Know Thyself - The End of Manipulation

In the spirit of this forum I ask myself...

What actions can I take as an individual in my busy, daily life, to make the world a better place?
The answer will be different for everyone of course.

Here is my list of some of the things I can actually take action on, based on my lifestyle, personality, skill sets, location etc.

1. Take care of my family
2. Support my local community
3. Build my business and take care of my clients with integrity and professionalism.
3. Shop Local as best I can to support local businesses
4. Boycott businesses or corporations that are part of the problem to the best of my ability.
5. Vote even though it seems pointless at times, I've only voted twice in my life 2016 & 2020 and will vote in 2024 for the same candidate, if possible.
6. Share my unique perspective with others. If even one person finds the information useful, at least I have done something. Although if no one were listening
I would still do it, because it's my passion.

For me taking action, that is alignment with the world I want to live in, is like buying a ticket on the train/consensus reality, that is going where I want to go.

So I look at the list above and I think what else can I do.
For myself, not much when it comes to taking action in the outer world.

I'm not interested in becoming a politician.
I don't see the point in writing to my so called "representatives" about the issues at hand.
I'm not someone you will see protesting in the streets.

I’ve already moved to a location far away from large metro areas and created a bubble reality that allows me to take care of my family
in a beautiful environment filled with nature, love and laughter.

Like many of us I have spent quite a bit of time in the rabbit hole, trying to figure out what the hell is going on, on this planet.
There is just so much information to wade through now, so many opinions, so many perspectives, so many agendas, and so many predictions
about "The Future" that just never happen.

One of the realizations I have had, is the greatest power “They” have over humanity is that we believe they have more power than they actually do.
I’m not certain anyone is really in control of "The World", because the question becomes, which world are you referring to?
Clearly we are not all having the same experience, once you turn off the screen.

I have watched others get so caught up in the world out there that they lose their joy. I tell them to turn the screen off, go outside.
I assure you the birds are still singing, the bees are buzzing, oblivious to the mind created madness. That is why I love nature so much.

Over the last few years, I have put my intense researching days behind me. I get it now, even more than ever that the world out there
has less impact on my reality the more I know Who and What I am. Don't look where you don't want to go.

So when it comes to taking action to combat the negativity we see in the world out there, I really can't think of anything more important
than doing the shadow work on myself and the self-inquiry to "Know Thyself". From my perspective this is the most "Practical" thing I can do.
And it has had a tremendous impact on the outer world which is essentially, my life.

For me Knowing thyself is understanding who and what I am, empirically.
The who, is an aspect of my multi-dimensional being, that is referred to as Anthony, the one typing on the keyboard.
Its’ my story, my life, my personal narrative, my unique expression of all that is.
It’s a performance art.

The what, is a multi-dimensional being exploring all that is across the multiverse within simultaneous co existing incarnations.
Which includes the higher self, over souls, all abstract labels really, but it gives our minds a reference point.

How does knowing thyself improve the quality of my daily experience?
Well for me, as my knowledge and understanding increases, the less seriously I take much of the physical reality experience, including myself... mostly myself!
Humility, humor, are my greatest gifts. Laughter is the best medicine. I used to be somebody, but that was way too much work.
Now that I’m nobody, I’m much happier. The egoic monkey mind is a great tool, but it is a horrible master.

If humans truly knew themselves the world would by default, be a much better place.
Imagine a world where individuals understood that they were infinite, multi-dimensional beings that exist, have always existed, and always will.
As there is no such thing as non-existence by its very definition.

That death is simply waking up from the dream called physical reality. We do this every night, all of us to some degree, depending on an individual’s development.
That we have a wide variety of incarnations across the multiverse, in different timelines, dimensions, and life forms.
That no matter what happens nothing can ever stain us, and that whatever ambitions we have, we have plenty of time, because we are the creators of time.

And here is the most important benefit from knowing thyself... You can no longer be Manipulated !

When you know what you are, you no longer fear death. In fact from my experience, physical reality is more death like vibrationally, than our natural infinite nonphysical state.
When you are operating from the state outside of the physical reality matrix, you can see through all of the manipulation here in the clown world, it's incredibly obvious.

Imagine a world of sovereign entities, imagine what we could accomplish. This reality does exist, it's already there, the only change I have to make, is in myself.
My future self is my inspiration, I am puling myself forward to the reality I prefer.

No more projecting of fears, insecurities and baggage on to others.
No more fear of death and lack of abundance.
No more manipulations to siphon energy and power off of others, because they have none of their own.

Know Thyself, it's not a new concept, it's been around forever, literally, and it stands the test of time, and for me it has put an end to anyone being able to
manipulate me, except for my wife of course ;-)

Excellent thread and excellent advice Anthony!
It's great that you have put into practice that what you really believe in, or better: that what You Know.

Having been to Delphi in Greece, "Gnothi Seauton"/"Know Thyself" are no doubt two of the most important words, if not THE two most important words a person should hold dear in my opinion. Delphi as an area - still - sort of exudes that energy, if you are sensitive to it that is.

Hopefully this thread will expand and expand greatly. Thanks!

What a beautiful thread. I read your OP, Anthony , and I am so very appreciative of your taking the time to share your life with us. You have such a beautiful soul.

I think you are already manifesting the thing that we are here for. After scrambling around with one belief system after another. Chastising myself for not living up to my expectations, I came to the realization that you seem to have come to. I think we often make this harder than it needs to be. I think I am here to be my authentic self, whatever that is. To look for opportunities to express unconditional love and to feel gratitude for any kindness that I receive. To find the beauty and love in the moment. To appreciate what I have. To share joy, even if that is a simple smile to someone when walking down the road.

It's all the wonderful little things. I got to give a big hug to my neighbors labradoodle. I got to go on a walk and take in every little thing of the natural world. Appreciate the warmth of this day. Thank you for reminding me that I have a choice, I can create a fear based world or I can create a world of little wonders.

When I was thinking for a title for the post, I felt the most relevant and important aspect of knowing thyself is that you become a full sovereign being, or more accurately you re-member what you have always been. Most of us come into this world in a state of amnesia.

The how…
Well I have been a fan of Bill's work since the early days with Project Camelot. Starting in early 2009.
The interviews/voices he shared with us played an important role in the early days of my researching period. Thank you Bill!

In November of 2008 I had a life changing experience. This is what motivated me to start looking for answers, it
was also the catalyst for my decision to move to the location I am in right now, and find a simpler life where quality not quantity of living was my priority.

There was a dark night of soul which ushered in this experience. Suffering is an incredible fertilizer for growth.
Briefly, the experience was essentially an awakening, I literally woke up from the dream called physical reality, I found myself in my realm on the astral plane. In that sense
I was home again in my natural state. With a greatly expanded awareness. What I saw during part of the experience and also one of the main themes of the experience,
was what is happening right now, in the world. I picked up on the energy at that time and where we were headed as a collective, it was like a tidal wave!
The agenda of trying to destroy our sovereign rights, what we put into our bodies more specifically.

As of late shifting to the realm and other dimensions has become quite common place, and the suffering is no more, I have become “lucid” in the dream we call life.
Along the way I then found Project Camelot and have been a lurker for a couple of years, enjoying the conversations. There is no other forum like it.
Now that the work has been done to stabilize our life situation, the family is taken care of, I have a bit more time for one of life’s simple pleasures… sharing.

The why…
To find kindred souls who like myself have gone deeper than most and to share my unique perspective with them. Individuals who are awake enough
to be able have a conversation with, and enjoy hearing their perspective , their actual experiences, beyond beliefs.

I came back to add more comments as I find so much wisdom and encouragement on this thread. As my buddy, Raskolnikov, already shared so much of what I was going to say I will say that those dang "dark nights of the soul" are the key here. They are not the end point but working through them ultimately is gold. I feel as though I have completed that process and I will hit another one. That is ok. I believe I can directly correlate how close I am to finishing these sessions of dark nights with the amount of cognitive dissonance I carry. It is not an easy task to break down cognitive dissonance but ultimately, it is what we are here for. That is what allows for the authenticity of self. It is what allows for genuine joy.

At some point it does seem like confirming the madness of this world, the fact that it is an inversion based on lie after lie seems to be enough. I try to remember that nothing can harm me unless I give it that power. That doesn't mean I can't be killed, but losing the fear and victim mentality seem to be key to maximizing this experience. We aren't here to listen to the experts, the authorities or whoever these vague leaders are. I always hold utmost the fact that this is an inversion. It does not mean truth can not be found here but wisdom and discernment are needed and that comes back to the inner work and self honesty.

I would be so interested in hearing about your astral experiences. I have learned so much from others that have had these experiences. I do find understanding the nature of the construct of our reality very helpful. I have left the body but fear drives me back so I learn from others. I do totally understand if you choose not to discuss this as well.

I find your take on this experience so refreshing. We are both from the Pacific Northwest. I live in Sasquatch country in the Olympic Peninsula. Anyway, I am so appreciating anything you have to say. I am so glad you have joined the forum.

Hi Pam I am back with you to share a bit more about my experiences on the Astral Plane.
This will be more about the experiences as a whole as opposed to a specific experience, which I can share later if you like.

First of all when I use the term Astral Plane, I can easily substitute it with any of the following, Spirit, Non-Physical Reality,
The Realm. These are just words we use to try and describe something we really don't have words for.

I think of universe as an infinite range of frequency domains. Just like a radio, all frequencies exists right now, all around us, all within us. And like a radio
we ( consciousness ) choose to tune into a specific frequency to have a specific type of experience. If you don't like country, switch to rock and roll.

The body mind is essentially a transmitter/receiver. The more you know thyself, the more apt you become in communicating with your higher self, the ultimate navigator
when it comes to exploring the wilderness of materialism. Excitement is your compass, your true north. Your excited about something because it "Resonates" with your frequency.
Higher self uses excitement as a guide. Excitement is a complete tool kit. It’s the driving force and the organizing principal of universe.

More and more frequently, as I go through the process of Re-Awakening from the dream, I shift from physical to non-physical reality. This occurs during my rest period at night
when the spirit can leave the body safe and secure, a mini death, where it can then rejuvenate and heal. My consciousness can then explore the multiverse and all of its frequency domains.

Because Anthony is experiencing an incarnation as a human, the majority of my experiences are related to human life. However there are also many experiences in other dimensions
that have a completely different quality to them.

However the environments I typically explore/experience are very much like earth environments. These I would say are vibrationally just above nonphysical reality, perhaps we can call
it the Template Level Reality. There are incredibly beautiful landscapes, cities, buildings, towns, people, schools/universities if you will. I have also traveled to the moon, (Yes I saw the bases there)
other planets and experiences in various vehicles in space. Some of these vehicles/craft are creations of other beings and civilizations.

I commonly find myself attending classes, sometimes the student, sometimes the teacher. I interact with others individually and also as a group.

During these experiences I am absolutely lucid, and can often return to the exact same locality/environment/interactions, even if I have to get up and use the restroom during the night.
For me, my nights consist of two shifts, lasting about 3-4 hours each. Because of time dilation these experiences are probably very short when measured by local time.
However the experience of them on the astral sometimes feel like much longer intervals.

Many of the experiences feel like I am interacting with other aspects of myself, who have their own unique perspectives and lives. It's a rather unique experience I can only describe
as, feeling like you are inhabiting someone else body, experiencing someone else’s life. While at the same time being completely aware of who I am as Anthony is in this life, simultaneously.

Many of the experiences are not always comfortable. However for me, most are incredibly invigorating, It's like getting an energy burst, I can feel it in my physical body so strongly that sometimes
it takes me out of the experience at which point I re calibrate and go back in.

That being said I always appreciate the cross connections, I feel that I am learning from my other counterparts and family of souls. And they learn from me , this is the way.
I feel that this process, as I become "More" aware of it consciously, greatly accelerates my expansion, growth, on the path to knowing thyself. What I am describing
I feel is something we are all experiencing to a lesser or greater degree, or at the very least is available to everyone, if they are open to it.

I think I will stop there for now, if you’re interested I will share some of these experiences and how they help to expand my perception of reality.

For now I would like to simply say, that for me the veil between physical and nonphysical reality is fading. I enjoy living in my dreams and dreaming in my life.
Life is never easy, it’s a master class, and for me growing up was full of adversity. Coming from a dysfunctional family with violence,addictions and poverty, I was on my own by the time I was 16.
There were times I ate from dumpsters and lived on the street, stealing what I needed to survive.

However I always had a strong connection to source and even through all of it I could always find peace within myself. Now my life feels like a fairy tale, a dream.
Now, I Live the Dream !
