Movie 'Contact' - Hidden Gem

To be clear, these are not the ‘gems’ I found, these are what set me out digging. It is only because I knew Zemeckis’ BTTF series, The Walk, Tomorrowland (Disney) and The Black Hole (Disney), that I could even believe there would be something to search for. I am not saying you have to agree with me on this – or on anything else for that matter – I am only showing you what got me to dig. To you it might have been something else entirely.

• The opening scene is too long. Nothing more, just an impression.
• About 13’ into the movie, Ellie tells Palmer about the toy compass: “You’d better keep this. It might save your life some day.” That, to me, is the Tomorrowland pin. In turn referring to the 1979 Disney movie The Black Hole – no need to watch it, just read the plot. At this point I become very interested.
• The terrorist destroying the first machine. Totally unbelieveable in the storyline. IF the story is about alien contact and sending an earthling out, than let him go! This guy shows up like a deus ex machina twisting everything around. Like in a circle story telling game, where the next person says: “But it was all a dream and...”, or something of that nature. The terrorist sub-plot is not developed at all, not before, not after. And what was his message??
• Around 1h40 Hadden asks Ellie if she “Wanna go for a ride?” Tomorrowland! Now I am sure. Hadden also refers bact to the genius captain of The Black Hole spaceship.
• Entering the capsule takes way too long. Again, Zemeckis knows how to tell a story, and IF the story is about the space journey, then let her take a seat – if you even need to show that – and take off.

Curious to hear your thoughts.

I got to really think through the opening sequence and the religious terrorist destroying the first machine. So I think these two elements are the key to the hidden storyline you have been alluding. Taken together, these two clue tells a hidden story of the future for Earth. The third clue about the 1979 The Black Hole movie also adds to the hidden story. I've captured and enhanced a frame which I missed earlier because the lighting in the opening sequence didn't allow much detail to show (perhaps on purpose). Certainly the alien that Arroway meets would know what is ahead for our Earth. Since you said for those who think have seen the "gem" to not reveal it, I'll leave at that. It really is quite brilliant the clues Zemeckis imbedded into the movie. If you hadn't implored us to dig deeper, I would have totally missed it. So the hidden story is the future of our Earth, which is consistent with some things I have read about our future.

This reminds me of the story of Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. On the surface the book is very light hearted. In reality my English teacher back in the day commented that it was a satirical piece about how bad the English society has become.

So for me, to hear that Vega was the location that the messages came from, in the movie Contact, was a bit surprising...

John Denver, the singer, son of a military-involved father who was stationed in ROSWELL, NM, claimed to have been from Vega. He is surely a a starseed. Some other authors have documented John Denver being ‘caught up’ in “the projects”. Not surprising, most starseeds making any real ground waking people up are targeted in this way.

Anyhow, one of my favorite songs of his is called ‘Spirit’ and it speaks of both Lyra and Vega…

Basically, I agree with you: if there’s anything I need to know, just tell me. Unfortunately, that is not how the world works, be that in personal relations or international politics, heck, even in science, which is supposedly searching for ‘thruth’. Ask yourself, why would a film director bury a message in a movie to reveal it only thirty years later? Just so he could say ‘told you so’? Or does he have something else to say? So, yes, I believe I know something you don’t. I will tell you in plain English and it won’t take thirty years.

I keep scrolling through… kinda looking for the ‘big reveal’ but can’t find it.

As Lisa Renee says, take what resonates from this and absolutely discard the rest. But if you grasp just HOW MANY amazing people (often artists in various genres!!) all find their way into the ‘knowing’ sense of connection to the histories of Lyra and Vega and for some of us the potent and related links to our sister galaxy Andromeda, then it becomes relevant to give some real consideration as to WHY Vega often seems to come up on the radar,

You're getting warm. I believe this scene which happened at precisely 1:00:38 predicts when the future of Earth (especially USA) will happen. At this time mark, Ellie says "I'll be there." A big hint. So the 38 seconds, if you add 38 to 1997 when the movie was released, we get 2035. If we transpose the 23.50 hrs time, we get 2035, which is 38 years from 1997. And the message is "Meet here."

It's good reading Bill. I read it many years ago and it had more of an effect on me than the movie did (as I find in most books) Ellie comes across as a much more rounded character - Carl wrote with much sympathy for her. The actress in the film certainly did her justice, but - as with reading the book, I was able to get under her skin.

Yes my sense of ‘mission’ is pretty potent. It has been different at different stages, I truly admire the longstanding committment and staying power you have had with your Project Avalon work. It seems I am to work more in small special projects that have varied greatly in genre and scope over the years. The overall picture feels consistent and coherent but its been a sort of staccato experience from the 3D view I suppose.

At some point i realized that if I am to help sew up a massive tear in the fabric of space time, in the small ways in which my own humble thread woven into the cloth of that shared co-created consciousness experience can do with the limitations of being human entails (not in a defeatist recognition of those limitations but more like a Joseph Campbell rejoicing and acknowledgement of that very real boundary) then I had better get good at understanding seamstress work. Women have always stored the stories in the great tapestries of cloth storytelling. So if that has been patchwork in terms of lived experience and the ways in which my mission has been able to express itself in a single Earthwalk, well, I guess I just acknowledge the work of the great quilt makers, working with the resources available at the time, the patchwork of harsh reality and imposed circumstance. I am ok with this. An invisible seam is my favorite skill in stitch work.

My reading is that as a young man he learned a secret (9/11) and he wanted to tell the world. His peers discouraged him. Telling secrets can be dangerous, ask Aron Russo. And, people are impossible to wake up, no one will believe you. But he told us anyway, in BTTF I. And, why did he tell us? Because, yes, the wire is dangerous – la mort – but if people learn about it, it also represents an opportunity for life! (Did he learn any other secrets?? Did he tell us more?? Focus!)

For the purpose of our goal and within the limits of this thread, I consider this sub-discussion closed: The Walk confirms that BTTF I is all about 9/11.

So then, what was 9/11 about? At warpspeed...

The BTTF I subsurface story takes centre stage: a terrorist attack, the twin towers destroyed and replaced by the one world trade center. Of course, the necessary smokescreens and plausible deniability are deployed: hijacking airplanes, changing airspace regulations, foreign secret services involved, useful villains and many heroes, media screams, heightened emotions… A movie, really. Exactly, that is why the first year of the new millennium, the one of the space odyssey, is not 2000, but 2001. 9/11 sits right in between 7/11 (convenience store) and 11/11 (WWI armistice), and seems to be the central time portal/wormhole connected to Sirius/Sothis, the Egyptian mystery religion ‘dog star’. I've studied the 9/11 event, and I agree with all you say about it.

I've seen several Dr. Judy Wood's videos on YT about the directed energy tech used to bring down the twin towers, and I've believed it since then, she makes perfect case.

Our world has not been safe since 9/11, and I'm certain it will certainly get worse before it will get better. There's lot of evidence that 9/11 has been planned for decades prior to the actual event. Someone showed me the $20 folding trick shown below. Since it would take very long time to have the current $20 printed, it would have taken long time to plan associated events to ensure world events and the $20 synched up.

So now back to the Contact movie discussion. So... much more digging to do on this movie. I'm thinking the color green has some significance. Perhaps it's a reference to the Green energy movements by the governments all over the world? The green energy movements by the various governements have many negative implications that many have not considered and gives government excuse to spend enormouse amount of money. Ellie wears green at least couple of times. Here is the green tents in the Contact movie:


I don't quite know the significance of the triangular poison pill yet. Perhaps the pill represents the 9/11 event and many other similar false flag events that the entire world "swallowed", such as the Covid-19, etc. Another possible hint for the pill could be the digital ID chip, Brain-Computer Interface, etc.


Pretty much all of my friends and family took the Covid-19 vaccine. I never took the Covid-19 vaccine and never will. I was only able to prevent my wife from taking it also because I took a very strong stance and repeatedly let her know where I stood on this issue when she wavered many times. Everybody else in my immediate family has taken the Covid-19 vaccine.

In the background I am preparing quite an elaborate post, which will have to be split up, no doubt. The Contact subsurface story maybe clear to me, but I have to present it in such a way that it becomes clear to you as well. It's a bit of work and it takes time: finetuning, downloading and uploading images. I want to present the 'gem' only, without my interpretation. That will come afterwards. I had hoped to be done by the weekend. I will try, but I make no promises.

As an aside, BTTF II confirms the 9/11 prediction in the upside-down scene, but more importantly it shows us two future scenarios. The first is really a degenerate society. Stupid people, shrill voices, ugly clothing, sexual perversion (miniskirts, inflatable boobs), no art, screen addiction, digital tracking, no home cooking... Sounds familiar? We are living it today. In the midst of it all - no context, you could leave it out and the movie would not change one bit - future Marty makes a call with... "Needles". He is concocting some kind of 'scam'... Interestingly - "You'll find out in thirty years!" - 1989 + 30 = 2019.

BTTF II predicts the covid scam.

The second future has not arrived yet. So, for our purpose here - establishing Zemeckis' predicting credentials - we will not discuss it yet. There is still more to the movie, but that too will have to wait.

One final bit I would like to touch upon is the 88 symbolism that runs through the series. What does it mean?
(I am not an expert in this matter, so all your thoughts are more than welcome.)

The symbology used is that of achieving the impossible, crossing the (Golden Gate) bridge, walking a wire, passing through a stargate, passing through the looking glass (Alice), riding the worm(hole) (Dune)...

I have noted this one elsewhere in the PA threads because I feel it is not only a critical one to understand, but it also had been a significant thing for me personally in a totally impersonal sort of way (nod to Don Juan Matus/Castaneda there)

So the system hijack we are enduring on a mathematical level is heavily tied in to the Inorganic Tree of Life (kabbalah) which runs on a reversal BASE 10 math current. Organic living life codes run on base 12 math, this is the tree of life with corrected 12 points in a twelve tree grid organic ascending lightbody configuration.

So think of our money system running in base 10 sequences. But yet organic systems ( daylight hours, seasons in groups of 4 , four as the universal archetype, etc) and the four times three (tri wave or trinity consciousness, unification of mother-father and the integrated divine feminine and masculine in the form of som/daughter or christos-sophia.

So 0-5 is 0 point field and reclaiming 5 (our body has 5 points) into the organic God force field.

The distortion of this is the use of 55 or 53 that is a hallmark of the hijacked system into the inorganic timelines or 911 armageddon software AI net.

Anyhow, it can get pretty obtuse and this level of divine math sequences is sometimes hard to wrap my head around, but other times of I feel into it energetically its easy to grasp.

So getting back to the original question Karl, regarding the 5, I think it may be a nod to both the hijacked architecture of how the 5 is being artificially exploited in these reversal systems as well as 5 being an important symbolic number for humanity with our 5-pointed 3D physical form, as well as a nod to the importance of including ZERO in spiral energy formulations (ALL energy moves in spirals), because with a link back into the zero point field of god source field (also called 360 god worlds) then parasitic consumption is not a requirement for existence, but access to abundant free energy and self-sourcing energy is possible.

This is totally related to the famous Tesla quote that says something like “if humans only knew the power of the 3-6-9” there could be abundant free energy for all. 3-6-9 is linked to base 12 organic math sequences and the negentropic energy systems of krystal spiral architecture.

So … yeah, hope that is useful. I am certainly still a student in all this myself but Lisa’s material on these areas has been incredibly helpful for me in understanding some levels of the process for rebuilding my own internal spiritual architecture.

As she says, “Take what is useful and absolutely discard the rest!”

I only share all this as a gift offering of love and it is not meant to come off as know it all or imposing or anything like that. I just have found it useful in deciphering the number codes and math I keep running into in the planetary matrix/labyrinth whenever it gets sticky and stuck and strange. 55 codes almost always show up when that occurs. For a reason.

Onevoice, I forgot last post to thank you for the Judy Wood download. Thanks too for reminding me of that excellent 9/11 inside job video in your post. I have studied so much I had forgotten this particular one. Yes, so far everything I have been saying is just a quick review to establish Zemeckis’ credentials, establishing a baseline from where to move on.

In this post, I would like to reveal the simple coding system Zemeckis used. The next few posts will show all the gems, telling the essence of the subsurface story. If you want to see the full subsurface story enfold for yourself, and have more context for your own interpretation, rewatch the minutes of the full movie before and after the gems as well. I will add my own interpretation of the subsurface story in later posts. Here we go.

Because of foreknowledge and similarities, I knew Contact was telling a subsurface story, so I paid close attention to any clues. Three major clues came through in the movie: the references to the Arecibo message (a subprime rectangular image), “The key is in the message.”, and the incoming alien signal as a sequence of primes.

These clues suggest prime numbers are important in understanding the subsurface story. Of course, Zemeckis wants his work to be understood, so he will somehow find a way to confirm that suggestion. Where do I see more primes? Contact was released on July 11, 1997. 7, 11 and 1997 are all prime numbers. What are the odds? But how do I know for sure I am not chasing my own imagination, i.e. confirmation bias? That’s where a check digit comes in. As a European I would write the date as “11 July 1997”, but the information is clearly presented as “July 11, 1997”. Do check it for yourself. Bingo! No ghosts.

Now, the Arecibo message – surprised no one has brought this up – is laid out in two dimensions, but when watching a movie, we only have one dimension: time. The runtime is 2h30, or 150’, which gives us 35 prime numbers to work with (2-149) and 35 gems to discover. The subsurface story is structured around those prime numbers, in a sort of fractal way: major primes (2-149) convey important points, minor primes (2xx – 149xx) close to the major ones place accents, and minor primes far away from the major ones are expected to be of minor interest only. Have a good prime table handy if you want to look for, or listen to these accents.

Within the minutes indicated by the major primes, we will often find subliminal suggestions, suggestive wording on the minor prime accents and cinematographic accentuation, e.g. prolonged transitions into beautifully composed images, sudden scene transitions right on the prime, emotional high etc., all hinting at the same subsurface message. A ‘gem’ image will summarise that bit of the story, or strongly relate to it, will often only be a split-second long, and of course, its timestamp (mss, mmss, or hmmss) will be a prime number. That is also the reason why you need an ‘official’ version, because if the timing is only a second off, you won’t get a confirmation of the message by the coding system.
