The Aum technique.
As I started tuning in more, and in turn having more and more contact, either telepathically, meditation or in the sleep state. My thirst to know more grew, and my mind was soaked with the intention to see new worlds, meet new races, and maybe just maybe get to fly in a UFO.
I understood how much more complex our existence is, and that there was a "Greater Reality" beyond this physical one.
So I learnt an amazing technique that popped me out of body within 5 minutes. Very powerful indeed, called the Aum technique.
You need to sit down.. the video said to do it cross legged, but I just sat on the sofa.. your spine straight and your chin slightly back.
Close your eyes and curl them to try and look at your pineal gland.
Now take a deep breath and make the Aum sound like you might have heard Buddhist monks make.. a long low vibratory sound. Do this until your breath is all gone.. then breathe in..and repeat.
I did this for 5 minutes..and what happened was amazing!
If you have ever seen the movie cocoon, there is a bit where a woman takes off her human skin, and her light body comes out and flies around.
It was just like that. I perceived my skin like a bath robe, and it fell to the floor. I then shot up about 30ft in the air..and the shock was so great that it gave me a belly funny (that feeling you get in your stomach when you are really high up, or looking over a cliff edge).
That shock sensation shot me straight back to my physical body.
Absolutely sensational experience, as brief as it was!
Like I have said previously, we all do this naturally every night.. the light body leaving the physical body in a perpetual motion of rising and falling. We.do exactly the same thing when we die.. our light body exits the physical body.
What I believe the Aum technique does, is to create the vibration in the pineal that causes the light body to pop out. I'd recommend people give it a try!
As I was improving my skill set of abilities, I also had a horrifically traumatic year..the quarter of a ton machine falling on my head, a 6 month recuperation period, then made redundant by the company, and during the same time my Father passed away after a long illness.
It was a year full of wonder and misery. I was having a tsunami of contact experiences, even during the day, receiving telepathic messages out of the blue such as "You must return to Vega" and "You must remember who you are".. I'd look around to see who said it..but I was all alone.
We were called by the hospital to say my Father was dying, and we made our way there to find he had only just passed.
He had been put in a separate room for a bit of peace.. and it was the first time I'd seen a dead body.
I was stood there with my Mum, my Brother and my Wife..and all of a sudden I could hear a man crying..and I recognised the voice.. it was my Dad.
We were in a separate room, so it wasn't anyone else. So I made my excuses and went to the toilet.
"Dad?" I asked telepathically.
He was upset, he was crying, and he didn't know where to go or what to do..and although my skills were developing, I had only really dipped my toe into other realities. I didn't have the knowledge I have now.
I suggested that he should either wait for a family member or familiar face to guide him..or go to the light? If you can imagine, I was already having a tough time personally, followed by a whole host of emotions, stress, anger, upset, and thinking perhaps I've finally actually gone mad..
I said.. "Dad.. I can't do this right now.. But.. I've contacted you once.. I can do it again".
He was resigned to his fate, and I concentrated instead on being there for the family.
A month or so passed by, and my Father had been the one that dealt with the finances, and my Mum was getting into financial debt (My Brother and I helped out where we could).
So I had learnt a new technique of how to make contact by creating a "safe space" and sending intention that I wanted to meet my Dad.
You see, we are the creators, creating with thought, so what you need to do is in your mind, recreate somewhere they loved. For my Dad it was their bungalow, so I concentrated on the front garden..the flowers..the path, then the front door and the handle, in the bungalow you go into the kitchen with the cupboards and cups and saucers.. every single meticulous detail.
I then sat in the lounge and affirmed my intention of wanting to meet my Dad.. I wanted to hug him.. I want him hug me.. I want to feel that.. I want to hear his voice etc.
I waited..and around 10 minutes later, he appeared.
He looked much younger.. but I had seen photos of my Dad and knew what he looked like. I gave him a great big hug. It was amazing.
He was worried that I shouldn't be there, that something might happen to me. So I told him what I knew about us being creators with thought and how to do it. I knew I didn't have much time.
I said about Mums financial woes, and he said to tell her to sell the "stamp album".
Now when I was around 6 or 7 my Dad inherited a stamp album with some quite rare stamps in it, we all had a look at the time, and then it was put away in a cupboard never to be taken out again.
I thanked him, told him I loved him and we said our goodbyes.
When I came back to body, the emotions flowed along with the tears. (Just to add for anyone trying this, it's difficult but not impossible. You have to keep your emotions in check..and over there, emotions are heightened like high definition. Get too emotional, and you will ping back to body and lose the entire experience!).
I picked up the phone, and called my Mum.
I said "Mum.. there's no easy way to say this.. so I'll just say it.. I've spoken to Dad..and he wants you to sell the stamp album!".
There was a moment of silence.. before a flood of tears.
To cut a long story short, she sold the album and got herself financially straight again.
I had the idea.. if I could make contact with my Dad by creating a safe space.. I wonder if I can contact non humans using the same principle?
I had been watching a video about Billy Meier (probably not spelled correctly sorry), and it showed videos where these craft were hovering.
So I paused the video and soaked up every last detail of the terrain..the angle of the slope, the rocks, the trees. I then went into a meditative state and recreated that space just as I had done before.
I then put out the intention that I wanted to meet with benevolent non humans.
I waited. Then sure enough a disc shaped craft flew into vision and landed before me. Quite small..maybe 20ft across, and shaped like a hat..but with a domed top. Metallic.
Then a stern faced non human entity appeared and stood in front of me (I didn't see the craft open and him appear..he was just there all of a sudden).
He was around 4ft tall, with a blueish hue to his skin..a reasonably large head, and a stern looking face..like someone who drops their eyes/eyebrows when they're talking about something very serious indeed.
He spoke telepathically, and wanted me to go with him. So I agreed.
The next thing I know.. I'm on the craft itself. I have absolutely no idea how I got in there.
It's oddly dark.. almost like candle light vision. I say oddly because I expected it to be bright white for whatever reason.
I was sat on 1 of 3 seats. These seats were black and felt spongey. The back of the seat was high and finished above my head. Each seat had ribbed sections across them.
I couldn't see any port holes or screens, no way of driving it, no futuristic panels.. only the 3 bizarre seats.. and I got a distinct feeling that this ship was alive!
Now after thinking long and hard about it.. I have some more details.. there was like a sticky liquid residue around.. almost like saliva.
When I thought hard about the seats.. I got an image of the stigma from the centre of a flower.
So was I in the belly of this machine???
I asked the entity where we were going..and he said something I've heard before.."You must remember who you are!". So I deduced that wherever we were going..that it might help jog my memory.
I told him I struggled at maintaining focus when speaking telepathically, so he handed me a golden headband. I asked what it was, and he said it was for maintaining focus, and stopping me "phasing out".
This headband was fairly ordinary except for the front where the 2 sides curled back on themselves..EXACTLY like the one worn by Monkey in the Japanese series where he flies about on the cloud.
I placed it on my head, and it was amazing.. I felt so strongly connected to him.. like I was inside his mind..and couldn't think of anything else! Incredible focus.
The craft took off.. but I couldn't feel a thing.. and I asked "Have we gone anywhere?" and he said yes..we have left the atmosphere. I couldn't tell because there were no windows and no sudden upward sensation.
I began teasing with my jokey personality.. like a child on a long journey.. "Are we there yet..are we there yet?". To which this entity humoured me.. he understood but wasn't impressed by my humour.
Then all of a sudden, I couldn't see at all. So I told him and asked what's going on..I can't see!!
He said "open your eyes".
And I thought.. oh no this is some sort of trick. I'm in meditation. If I open my eyes..then I'll lose the entire experience and go back to body.
Anyway, I didn't understand what he meant..and thinking it was some sort of trick..I took off the headband and came back to body.
My 3 year old son woke up crying, so I went through to calm him down and then went downstairs to get him some warm milk.
It was 4.30am, and I got a very clear image in my mind of a Gray stood in my hall waving at me. It was around 4ft tall, but it didn't have its "shades on", and instead I could see almost like the face of a child.
Even the thought startled me, and I said in my mind "I thought you guys were supposed to be smart? If you want to make contact..do it in the daytime and give me warning, so I don't freak out !".
I was then asked telepathically "Can we observe you?". I didn't feel threatened at all, so I replied flippantly.. yeah that it was fine as long as there weren't many of them. (In all honesty.. ET's and such things were the last thing on my mind..I wanted to settle my Son, then go back to sleep!).
I took my sons milk and went back upstairs, gave it to him and he said it was too hot so I ran a cold tap in the bathroom, at which point my wife walked in behind me.. I almost jumped out of my skin ! Laughing we settled our son and headed back to bed.
As we lay in bed together, we started getting frisky together.. and I remembered about "Can we observe you?". Could this have been instigated? Were our buttons pushed so this entity could learn how humans have sex? My feelings are yes. It was 4.30 in the morning and I really had no hopes of getting it on.
I had a "shared consciousness experience". (Not a statement you say everyday!) This thing entered my consciousness, and it felt really weird.. like someone invading your personal space that you don't know..like being on the underground and it's standing room only..and a stranger sits on your lap. It just felt uncomfortable. I could sense, it wanted to understand what it felt like to have sex. For me, I felt like a fumbling teenager again..not really sure what to do.. I put up with it for about 15 seconds, then pushed it out.
Sparing you the details, I felt euphoric (I normally feel good..but this was abnormally good). I closed my eyes and i could still see every small detail of the room, from the cupboards to the clothes on the floor..and as I looked, it was like reality was being unzipped, or as you would peel a banana..and a preying mantis head peered through and looked straight at me. The head was large, green, and shaped like a plectrum/guitar pick. It had huge wrap around black eyes, and a tiny mouth that seemed to serve no purpose whatsoever.
I was gobsmacked. I quickly tried to communicate telepathically "Hello..I'm embassador Ade from Planet Earth!"
It then projected into my mind a human smile.. just the lips and teeth.. and I got the feeling it was trying to thank me.
Then as quickly as it appeared..it had gone again.
It disappeared and I got the feeling that they had gone.
I had found a site at the time called abovetopsecret and it seemed to have a lot of people on there that knew what they were talking about.. well..certainly a lot more than I did at the time!
So I asked their advice, and I was told that I should retract the agreement of being observed. Which I did telepathically, and I never saw this entity again.
Slightly gutted to be honest.. because it didn't feel bad..just a little strange.. I never felt like my family was in danger..unlike the Reptilian experience.
Of course, if I had understood the parameters to the agreement of being "observed" were a jump in free for all..then I would've said no.
Recall of an astral experience in the sleep state.
I had a very vivid experience where a tear drop shaped craft hovered over my home flying blunt end first (I was living somewhere warm, the surroundings and white walled buildings had the feeling of Spain or Malta) and a military guy got out. He was in his late 50’s with receeding and greying curly hair, very stocky, and must’ve been an impressive sight when he was younger, built like a tank, but now he had a middle aged spread and was overweight. He was wearing a dark blue suit/uniform.
We sat at a table and he said that I had told them I was part Thesian. (Never heard of this in my life). He wanted to know what I could do and I said I didnt know as I'd never lifted any massive weight or ran really fast? He laughed and said out loud to himself.. “haha another one of those!”.
I remember a test involving weights on a bar - I dont know the weight but I know it would far exceed anything I could lift.. and I stood and lifted it above my head.. then dropped it.
It must have impressed him as the next thing I remember is that I am on a mission with a group of approx 5 others/soldiers. I remember using a pump action shotgun.
We were tracking down a bald headed character, approx 6ft, a big guy..18 stone plus, very muscular (reminded me.a lot of the character Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy). We were chasing after him over water, then continued the chase on land.
We cornered him to one building, I remember shooting this guy from 6ft away in the chest, and he got back up! I was about to fire again when a woman and about 12 children of different ages surrounded him begging me not to harm him! I lowered my weapon and watched as they ushered him away. All I had in my mind was an image of myself as Boba Fett...some kind of Bounty hunter! ..and it didn't feel nice.
Now as if that wasn’t weird enough, I posted my experience onto the site Abovetopsecret to see if I could find any answers to who the Thesians were, and instantly was accused of plagiarism and the post being duplicated to an illuminati website!
I have a lot of contact experiences in the sleep state, and in this one, I was in an old Motel somewhere in America. The interior was extremely dated, and felt like it hadn't changed since it was furbished in the 70s. A lot of beige brown colours, with venetian blinds on the windows..complete with free dust!
I was stood there with 2 old work colleagues that I hadn't seen for about 20 years, and we were all getting excited about meeting the Greys.
I walk over to the window, and peer through the venetian blinds. Stood there, roughly 12 ft away were 2 Greys around 4ft tall, skinny limbs and bodies, big black eyes, small mouth..whiteish
skin.. and one of them is looking straight back at me in an odd manner (see image). It had its long neck bent in a 90 degree angle as it watched me. Behind it stood the other Grey.
Now I can only see 2, but I KNOW there are 4 of them. I can't say how I know..I just knew there were 4 of them.
I said to my colleagues "No time to get excited.. because they're here now!".
We all went out into the car park. Its night time, and judging from the floor, it's not long rained.
Nothing was said, be it physically or telepathically. The Greys wanted to present us with a gift.
The gift was a child's pedal car.
Made of plastic..red, blues, yellows.. it was all I could do not to burst out laughing. There was no way any of us could fit in this tiny car.
I tried to compose myself, and look around it nodding in approval.
There is a passage of time I cannot remember, but next I am with my eldest son, who was around 9 at the time.
I said to him "Are you excited about going on the space craft and blasting off into space and seeing planet Earth!"
He nodded his head in uncontainable excitement.
That is all I remember. Did we go up into space? Who knows.
What I have since reflected on, is that the other 2 "missing Greys" that I couldn't see, were actually my 2 old colleagues. They had worn a disguise of familiar faces to make me feel comfortable?
The other thing regarding the gift, was that perhaps I was seen as a child in their eyes.. be it physically or spiritually.
Conscious astral experience. I just had a nice hot bath to help soothe my aching back, and I was lay there for 10 to 15 minutes.. lol..this is embarassing...anyway, I'd eaten a chicken kebab..and well..I made my own jacuzi in the tub. (hahaha I can't believe I've just admitted that) It was at this point I could first hear a laugh..and then see a female trying not to laugh too loud. (I must've gone into a meditative state). I focussed on her and smiled back and waved. She instantly was shocked and had a look of a rabbit in headlights. I got the feeling that she had been observing me and was inquisitive about humans..kind of like we would watch monkeys at the zoo.
I tried to make her feel comfortable as I thought she was going to leave..so I said telepathically "You've got a really beautiful smile..and beautiful hair". What I could see was a Caucasian woman with big blonde hair..kind of reminded me of Barbarella!
She was inquisitive and stayed.. so I tried to communicate and strike up a conversation best I could before she left. I explained that it is difficult to maintain concentration and communicate telepathically as I'm still relatively new to it. What i would love more than anything is to meet her in the physical reality. She said this was not possible as I would freak out. I assured her I would not freak out, but again she said that it was not possible. I said that "how can we ever break this stalemate unless humanity is given a chance! We can learn alot from you and you can learn alot from us".
She asked me what I wanted to know? I got excited and the dumbest question came to my mind.. "Do you have finger nails?" (That's the best question you can come up with!! *facepalm*). It was like Ray from the Ghostbusters when he was asked to think of their destroyer..it just popped in there. Utterly embarrassing and left me feeling mortified that I could ask such a daft question...I may as well have asked what her favourite cheese was *rolls eyes*. (But of course I wasn't remotely prepared to make contact..it just happened).
I got the reply.. "Yes we have fingernails. Our physicality is very similar to yours".
She asked "Why do you lie in a liquid?", and I explained that the hot water helped to relax the muscles and stop my back from aching.
I asked her what her name was? She replied "Ilyarda" (pronounced ill-ee-yard-a). I told her that my name is Ade which is a shortened version of Adrian, and that my full name is Adrian Stuart Morris, she said "then I shall call you Adrian Stuart Morris". Which I thought was kinda cute.
I couldn't help myself and yawned. She asked "Why do you do that?". I explained that humans yawn when we feel tired, and that we replicate what happens when we are in the womb as a baby.. or at least thats what we're told!
I asked her where she was from..and before I could fully ask the question I got a reply "Pleaides" (I had got as far as "Where are..), and I asked another question "How tall are you?" To which she replied that she was roughly 7ft tall. (I got an image projected into my mind of a cut out we have currently of star wars rogue one K-2SO which is about 7ft tall as a comparison).
She said that she had to go. I asked her to promise that she would return for more communication. She said she couldn't promise that. Feeling that this might be the last time I would be in contact with her, I projected the thought of giving her a big hug and said Peace and Love..before she left.
