BRAZILIAN SENATORS CALL FOR HEARINGS TO EXAMINE QUESTION OF UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA

Brazilian Senators are calling for a special session that aims to bring greater public awareness to the issue of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), according to an official Senate Requirement that was recently filed.

Citing countries around the world that “have established research commissions for these vehicles,” the Requirement references initiatives like those undertaken by the United States Department of Defense in recent years, and states that “a governmental opening is sought so that the truth discovered by these nations and their research bodies is revealed.”

“Brazil emerges in this scenario as the first nation to officially admit that UFOs actually exist,” a translated portion of the Senate Requirement states, emphasizing the country’s long history of involvement with UAP investigations. “This occurred in a meeting open to society, military and press held at the Escola Superior de Guerra (ESG), in Rio de Janeiro, in 1954, when the then captain of the Air Force João Adil de Oliveira declared to those present the reality of these flying objects and their advanced technological characteristics.”

“France would only do the same, coming second in 1976, 22 years later,” the document adds.

The recent initiative was spearheaded by Brazilian Senator Eduardo Girão, with support from Senators Eliziane Gama, Alessandro Vieira, Izalci Lucas, Jorge Kajuru, Marcos do Val, Paulo Rocha, and José Reguffe.


The recent efforts of the Brazilian Senate are partly the result of a civilian-led initiative that began in 2004, launched by AJ Gevaerd the Brazilian National representative from ICER. A team including A.J.Gevaerd and Rony Vernet will present the evidence to the Senate in June 2022.

Every couple of years, whenever Greer comes out with a documentary (I know, I know... "Above Top Secret" is not his documentary, but he actively promotes it) and or a convention he has some "explosive" information to share.

The gaping holes in his bio and his narrative are so big and almost completely unchallenged, that it is baffling.

Before Reid's ousting, he had been the subject of a nearly two-year-long investigation by The Debrief. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, multiple current and former Pentagon employees told The Debrief Reid had engaged in wide-ranging misconduct and corruption for years.

When it comes to former Pentagon officials turned advocates for formal scrutiny of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, they say Reid’s departure will have a significant positive impact on Government’s investigations into UAP.

“It’s a really big deal,” said Elizondo. “He was one of the biggest obstacles to the DoD’s investigations and public transparency of unidentified aerial phenomena.”

Given that he was on the receiving end of Reid’s ire for several years, The Debrief asked Elizondo how he felt about Reid’s removal.

“While I profoundly respect his past military service to our country, obviously in his later career, he forgot his promise to the American people,” Elizondo said.

“This action by the Department is significant and should be taken as a warning to others in the Department who continue to obfuscate the UAP topic and deny our previous efforts and findings in the AATIP program as they relate to a legitimate potential threat to the National Security of the United States,” Elizondo added.

Before publication, The Debrief sent several unanswered requests to Reid for comment.

“As I indicated before, those involved in the purposeful and deliberate obfuscation of the truth will be held accountable,” added Elizondo.

“We are now seeing this process in action.”

"I’ve been saying for a while that the COVID War has felt like a planetary alien abduction scenario and this latest video by John Bowne shows that I’m not the only one who’s had this thought.

Bowne’s video contains clips from interviews with Temple University history professor, David Jacobs, PhD and British author, Timothy Goode, who both report that aliens are not only abducting humans and creating alien hybrids but are using mind control to integrate themselves into Earth’s civilization and government, in preparation for their imminent planetary takeover.

Dr Jacobs is the foremost authority on the topic of a global alien hybridization project and how it’s being carried out. In his 2015 book, ‘Walking Among Us: The Alien Plan to Control Humanity’, which is based on three decades of research, studying over 1,150 abduction events experienced by 150 people, he estimated that the alien hybridization program involves at least tens of millions of human beings, globally.

Dr Jacobs observed the following about the alien abduction phenomenon:

1. It is intergenerational. The children of abductees become abductees and so do their children and so on, regardless of whether or not both parents are involved. This has been known since the 1980s, when Budd Hopkins started his work.

2. It is global. This is not an American phenomenon. Everybody around the world describes the same things; they’re basically having the same experiences. It’s also a new phenomenon. People were not describing these experiences in the 12th century – or even in the 19th century. Jacobs says that there has never been anything like this in human history; that so many people have been describing these same strange experiences; things that are bizarre beyond imagination.

3. It is clandestine. The reason for this he says, quite simply is that they don’t want us to know what they’re doing.

Dr Jacobs was led to the conclusion that an alien-controlled program to create alien-human hybrids had reached a new stage of completion: the integration of human-looking “hubrids” into human society.

He says hubrids are designed to look average and to not stand out in a crowd. Their function is to infiltrate, “blend in” and to live among us. The main difference between them and us is that they can control us mentally, with the ability to put thoughts and images in our mind.

New nano materials are currently being introduced into the environment and into the food supply – and of course, in the vaxxines. The self-assembling graphene oxide nano circuitry observed in the vaxx vials appears to relate to the creation of MAC addresses for humans within the Internet of Bodies.

Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum and Elon Musk promote various neuralnanorobotics prototypes of “Brain Net”, the Human Brain/Cloud Interface, some using neural-interfacing remote-controlled nano swarms of bio-penetrable materials that are able to integrate themselves through a variety of membranes to have read-and-write capabilities on brain function.

Nanorobots aerosolized to place minimal-sized electrodes in a network within a brain with minimal intervention could wirelessly transmit encoded information to and from a cloud-based supercomputer network for real-time brain state monitoring and data extraction. Data transfer between living human brains and the cloud would require the use of D-Wave quantum computers and Artificial Intelligence. Patents for such technologies already exist.

Neuralnanorobotics are being developed to enable instantaneous real-time interface between the human brain and both biological and non-biological computing systems, providing implantees with instant access to the world’s knowledge and Artificial Intelligence.

If this isn’t the “hive mind” of the Greys, then what is? Are humans being transformed, through the COVID vaxxine, chemtrails and graphene-dosed food into prototypes of Earth-based Greys? Is this what an alien invasion looks like?"

I would not trust anything coming out of this man's mouth. He is a Talpiot guy. It is an elite and extremely secretive R&D arm of IDF intelligence.

I was invited for the first phase of the selection process and did not make it to the second phase (thank god). One of my platoon COs was a Talpiot dropout.

To graduate from this program, after an incredibly rigorous selection process, you need to complete an accelerated double major in Physics and Math in the Hebrew University and for some reason a multidisciplinary officer training at the Israeli equivalent of West Point (which was always very bizarre to me), from his own autobiography... "I studied physics and mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and underwent brief training in para trooping, driving tanks, and other soldiering".

Before he became this mild-mannered chair of Harvard's Department of Astronomy he was involved with the highly secretive Israeli nuclear program (where he led a project to propel masses using electric discharges to ignite material with lower atomic weight than gunpowder [his words]), with the Strategic Defense Initiative (the Star Wars program), and completed a PhD in Plasma Physics.

Two "minutes" ago a guy like this would not touch the UFO topic with a ten-foot pole. Now he is all over it, leading the Galileo project with all these US intelligence guys, TTSA dropouts. This whole thing stinks to high heaven.

Its unfortunately that Emery Smith was selected as the interviewer. He is a complete hoaxer. Much evidence on PA about this revelation.

regarding the interview, we basically have official/almost official admissions like "we don't know what they are" AND "they might be non-human". Then, there is some evidence for older and parallel UFO research programs that seem to have made some headway, including some retro engineering. On the other hand, some people seem to know much much more about ET relations! To be far in advance of what we normally hear and accept in the UFO community. For example, "Tim Tactical Advisor" . But is he truthful? He sounds truthful. Why would he be allowed to speak on Gaia TV? It would mean that there are very advanced covert programs, much more than what is revealed through Elizondo and Mellon. Should we simply dismiss it?

"Tim Tactical Advisor" of course, may be lying. But maybe, ideally, people should also resonate with the message in a more personal way and simply consider that it could/might possibly be real. Just like the phenomenon usually behaves for most people, maintaining ambiguity. As if it were only asking to be considered as possibly real and seldom allowing final proof forcing all to recognize it.

This could be because the phenomenon is not a 100% objective unchanging physical phenomenon but is co-created through inter-subjectivity combined with objectivity. And only thinking about it under the classic scientific method would limit it as well as our engagement with it.

This is not to say that we should abandon objective evidence. Like I said, "Tim Tactical Advisor" may be lying. But could we consider that we might be missing something important by not considering his apparent human-side sincerity in spite of not providing official documents? Perhaps we should consider that a more flexible approach might also be necessary both to interface with the phenomenon and with more advanced intimate knowledge about it. Perhaps, we must just be flexible enough to listen first and foremost as human beings listening to each other and only consider Tim's declarations as a POSSIBILITY.

Tim would not need to give solid proof, only to move enough people to consider that he might be telling the truth so that humanity begins to get used to an inter ontological interface phenomenon that is not 100% rigidly objective in order to be "real". Thus, in order to experiment with another epistemological approach perhaps more applicable to UFO/UAP and a deeper interactive awareness (that could also produce objective knowledge), I am willing to suspend final judgment, while continue evaluating Tim's veracity objectively without dismissing him off handedly. We need to complexify our thinking and try to move beyond binary approximations, excessive generalizations, cognitive biases, etc. Suspending final judgment is not equivalent to accepting and believing.

I was asking that question a lot and so I focused on his body language. At first I though "this is good, he is sincere" but after a minute realized that he is too good, too studied, to methodical in the way his eyes look up and to the right like he is trying to recall an experience he actually had. When you try to recall your experiences, some are harder to recall than others, some are harder to figure out how to put into words than others. But he always pauses for the same amount of time, his eyes always roll upwards in the same way each time. It's like he learned a few gestures to using during the session and he is using them over and over again.

Also, he looks like an actor. Has good teeth, good skin, facial bone structure, symmetrical face. His hand gestures are too perfect, like he studied on how to use them to communicate well and look visually interesting.

I am not one who usually judges by intuition, but this just doesn't look right. I looks like he is reciting a script and sprinkling it with a few "let me thing about that" pauses and gestures to make it look like he is deep in thought.

The way to know for sure is to see him in other contexts. I would like to see him asked what he had for dinner last week, or talk about a childhood pet.

And if he is an actor, there are certainly a lot of people behind him. Some one had to help him write his script, someone paid him a lot of money to take this role, because we are not going to see him show up in a TV commercial or soap opera anytime soon.

Suspending final judgment is not equivalent to accepting and believing.

Absolutely. Of course, to figure out if this is truth or hoax, one also needs to look at the content, which I didn't do very well, because I was focused on the body language.

I wonder if this guy will now disappear or we will have other opportunities to see him interviewed in different contexts. We certainly aren't going to find out if Tim is a hoaxer from an interview conducted by a hoaxer, Emery Smith.
