One thing I’m noticing is the non-stop, l-o-u-d pitch in my ears. My understanding is it’s data/knowledge coming through. As we adjust we’ll be able to decipher it. In the meantime, we’ll gradually develop our inner senses and have access to knowledge without the firewalls.

I’ve felt my body has been upgrading over a long period of time in preparation for this new energy. I’m an active participant. The self work includes all that helps to ground and balance.

A power surge can cause extensive damage to the body. There’s a greater chance for people that haven’t done the ego work to experience physical distress, negative emotions and lash out and blame.

I didn't sleep at all last night, which is odd for me, but I am being directed to take a really hot bath right now. I sometimes hear Kim talking about using a bath as some sort of protection. Does anyone recall her saying that?

Kim takes epsom salt baths. They help to relieve stress and cleanse the troublesome energies that glob onto the body and it’s fields.

I do self work since late Nov 2005.

I do not place the words of gurus, priests, scientists, psycologists, friends, teachings higher than the information of my own being. We can learn much from others, but the deepest knowledge must come from within ourself. Our own consciousness is embarked upon a reality that basically can be experienced by no other, that is unique and untranslatable, with it's own meaning, following its own paths of becoming. We share our existence with others who are experiencing their own journeys -in their own ways.

Does anyone benefit from the energy sent to earth by source?
I just got very high blood pressure since dec. 20 and nervous heart palpitations.
It could also be from nervousness because I had to have a health certificate examination and had been very nervous before the medical check-up for some time.
That was on December 20. During the examination, high blood pressure was found and
that has to come down before I can renew my driver's license.

It’s my understanding there are still up and downs in this human journey. We experience the range of emotions but with a deep knowing that all sorts itself out and as our capacity to do so strengthens.

Each time we call out our BS, our spirits reveal itself more. We get to experience the truth of who we are as human incarnates. We discover our capacity to be and to express Source love.

The more we go with the flow of our bodies adjusting to the crystalline Source, the easier the transition is to the new era as Source in a body suit.

My sleep cycles are still messed up. On Friday, I went down for a nap and woke up 5+ hours later. It was a much needed deep sleep. The scope of my dreams has expanded away from the teacher/classroom settings. It's a welcomed change.


Some of my family members that’ve passed talk with me in dreams, usually they’d be off to the side with a smile. I don’t recall the conversations, but the feeling of connection is still there when I wake or if I happen to recall during the day.
