Connecticut law requires clerks to sign off on each absentee ballot, a ballot cannot be counted if those requirements are not met

This means that in the recent Bridgeport Democrat primary election and many past elections based on her admission, many ballots were counted that shouldn't have been counted.

While aware of your views on Jordan, he (and others) are saying this unnamed source is Jan Halper-Hayes, who the jury is still out on as a valid source of info, in my view.

It seems this recent claim first appeared in Leading Report, and a lot of content from that source has been click-baitey and of questionable accuracy in the past, also in my view.

Derek Retweeted it from Leading Report, spreading it further.

All that said, if there was truth in the claims of internet-based manipulation of the voting counts during the 2020 counting stopping period, then I would think evidence would exist in the NSA, and perhaps the Space Force as well.

There were rumors that Trump visited with Generals at Cheyenne Mountain trying to get evidence released before Biden was installed; if so, he could have been told they were not going to release the evidence until more of the populace was ready for the Truth.

Hundreds of 2020 election voter registration forms from Michigan appear fraudulent

In a file of 18 voter registration forms, none of them listed Michigan-issued driver’s licenses. It remains to be seen how deep the fraudulent voter issue goes, and whether it would have changed any election outcome. The state's Attorney General says it didn't.

More than 200 voter registration forms that the Muskegon Police Department in Michigan received from the city clerk during the 2020 presidential election were suspected to be fraudulent, with incorrect or phony addresses and some names signed in reverse order.

A total of 254 voter registration forms for the 2020 general election that Just the News has received appear to be fraudulent. These forms were part of an investigation that the FBI took over, but what happened since remains mostly a mystery.

In August, the Attorney General for the State of Michigan's office confirmed that there was a state investigation into thousands of suspected fraudulent voter registrations during the 2020 election. That investigation was referred to the FBI, the Bridge Michigan reported.

Danny Wimmer, press secretary for the State Attorney General, told Just the News that among 8,000 to 10,000 voter registration forms that were submitted to the Muskegon clerk before the 2020 general election, some were, after review, suspected to be fraudulent.

This is incorrect.

Plaintiff attempted to submit a filing of an appeal with the clerk.

Filing was not accepted as it was ‘filed with deficiency’.

Clerk wrote a responding letter to plaintiff noting the filing contained deficiencies that must be corrected in order for plaintiff to file again.

Clerk then summarized for plaintiff each violation in the filing that plaintiff must correct before submitting the filing again.

Also, this needs to be stressed: just because a filing is submitted correctly to the court clerk and is accepted onto the court docket does NOT mean the court or the judge is going to agree to read the filing, does not mean the filing will be granted a court hearing.

MOST of the filings that successfully clear all procedural hurdles and make it onto the court docket are subsequently dismissed without a hearing.

As with SCOTUS every term, hundreds of filings make it onto the circuit court dockets and are turned away without a hearing. As an example, SCOTUS takes around 12-20 of of over 300 cases filed on its docket each term.

I’m going to keep correcting the record to combat the clickbait until everyone understands how things actually work.

Retired DoD analyst Ray Blehar testifying in the disbarment trial of Trump's attorney John Eastman is going over an affidavit he prepared for litigation in Pennsylvania over the 2020 election. He said there was vote laundering - subtracting votes from a candidate and moving them to a third party. His summary stated:

My analysis of the data relating to Pennsylvania’s 2020 general election concludes that there were numerous anomalies and/or inconsistencies in the results and that an estimated 280,000 – 300,000 Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, and Green Party electors (voters) were disenfranchised because their votes were manipulated (i.e., changed) by the election system software, election administrators, and/or by introduction of other disruptive software (i.e., malware) or a combination of the three. https://scribd.com/document/49509308...0-2020-1349EST

New Jersey’s Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin has added new charges to an ongoing election-fraud case involving Democrat Alex Mendez, the Paterson City Council President, and several alleged co-conspirators. According to the Attorney General, the defendants are accused of attempting to rig the election, tampering with ballots, and obstructing the course of justice through witness tampering.

Mendez was initially indicted on election fraud charges in 2021. Now, fresh charges have been brought against him, his wife Yohanny Mendez, and two other Paterson residents, Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo. The revelations came after an extensive investigation by the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA), which itself was prompted when the U.S. Postal Inspection Service found hundreds of mail-in ballots for the May 2020 Paterson municipal election suspiciously stashed in a mailbox in a neighboring municipality.

The crimes took place during the COVID-19 pandemic where mail-in ballots played a crucial role for Democrats to steal the election. New Jersey allows a voter to give a completed ballot to a “bearer,” who can then submit the ballot on behalf of the voter. The law explicitly prohibits a candidate from acting as a bearer for other voters in the district where they are a candidate. It seems Mendez exploited the mail-in system, disregarding these rules entirely.

NEW: Multiple New Jersey Democrats have been charged with election fraud crimes involving mail in ballots.

Paterson City Council President Alex Mendez was indicted for alleged crimes committed during the 2020 election.

Mendez allegedly supervised an operation that stole mail in ballots from mailboxes and replaced the ones that were not for him.

His wife and two others were also charged.

New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin says Mendez was seen emptying a “large, heavy bag, completely filled with ballots” into a mailbox.

“The defendants are accused of attempting to rig an election in their favor and to deprive the voters of Paterson of having their voices heard,” Platkin said.

“The functioning of democracy relies on voters’ trust that their votes count and those votes determine the outcomes of elections.”

Mendez was able to commit this alleged fraud due to the fact that all ballots were mail-in thanks to the pandemic.

The photos below show Mendez with high profile Democrats including Bill Clinton, Cory Booker and Whoopi Goldberg.

Bridgeport Election Overturned After City Official Pleads 5th To Ballot Harvesting

A Bridgeport, Connecticut judge ruled on Wednesday to overturn the city's Democratic primary election after video emerged of a woman who appears to be the city's vice chair of the Democratic Town Committee, Wanda Geter-Pataky, committing ballot fraud.




In a 37-page ruling, Judge William Clark ordered a new Democratic primary based on 180 pieces of evidence presented by legal council for mayoral candidate John Gomes - who posted the following video to Facebook on September 16, and was seen by the court.

"Mr. Ganim was also correct to be ‘shocked’ at what he saw on the video clips in evidence that were shown to him while he was on the witness stand," wrote Judge Clark, referring to incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim. "The videos are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties."

Ganin was one the many city officials called to the Fairfield Judicial District Superior Courthouse for questioning, along with Wanda Geter-Pataky, vice chair of the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee and operations specialist for the city, and Eneida Martinez, a former City Council member accused by Gomes of stuffing ballot dropboxes.

At the witness stand, Ganim told the court he was “shocked” by an 18-minute video – subpoenaed by Gomes from Bridgeport police – that appeared to show 12 instances of Geter-Pataky either depositing stacks of ballots herself or handing ballots to others from behind her reception desk, and four instances of Martinez dropping off ballots.

Asked about the footage during the hearings, both Geter-Pataky and Martinez asserted their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination . Ganim, who appeared to win the primary by 250 votes after a count of absentee ballots, denied any involvement in the alleged fraud. -CT Examiner

Under Connecticut state law, absentee ballots may only be submitted by the applicant, a family member, a police officer, an election official or a caretaker. According to Clark, the footage is direct evidence that state law was violated when "unauthorized partisans" engaged in ballot stuffing.

Yes what happened about the 'watermark' business....when the 2020 election was stolen I remember there was talk about all the official ballots having a watermark so they couldn't be forged... then nothing came of it -

Fun fact: I was reporting on two things back on Nov. 5, 2020 when my Twitter account was locked for 3 1/2 years.

The first thing was a cell phone video that had gone viral, made by a Democrat election worker in Philly who was so outraged by what he saw going on he blew the whistle.

And the second thing was a story about watermarks on ballots that were supposedly impossible to duplicate for fake ballots.

I was assured right after I'd posted to Twitter about the watermark story that it was wrong, that it was not true, no county and certainly not the feds were printing ballots on special paper that could not be counterfeited.

And so here we are 3 1/2 years later and I honestly have no idea what to think at this point.

Does Trump know something?
