I wish she'd started shooting her mouth off 20 years earlier. It kinda feels too late to hope for anything, other than some way of destroying the processing hubs that run the whole thing.

That's enough to make me think this could have happened before and it wasn't an external catastrophic event that wiped out an advanced civilisation, they did it to themselves to make sure there could be a future at all.

Anyway I was watching James Giordano a while ago and I came across some of these stuffs, I didn't understand a **** at that time, then I dropped any attempt to go further, all I know it is beyond nightmare (does really exist a word to describe it???) We are f*cked!

Also I heard psilocybe mushrooms (the magic ones) disrupt their frequencies in some ways, even Aliens can't read your brain waves when under the influence, Terrence knew a lot about it.

The brain wave technology is included in the Thai 20 years country development plan (started this year of 2023) AKA Thai 2.0 (Human 2.0 just another name).. the technology will be implemented, what they will do with that, I let you folks to guess! It goes back to the James Giordano talks at DARPA, go figure.

I think if psilocybe works, I would not mind to have my micro dosage on a daily basis, plant/harvest/process/use cycle.. I am shifting direction in my researches and will focus for a little while on the subject.

we can't stop all this crap but sure we can mitigate the effects on ourselves and that is the point to focus in my opinion, of course in order to do that we need to know what is coming duh!

Yesterday night my head exploded with this information, I could not even begin to get a grip on it, I was paralyzed, num overwhelmed ... what the hell!!!????
I went to sleep thinking I was going to have nightmares, but like always I forgot my dreams, this is absolutely terrifying!!! I am even reluctant to talk to my daughter about it, and I share almost everything I know with her. But as always one must pick oneself up and go on, this is a battle and we are here (Avalon) for a reason. We can't give up. I just need to find out more, always more. It seems like there is always something else they are doing, sucking the life out of our life.

Something she didn't mention, what about living literally off the grid without even electricity, no towers, no electronic devices.. only nature surrounded? She does mention that we should get involved with "martial arts" she didn't use that term, but she referred to Tai Chi... it promptly came into mind Qi Gong (as a energy cultivation) which is used in the many variations/forms/wings of Khung Fu (Gong Fu / Wu Shu / Tai Chi Chuan / Shaolin Fu / Shailon Quan / Wing Shun / 5 animals style and so on), and each of these ones has their own sub style for example Yang and Chen are sub styles of Tai Chi Chuan, which are all sub styles of Khung Fu. Since it is a kind of rabbit hole to understand these things and take time for sure, let's go to the mitigation part as she suggested in one of the videos, that is using martial art to help with the energy flow... Just to say I agree with that, but there is something to make clear about it before anyone enroll into a Khung Fu class (because frankly I don't think that will help at all), because there is catch here and need to be understood and make it very clear.

Qi Gong has no martial art in the form (some will remember martial art, but there is no function as fighting movements), it is used to cultivate the internal power(energy Qi), you won't use it to block/strike as you do in Khung Fu and many other martial arts. In short Qi Gong cultivate the energy to be used in a martial art like Khung Fu or any other style.

The lady in the video talks about Tai Chi Chuan, even it looks like soft martial art, one still spending and not cultivating the energy. I am not so sure she meant that, if she meant cultivating energy I would go with Qi Gong (make a way more sense), if she really means spending the energy then any martial art would work very well, not only Khung Fu (Tai Chi Chuan).

these martial arts can all be connected with Qi Gong as a matter of fact.

When you see any fighting style with the word "Chuan or Quan" at the end of its name, for example Tai Chi "Chuan" it just mean it is a martial art, but that is not a rule to follow strictly, because some martial arts has no Chuan or Quan at the end and they still considered to be martial art. Chuan or Quan means "Fist".

BTW the word Khung Fu means "Martial arts" or "Skills" in Chinese, but the westernized term is as simply as "Martial art".

The mitigation thing I believe are related to the body energy, and it could be archived by practicing energy conservation and not only energy spending, in other words we need both things to build up our energy reserves and a way to play with it, to flow it through our bodies.

I do believe too, that entheogenic plants actually plays an important role in this whole process since it has direct impact with our body energies.

I started some practices of Qi Gong, and I have Karate background, I want to experiment the microdosing with specifics entheogenic plants to add in this process and see how it evolves with time.

The brain wave technology is real deal, I had already studied how it can affect humans for good and for bad, the thing here is: this technology is in the hands of psychopaths and they never in the history of the humankind used their knowledge to improve lives but to kill and abuse it, we have to rely on ourselves, because nobody is coming to help.

Thanks once again for this thread, I was thinking a lot about these stuffs in the last few months and was thinking in start a thread too about it, but had no idea where to start from.. you nailed it, the lady in video drops many many clues, is up to us try to understand it and put the pieces together, she already put many together for us.. but we still have to use discernment on it, some of the stuffs she said is not clear enough (at least for me), like the energy conservation/spending I just wrote above, and this is one crucial point to understand, you can't get this part wrong.

I would go for Qi Gong + any martial arts on a daily basis, Tai Chi Chuan seems fine as we are aging, Karate uses lots of blocks followed by strikes, it is a striking martial art and use lots of energy.

This info may well be legit, I don't know [I did watch the video] but personally, and this may be controversial, I don't particularly want to know. I'd rather concentrate my energies on the positives in this world, or on those things we can do something about by raising awareness. With thoroughly evil machinations like this we can't -- so I try not to dwell on them. It's not good for the soul or on mental well-being.

Martial Arts enhances the mind-body connection, balance, strength, health and vitality. Qi Gong is also a defensive tactic. The technique is hidden inside each movement/posture. My experience is you develop one-pointed focus and cultivate healing energy that runs through the body.

An additional benefit of mind-body connection is if an uninvited inter-dimensional being drops by, the auric field says “don’t mess”. One shoots out a blast of energy for pests that don't heed the warning.

I began Tai Chi in 1988. Dr. Yang Jwing Ming was my main instructor for form and fighting in the areas of Tai Chi, Shaolin Kungfu, Tai Chi Chin Na (joint lock) and Shiatsu massage. I also studied other forms of Qi Gong, cane style and sword form.

Many aren't aware that each of those slow Tai Chi dance-like movements are single defensive applications. Below is my Tai Chi Master Dr. Yang Jwing Ming demonstrating the techniques.

That is fascinating, the joint locks seems similar to Aiki-Jujutsu from Daito-Ryu system (later in the 40's known as Aiki or Aikido), BTW Aiki-Jujutsu has its roots on the millennial Tai Chi. It seems to not use much resistance, neutralizing the opponent's force, I would say defensive with several blocking techniques, very fluid connecting movements but also from the videos I would risk to say it is offensive in the sense you can also strike with punches and kicks.. I can hardly say where one movement starts and where it ends, it is really fluid. Karate in the other hand is pretty much about striking with punches/kicks/elbows and even knees.

I have great interest in learning Tai Chi, but I think it is all about to find the correct master to learn from and dedicate the time in learning.
