Hi Doug， good day! Thanks for your kind words.
Last night, the coach taught me how to tread water and head up breaststroke one-on-one. Although it was only an hour, I was so tired that I still feel a little pain in my waist now. It reminds me of what I used to feel like practicing sports in high school. Just like Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, I was also one of the sprinters at the time. In order to increase my sprint speed by one second, I was trained by the PE teachers so hard and vomit. I had to do many trainings and dragging tires and so on. I think that period was the most painful but also the most explosive and enduring time for me.

Hi Doug, yes. It was me. I shared my stories beofore.

Yes, I had been in the mental hospital in my hometown for 6 times. The first time was in early 2015, it was 40 days. The latter is from 2015 to August 2021. The longest time was the first 40 days, followed by 20 days, 10 days, or 5 days, I don't remember the specifics. And from 2018 to 2022, I have undergone 11 minimally invasive surgeries for plasma cell mastitis, 6 times of local anesthesia, and 5 times of general anesthesia. I have a small scar on each side of my breast. One of the main reasons why I got plasma cell mastitis is because I took olanzapine prescribed by the doctor in the mental hospital. I took it for more than 2 years and became amenorrhea. In 2019, I got plasma cell mastitis and my mastitis doctor told me that the biggest side effect of olanzapine is that it will lead to increased prolactin, and then lead to plasma cell mastitis. The doctors in the mental hospital knew it, but they deliberately kept it from me. Finally, after repeated questioning, they said yes. Later, in order to relieve my mastitis symptoms, they changed another medicine, but because I was married at that time, although I did not have a certificate, I was under a lot of mental pressure, because I didn't like marriage, and I hate my job as an English teacher in the institutions at the time. This job made me even more worried about China's education and the future of young students. Therefore, I extremely reject pregnancy and fear that my child will also suffer from mental illness. Because I was diagnosed as a schizophrenic by the doctor in the mental hospital. Just last August, after Lifechanyuan was declared as a cult by the Chinese government, my last hope was shattered. My husband also broke up with me because he thought my plasma cell mastitis would never be recovered. Under many blows, I officially broke up with my husband on February 5 this year, and returned to Lifechanyuan on March 13. Till now, I have not taken any psychotropic drugs for more than a year and my mastitis has also become steady. Now I am out of marriage, and my work is getting smoother. More importantly, because of the in-depth study of Lifechanyuan values, I have a better understanding of the Greatest Creator and the status quo of human beings, and I have gained some physical and mental freedom from Lifechanyuan values. You're welcome, D. Thanks for your warm words to me. To be honest, I was feeling hopeless and did really got through the worst situation in my "marriage" family and the mental hospital last August.

My mother, my ex-husband (though we don't get the certificate) and my father-in-law were calling 110 together and asked 110 to bring me back to the mental hospital. I refused and wanted to escape and beg 110 to send me to the prison rather than the mental hospital. But 110 refused and the police handcuffed me and dragged me into a mental hospital, just because my mother didn't agree with me entering Lifechanyuan and didn't understand me. I stayed in the mental hospital for 20 days. I was tied to the bed with one hand all day long, and I was not even eligible to go to the bathroom to urinate. Then I was forced by the doctor to do 3 electric shocks. Later, because my left breast kept bleeding, and the mental doctors had no way to cure, so they called my mother immediately. And after I was picked up from the mental hospital, I was directly admitted to Huaiyin County Hospital, and then my mastitis doctor immediately performed general anesthesia and put Insert two drainage catheters for me. Until now, except for two small scars, my chest basically does not affect the overall appearance.

My mother is COVID-POSITIVE and now the whole China seems COVID-POSITIVE too. I'm fine. Thank the Greatest Creator. I'm praying and study Lifechanyuan values every day and so, I am still COVID-NEGATIVE.

I still had dancing class on Deceber 16th. I am the one in blue. We practised the last 5 seconds of this dance again for an hour. It was very tired.

My mother was back to home on December 17th. And on the night of December 19th, she got COVID-POSITIVE.
