on terror by at least $44 billion since 2001,” according to a 2021 report. Kennedy wrote:


“Second only to Vice President Dick Cheney, the staunchest war hawk among George W. Bush’s beltway coterie was his secretary of defense, former Searle Pharmaceutical CEO and PNAC chieftain Donald Rumsfeld – the very man who, fourteen years earlier, had given Saddam his anthrax arsenal. While no one has ever proven the origin of the anthrax in those letters, the FBI concluded that the powder had come from a US military lab.”


Kennedy finished that section by noting that Kadlec became Rumsfeld’s special adviser on biological welfare, and Kadlec similarly served PNAC’s Paul Wolfowitz.

One of the most emotionally trying times of my life was during the constant drumbeat for war, beginning in 2002, after they could not publicly lynch Osama bin Laden, and without missing a beat, Saddam Hussein became the next demon who had to go. Wolfowitz charged Kadlec with finding bentonite in the anthrax letters, which would have implicated Hussein, but none was found. It didn’t matter, as the Bush gang whipped up hysteria, connecting Hussein to 9/11 and the anthrax letters, claims for which there has never been a shred of evidence adduced. I can still smell the stench of those days, and was never more ashamed of being an American, as we committed the greatest crime of the 21st century so far, and it was hard to find Americans who knew or cared.

The FBI investigation, far from implicating Hussein, identified the anthrax as coming from one of three U.S. Army labs, then the prime suspect “killed himself,” and they ended the investigation, which a chorus of critics claimed was shabby, and that the dead suspect was the victim of an FBI frame job. In 2008, Department of Justice attorneys challenged the FBI’s assertion about that suspect, and stated that a lab linked to the El-Hibri family was the prime suspect. Their charges were covered up, although an Italian publication reported in 2001 that the El-Hibri family was on the FBI’s suspect list over the anthrax letters.

Kennedy’s next section was “Cui Bono,” which he began with:


“Since 1995, Kadlec had been frothing about bioterrorism to war college students and urging the creation of the Strategic National Stockpile to warehouse vaccines and other countermeasures.”


In 2004, Kadlec helped draft the law that established that stockpile. In that section, Kennedy discussed the confluence of self-interest and hysterical phony warnings of pandemics to come or already here, coming from Kadlec, Fauci, and Farrar. Other confederates such as Rumsfeld made millions from his Big Pharma positions, taking advantage of the fake pandemic scares. But the biggest winner was the El-Hibri family, as the anthrax scare rescued their fortunes.

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “BioPort’s Rebirth and Reinvention as Emergent BioSolutions.” BioPort was the El-Hibri family’s anthrax vaccine company that was heading toward bankruptcy when the anthrax letters so fortuitously arrived. Whitney Webb investigated BioPort, and she uncovered the usual boondoggle environment, of a company on the ropes giving out lucrative bonuses to its management, spending lavishly on its headquarters, and millions of dollars simply “disappeared.” But Kadlec implored his boss Rumsfeld to rescue BioPort as the only anthrax vaccine maker in the USA.

Kennedy’s next section is titled, “Gold Rush.” Kennedy chronicled how 9/11 and the anthrax letter let loose a flood of money for biosecurity, as the biodefense budget went from 137 million in 1997 to several billion a year by 2004. Kennedy wrote that between 2001 and 2014, the USA spent $80 billion on biodefense. Because germ warfare was still illegal, “vaccines” became the cover for bioweapons research, using that old loophole. The Pentagon had strict procedures to comply with the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention, and according to Ebright, Cheney decided offload the bioweapons research to NIAID, which was completed by 2004. That is why Fauci gets nearly $2 billion a year from the Pentagon. Kennedy wrote about how Fauci took immediate advantage and repurposed his underlings from the HIV effort to lead the biodefense effort. As usual, Fauci fanned public fear by stating that postal workers who handled the letters might still harbor anthrax in their lungs. Kennedy wrote: “Dr. Fauci’s signature fearmongering was, of course, his trademark science-free speculation.”

Kennedy chronicled how Fauci went on the warpath to resurrect the El-Hibri family’s dead company and untested vaccine. Fauci promised to fast-track that anthrax vaccine, which had never passed an FDA audit. Kennedy wrote about the gold rush in the federal bureaucracy, and the military advocated that each new recruit receive 75 vaccines, and the military asked Bush for funding. Fauci leapt into the fray, promising that his department would soon deliver dozens of bioweapon vaccines. Scientific American reported that Fauci told a scientist that Fauci took on the quixotic goal because if he didn’t say yes to Bush, the Pentagon or Homeland Security would get the money.

Kennedy wrote that Fauci’s biodefense budget skyrocketed by several-fold and reached nearly $2 billion a year by 2003. But when a decade passed after the anthrax letters with no more bioterror attacks, Fauci shifted gears to warn about natural pandemics. Kennedy wrote that the SARS outbreaks between 2002 and 2004 were a “godsend” for Fauci. What Fauci failed to emphasize, however, was that several of the outbreaks were from lab escapes in China, Taiwan, and Singapore. Kennedy wrote:


“By that time [2011], the escalating intramural arms race to capture Pentagon, CIA, BARDA, DARPA, and HHS biosecurity funding was pulling the military, CIA, and NIAID deeper into the dicey alchemy of ‘gain-of-function’ research that would ultimately culminate inside the BSL-4 Pandora’s box in Wuhan.”

A very trusted assistant, a member of the ‘toy army’ = a nickname for the UK Territorial Army- voluntary armed forces, was sent to Kuwait. He was in his 40’s, well and a hard worker on my team. On his return to UK, after being pumped full of ghastly substances, he became very ill, and died. Many of his colleagues also. So much stuff was thrown at these innocent folk in this ghastly conflict, they, and generations later, are still suffering the consequences.

Sorry to hear it. Warfare is evil on so many levels. As Tony Bennett said, it is the “lowest form of human behavior.” As Bush the Deserter pimped for war, like his father did, with the neocon chickenhawks cheering him on, one of the agonizing aspects for me was how they considered their own troops expendable, although in these days of “techno-war” (Ed’s term), the imperial troops rarely risk themselves on battlefields any longer. They can pilot drones from thousands of miles away today. I won’t live to see the final accounting of Gulf War Syndrome, but it will be prodigious. As Smedley Butler said, war is a racket that only the capital class really benefits from. Nothing much has changed since his nearly-century-old observation.

Since we are always the aggressors any longer, in defiance of the Nuremberg position, I am always going to be far more sympathetic to those dying under our imperial boots, but yes, I have sympathy for the cannon fodder, too. I had a soldier in my home this morning, who talks of “deployment” like it will be a trip to Disneyland. The Fifth Epoch can come none too soon.
