Request for some additional back up from the Avalon family / FROM PYRANGELLO

Dear Mark, Several people around me have told me recently that they are on a plant based lifestyle. One had his first ❤️ attack in his 30's, now 60's....my next door neighbors are absolute sticklers for that lifestyle, as well, also a heart history. I hear the Universe nudging me,,I have a lot of generalized pain that I think is probably inflammation. Quite a lot of documentation of the benefits...just passing this on to you and listening to it myself....our bodies are up against so much in our daily lives....I doubt a welding shop is a health supportive atmosphere either. Such good news that your cath was good... shine on, Mark!!

So very thankful for all the Avalon family. They got me in to do a heart Cath and I had so many staff around me it was busy, busy, busy. They went thru my wrist to get to myh heart. It was so busy and I was not out the one doc said ok were all set. I thought they were going to start and they were all done. Really .I couldn't believe it.

They got me back to my room, and I had something to eat and took a nap. Doc just came in and said NO BLOCKAGE. So i,'ll be leaving for home in 2 hrs. Wanted to let the Avalon family know and thank you big time.

The doc said I need to stay on these meds for 1 to 3 months, said I will probably loose anoth re r 5 to 10 lbs.need to walk everyday for at least 30 min. Watch sodium intake and weigh myself everyday . And then will see how strong my heart gets from here. It's possible it could get back to full strength , we jusd have to wait and see. They dont really know what triggered all of this but I do need to change my intake a bit.

I'm not im bad shape, I run a welding shop and still am under trailers and lifting steel , ECT ECT. I have been self employed the last 40 years and that comes with a certain amount of stress to. This situation didn't happen overnight, it's been building up gradually for a long time. And yes Bill what you posted is spot on sir. Ah the joys of growing older ?.?........................

So one more time thank you to everyone who sent their good vibrational energy here, i,m sure you helped make a difference of the positive kind. Thank you thank you, wish I could buy you all pizzas, ah crap too much salt for me, 🙄 starting my intake changes now.

So glad to hear that your emergency has been successfully treated, and that you are headed home (or already home.)

Oh, these miraculous meat-suits are so strong and resilient, yet simultaneously delicate and vulnerable. I suspect that you are on-target with your conclusion to alter "input." I jaggedly point out that the leading causes of death are self-actuated via food intake, and so I provocatively call them "pie-hole diseases." Add 10,000 years of civilization's grains and other unhealthful foods as our traditions, and add massive per-person sugar (and carbohydrates that turn to sugar) consumption, and it's really astounding that any of us can physically function, much less thrive. Unfortunately, we humans cannot go into the shop and get new spark plugs, new rings, and get our cylinders honed (oooh, that sounds sexy! haha), and instead, we have to repair the bodily damage through the very same "pie hole" where the damage was done in the first place.

I'm hoping to hear your heart has fully recovered. How's the changes to your intake going, no trouble behaving?
