what sources?
how did they come to those "conclusions"?
what method of comparison is done based upon what data exactly?

It looks like the original copy of this meme had fine print which might have referenced the data sources, but now it is too minuscule to read. Never the less, living in the U.S., I can tell you that there isn't a shortage of job "opportunities" available - there are lots of job listings and "help wanted" signs out there. But here's one source of the information:

That was from January of this year. So I guess the "8.7 million" number was "updated."

But I don't always post things because I agree with them. I would be happy to see someone shred this argument to bits. So far, you are the only I have successfully annoyed with this meme John, so thanks for starting to shred it apart!

Total lying BS. They destroyed 50,000,000 jobs resulting (as planned) in a few million people clamoring on to life-support rafts for a momentary life-saving job, and then falsely claim they created millions of jobs.

Was talking with my past office gal yesterday who came to my shop, she voted for Biden, she's 75 years old. She just put in her 2 weeks notice because she drives elderly around to their appointments and can't afford the gas anymore for her car to do that. I asked her remember when we had 2.00 a gallon gas , lowest interest rates ever, lowest unemployment for blacks and Hispanics in 50 years, cheap prescription drugs ? What was so wrong with that.? She said like everybody else says , I couldn't stand Trump and that why she voted for Biden. It could have been Mickey mouse running and she would have voted for anybody but trump.And no there wasn't any voter fraud at all, even though just north of us here there were 7000 votes in Antrim county that switched from Trump to Biden and no investigation by our attorney General. Now we're all on the runaway titanic with people other than Biden running this country. There are icebergs dead ahead and its full speed baby.
