Internet plus 9-11 was my starting point but I had years of seeking the meaning of life and fascination of the esoteric before that. I think that finding montalk.net and then on to zeitgeist sealed the deal. After that being heavily involved in the fringe movement and then finding avalon was like a safe harbor for me. Here I could read and write to people as wild and sort of outcast as me. Though I do some pause in my involvement here I always come back, like the village I grew up in its interesting to check in and see whats going on and if theres somethiong brewing. Lately i have been mostly on X/ Twitter wich is more extreme and have a certain So-Me addictive pull factor and I have to confess hat it has stolen to much of my attention lately. This is my tribe. I love you all.

The reason was in 2012 and is no longer relevant, then I had to use a translator to communicate bad English.
My passion is still astrology and on this forum, there are bad astrologers, it's very discouraging.
Ah the American dream, it's not mine and I don't want to look like a conspiracy theorist. The solution is changing within yourself, you can't change others...

Bill, did you ever find someone to help you out with the PayPal situation ( transferring funds ). I saw that thread, or post? once but then lost track of it. I am sorry I wasn't able to volunteer the assistance myself but I do hope you found someone? I hope donations are flowing to you well.

Yes, an extremely kind Avalon member eventually came to my PayPal-transfer rescue, totally successfully, a couple of weeks ago. The entire thing is now handled — and is likely to be so in the future as well.
