Ever since a fake grassroots organization from the United Kingdom named the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) was publicly called out by Senator Josh Hawley (R) on July 18th, 2021 for being a "foreign dark money group," a growing chorus of inquiring voices has been asking for full disclosure on who is funding this foreign influence operation to suppress the constitutionally protected speech of American citizens on matters of life and death significance.

That funding information is finally becoming available and there are at least nine, mostly foreign, and ostensibly charitable NGOs pouring money into them. 9 Dark Money Sources Funding The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH)

The list that follows are mostly UK-based 'philanthropic' foundations who provided funding to CCDH; all of whom contributed to suppressing the First Amendment rights of not just the 12 US citizens on the disinformation dozen list, but countless others who were affected by their censorship efforts, and as a result were deprived of the medical ethical principle of informed consent as a result.

#1 Paul Hamlyn Foundation

A UK charity, founded in 1972, it describes itself as an "It is an independent grant-making foundation, making grants to individuals and organisations in the UK to help people overcome disadvantage." The foundation's trustees include the former General-Director of the BBC Tony Hall, Baron Hall of Birkenhead, and Sir Anthony Saltz, former Board of Governer of the BBC. #2 Esmee Fairbairn Foundation

A UK charity founded in 1961, and one of the UK's largest independent funders, it describes its mission: "to improve our natural world, secure a fairer future, and strengthen the bonds in communities in the UK." On October 20, 2021, the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation gave CCDH a £200,000 grant earmarked: "Towards core costs including the salary of the head of digital, to disrupt the spread of online hate and misinformation." #3 Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust

A UK-based organization, it is is one of three grant making trusts, independent of each other, set up in 1904 by Quaker businessman Joseph Rowntree. JRRT was set up as limited company, not a charity, able to fund political causes. Funder of CCDH's oldest grant on record, £53,400 was awarded on Dec. 11, 2020, under the title "Project Whistleblower: to create and operate a secure whistleblower portal to empower internal dissidents within social media companies." #4 Oak Foundation

According to InfluenceWatch, "The Oak Foundation (and its U.S. affiliate Oak Foundation USA) is a left-leaning environmentalist grantmaking foundation. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Oak Foundation was formed in 1983 and maintains offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Bulgaria, India, Zimbabwe, and Tanzania." According to it's 2020 Annual Report, they provided CCDH with a $100,000 earmarked with the following description: "To support Centre for Countering Digital Hate by shining a spotlight on digital misinformation platforms that are polluting the public discourse on issues such as climate action, women's rights, and racial equality.

#5 Barrow Cadbury Trust

A UK charity founded in 1920 by a Quaker family known most for its chocolate business, ostensibly to "tackle profound social ills, including juvenile crime and urban poverty." Listed on CCDH's original "About Us" page here as a funder, the details of how much it contributed, and if it still an active contributor are unknown. Noteworthy is that one of CCDH's officiers, SARAN, Sarah Ayesha is also Barrow Cadbury Trust's Migration programme manager.

#6 Laura Kinsella Foundation

A UK charity registered in Jan 6, 2012, set up by Stephen Kinsella OBE, a commercial solicitor. There is no public website for the foundation, so little is known about what it does, or who runs it. It is Listed on CCDH's original "About Us" page here as a funder, without details of how much it contributed or if it still actively involved.

#7 Pears Foundation

A UK charity established in 1991 focused on Israel-related projects, including combating anti-semitism, and whose income is generated by the William Pears Group (a property company) contributed to CCDH a total of 150k pounds, 50k in 2019-2020, and 100k in 2021-2022. Not only does the Pears foundation donate to global organizations such as UNICEF, but they themselves receive government funding, making it difficult to know if these foundations are simply front organizations funneling taxpayer money into organizations effectively suppressing the rights and speech of those taxpayers. #8 Hopewell Foundation

According to InfluenceWatch, "The Hopewell Fund is a 501(c)(3) funding and fiscal sponsorship nonprofit managed by Arabella Advisors, a Washington, D.C.-based philanthropy consulting firm." According to its website, "The Hopewell Fund is a 501(c)(3) public charity that specializes in helping donors, social entrepreneurs, and other changemakers quickly launch new, innovative social change projects." Notorious for being a dark money source for astroturfing campaigns from the political Left, CCDH received a $15,000 grant from Hopewell in 2021, according to InfluenceWatch.

#9 Unbound Philanthropy

A tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2003 (unstaffed until 2008), the organization is a "New York City-based left-wing donor affinity group that primarily funds groups that support left-of-center liberal expansionist immigration policies," and has "close ties to George Soros's Open Society Foundations through the group's executive director, Taryn Higashi. Higashi sits on an advisory board of Open Society Foundations and is an alumna of the left-of-center Ford Foundation, where she worked on immigrant and refugee issues," according to InfluenceWatch. While their website does not list CCDH as a grant recipient, Unbound Philanthrophy is listed on CCDH's original "About Us" page here as a funder, also without details of how much it gave or with what intention.

This is only a preliminary exploration of the funding sources behind CCDH. Just as revealing are the key people who founded the organization, as well as the foundations and government organizations that fund the charities listed above. Very interesting. It's good groups like CCDH are being called out.

What I'd like to say is a little off-topic but just thought I'd squeeze it in.

The "Disinformation Dozen" (plus) being targeted... I'm not all that familiar with them but I do notice Dr. Mercola is on the list... meaning he's supposedly one of the "good guys". What I know about him tells me the opposite. Years back, he was part of a major disinfo campaign to scare people into not drinking distilled water (while pushing his own water filter systems).

Drinking pure distilled water (aka rain water/precipitation and/or machine distilled) is one of the best (if not the best), healthiest things we can do for our bodies.

Mercola's "Early death comes from drinking distilled water" is still out there. It's not easy to know these days who are really the "good guys" and the "bad guys", that's for sure -- but that's a big red flag. 80/20 disinfo agents posing as good guys can do great harm when they're telling you that, for example, the best water in the world to drink for health is actually dangerous. I've been drinking distilled water consistently -- up to a gallon a day -- for over a decade now. I'm not dead, and from what I can tell, I'm very healthy.

Those saying distilled water is "robbing the body of minerals" do not make the distinction between organic and inorganic minerals. Yes, distilled water removes dead, positively charged minerals/materials/debris/waste from the body that are detrimental to our health (causes buildup of deposits in tissue, arthritis, hardening of the arteries, bacterial and fungal growth/cancer etc.). The point is, distilled water is negatively charged -- it does not rob the body and the body's cells of the organic minerals we need because all that is healthy and living within us is negatively charged. Negative repels negative. So, it is impossible for distilled water to rob our bodies of the organic minerals we require (which we get in abundance from living raw fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts).

Distilled water is clean and has a negative charge (active) because it is not loaded down with positively charged dissolved solids and debris. A car's electric battery requires pure water to work properly. Our electric bodies continuously require pure water for the same reason. The distilled water "latches on" to anything in our bodies that's positively charged allowing the body to remove it.

It makes sense that drinking pure water is absolutely the most fundamental thing to living a healthy life. You remove that and disease will come.

Elon Musk has filed a lawsuit against CCDH with the following 4 complaints:

(1) BREACH OF CONTRACT

(2) VIOLATION OF THE COMPUTER FRAUD AND ABUSE ACT

(3) INTENTIONAL INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS; AND

(4) INDUCING BREACH OF CONTRACT


The 23 page lawsuit, case number: Case 3:23-cv-03836, filed UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA on July 31st, 2023, lays out the following case:

1. Defendants Center for Countering Digital Hate, Inc. (“CCDH US”) and Center for Countering Digital Hate Ltd. (“CCDH UK,” collectively “CCDH”) -- activist organizations masquerading as research agencies, funded and supported by unknown organizations, individuals and potentially even foreign governments with ties to legacy media companies -- have embarked on a scare campaign to drive away advertisers from the X platform. CCDH has done this by engaging in a series of unlawful acts designed to improperly gain access to protected X Corp. data, needed by CCDH so that it could cherry-pick from the hundreds of millions of posts made each day on X and falsely claim it had statistical support showing the platform is overwhelmed with harmful content.

2. CCDH intentionally and unlawfully accessed data it sought regarding the X platform in two ways. CCDH US, as a registered user of X, scraped data from X’s platform in violation of the express terms of its agreement with X Corp. CCDH also convinced an unknown third party -- in violation of that third party’s contractual obligations -- to improperly share login credentials to a secured database that CCDH then accessed, and retrieved information from, on multiple occasions without authorization. CCDH, in turn, selectively quoted data it obtained via those methods. It did so out of context in public reports and articles it prepared to make it appear as if X is overwhelmed by harmful content, and then used that contrived narrative to call for companies to stop advertising on X.

3. CCDH’s underhanded conduct is nothing new. It has a history of using similar tactics not for the goal of combating hate, but rather to censor a wide range of viewpoints on social media with which it disagrees. CCDH’s efforts often rely on obtaining and intentionally mischaracterizing data in “research” reports it prepares to make it appear as if a few specific users (often media organizations and high profile individuals) are overwhelming social media platforms with content that CCDH deems harmful. CCDH uses those reports to demand that platform providers kick the targeted users off of their platforms, thus silencing their viewpoints on broadly debated topics such as COVID-19 vaccines, reproductive healthcare, and climate change. In this manner, CCDH seeks to prevent public dialogue and the public’s access to free expression in favor of an ideological echo chamber that conforms to CCDH’s favored viewpoints.

4. CCDH’s methodologies in preparing its “research” reports have been widely criticized as “flawed” for using inappropriately small sample sizes and quoting data out of context, and CCDH has been accused of using those methodologies to create “faulty narratives” about the type and volume of harmful content on platforms. CCDH nonetheless continues to prepare its incorrect reports and articles, including those against X Corp., in efforts to silence users it disagrees with on topics of public debate, and now to cause serious financial harm to X Corp.

5. In direct response to CCDH’s efforts, some companies have paused their advertising spend on X. CCDH’s unlawful conduct as alleged herein has directly and proximately damaged X Corp. in an amount to be proven at trial, but in any event at least tens of millions of dollars that X Corp. estimates it has lost in advertising revenues and other costs incurred. More fundamentally still, CCDH's scare campaign to global advertisers and its ongoing pressure on brands is an attempt to stifle freedom of speech on the X platform.

6. X Corp. brings this lawsuit to vindicate its rights against CCDH, as well as any presently unknown supporters and funders who have, among other things, directed, instructed, acted as agents of or in concert with, and/or who have participated in meaningful ways in CCDH’s unlawful conduct as alleged herein. As below, the identities of such supporters and funders of CCDH, which has been referred to by a United States Senator as a “[f]oreign dark money group,” are presently unknown, but X Corp. has named Doe Defendants and will amend the Complaint to assert their true names and capacities once they are ascertained through discovery.

This really is big news that seems to be slipping under the radar. Canada is attempting to charge Facebook and Instagram (META) for publishing news. Consequently, META will no longer publish news on its sites in Canada. If you poke around enough it becomes apparent that this is not about money it is about Justin Trudeau trying to eliminate news he deems unacceptable from people's news feeds. Google has also started to eliminate some news from its platform.

The change, in response to a new law in Canada that requires tech companies to pay news outlets for using their content, will roll out “over the course of the next few weeks,” Meta said in a blog post on Tuesday. Content posted on Facebook and Instagram by both local Canadian news outlets and international outlets will not be visible to Canadians using the platforms.

Canada passed the Online News Act in June, joining a push by numerous governments to force big social media companies to compensate news organizations. The Canadian bill requires the platforms and search engines to negotiate with news publishers to license their content.

Meta had previously signaled that it would block news access in response to the Canadian law. In a blog post, the company said the Online News Act “misrepresents the value news outlets receive when choosing to use our platforms.”

“The legislation is based on the incorrect premise that Meta benefits unfairly from news content shared on our platforms, when the reverse is true,” the blog post said, arguing that news outlets “voluntarily” share content to expand their audiences. Meta said it had generated traffic for publishers in a 12-month period to April 2022 that it valued at more than 230 million Canadian dollars.

Pascale St-Onge, the country’s minister for Canadian heritage, described Meta’s actions as “irresponsible.”

“They would rather block their users from accessing good quality and local news instead of paying their fair share to news organizations,” Ms. St-Onge said in a statement on Twitter.

Ms. St-Onge said the Canadian government would stand its ground with the new legislation.

“Facebook is trying to send a message, not only to Canada, but to other countries like New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States,” she said.

Google has also said it plans to remove links to local Canadian news content. In a June 29 blog post, Kent Walker, the company’s global affairs president, said the Online News Act was “unworkable” and exposed the company to “uncapped financial liability” by forcing it to pay for showing links to news reports.

Mr. Walker said Google had informed the Canadian government that it would remove news links as well as discontinue its Google News Showcase product when the law took effect.

The Canadian bill is modeled after a 2021 law passed in Australia, the first country to enact such legislation. At the time, Meta temporarily blocked sharing news links in Australia, before coming to a deal and lifting the ban.

California lawmakers have been considering a bill that would require the tech giants to pay for news, but said last month that it had been shelved for a year. Meta has pushed back forcefully against the bill, known as the California Journalism Preservation Act.

One of the most influential instruments used to suppress the First Amendment right to free speech in the U.S. was the Center for Countering Digital Hate’s (CCDH) "Disinformation Dozen" report, published March 24, 2021
The CCDH was a tiny, never-before-heard-of U.K.-based group with undisclosed funding, whose board members had unambiguous ties to the military-intelligence-industrial complex
AntiVaxWatch.org, a simple news aggregator with no listed employees or funding, sponsored the report.
The creator of AntiVaxWatch is Brandon Hill, cofounder of Be the Change, which connects it to Eric Kessler of Arabella Advisors, a large, well-known dark money network that supports progressive causes with untraceable funds
In a June 1, 2023, report, the CCDH accused Twitter of failing to censor 99% of hate posted by Twitter Blue-subscribed accounts.
According to Elon Musk, the CCDH’s claims are "false, misleading, or both, and they are not supported by anything that could credibly be called research"
July 31, 2023, Twitter, now renamed X Corp, filed a lawsuit against the CCDH, arguing the CCDH is "actively working to prevent free expression" and spreading "troubling and baseless claims that appear calculated to harm Twitter generally, and its digital advertising business specifically."

One of the most influential instruments used to suppress the First Amendment right to free speech in the U.S. was the Center for Countering Digital Hate's (CCDH) "Disinformation Dozen" report,1 published March 24, 2021. The CCDH was a tiny, never-before-heard-of U.K.-based group, the funding of which remains largely hidden to this day. Its board members, however, have unambiguous ties to the military-intelligence-industrial complex, which is telling in and of itself.

AntiVaxWatch.org sponsored the report, and this group is even more opaque than the CCDH. It's no more than a simple news aggregator. It's not incorporated or registered in any way, and it lists no employees and no funding sources.

Any respectable reporter or politician would see this as an immediate red flag, yet none has questioned how or why a news aggregator could be considered a respectable source. Much of its "news" is sourced from the CCDH, so it's basically a closed circle.

CCDH — An 'Astroturf Front' Funded by Dark Money
My IT team was eventually able to trace the AntiVaxWatch website back to its creator, Brandon Hill, by scouring its XML page.2 Hill is the cofounder of a media company and self-proclaimed "intelligence agency" called Be the Change Revolutions,3 along with Amanda Hite, which in turn is connected to Eric Kessler of Arabella Advisors, a large, well-known dark money network that supports progressive causes with untraceable funds.4

Incidentally, Kessler also has "direct access to Biden cabinet officials and plays an important role in shaping this administration's agenda," according to Americans for Public Trust (APT) executive director Caitlin Sutherland.5

Considering Anti-Vax Watch has no official funding sources, from where did it get the funds to sponsor the CCDH's "Disinformation Dozen" report? Did the money come through Arabella, which is also linked to the CCDH's board chairman, Simon Clark, who also happens to have an "in" with the global news agency Reuters? (Clark served as the first director of web services for Reuters.)

As for the CCDH, in addition to Arabella funding (via The Hopewell Fund), a July 2023 exposé6 by Sayer Ji, founder of GreenMedInfo.com, also links the CCDH to at least eight additional dark money sources, several of which have overt liberal/progressive leanings.7

"It appears that CCDH may be an astroturf front operation for both NGOs [nongovernmental organizations] and the U.K. government to directly interfere with and target the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens," Ji told The Defender.8

Disinformation Dozen Report Cited Tens of Thousands of Times
Facebook later called out "The Disinformation Dozen" report as a a fabrication that had no basis in reality, but not before it had been cited tens of thousands of times — by mainstream media, members of Congress, state attorneys general,9 public health officials, the White House and even the president himself.

According to this fabricated report, 12 "anti-vaxxers," starting with yours truly, were "responsible for almost two-thirds of anti-vaccine content circulating on social media platforms," and were therefore "responsible for a tidal wave of disinformation." The answer, according to the CCDH, was to censor and deplatform us, everywhere. And, censored and deplatformed we were.

The Twitter Files now prove the U.S. government used the "Disinformation Dozen" report as justification for pressuring social media company and tech platforms to silence everyone on that list.10

That included Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who testified11 before the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, July 20, 2023. Ironically, House Democrats did everything they could to oust Kennedy and prevent him from testifying about the censorship he experienced. It was quite the circus.

Thankfully, in the end, their bafflingly irrational efforts failed. As noted by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., "The hearing that we have this week is about censorship. I don't think censoring somebody is actually the answer here."

Kennedy cited his inclusion on the CCDH's list as part of a "new form of censorship, which is called 'targeted propaganda,' where people apply pejoratives like 'anti-vax' ... to silence me." He also said he's being censored "through smears, through misinterpretations of what I've said, through lies, through association." Indeed, everyone on that list, and many others as well, have by now experienced that.

Kennedy also pointed out that a brand-new category of censorable information was created specifically to target people on the CCDH's list, namely "malinformation." Kennedy defined malinformation as information that is factually true, "but is inconvenient to the government that they don't want people to hear."

On many occasions, social media companies censored Kennedy for "malinformation" at the behest of the White House and other federal agencies, even though they recognized that the information was true, simply because it "challenged official orthodoxies."

Indeed, according to special assistant attorney general for Louisiana, D. John Sauer, an attorney for the plaintiffs in the Missouri v. Biden case, "Federal officials are most eager, most focused, on silencing truthful speech," and if "left unchecked, federal censorship will reach virtually any disputed social and political question over which federal officials want to impose their power."12

Facebook Called Out 'Faulty Narrative' in Report
Clearly, the targeting of Kennedy, me, and many others originated with the "Disinformation Dozen" list. Without that, attackers would have been "flying blind," not knowing whom to target.

With specific targets, however, the government, illegally working with Big Tech behind the scenes, was able to devise a widely publicized censorship campaign, the real intention of which (I believe) was to scare everyone else into toeing the official line, lest they, too, be canceled, defamed, deplatformed, de-licensed or worse.

In an August 18, 2021, Facebook report,13 Monika Bickert, vice president of Facebook content policy, set the record straight, stating that the 12 individuals identified by the CCDH were, in fact, responsible for just 0.05% of all views of vaccine-related content on Facebook — a far cry from the 73% claimed by the CCDH. According to Bickert:

"The report14 upon which the faulty narrative is based analyzed only a narrow set of 483 pieces of content over six weeks from only 30 groups, some of which are as small as 2,500 users. They are in no way representative of the hundreds of millions of posts that people have shared about COVID-19 vaccines in the past months on Facebook.

Further, there is no explanation for how the organization behind the report identified the content they describe as 'anti-vax' or how they chose the 30 groups they included in their analysis. There is no justification for their claim that their data constitute a 'representative sample' of the content shared across our apps."

CCDH Meets Definition of 'Hateful Extremists'
Ironically, while the CCDH claims to "counter hate" online, and its founder and CEO Imran Ahmed sits on the Steering Committee of the U.K. Commission on Countering Extremism, the CCDH itself meets the Commission's definition of hateful extremists.15 In the 2019 Commission document, "Challenging Hateful Extremism," the term is defined as:16

"Behaviors that can incite and amplify hate, or engage in persistent hatred, or equivocate about and make the moral case for violence; And that draw on hateful, hostile or supremacist beliefs directed at an out-group who are perceived as a threat to the wellbeing, survival or success of an in-group; And that cause, or are likely to cause, harm to individuals, communities or wider society."

In addition, in the forward of the report, lead commissioner Sara Khan notes that "Hateful extremists seek to restrict individual liberties and curtail the fundamental freedoms that define our country."

All these definitions and clarifications of what hateful extremism is fit the CCDH to a T. Ahmed manufactured data to create a false narrative that 12 individuals pose a threat to the well-being and survival of the whole world, and then used that narrative to incite hate against us and curtail our freedom of speech.

Since then, the harassment against us — fueled by the false narrative created by the CCDH — has progressed to cyberattacks and debanking, which have further curtailed our fundamental freedoms in ways that would have been unthinkable in the past.

Elon Musk Sues CCDH
July 31, 2023, Twitter, now renamed X Corp, filed a lawsuit against the CCDH,17 arguing the CCDH is "actively working to prevent free expression" and spreading "troubling and baseless claims that appear calculated to harm Twitter generally, and its digital advertising business specifically."

The baseless claims Musk is referring to refers to a June 1, 2023, CCDH report18 about Twitter Blue, which claims Twitter failed to censor 99% of hate posted by Twitter Blue-subscribed accounts. According to Musk, the CCDH's claims are "false, misleading, or both, and they are not supported by anything that could credibly be called research."19

In a July 18, 2023, Twitter/X post, Musk reposted Facebook's dismissal of "The Disinformation Dozen" report, stating, "Who is funding this organization? They spread disinformation and push censorship, while claiming the opposite. Truly evil." Two weeks later, the same day he filed his lawsuit against the CCDH, he tweeted out, "Let's pull the mask off this organization and see who is really behind it."20

According to Musk, the CCDH engaged "in a series of unlawful acts designed to improperly gain access to protected X Corp. data" for the purpose of creating a "scare campaign" to drive advertisers away from his platform. The Defender reports:21

"Filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the lawsuit accused CCDH of 'masquerading' as a research agency and using improperly obtained login credentials to access company data.

According to the complaint, CCDH used the data to 'cherry-pick from the hundreds of millions of posts made each day on X and falsely claim it had statistical support showing the platform is overwhelmed with harmful content.' X Corp. estimated it lost at least tens of millions of dollars in advertising revenue and other costs as a direct result of CCDH's actions."

Commenting on the lawsuit, Sayer Ji, founder of Greenmedinfo.com, told The Defender:22

"Mainstream media outlets are reporting on Musk's move in a negative light, which is to be expected, given how they've worked in lock-step collusion with CCDH during previous campaigns, either attacking or defending on their behalf, without fail ...

This lawsuit stands to put CCDH, their colluders in the U.S. media and government, as well as their dark money funders overseas, on notice that the laws of this land, and the U.S. Constitution which vivifies them, will not be trampled upon so disgracefully without a good fight."

Jim Jordan Launches Investigation Into CCDH
August 3, 2023, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, also opened an investigation into the CCDH. The group has been ordered to hand over records to the Judiciary Committee detailing its interactions with the U.S. government and the executive branch by August 17, 2023.23 As reported by the Washington Examiner:24

"’We know from the Facebook Files that the Center for Countering Digital Hate was working with the White House to censor speech,’ a senior GOP congressional aide with knowledge of the inquiry said. ‘But how far did it go? Republicans want to find out, and of course subpoenas are on the table if we don’t get answers.’

Jordan's letter25 [to the CCDH] ... is the latest escalation of the GOP's efforts to investigate how the federal government has, in some cases, coordinated with the private sector to flag certain speech, including speech related to COVID-19, as ‘disinformation’ or ‘misinformation’ ...

‘We are interested in understanding the interactions between the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) and the federal government in particular, as well as between CCDH and social media companies,’ Jordan wrote in his letter to the center's CEO Imran Ahmed ...

In his letter, Jordan asked the center for communications dating back to January 2015 between itself and employees, contractors, or representatives with the executive branch or social media companies ‘referring or relating to the moderation, deletion, suppression, restriction, demonetization, or reduced circulation of content’ as well as ‘the accuracy or truth of content’ and ‘the attribution of content to the source or participant in a foreign malign or state-sponsored influence operation.’

The chairman also requested a list of employees, contractors, or agents for the center who ‘have communicated’ with tech companies or the government on content moderation — and details on contracts or grants received from the U.S. government on this practice."

What's the Real Purpose Behind the CCDH?
In addition to targeting "anti-vaxxers," the CCDH has expanded its areas of advocacy to also include "climate change misinformation." We can probably expect a "top 10 climate change misinformation superspreader" list any day now to silence people who object to the shutting down of farms, the restriction of travel and the banning of gas stoves in the name of climate change.

At the end of the day, it seems the CCDH was created as a propaganda weapon for an information war, which we're in right now.

When the "Disinformation Dozen" report was published, the CCDH was literally a one-man operation, although he did have a board of directors that oversaw his work. Since then, the CCDH has added several team members, including a head of policy and partnerships (Sarah Eagan), a head of research (Callum Hood), a head of campaigns and communications (Tom Lavelle), and a COO (Jemma Levene).

Before, the board members were all listed on the CCDH website, but that list has now been removed, and a search of UK.gov company filings26 reveals the CCDH's board has undergone quite a few changes over the past couple of years.

That said, in 2021, when "The Disinformation Dozen" report was published, the board members who oversaw and approved that work could be linked to a long list of Deep State strongholds and Great Reset pushers, including:

The Trilateral Commission, the Atlantic Council, the European Council of Foreign Relations, Save the Children Fund (funded by the Gates Foundation and a partner of Gates' GAVI Vaccine Alliance), the British Parliament, the CIA, Reuters and Event 201 (the pandemic exercise held in October 2019 that foreshadowed and "played out" the draconian countermeasures implemented when COVID-19 appeared months later).

Considering the unprecedented and undeserved influence of the CCDH, we really need to get to the bottom of who's directing and funding this organization. Time will tell whether Elon Musk's lawsuit can bring some clarity to what's really behind this organization, whose sole mission appears to be the elimination of free speech, without which democracy cannot exist."
