C'est fini. Le 26 janvier 2022, la Cour constitutionnelle autrichienne (VfGH) a lancé une procédure de révision des ordonnances et a envoyé une série de questions au ministre autrichien de la Santé. Des questions absolument taboues jusqu'à présent. Qui ébranlent les fondements de la "pandémie". Le ministre de la Santé a jusqu'au 18 février 2022 pour répondre, c'est aussi la date de fin de la "pandémie" en Autriche.

Dans le détail, la VfGH veut savoir si le nombre d'hospitalisations et de décès inclut toutes les personnes infectées. La vieille question "du ou avec le" Covid ?. Si tous ceux qui ont été testés positifs étaient comptabilisés, la VfGH aimerait en connaître la raison.

De plus, la VfGH veut une ventilation des décès et des hospitalisations de Covid. Quelle était la cause : Corona? Ou seulement un test "positif" dénué de sens ? Elle demande même l'âge des morts et hospitalisés !

Le ministre de la Santé doit également apporter la preuve que l'exigence du masque FFP2 a du sens.

Ensuite, c'est le tour des affaires (pour la mafia pharmaceutique). La VfGH place le risque de mourir du Covid à 0,15%. Elle demande comment la réduction du risque absolu et relatif d'une vaccination doit être comprise. La VfGH veut savoir quelle est la réduction absolue du risque après une, deux ou trois vaccinations. Le mensonge de l'efficacité à 95% est révolu.

C'est encore mieux. La « pandémie des non-vaccinés » est remise en cause. Le ministre de la Santé doit répondre dans quelle mesure la "vaccination" réduit le risque d'infection, de maladie et de transmission. Car "il semble correspondre à l'état actuel de la science que les personnes vaccinées contre le Covid peuvent aussi être infectées par le Sars-Cov-2, contracter le Covid et transmettre le Sars-Cov-2".

Ensuite, nous entrons dans des zones dangereuses pour le ministre de la Santé. La VfGH veut connaître le risque d'hospitalisation après une maladie et après une vaccination, ventilé par tranche d'âge et nombre de vaccinations. C'est là qu'interviennent les effets secondaires des vaccins, jusqu'ici si nonchalamment ignorés.

Même le "confinement pour les non vaccinés" ne va pas sans contestation. La VfGH demande à quel point l'occupation des lits serait plus élevée sans ce confinement.

La question la plus meurtrière pour le gouvernement vient en dernier. La Cour constitutionnelle demande des informations pour savoir s'il est exact qu'il y aura moins de décès de Covid en 2021, mais toujours une surmortalité hebdomadaire à trois chiffres. Elle veut savoir comment s'explique cette surmortalité.

Toutes ces questions ont été posées par des penseurs latéraux, des bretteurs et des "vendeurs" depuis le début de la "pandémie". Le gouvernement les a écartés avec l'aide vigoureuse des médias achetés et des experts dociles. Pas plus. Le gouvernement doit répondre aux questions de la VfGH.

Je pense que répondre à ces questions mettra fin à la "pandémie". Elle met également fin au gouvernement. Il semble que nous nous en soyons encore une fois tirés de justesse. N'oublions pas cette leçon. La liberté ne meurt jamais dramatiquement. Elle meurt peu à peu. Nous ne devons jamais la prendre pour acquise. Nous devons nous battre pour elle ! Même maintenant, jusqu'à ce que ceux qui étaient au pouvoir soient démis de leurs fonctions avec des menottes.

Bienvenue en France, le pays où on vote des lois et on y réfléchit après ! A la demande de Bruno Retailleau – le roi des tweetos – la commission de affaires sociales organise une mission d'information «Adéquation du passe vaccinal évolution de l'épidémie de covid-19 ». La présidente a beau se défendre de vouloir simplement vérifier l'utilité de cet outil sans refaire le débat sur la loi, toutes les questions posées auraient dû avoir trouvé une réponse au moment du vote (surtout la question principale : pourquoi on vote). Et oui, les parlementaires ne peuvent pas obéir aveuglément et être cohérents à la fois, et ça ne sert à rien de faire semblant.
Pourquoi le passe vaccinal a-t-il été instauré ?
Les parlementaires commencent par interroger Messieurs Jérôme Salomon et Jérôme Marchand-Arvier afin de savoir à quel moment la décision de changer le passe sanitaire en passe vaccinal a été prise et sur quelle base.
S'en suit un entretien contradictoire, ou aucun critère clair n'a pu être dégagé de cet échange, peut-être mis à part l'obsession de la vaccination.

En effet, la mise en place du passe dépend alternativement du nombre de vaccinés, du nombres de patients occupant les lits de réanimation, du nombre de contaminations – sans qu'aucun seuil ne soit évoqué – ou des mesures sanitaires pratiquées par nos voisins européens.

Le directeur général de la santé et le directeur général adjoint de l'AP-HP rappellent un fort taux d'incidence de l'épidémie – 560 000 cas ont été recensés lundi dernier – mais se félicitent également de l'effet incitatif du passe sanitaire, puis vaccinal, à la vaccination. Suite à l'annonce présidentielle de cet été, 3,8 millions de personnes ont réalisé leur primo vaccination, et aujourd'hui dans le cadre du vote de la loi instaurant le passe vaccinal, il y a 500 000 nouvelles primovaccinations.

Et comme le passe vaccinal a créé une efficacité d'emblée et que ces mesures sont possibles à mettre en œuvre on peut maintenant les lever (logique) « C'est précisément parce que le législateur a voté le passe vaccinal que cela permet au gouvernement, vu du contexte épidémique qui s'améliore doucement, de reconsidérer une partie des mesures de contrainte (jauges, télétravail, se nourrir dans le train, l'accès aux boites de nuits) – parce qu'il y a eu l'entrée en vigueur de ce passe, on peut lever ces premières mesures ».

Le Sénateur René-Paul Savary demande à quelle date le gouvernement a reçu les données produites par l'institut Pasteur pour appuyeur sa décision. Jérôme Marchand-Arvier répond qu'il communique avec l'institut tous les lundis. Problème, cependant, le premier Ministre a présenté le projet du passe vaccinal le 17 décembre, le projet de loi a été déposé le 27 décembre, et aucune modélisation n'a été mise en ligne entre le mois d'octobre et le mois de décembre. Le gouvernement aurait-il émis un projet de loi sans étude d'impact ?

Jérôme Marchand-Arvier défend qu'il y avait une modélisation dans l'avis du conseil scientifique du 8 décembre dernier, mais les projections ne sont les pas le seuls éléments dans la prise de décision de toute façon, les autres contraintes sanitaires prises par les pays européens sont également un facteur.

En parlant des décisions de nos voisins, la Sénatrice Michèle Meunier s'interroge sur la levée du passe sanitaire au Danemark ou au Royaume-Uni, est-il utile de garder le nôtre dans ce contexte ?

Jérôme Salomon lui répond « c'est étrange de raisonner comme ça » concernant le benchmark international, l'Europe est touchée par le variant Omicron de façon asynchrone. Les vagues précédentes se propageaient d'est en ouest, avec Omicron c'est plutôt ouest-est. Quelqu'un pourrait-il envoyer une carte à M. Salomon pour qu'il situe l'Espagne et le Danemark ?



Ce qui est sûr c'est que Jérôme Salomon, en plus de ne pas être très doué en géographie, se sert de l'Union européenne quand ça l'arrange (à l'instar de ses amis de la majorité).

Les sénateurs comprennent bien que le passe vaccinal ne s'est pas décidé sur un critère sanitaire particulier, mais plus sur l'envie de rendre la vaccination obligatoire tout en se déchargeant de son contrôle sur les citoyens eux-mêmes. A défaut de ne pas avoir imposé des seuils pour instaurer le passe, peut-être pourrait-on y réfléchir pour le lever ?

Jérôme Salomon prévient tout de suite, il envisagerait d'arrêter ce dispositif lorsque la pression hospitalière sera redescendue, tout en veillant à sa réversibilité en cas de nécessité.

Les deux intervenants n'ont pas d'idée précise sur les différents plateaux de saturation du nombre de personnes vaccinées, du taux de circulation du virus ou de la situation hospitalière.

Le directeur général de la santé précise « plus la couverture vaccinale est haute, mieux c'est. Le niveau de couverture vaccinale est lié à l'épidémicité du virus – si on compare à la rougeole, le R est très élevé, donc la couverture vaccinale doit être maximale, vu qu'Omicron est très contagieux, c'est la même stratégie ».

Le professeur Delfraissy quant à lui ne peut pas répondre sur le critère déterminant pour lever le passe vaccinal. La situation hospitalière serait sans doute « le nerf de la guerre » et l'on devrait prendre en compte l'occupation des lits en soins intensifs et en réanimation, l'évolution des hospitalisations classiques, le nombre de contaminations, les déprogrammations d'interventions (même s'il avoue ne pas savoir comment les chiffrer exactement – intéressant à l'heure où l'on rend les non vaccinés responsables d'un fait qu'on n'arrive pas à quantifier ) et aussi, l'acceptabilité de toutes ces mesures par la population.

Les modélisations sur l'efficacité du passe sont contre-productives


Assez naïvement, on pourrait espérer que les modélisations épidémiques issues de l'institut pasteur et de l'INSERM viennent à l'appui de l'inefficacité de la mise en place du passe sanitaire/vaccinal et à faire émerger des indicateurs encourageants qui prouveraient l'inutilité des mesures.

Mais quand on voit les outils dont ils se servent – c'est plus qu'inquiétant – on peut abandonner l'idée.

Il y a tout d'abord l'étude Comcor, lancée en octobre 2020. A l'automne, les modélisations ont indiqué une reprise de la circulation du virus. L'étude a révélé une augmentation des risques de contamination dans les bars, dans les trains et dans les boîtes de nuits, mais pas dans les restaurants. Cette « donnée scientifique » se détermine de la manière suivante : on recense les personnes qui sont déclarées positives au Covid dans SIDEP, elles reçoivent un mail d'invitation à participer à une étude afin de connaitre les lieux qu'elles ont fréquenté dans les 10 derniers jours et on compare leur réponse avec celles d'un groupe témoin choisi par IPSOS pour vérifier s'il y a des lieux plus fréquentés par les personnes infectées ...

M.Fontanet n'a pas connaissance d'une autre méthode pour s'assurer de l'efficacité d'un passe et c'est d'ailleurs cet outil qui sera utilisé pour mesurer le bienfondé du passe vaccinal ...

Simon Cauchemez explique lui qu'il est dans l'incapacité de déterminer la sortie du passe vaccinal. Au printemps 2021, il avait essayé de fixer le niveau de couverture vaccinale suffisant pour tout « relâcher » et atteindre un seuil maximal de 1000 hospitalisations quotidienne pour covid. Il faudrait certainement faire « tourner ce modèle » pour voir si l'on doit encore vacciner des non-vaccinés ...

What has happened with the Freedom Convoy 2022 Go Fund Me debacle should come as no surprise to anyone
who has been following this scamdemic since it all started.

While I watched the $ millions climb on an almost daily basis I did so with reserved enthusiasm as I knew

Not sure which 'thread' to put this in, but reading today's UK news I found something very disturbing relating to new UK laws being passed to protect those online from harmful behaviour.

Most of the new laws I generally agree with, regarding fighting individuals posting 'revenge porn' or threatening behaviour against others online.
Posts which include threats of violence, and death upon others (the things that the majority of society know is unpleasant & wrong).
Sadly they've included a law which includes "information" or statements that can lead to harm to others.

Annoyingly I can't find the first news article I read this morning...
but it said law is being passed so that those who provide fake information that harms other can be jailed ('gaoled' if you're a traditionalist).
This includes "fake bomb threats" and "Covid-19 disinformation".
Who gets to decide if the "covid" information is disinformation? I guess those in the pay of government.

Quite scary, for those who are simply trying to provide a bigger picture of the covid vaccines & policies, and provide alternative views.
