No More Japanese Businesses? Fortune 500 Exits China’s Largest Industrial Stronghold

"It is noted that Daido Electric Co. (Suzhou) Ltd. was established in October 2003, with a registered capital of $21 million.
An internal notification from the company circulating online indicates that due to group strategy adjustments and changes in the company's operational status among other objective factors, they have decided to dissolve the company ahead of time.
Not only is Suzhou one of China's largest industrial hubs, but it's also a hotspot for foreign investment.
The city boasts more than 18,000 foreign enterprises with a cumulative actual use of foreign capital surpassing $150 billion.
With the exodus of foreign firms, Suzhou's GDP growth in the first quarter of 2023 was a mere 1.9%, ranking it second-to-last among China's top ten cities and dead last among the thirteen cities in Jiangsu.
All four of Suzhou's pillar industries saw significant declines: the electronic information industry, the largest, saw a 6.2% GDP drop; equipment manufacturing, the second pillar, declined by 16.6%; the high-end materials industry, the third pillar, fell by 17.4%; and the biopharmaceutical sector, the fourth pillar, dropped by 10%.
In addition to the industrial sector, Suzhou's foreign trade is also in decline.
In this year's first quarter, Suzhou's import and export values decreased by 15.4%. Exports fell by 10.7% and imports by 22.1%.
For Suzhou, industry and foreign trade are complementary and represent the two most crucial pillars of the city's economy, both of which have witnessed substantial declines."

(Very curious!! Perhaps the collective consciousness of the Chinese people, which is still characterized by many superstitious beliefs, may have been responsible for these odd occurrences, to the extent of affecting the weather.
There seems to be a strong unwillingness to abandon their traditional religious beliefs despite the wishes of the athiestic CCP.)

"During the building stages of certain significant projects, there have been sporadic encounters with unexplained paranormal activities, leading to the relocating or redesign of some of these projects. While the Chinese government often assigns so-called experts to provide explanations on these phenomena based on scientific knowledge, their rhetoric often falls flat in the face of tangible evidence. Here, we present a collection of notable incidents that have taken place in China in the past few years.
A series of these strange occurrences finally garnered the attention of the administrative department. That very night, a meeting was convened, involving experts, engineers, and authoritative figures in folklore and cultural traditions."

100,000 EVs Suddenly Turn To JUNK! China’s No.2 EV Company Goes Bankrupt! China’s EVs Have No Future
    China Observer

    10/19/23

"According to mainland Chinese media reports on October 9th, Weltmeister Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd., once a sensation in the automotive world, is on the brink of bankruptcy.
Since October 11th, numerous owners of Weltmeister's new energy vehicles took to social media platforms, reporting issues with the car’s official systems - “Weltmeister Zhixing” and the "Xiao Wei Companion" Bluetooth key, as well as remote control functions, noting they were malfunctioning. The Weltmeister car mobile APP displayed "network abnormality," hinting that the backend service might have stopped. Additionally, the official Weltmeister car service hotline went unanswered, and their website experienced loading issues.
With the rise of EVs, a new challenge has emerged. As connected services become widespread, these key selling features turn into mere decorations when the vehicle companies face bankruptcy or leave the market. Many netizens realized that the issue isn't just about getting the car fixed after an EV company's collapse; it's that the car might not function at all. This is the immediate challenge facing nearly 100,000 Weltmeister car owners."

China’s Crispy College Students: Eating Too Many Gutter Oil & Toxic Foods Made Their Bodies Fragile
    China Observer

    10/20/23

"Recently, a wave of bizarre posts has swept across Chinese social media platforms with the hashtag "Fragile Stories of College Students." Under this topic, there's nothing these students won't do, and their unconventional ways of getting injured are shocking enough just in their titles. In addition to the "bizarre ways college students get injured" videos shown above, there are stories like "Passed out from not getting pork trotters," "Dislocated my waist while turning around," "Dislocated jaw from yawning," "Got a vaccine for 4000 renminbi after fighting a dog for food," "Broke my tailbone sitting on a stool," "Burst a lung from playing games," and many more injury anecdotes that leave netizens both amused and concerned.
At the same time, the term "crispy college student" has become a trend on the internet. Netizens have even come up with a definition for this term: "Crispy college students" refer to the new generation of college students who, despite their young age, have numerous health issues and are so fragile that they break with a slight touch, displaying the phenomenon of being "crisp." Since the protagonists in these stories are mostly college students, they've been given a special nickname: "Crispy College Students" – fragile and prone to injury."

No Foreign Orders! Factories Closed One After Another! Imports and Exports Both Drop in September

"The General Administration of Customs in China released data showing a significant dip in both exports and imports. In September, China's exports and imports both declined by 6.2% year-on-year when measured in US dollars. This marks the fifth consecutive monthly decline in goods exports and an unprecedented eleventh decline in imports. The once-reliable engine of economic growth through exports seems to have stalled. Not only has the anticipated economic rebound following the pandemic not occurred, but China's economy has also plummeted into a crisis, with foreign companies continuously withdrawing."

(While this narrative speculates about military attacks from foreign powers on the 3 Gorges Dam, nothing is said about the possibilty of a natural disaster, since the Dam is built on a fault, or the possibility of an attack by weather weaponry.
The situation as a whole in China is increasingly perilous, characterized by the attacks of the CCP itself on the Chinese people. )

(It's no wonder the Chinese people believe that Heaven is angry...)

"- Typhoon "Sanba" hits many places in Guangdong, causing heavy rain and flooding
    - 89.12 million people were affected by the disaster and US$42 billion was lost. Was it a natural disaster or a man-made disaster?
    - Pneumonia outbreaks occur in many places in China and hospitals are struggling to find beds
    - Virus transformation? Children everywhere are crowding wards and this round of infection may last for a year
    - A hospital in Nanjing performed 70 thyroid cancer operations in 7 days, nearly half of which were young people"

"Situated 15 kilometers south of the urban district of Baodi in Tianjin, amidst wheat fields and forests, stands a cluster of European-style structures. Hidden beneath the verdant canopy, this villa complex, known as the "largest villa area in Asia," is called the Jing-Jin City. However, since its opening more than a decade ago, its occupancy rate has remained extremely low. The place has earned its nickname as the "largest ghost villa in Asia." So, what could be the reason for such a massive empty city located between Beijing and Tianjin, two mega-cities?"

1 Million Women and Children Are Missing Within a Year in China
    China Observer

    Oct 23, 2023

"The most recent data on China's missing population, available online, is from the "White Paper on Missing Persons in China" released by the CCP on February 25, 2021. The report showed that in 2020, there were one million reported cases of missing persons, averaging 2,739 people per day or two people every minute. Despite claims of a significant decrease from 3.9 million in 2016 and 2.6 million in 2017, it's noteworthy that 2020 was during the COVID-19 pandemic. Given the CCP's strict measures, including health codes, extensive digital surveillance, and omnipresent cameras, the fact that over a million people disappeared is alarming. This raises questions about governmental negligence or potential complicity."

(Radioactive waste distributed throughout all of China from a contaminated coal mine likely has much to do with the current alarming spread of disease.)

"On September 5th, over at the Beijing Shijitan Hospital Allergy Response Center, a patient recounted a distressing experience: following the recent torrential rains, they experienced a pronounced tightness in their respiratory tract, especially on the night of the thunderstorm and the following day when noticeable asthma symptoms emerged. While in the past, rain would alleviate their rhinitis symptoms, this time it significantly exacerbated them. This individual was also subsequently diagnosed with "thunderstorm asthma". Director Wang Xueyan of the Allergy Response Center at Beijing Century Altar Hospital confirmed that in recent days, the hospital has treated six patients presenting similar symptoms.
But is it really as simple as a "thunderstorm asthma"?
In a breaking news update, overseas Youtube blogger LUDE Media reported an urgent tip-off from mainland China netizens. On the morning of September 4th, at 9 AM, the Beijing Chemical Defense Brigade suddenly received orders to utilize nuclear protective gear to undertake a mission. Responding to the request of the Emergency Management Department, they were tasked to manage a radioactive material leakage incident at the coal mine in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.
The coal mine in Ordos was under the management of the armed police and has been abandoned for many years due to corruption issues. This mine was acquired by BeiBen (North Benz) through asset restructuring, gaining both land and mining rights. It has been revealed that the Chinese military is behind BeiBen and the site is designated for military use. Initially it was not an open-pit mine. After being acquired by an Ordos coal tycoon, who previously conducted open-pit mining in Jungar Banner, the mine transitioned to open-pit operations."

In this country, the economy faces unprecedented challenges. The lives of ordinary citizens are becoming increasingly difficult, with shortages of liquidity, escalating internal competition, and countless home owners losing everything due to the collapse of the housing market.
Against this backdrop, the state-run media isn't covering the problems of the government, but telling citizens not to voice their hardships. This sparked immediate backlash. People questioned, "Even expressing some grief is being controlled; will there come a day when even the way I breathe is monitored?"
