Three years after Joe Biden vowed to make Saudi Arabia a pariah state over the assassination of a prominent dissident, the US president greeted Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman with a fist bump as his administration attempts to reset relations and stabilise global oil markets.

Donald Trump was personally welcomed to the conservative Gulf kingdom on his first presidential visit by King Salman. Biden, however, was met on the tarmac on Friday evening by the governor of Mecca and the Saudi ambassador to the US in a subdued ceremony. He then travelled to the city’s al-Salam palace, where he held talks with the 86-year-old king and his powerful heir, Prince Mohammed, before a working meeting.


Oil, human rights, Iran, Israel and the war in Yemen are all on the agenda for what is likely to be a thorny 24-hour trip. Saudi Arabia has been a key strategic ally for the US for decades, both selling oil and buying weaponry, but when he was running for president, Biden vowed to turn the kingdom into a “global pariah” over the 2018 murder of dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

After he took office in early 2021, Biden’s administration released US intelligence findings that concluded Prince Mohammed approved the operation targeting Khashoggi, a member of the Saudi elite who broke ranks and began writing articles for the Washington Post critical of the crown prince’s sweeping domestic reforms.

Biden has since made a point of only speaking directly with the Saudi king, rather than the crown prince, but has been forced to re-evaluate the US’s relationship with the world’s largest oil producer in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which contributed to a 14-year high of $139.13 a barrel of Brent crude earlier this year.

Washington is eager for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which hold the bulk of spare capacity within the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec), to pump more oil to help bring down petrol costs. The US’s worst inflation crisis in four decades looms over the US midterm elections in November, harming the Democratic party’s prospects.

The choreography of Biden’s visit is being closely watched for evidence of a genuine detente with Prince Mohammed. Prior to Biden’s trip, the White House said due to Covid concerns he would be opting for fist bumps rather than handshakes and avoiding other physical contact, which has widely been interpreted as a way to avoid being photographed shaking the crown prince’s hand.

Fred Ryan, the publisher of the Washington Post, for which Khashoggi wrote, said in a statement the fist bump was “shameful”, for “project[ing] a level of intimacy and comfort that delivers to [the prince] the unwarranted redemption he has been desperately seeking”.

Hatice Cengiz, who was Khashoggi’s fiancée, tweeted:

“Is this the accountability you promised for [Khashoggi’s] murder?

The blood of MBS’s next victim is on your hands.”

In a short session with reporters in Riyadh, Biden was asked:

“What do you say to Mrs Khashoggi?”

Biden said:

“I’m sorry she feels that way. I was straightforward back then.

I was straightforward today.

I didn’t come here to meet with the crown prince.

I came here to meet with the GCC.”

Report: Hunter Biden Laptop Details Dozens
of 'Business' Meetings With VP Dad Joe

"Materials harvested from Hunter Biden's infamous laptop reveal dozens of meetings between President Joe Biden and his son regarding business dealings, despite denials that the two never discussed Hunter's business activities, the New York Post reported Saturday.

According to the report, materials gleaned from Hunter Biden’s laptop show more than 30 meetings between then-Vice President Biden and his son, Hunter, from 2008 to 2016, usually taking place shortly after Hunter returned from traveling abroad on business.

"Hardly a day goes by without another revelation about how intimately involved Joe Biden was with his son Hunter Biden's corrupt foreign business dealings," House GOP Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N. Y., told the Post. "The fact that Joe was in meetings with senior foreign leaders on behalf of Hunter and his business associates while vice president further proves that Joe has been lying to the American people."

Information contained in the laptop consisting of personal calendar entries detail Hunter relaying information to his dad relating to meetings with foreign clients his son was involved with at the time, in stark contrast to President Biden's claim that he "never" discussed business with his son while serving as former President Barack Obama's vice president.

The list of those meeting with the younger Biden includes Cote d’lvoire Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan in Washington on April 15, 2016, dinner with Russian oligarchs between Feb. 15-18, 2012, and Romanian Ambassador George Major, according to the Post.

Those meetings often were followed by Hunter meeting or communicating with his father, the report said.

While the laptop's authenticity was initially disputed, called Russian disinformation when it became public shortly before the 2020 election, it has since been labeled as authentic by several media sources, the Washington Examiner reported earlier this month.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, however, would not comment on the flood of information contained in the once abandoned computer, when asked earlier this month during a press briefing."

"From this podium, I'm not going to talk about alleged materials from the laptop. I'm not going to talk about alleged materials on the laptop. It's not happening," Jean-Pierre said.

One of the voicemails retrieved from the device appears to have Biden telling his son that he was "clear" following a New York Times story covering Hunter Biden's business with the Chinese energy company CEFC.

"Hey, pal, it's Dad. It's 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance, just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk with you," Joe Biden said in the voicemail pulled from the device. "I thought the article released online, it's going to be printed tomorrow in The Times, was good. I think you're clear. And anyway, if you get a chance, give me a call. I love you."

Bombshells Undercut the ‘Big Lie:’ 21 Confirmed Illegalities, Irregularities from 2020 Election

There are now nearly two dozen credible confirmations of wrongdoing, irregularities and illegalities that undercut the claims of bureaucrats, journalists and Democrats that the November 2020 general election was flawless.

Democrats and their allies in the traditional news media have coined the term the "Big Lie" to dismiss anyone who questions the conduct of the 2020 election.

But with each passing day, new irregularities, security vulnerabilities and illegalities are being unmasked by bombshell revelations from courts, legislators and other investigative bodies like the FBI and Homeland Security Department.

The latest came last week when the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared that state election regulators had no legal authority to allow voters to cast ballots in mobile drop boxes, a jaw-dropping decision that invalidated the way tens of thousands of voters -- many of them Democrats -- cast their ballots,

From Phoenix to Detroit, and Madison to Austin, there are now nearly two dozen credible confirmations of problems that undercut the claims of bureaucrats, journalists and Democrats that the November 2020 general election was perfect. In fact, it was quite imperfect.

And while none of revelations, at this point, have persuaded courts to reverse the outcome of the presidential tally or unseat Joe Biden from the White House, they have shaken voter confidence in key battleground states and built a compelling case that the bigger lie was that the 2020 election was flawless.

Here are 21 important revelations uncovered by Just the News over the last 18 months of reporting, complete with substantiating evidence and links:

1. Illegal ballot drop boxes. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled earlier this month that the 570 drop boxes used during the 2020 election were unlawfully approved by the Wisconsin Election Commission, "Only the legislature may permit absentee voting via ballot drop boxes," the court declared. "WEC cannot. Ballot drop boxes appear nowhere in the detailed statutory system for absentee voting. WEC's authorization of ballot drop boxes was unlawful." State Rep. Janel Brandtjen told Just the News that hundreds of thousands of votes were cast in the illegal boxes in the 2020 race when Biden and Donald Trump were separated by less than 21,000 votes.
2. A Foreign Intrusion. Federal authorities have confirmed that two Iranian nationals successfully hacked into a state computer election system, stole 100,000 voter registrations and used the data to carry out a cyber-intimidation campaign that targeted GOP members of Congress, Trump campaign officials and Democratic voters in the November 2020 election in one of the largest foreign intrusions in U.S. election history. The defendants "were part of a coordinated conspiracy in which Iranian hackers sought to undermine faith and confidence in the U.S. presidential election," U.S. Attorney Damian Williams declared in an indictment.
3. The Laptop Lie: More than 50 national security experts, countless news organizations and large social media firms falsely told American voters in fall 2020 that the Hunter Biden laptop with damning revelations about Biden family corruption was Russian disinformation. In fact, it was a legitimate laptop already in the FBI's possession, and Hunter Biden was already under criminal investigation before voters cast their 2020 ballots. The false narrative had significant impact: polling shows a majority of American voters believe the pre-election censorship of the story amounted to election interference,
4. Alleged Bribery. The former state Supreme Court justice appointed by the Wisconsin Legislature to investigate the 2020 election concluded that millions of dollars in donations to election administrators in five Democrat-heavy municipalities from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life violated state anti-bribery laws and corrupted election practices by turning public election authorities into liberal get-out-the-vote activists. “The Zuckerberg-funded CTCL/ Zuckerberg 5 scheme would prove to be an effective way to accomplish the partisan effort to 'turnout' their desired voters and it was done with the active support of the very people and the governmental institution (WEC) that were supposed to be guarding the Wisconsin elections administrative process from the partisan activities they facilitated,” Justice Michael Gableman wrote.
5. Illegal ballot harvesting in Wisconsin. Gableman also exposed an extensive vote collection operation, known as ballot harvesting, in nursing homes in which third-party activists illegally collected the ballots of vulnerable residents, some of whom lacked the mental or physical capacity to vote or were forbidden from voting by guardianship agreements. State election regulators “unlawfully directed the municipal clerks not to send out the legally required special voting deputies to nursing homes, resulting in many nursing homes’ registered residents voting at 100% rates and many ineligible residents voting, despite a guardianship order or incapacity,” Gableman wrote in his explosive report.
6. Ballot harvesting probe in the Peach State. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has announced he has opened a criminal investigation into allegations that liberal activists engaged in illegal ballot harvesting, collecting ballots from voters and delivering them in violation of state law. Raffensperger said he is planning to issue subpoenas to identify a whistleblower who admitted he engaged in the operation, and there could be prosecutions. The True the Vote election integrity group says in a formal state complaint that the man, identified as John Doe, admitted his role and identified nonprofits who funded it at $10 per ballot delivered. The watchdog group also claims it has assembled cell phone location records pinpointing the alleged harvesting by as many as 240 activists.
7. Bad voter signatures? A review of Maricopa County's mail-in ballots in Arizona's 2020 presidential election estimated that more than 200,000 ballots with signatures that did not match voter files were counted without being reviewed, more than eight times the number the county acknowledged.
8. 50,000 Arizona ballots called into question. An extensive audit by Arizona’s Senate officially called into question more than 50,000 ballots cast in the 2020 election, including voters who cast ballots from residences they had left. The tally in question is nearly five times the margin of Joe Biden’s victory in the state.
9. Foreign voters found on Texas rolls. An audit of Texas voter rolls identified nearly 12,000 noncitizens suspected of illegally registering to vote and nearly 600 cases in which ballots may have been cast in the name of a dead resident or by a voter who may also have voted in another state. Officials are now in the process of removing the foreign voters and deciding whether prosecutions are warranted.
10. Foreign voters found on Georgia rolls. An audit by Georgia’s Secretary of State has identified more than 2,000 suspected foreigners who tried to register to vote in the state, though none reached the point of casting ballots. Raffensperger says prosecutions may be forthcoming.
11. More noncitizen voters. The Gableman investigation in Wisconsin also found noncitizens had made it onto the state voters rolls in violation of state law. The Wisconsin Election Commission failed “to record non-citizens in the WisVote voter database, thereby permitting non-citizens to vote, even though Wisconsin law requires citizenship to vote — all in violation of the Help America Vote Act,” the investigator wrote.
12. Election Machine Vulnerabilities: Immediately after the November 2020 elections, the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security agency declared there was no hacking or machine vulnerabilities. The Iran hacking case put the lie to the first claim. And last month, the Homeland Security agency admitted in a new report that the popular Dominion Democracy Suite ImageCast X voting system had nine vulnerabilities, most of which include the ability to "install malicious code" on the machines. Federal officials say they don't know of any efforts to exploit those vulnerabilities in 2020, but the reversal in stories has significantly shaken confidence in the bureaucracy's assurances.
13. Ballot chain of custody issues. The Georgia Secretary of State's office has opened an investigation into the handling of drop box ballots last November in one of the state's Democratic strongholds following a media report that there were problems with chain of custody documentation in DeKalb County.
14. Fulton County irregularities. Georgia’s handpicked election monitor for Fulton County, the state’s largest voting district, documented two dozen pages of mismanagement and irregularities during vote counting in Atlanta in November 2020, including double-scanning of ballots, insecure transport of ballots and violations of voter privacy. The revelations prompted the state to take steps to possibly put Fulton County in receivership, empowering state officials to run the elections. Most of Fulton County's election officials have left their jobs.
15. Errant vote counting. Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp referred the audited November 2020 election results in Fulton County to the State Election Board after multiple reviews found three dozen significant problems with absentee ballot counting, including duplicate tallies, math errors and transposed data. Kemp’s referral calls into question hundreds of ballots in the official count.
16. Dirty voter rolls. Michigan’s official state auditor has found that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson failed to adhere to state election law by properly updating and reconciling Michigan’s qualified voter roll. This oversight, according to the audit, increased the risk of ineligible voters casting ballots.
17. Illegal exemptions from voter ID. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled as many as 200,000 voters were allowed to illegally skip voter ID for absentee ballots by claiming they were indefinitely confined by COVID when there was no such legal authority to do so. Biden beat Trump by about 20,000 votes in the state.
18. Uneven enforcement of election laws. The Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau identified more than 30 problems with the administration of elections in 2020, including unlawful orders and uneven enforcement of the law and urged lawmakers to make sweeping improvements.
19. More illegal harvesting. In Arizona, a half dozen people have already been indicted on charges of illegal harvesting in a probe by Attorney General Mark Brnovich that shows signs of expanding. It comes after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected Democrats' arguments and concluded Arizona’s ban on harvesting was constitutional.
20. Voter fraud in Michigan. Michigan charged three women in connection with voter fraud schemes, including efforts to cast ballots on behalf of non-consenting nursing home residents.
21. Still more nursing home fraud. In Wisconsin, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced his investigators have secured evidence that eight out of 42 residents at a local nursing home had been recorded as casting absentee ballots that their families said was not possible because the residents didn't possess the cognitive ability to vote.

Attendees at the event in Fort Lauderdale — which sources described as the most significant assembly of Republican governors outside of the RGA so far this year — included Govs. Kim Reynolds of Iowa, Henry McMaster of South Carolina, Kevin Stitt of Oklahoma and Bill Lee of Tennessee, Arkansas gubernatorial candidate and former Trump White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, former Maine Gov. and current gubernatorial candidate Paul LePage and Nevada Senate candidate Adam Laxalt.

Conservative media influencers in attendance included Buck Sexton, Lisa Boothe and Josh Hammer.

A recent New York Times/Siena poll found Ron DeSantis in second place to Donald Trump in a 2024 GOP Presidential Primary.

DeSantis earned the support of 25 percent of Republicans.

No other candidate broke into double digits.

Governor DeSantis was one of the Republicans who refused to rule out a 2024 campaign if Donald Trump ran for re-election.

And while Governor DeSantis has not specifically announced any White House ambitions and kept his focus on his re-election campaign this November, all the moves Governor DeSantis made have all the hallmarks of a prospective Presidential candidate."

Pompeo, who was state secretary from April 2018 to January last year under former US president Donald Trump, could be running against his former boss, who has said that he would try to “win back the presidency.”

Pompeo visited Taiwan for the first time in March, and in a speech in Taipei he urged the US to officially recognize Taiwan as a free, independent nation and establish official diplomatic ties.

He also warned against the negative effects that China attacking or occupying Taiwan would have on the US, saying that it could hurt the US economy or weaken the US’ influence in the Indo-Pacific region.

Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT) Legislator Johnny Chiang (江啟臣) yesterday said that he was not surprised by Pompeo’s plan to compete for the nomination, as US President Joe Biden’s approval ratings are declining.

Pompeo has remained publicly active after leaving office, which is “a gesture of preparing to run for the presidency,” Chiang added."

“She had brains; she had beauty,” her son, Eric Trump, said in a speech at the historic St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church on the Upper East Side.

“She was the embodiment of the American dream…She was a force of nature,” he told mourners.

His mom, a former model and onetime professional skier, could beat any man down the slopes, any woman on the runway.”

“She ruled the three of us [kids] with an iron fist but also a heart of gold,” Eric said of himself and siblings Ivanka and Donald Jr.

Donald Trump, wife Melania and sons Barron and Don Jr. also honored the Czech-born, famous New Yorker at the private service."

Biden's doctor stops heart meds with COVID treatment --

despite risks of blood clots

NY Post reports:

"President Biden’s physician stopped the commander-in-chief’s use of heart medications Thursday after he began to take Paxlovid to treat COVID-19, White House officials said — despite the fact that doing so elevates the risk of dangerous blood clots.

Dr. Ashish Jha, the White House coronavirus coordinator, said at a press briefing that it’s “very standard” to discontinue the medications during a five-day regimen of the antiviral Paxlovid.

Medical experts had expressed concern about Biden’s use of blood thinner Eliquis to treat atrial fibrillation, an irregular heartbeat condition, while he takes Paxlovid. Biden also takes Crestor to lower his cholesterol.

Jha didn’t address the fact that the Food and Drug Administration specifically warns that “premature discontinuation of any oral anticoagulant, including Eliquis, increases the risk of thrombotic events,” meaning blood clots.

In 1988, Biden survived two brain aneurysms, which blood clots can cause. The drug Eliquis is marketed to lower the risk of stroke and clots for people who have atrial fibrillation.

Jha told reporters that O’Connor told him that heart medications “need to be stopped when you take Paxlovid.”

"“It’s a very standard, common thing that we do when we give people Paxlovid,” he said. “You don’t need to do anything in those circumstances. They both get stopped for the five days that he’s on Paxlovid and then they get restarted and it’s totally fine and pretty normal practice.”

The FDA recognizes Paxlovid as potentially interacting negatively with anticoagulant medications, but not specifically Eliquis. The heart drug’s manufacturer advises caution about mixing the two.

Harvard Medical School professor Dr. Eli Gelfand, a cardiologist, told The Post that “generally in patients who take Eliquis and are prescribed Paxlovid, the dose of Eliquis is reduced by half or the drug is temporarily held altogether.”

Giroir said in a Fox News interview that Biden easily could be off his cholesterol medications for a few days, but warned that “it would be more of a problem to be off his blood thinners, which he really does need.”

“Maybe some of his comments yesterday about having cancer — really that could have been from his brain fog from having COVID. This is very, very common. It occurs in the majority of people,” Giroir said.

Siegel agreed, saying:

“Especially since one of his symptoms that he was talking about was fatigue

I think that that symptom might imply a certain amount of brain fog …

maybe that explains some of the comments that he made yesterday, you know, about being confused about the cancer issue.”

"Young conservatives overwhelmingly chose former President Donald Trump over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in a straw poll at a summit in the Sunshine State on Sunday.

Asked who they would vote for if the former president launched a re-election bid for 2024, 78.7% of the attendees at the Turning Point USA gathering chose Trump, while 19% picked DeSantis, Fox News reported.

No other Republican even came close.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem was the nearest at 1%, followed by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo at 0.5%, while Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, former UN ambassador Nikki Haley and former Vice President Mike Pence finished with 0.3% a piece.

Trump delivered Saturday night’s keynote address at the summit in Tampa.

Cruz and DeSantis also spoke at the weekend gathering.

Attendees at the conference were also asked about which potential Democratic 2024 candidate would be the hardest to defeat.
