Here are possible dates and times for Avalonians to meet up at the Radisson's Ahnala Restaurant or Lounge (link in name):


As Inelia mentioned, it's free to enter.

Wed, 2/23 - noon before the presentations begin
Thurs, 2/24 - 12:30 or 7:30
Fri, 2/25 - 12:30 or 7:30
Sat, 2/26 - 12:30
Sun, 2/27 - 12:30 or 5:00

Not sure what days most people will be there?

Maybe we could wear homemade nametags with AVALON in big letters and our username. I'll bring something to make the table easy to find.

Are these dates all open? I wasn't sure if you were going to hold a table on each of these dates, or whether one or two days had been chosen?

With the "or" dates, have these been decided on yet?

Hi Inelia. I plan to have a table during all the lunch breaks. Not as sure about the evening times. Looking forward to meeting you and other Avalonians, too!

Thanks for the invite Heather 2012. Unfotunately, I will have to put that on my Bucket List. I have had a drawing to go to Arizona the last few years. Ive only flown over it a couple of times. One of the UFO conferences is also on my Bucket List. I would especially like to go to Sedona. So much energy there, I hear. Lai lines I believe. I have read a book called the Sedona Method.(abut releasing on anything). Always wanted to go there for one of their seminars.

You Avalonians do us proud! Maybe someday,we can hookup. For now it's only on the internet for me. Sigh!

Yes, Bill and Kerry, have talked abut working on future projects together. They do complement each other.

Hi Roy. Yes, I moved here because I felt guided to. I love the sunshine. If/when you visit, I recommend avoiding the summer months...

Sedona is a powerful place. I've enjoyed going there and expect you would, too.

It'll be interesting to see if Bill and Kerry do any interviews during the UFO conference.

I plan to drive to Phoenix from Tucson on Saturday Morning and spend the day. I can commit to Saturday lunch time (12:30?) and whatever else makes sense at the time. It would be great to have a number "Avalonians" in attendance. Even with the crazy demands on his time, I am still hoping Bill can stop by to say hello. Looking forward to it.
