UAPs, Pentagon leaks and science that can ‘influence decision makers’

Leaked deck of slides from ATTIP to US Defense

The science involved reportedly is able to "influence decision makers" - taken at face value, this indicates certain devices can control human resolve.

It is currently accepted that UAPs are predominantly now be referred to as ‘craft.’

A number of slides were leaked from an AATIP presentation to senior US Defence officials

The final sentence on AATIP slide 9 says: “What was considered phenomena is now quantum physics.”

Quantum physics theory allows for particles to be in two states at the same time, indicating military believe some of these craft are inter-dimensional, as stated to Congress by former National Geospace Intelligence lead analyst, David Grusch, in July 26.

Also revealed is a document written on behalf of President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, which states that “UAP have been puzzling humankind for as long as we have known.”

In addition, Chairman of the European Union Military Committee, Claudiano Graziano states that “UAP are critical events that could threaten aerial security in Europe.

A previously classified UFO report by the UK Ministry of Defence, created in 2006 and archived in 2012, titled ‘UAP in the UK Air Defence Region revealing studies carried out by the Russian authorities into UFO activity in “abnormal zones” and “landing places.”

“A laboratory to support this work is reportedly located at Akhtubisk on the Volga,” the report states, followed by many images of distinct looking craft.

‘Aliens,’ or a foreign power? Pentagon UFO chief says someone is in our backyard.

“evidence” of concerning unidentified flying object activity “in our backyard.” According to physicist Seán Kirkpatrick, who heads the congressionally-mandated All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, this alarming UFO activity can be attributed to one of two extraordinary sources: either a foreign power or “aliens.”

To be sure, the ramifications of either would be significant. But Kirkpatrick’s comments, which come as he is about to retire after a 27-year defense and intelligence-focused career, are more intriguing because he also says that “none” of the hundreds of military UFO reports analyzed by his office recently “have been positively attributed to foreign activities.”

Disclosure chronology outlined by Col Karl Nell at the Sol Foundation Conference last weekend.

I think that the chronology of disclosure unveiled by Col Karl Nell is an attempt - agreed upon by Intelligence Committees and President Biden (also influenced by Karl Nell, and others) - to establish and follow some sort of plan and normalize UAP & NHI in society and culture. It can give the impression that the only valid actor is the (formal) USG, forgetting about Mexico, Brazil, San Marino, the UN, or major competing peers, etc. But, of course, those that know more (and have more to disclose) are US-based. And the US appears to be trying to bring out of rogueness its secret management of the several compartmentalized UFO-NHI layers.


The timing of NHI disclosing there presence:

NHI themselves could disclose their presence quickly with a dramatic show but neither them nor the USG( formal and informal /legal and illegal) seem to want to do that. However, the “we don’t know what they are” official stance and they “we don’t know what they want” official statements will probably not hold water for too long.

We are at a crossing point from national security and 'threats' to evolving to a responsible relationship with UAP-NHI

Also, the threat - national security emphasis over the spiritual- metaphysical- -consciousness substrate under which the UAP - NHI issues are being finally taken seriously in an official manner cannot and should not be sustained indefinitely. It will not be beneficial. The “need to know” includes the latter for humanity to wake up, evolve, come together and establish mutually responsible relationships with NHI.

I was referring to the disclosure chronology outlined by Col Karl Nell at the Sol Foundation Conference.

I also think that, while UAP intelligences could "disclose" themselves by showing up to prove their existence (as in the Manipur, Imphal Airport sighting in India), the USG can also disclose with a gradual release of details of 8 decades of research, conventional and covert.

This is not reliant on America centrism because the time may come when other countries may take the lead.

But what about the rest of the world? Does it need to depend on the U.S.? As I see it, in only a few countries (namely Mexico and Brazil and, perhaps, San Marino), the Legislature seems to care about the UAP issue. For example, in Mexico (besides the upcoming UAP transparency laws) there is bound to be a separate, decades-old, secretive collaboration with the US on recovered alien craft. The same in Brazil and, quite likely, in other countries whose legislatures are still not involved in UAP transparency processes.

Two levels of discourse:

Thus there would be two levels of discourse: The public and formal level, trying to reconcile or "bring to the fold" the decades-old illegal, unacknowledged, rogue UFO and alien-related operations and the (mostly still outside-of-formal control) operations, deep into the rabbit hole activities under the control of an unacknowledged committee (or perhaps "cabal" with an international scope)... in order for regular politicians to continue doing what they do (in conventional reality) with plausible deniability.

The public level utilizes the idea of national security and air safety (for instance in the U.S. and Mexico) to justify creating new laws. And some of the participants in rogue, illegal operations may want to return to legality while others oppose it.

An agreement of sorts between these factions may have taken place and the disclosure chronology revealed by Karl Nell may reflect that compromise. However, that planned and gradual...scheduled disclosure seems to be seriously respected and defended by all involved and this shows in the inconsistencies. The simultaneous confirmations and deceiving denials and obfuscations by the head of AARO.

And Grusch (and about 40 whistleblowers) would have come out on their own to meet the US Congress committees that had sufficient clearance (not the Burchett UAP caucus) but the overall agreed-upon schedule seems to be respected. Therefore, if a whistleblower or another influential source accelerates the disclosure by bringing more information ahead of the schedule, he or she will be counteracted, ridiculed, etc. Mainstream media seems to be partially controlled to play along with the disclosure schedule.

But what if Peru or Mexico show to more scientists that the finger mummies (while not exactly like the classical grays) are hybridization experiments by an unknown advanced species in the past? Will the DoD also try to silence or ridicule or delay this discovery?

How to save the UAP Disclosure Act?!

Recent developments:

Authoritarians naturally line up with UFO secret keepers that feel above the law and that don’t believe in human capacities to deal with these otherworldly UAP issues. They believe in elites. And have turned things around using an anti elite social manipulative discourse to falsely blame democrats of being the central factor in the anti truth, deep state Cabal and even convince a majority in the UFO Community about this.

Mitch McConnell seems to have been recruited and the three compromised Mikes have lined up: Mike Turner, Wright Patt, OH, (says D. Grusch really knows nothing); Mike Rogers Alabama (Armed Services Committee) big money recipient from aerospace; Mike Johnson (christo fascist?!? Bible thumping House leader.

Critical Govt Transparency Legislation Jeopardized By A Powerful Few In Congress.

The Schumer-Rounds Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act is imperilled by a powerful few in the House and Senate.

On July 26th, 2023, retired US Air Force Intelligence Officer David Grusch provided sworn testimony to the US House Oversight Committee’s Sub-Committee on National Security that the government and certain private US government aerospace defense contractors have recovered – and are in present physical possession of – non-human craft and biologic evidence of a non-human intelligence ostensibly associated with this not-of-this-world technology.

One day after Grusch’s historic testimony, the US Senate passed the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that included a bipartisan amendment, the UAP Disclosure Act (UAPDA), that will establish a new nine-person “UAP Records Review Board” to be empowered by Congress with subpoena power and the power to exercise the government authority of eminent domain to extract every document, and every physical piece of evidence, about UAP. This legislation will task this new Board with the duty to present to the US President a “Controlled Disclosure Campaign Plan,” pursuant to which our government will be mandated to reveal to the public “as much as possible” about the UAP phenomenon that can be disclosed without jeopardizing national security.

The US House passed its own version of the NDAA without similar UAP transparency and disclosure measures. Now, the House and Senate are in conference, working through the differences in each chamber’s legislation to reconcile the NDAA in hopes of passing both chambers and signing it into law.

The UAPDA contained in the Senate’s NDAA is must-pass legislation. The amendment would finally shine a light on the investigations and findings the government has kept hidden from the public for over 75 years. As Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and his bipartisan colleagues said when announcing the amendment, keeping UAP records from the “public at large is simply unacceptable.”

However, self-interested forces inside the Pentagon, our intelligence agencies, and government contractor aerospace corporations are applying political and financial pressure on the Chairs and Members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Armed Services Committee, as well as the new House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to kill this legislation entirely or to gut it of the powers that are essential to compel full compliance with this proposed law on the part of these private and government entities that have concealed –and lied to our American public, Congress, and the world about the UFO phenomenon since 1945.

Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) is the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman, a House Armed Services Committee member, and an outside conferee to the House-Senate Conference Committee overseeing the NDAA and UAPDA amendment. Previously, Rep. Turner sponsored legislation to update Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws to “level the playing field for American taxpayers” in search of information held by the government and declared the “American public and our constitutional processes deserve transparency.” Rep. Turner is uniquely positioned to stand with the public or kill UAP transparency and passage of this critical measure.

With Wright-Patterson Air Force Base situated in Rep. Turner’s district, as well as several aerospace and defense contractors alleged to have contributed to crash retrieval and reverse engineering initiatives, including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin, the question on voters’ minds in Ohio’s 10th Congressional District is where will Rep. Turner stand?

According to campaign finance watchdog Open Secrets, defense aerospace companies have contributed more than $620,000 to Turner’s campaign accounts over the years, including $183,250 from Lockheed Martin, $79,400 from Northrop Grumman, and another $77,010 from Boeing.

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL), the House Armed Services Committee Chairman and Chairman of the House-Senate Conference Committee, has repeatedly called for transparency from the Biden Administration over the withdrawal from Afghanistan and transparency over the siting of Space Command. At the same time, aerospace and defense contractors contributed more than $2.4million to Rogers. Like Rep. Turner, Rogers is well-positioned to kill or support UAP transparency.

New House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) previously supported legislation to increase transparency over “agents working to influence American policy on behalf of foreign principals” and a bill to “further increase transparency by allowing the public to better track audits of federal grant recipients.” All the while, the defense industry contributed nearly $130,000 to Rep. Johnson’s campaign coffers.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) voted in favor of the NDAA containing the UAPDA amendment. Sen. McConnell’s campaign war chests have been filled with defense industry largesse for years, totaling more than $1.1million.

According to press reports, all four influential leaders, Sen. McConnell and Reps. Johnson, Rogers, and Turner, are poised to kill or substantially weaken the UAPDA. Voters in Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, and elsewhere should be demanding their elected officials do the right thing rather than do the bidding of their defense contractor benefactors.

The time for excuses, opaqueness, and coverups is over. Congress can’t justify continued secrecy for fear of embarrassing the Pentagon. Congress surely can’t say the time isn’t right. The public has waited decades for the truth. If not now, when? The public deserves an honest and transparent government. Now is the time for Sen. McConnell and Reps. Johnson, Rogers, and Turner to do what’s right and vote in favor of the UAPDA.

Irish scientist with top secret US Government clearance explains why ‘we are not alone’

An Irish man, Dr Colm Kelleher (67), ran that secret operation.

The AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program) manager for the Defence Intelligence Agency, Dublin born scientist Dr Kelleher, described, what he believes, are the profound nature of his work.

“The idea that humans are the only life form in the universe is no longer true, that there is another intelligence very close to planet earth, is a shattering experience to internalise,” he said.

Suddenly you are faced with a reality that should not exist. There’s that phrase, ‘ontological shock.’ You make a shift psychologically and you never go back.

“For people who have experienced this, something changes and it becomes extremely important. People who have come face to face with this are very engaged. People who haven’t are on the side lines.

“In general, there is a psychological form of denial because if you admit this into your reality, there is a whole slew of things that are not true.

“That is why society is kind of split, as some people have been awakened to something that should not exist.”

“This phenomenon displays itself on it’s own terms. It is difficult to gather the evidence on this and it seems to be specifically engineered to sabotage the gathering of scientific evidence. There seems to be a fundamental deception there, I believe.

Astronomer, Dr Eamonn Ansbro, claimed 30 years ago that UFOs were orbiting earth on specific orbital tracks, and captured alleged footage of a ‘tic tac’ UFO over Lough Key.

“I know Dr Ansbro’s material,” said Dr Kelleher. “From what I can see his premise is that there are a lot of probes on predictable orbits. Absolutely, ‘Tic tac’ cases are perfect examples of that. They came in on very similar ballistic missile trajectory orbits, coming in at 80,000 feet. Very, very predictable.

“The USS Princeton had them on radar day after day. On day 5, they launched the F-18s to vector them. So, Eamonn Ansbro’s theory has a lot of merit. Another good thing about his theory is that it is very testable. It can be tested against multiple databases. Not easy, but definitely doable.”

Here is what we got: 😀 Sec 1005 - Requires the DOD to get a clean audit by 2028.

😀 Sec. 1687 - Gillibrand Amendment - prohibits funds from being used on any UAP programs unless disclosed to Congressional leadership and Intel and Armed Services Committees. This also covers IRADs.

🫤 Sec 1841 - Parts of Schumer/Rounds - Establishes a collection of records in the National Archives for UAP records. Senate Homeland Security, Armed Services, and Intel Committees, together with House Oversight, Armed Services, and Intel Committees, have oversight.

😒 Sec 1842 - More of Schumer/Rounds - Each governmental office holding UAP records must identify all UAP records and send them to the National Archives. There is no review board. However, there is a requirement that each document must be disclosed in full within 25 years of its creation unless the President certifies that there would be identifiable harm to national security, and that outweighs the public interest in disclosure.

😡 Sec 1843 - Contains some additional circumstances under which particular records can be withheld from disclosure when they involve grave harm to national security and reveal sources and methods.

☹️ There's a lot more to Sections 1841-3, as they are quite complex and will require further analysis in the coming days. They are far short of what we want, but we shouldn't be blind to any benefits contained within them.

🤬 Here is a summary description of what the conference did with respect to the #UAPDisclosureAct: "The conference agreement includes only the requirements to establish a government-wide UAP records collection; to transfer records to the collection; and to review the records for disclosure decisions under a set of authorized grounds for postponing disclosure. The agreement does not include the provisions that would establish an independent Review Board, a Review Board staff, eminent domain authority, or a controlled disclosure process."

What if the United States President and World Leaders Disclosed the Presence of Non-Human Intelligence and Technology on Planet Earth?

A survey over 400 participants explored and categorize a wide range of implications. This is what was found.

How might we prepare for this unchartered territory?

The greater knowledge and/or experience of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) are far more positive about the implications of formal disclosure, and are hopeful about the transformative potential for society.


The purpose of this work was to provide a credible and straight-forward way to begin to understand the UAP phenomena and the potential impacts of disclosure on everyday life.

It provided:

• Original survey data to understand the complexity of the UAP issue

• A list of credible resources to learn more about the UAP phenomena

• A process for dialogue and engagement to aid disclosure and shape a more positive post disclosure world.

The process began during the summer of 2023 by brainstorming 116 potential implications from UAP disclosure. Next, the survey extensively carried out with over 400 people concerning 44 of the most interesting impacts. Survey results revealed that those who have closely followed this topic have remarkably different views from those who say they know less than the average person. In the opinion of the survey facilitators, this Know More group - who have acquired more knowledge on the subject - provides the clearest preview of the impacts of disclosure.

For those PA members from Italy there were 246 UFO reports in 2023: they are satellites or drones but there are unidentified cases.

The data released by the National Ufological Center: Lombardy and Tuscany the regions with the most sightings.

It is the Cun, National Ufological Center, that spreads the updated figures relating to the sightings of the past year, specifying that in large part these are phenomena that can be explained as natural phenomena, planes, satellites, even Chinese lanterns or nightclub lights.

"The year 2023 - read Vladimiro Bibolotti, Head of Institutional Relations of the National Ufological Center - sees the number of sightings ascribable as real ufo drop, while reports of Starlink satellites and other deceptive phenomena, such as drones, Chinese lanterns and incorrect use of digital instruments, are on the rise. It should be added the growing number of data that have not been included in the statistics because many fields indispensable for a correct evaluation of the phenomenon and insertion in the series, have arrived too often incomplete, therefore unusable. Instead, the year 2023 saw an exponential growth in the ufological news published by the media, with greater attention to sensitivity to the phenomenon and professionalism".



In 2023, Ufo reports received the 'Ufoline' service totaled 246, down on the previous year, when they were 319. In 96 cases (39% of the total) the reports were not considered due to insufficient data, "as the witnesses did not respond to further requests for information aimed at evaluating and investigating the sightings". Of the cases examined, 27% related to "Starlink satellite sightings", 21% "airplanes, satellites or hot air balloons", 12% 'lights, unidentified objects (Ufo), 9% 'planets and / or stars, Chinese lanterns and / or toy balloons', 8% 'reflections or photographic errors' and 6% of 'disco headlights' cases'. In 3% of cases, the sighting involved a drone, in the'1% probe balloons. Last year the months with the most reports were September and December, respectively with 13 and 15. The regions where the most sightings were recorded were Lombardy, Tuscany, Campania, Lazio, Sardinia, Sicily and Veneto. The provinces with the most reports were Rome and Piacenza (6), Milan (5) and Naples (4).

The UAP subject is now being discussed in the European Parliament. A fundamental role of government is to ensure its populace is educated in critical matters to ensure any pending revelations have limited societal impact.

“Therefore, it is fundamental that the EU Commission includes, in the European Space Law, a program to collect data on UAPs as well as the scientific body to analyze these events in a transparent and public way”
