Default Is there a Constitutional Lawyer in the house?

This is an off the cuff post.
I am really struggling with what can and cant be done to people now?
    Am I missing something ?
Does the Constitution and Bill of Rights still protect us as free American citizens?

If someone from an agency was to bust my door down for nothing more than an opinion I posted on line, or a political candidate I choose to follow?, what recourse do I have?

Im telling you, these lines are really getting blurred for me. Im a peaceful law abiding citizen with a god given right to an opinion and view, but now Im actually not that sure.

Can we get some opinions from Constitutional Attorneys, scholars etc on what the present state of our constitution is pertaining to our rights ?
How can I say ( should I need to) , you have no right to do that, get you hands off me, or I didn't do anything wrong and so on. I am really alarmed I am even asking this.

    where are we at?

    anyone want to discuss?
    pd

While the US Constitution and state constitutions (don’t forget your state constitution) are under relentless assault, under the Constitutions, all lawful authority remains vested in the people. That is what is meant by a Republic and a Republican form of government. We are Republic that used to use democratic processes to elect representatives of the people. Even more so than the constitutions, it is the democratic processes that have been or are being destroyed.

The federal and state governments have only narrow and specific powers delegated to the governments by the people. Constitutions are documents of limitation and disabilities of governmental power. All authority not specifically delegated to the federal or state governments are reserved to the people.

What is of more immediate concern, and what the governmental authorities will turn to, is not the constitution, as governments always claim to be acting within constitutional authority, are civil and criminal statutes and state regulations and ordinances. It is those that one must be familiar with as well, as they will purport to address what a citizen can and cannot do under the circumstances you describe and allude to.

As much as this may seem counterintuitive, the wisest thing to do if government thugs assault you at home or elsewhere is to comply. Matters only get worse if you don’t. Then hire a qualified lawyer to seek redress.

This is a huge topic that takes much effort to fully grasp.

I urge you to read the works of Edwin Vieira. Go on line to his archives.

"You have the right to remain silent". <--- Think about that. Do you understand what that really means? Short of putting a butt-plug up your ass in the hopes that you won't get reamed quite so deep, you have no rights.
I am enlightened, ............ Oh wait. That's just the police shining their spotlights on me.
