Tents are for sleeping. Better to enjoy a fire sitting or standing out doors, heat some rocks to slip* into your sleeping bag.

* “slip” meaning put them in a cheap light SS salad bowl, shimmed underneath because SS conducts heat poorly so contact will be too hot for the bag and tent floor, put some folded cotton/not-polymer expendable cloth on top (where your feet go), and slip it down there. But first prepare a securement against the bowl sliding downhill/anywhere, a ring-barrier of other spare clothing, underneath the feet-area of the sleeping bag.

Wake up late and comfy in your (implied) frosty tent.
