Lightbulb *ast* Neptune: The Delusional Friend

Let me believe is true !
He perpetually seems lost in his own thoughts, a dreamer with a gentle demeanor. Perfect on paper. However, you aren’t deceived by this artistic soul, brimming with wonderful ideas and good intentions. On the surface, he appears saintly in his philanthropy. Always hovering between two worlds, he blurs the lines between reality and imagination.
His head is forever in the clouds, giving an impression of hovering and perpetual absence. He embodies extreme idealism and utopian dreams. When his ideals shatter, he seeks refuge in artificial paradises, becoming a mere shadow of himself, indulging in substances and self-destructive behaviors (drugs, excessive sex, medication, alcohol). In his presence, everything can be twisted. He’s deeply disillusioned, submerged in inner turmoil, yet his inherent kindness persists.
But doesn’t the road to hell often begin with good intentions?
A constant veil clouds his eyes, and getting too close to him risks getting entangled in his illusions, losing touch with reality. There’s no structure or tangible reality in his world. He introduces you to a utopian realm where enchanting music lures you in, and you dance towards your demise, blissfully unaware.
Neptune’s placement reveals where you might lose grip on reality and chase unattainable ideals. Much like him, you might escape into imagined worlds, attempting to recapture a paradise you’ve lost. In this pursuit, you risk self-destruction in the real world, all with a poetic grace that masks the tragedy beneath.
We learn from him, but at his expense. His mind is captivating yet melancholic, and there’s an ever-present fear that he might tip over the edge. As you both traverse his artificial paradises, you start to question his reality. Is he real, an imaginary friend, or a traveler from another world?
Beware during his downfall; do not let yourself be dragged down with him. Return to reality! You were caught up once again in one of his illusions.
