Looks man made to me, did it fall off the ISS hence it's moving at the same speed & in the same direction ?

Looks like a cover off something tbh.
War is when your leaders tell you who the enemy is, revolution is when you work out who the enemy is for yourself.

If you zoom in and change the angle it has very good symmetry. It is rather large as well to be coming off, but maybe...

It can't be anything extra-terrestrial because it's in focus....

    • Nasa: "Ice particles" lol
    ...

(some of the nasa footage's are indeed exactly that ... and those ice-particles may change directions when one of the small boosters are turned on to rotate or alter the course of the space-shuttle).

    quote:

Quote "With the advent of the space shuttle era, increasing rocket activity is expected in the Earth's upper atmosphere. The space shuttle solid-fuelled booster rockets emit ∼150 tonnes of alumina (Al2O3) particles per launch, much of which spreads throughout the upper troposphere and stratosphere1. Such particles can seed aerosols and clouds, and might therefore cause changes in the terrestrial radiation balance and climate2. Estimates are made here showing that average ice nuclei concentrations in the upper troposphere could increase by a factor of 2, and that an aluminium dust layer weighing up to 1,000 tonnes might eventually form in the lower stratosphere".

    I would say it's a blanket/cover of some kind.
But let my imagination rule and it's a ----

After all the whole world we see is an interpretation, we don't actually see what is real in the first place

Quote Pareidolia (/ˌpærɪˈdoʊliə, ˌpɛər-/;[1] also US: /ˌpɛəraɪ-/)[2] is the tendency for perception to impose a meaningful interpretation on a nebulous stimulus, usually visual, so that one sees an object, pattern, or meaning where there is none.
