Know Thyself - The End of Manipulation

Thank you so much for responding. Before I discuss the OBE, you didn't tell us you started a You tube channel! I subscribed and wrote a comment. There is a zen like quality to the chain of life told in your lovely little story.

I became interested in OBE experiences because I was led in that direction during the bizarre energic stuff that was happening during the Covid debacle. I had time to observe and very strange things were happening to me that did not fit with the paradigm of this reality that I had been taught. I was actually visualizing energy fields and having what I guess you could call paranormal experiences.

I began looking for answers into these energetic fields that were being created through manipulation, primarily by fear. I noticed when I entertained the fear I was joining into a field of fear magnitudes greater than my fear alone. This led me to read Reality Transurfing. Steps I-V by Zeland, Vadim - I began to understand that there are principles in the operation of this reality realm or construct. I love a a good mystery and spent quite a bit of time studying the work of Robert Monroe, founder of hemi-sync and a huge explorer of the construct through OBE.

I had no idea that one could have these experiences. Yes, I know I have left my body on several occasion but I have no control but I found that Robert Monroe, who started having spontaneous OBE's and began to map out the construct was mind boggling, in a sense the nature of this construct of the frequency experience we are sharing. I was absolutely blown away that in the 1970s he was doing controlled experiments with OBE's and volunteers that had been trained in his method. I had used his hemi-sync CD's but didn't know any more about it.

This was a huge paradigm shift for me to begin to understand this, much in the same way that the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and Water Consciousness along with his photographs of water crystals and how they responded to words (symbols) and emotions could transform the structure of water. That was huge and very exciting.

I have now been very interested the work of OBE explorer Darius Wright who has been charting out the constuct we are experiencing since he was 16. He is particularly interesting in that he has some sort of dyslexia ,I believe ,that doesn't allow him to read and he is not a participant in social media, so he is minimally influenced by the work or belief systems of others but he has been able to walk through his fears and basically continues the work of mapping out this construct and I find it a game changer in understanding this whole crazy situation we are living in. He is wise and humble and shares information that can allow even those of us that haven't mastered OBE's with a far greater understanding of what is happening. I tend to get most of my information through intuition and discernment of others (a long, arduous process-mastering discernment and hopefully wisdom) and empathic traits.

I have also become interested in the many cycles that seem to have have occurred in this realm and the many resets. Much of this information has been destroyed but there are many that seem to be putting pieces together of a more accurate history.

I am endlessly curious so this is just plain fun for me.Kind of like doing a Suduku puzzle. I totally agree and have learned the hard way that it is best "not to look where you don't want to go". That has and continues to be a hard lesson for me, but now, more than ever it seems so important to use discernment in what we expose ourselves to. Particularly as this inversion will have AI in the mix to add to the confusion, thus the clearing out of the shadow to the best of our ability so that we can rely on our own discernment and wisdom will be key, that and relying on community if we are fortunate enough to have that opportunity.

This is go time,at least that is what I strongly intuit. Sovereign self or relying on the "experts and authorites" to tell us what is safe and effective that is our choice, each will have to make. We all know how that works out when we turn our decision making blindly to others. I tend to have a rather docile personality so this has been big challenge but no matter how many times I fall flat on my face I have absolutely no intention of giving up or giving into fear. If I falter, I just get up.

I find it interesting and not surprising that you had a tough childhood. I often feel grateful that my early years and many times later I have made such self destructive choices it is easy for me to do the shadow work. I feel it must be very hard for those that don't have obvious flaws,or led idyllic lives, so in some ways, I am grateful to have messed up so much that I can't convince myself that I am not a portion of the shadow that is merging into the great big collective shadow that is manifesting and will come into full bloom very shortly. At least that seems the likely time line.

I am working on letting go of as many belief systems as possible. I want to leave this experience an open book, ready and willing for another exciting adventure. I do have a very strong feeling that living through this experience may be one of the most challenging and rewarding things our very powerful sparks of consciousness will ever have the opportunity to be a part of. This is the biggie and we are here at the peak moment. I'm not pretending I know any dates but we are winding this particular take of the story if not now, in the very near future.

I don't mean to dominate this thread so I will be very happy to listen to others, I am just so grateful to find person I really feel a connection to in our understanding.

I don't think Casey Claar a beloved member of this forum would mind me giving her an endorsement. Her work with photographing and communicating through a specific crystal is amazing work and I feel like she would be a wonderful asset to the discussion. It makes very happy to be able to share your stories of life satisfaction. You describe a beautiful family life and it is awesome. Personally, I am also 'happy" at the moment and because I have no young people to worry about for the future, I am relieved.

Yes, I do look at the future and feel very confused. What I imagine as being the most important actions for a good life are now being plowed over everywhere. Analog skills and being able to have the leisure to develop as as a person are what I experienced and still revere. I have no idea what will happen but I am, grateful to have my life now.

It is not at all interesting to me to explore the astral. Honestly, I seriously distrust the influences coming at us ATM from the astral. There is a serious effort to gather us all into egregores and bubbles. All of a sudden there are so many channelers. If the earth is being terraformed for nonhuman life, the channels should be able to warn. But they do not IMO. It is as if they are just here to mollify our sensibilities (those who HAVE sensibilities that take us beyond the "norm"). I suspect that most astral stuff is dangerously disingenuous.

I am focusing on the here and now and on the ULTIMATE Source ONLY. Life is temporary here but IMO the astral is a place we can be trapped in. Maybe I am mistaken but I will know eventually if I am.

Thanks for bringing the popcorn... and expressing an interest in hearing about my experiences. It brings me joy.

One of the most profound experiences to date for me, goes even deeper into the idea of Knowing Thyself. Especially into the... What I am.
The awakening I experienced in the fall of 2008 had many components to it. However the beginning of the experience started out like this.

The experience below occurred between 5am-6am local time as I was laying in my bed on the earth plane.
I found myself Waking Up in my bed feeling refreshed, however I quickly realized that the bed and the room were not the same as in my earthly home.
Dreams with dreams, bubbles within bubbles, this is the nature of all that is. There is no end to the within of things.

The feeling I had, was that I had awakened from the dream I called my life, and I was now in my actual reality. As I left the bedroom, I discovered an entire home on the astral plane.
Something I now know as part of my realm. My realm is the reality I have built/created on the template level, just a slight frequency shift above physical reality.
It's a place I now visit frequently and contains an environment that is very similar to my earthly environment, in that it reflects all of my love for the beauty of nature.
I always understood that my earthly life is simple a reflection of my inner life. However lately it's all become more blended, its' simply my eternal existence.

It is a peaceful place with all of the trappings of a home, furnishings, decorations and windows with a lovely view of the outside, with beautiful trees, shrubs, and grass. And a lovely light coming in through the windows. It was more real than anything I had ever felt, up to that date. I was also simultaneously aware of my body still lying in my bed in physical reality. During this experience I was able to open my eyes and go back and forth between the 2 dimensions, it was like I was teaching myself the process of shifting from one reality to another. Something we all do without effort, moment by moment.

There were also other beings there, a woman and a male figure, who during the experience I discovered was my brother, who was killed in a motorcycle accident years earlier.
We were very close and grew up together during some very hard times. His face also exhibited the same qualities as what I share with you below.

As I looked around I soon realized I could project images on the walls of the room, images that would take up the whole wall, and some smaller, I opened up several screens.
Like having multiple computer monitors except much larger, and by pointing my hands to each one I would ask questions, and in full vibrant living color images would start coming in, on all of them simultaneously. The exact details of the information and the types of questions asked have left me for now, there was so much to try and bring back. It was like a data dump.

In one room was a wall with a full length reflective surface, I immediately moved towards it, excited to see what I would look like in this state of consciousness.
I expected to see the face I have known my whole life, but what I saw gave me a rush so strong it affected my physical body, and created a dualistic feeling that spanned
both realties.

And this is where I was able to see more of "What I am" ...
My face was not my face, but a multi face, a face that changed as you looked at it, into many different identities, young, old, dark eyes, blue eyes, different races, different genders
it was like a constantly evolving face. Towards the end of the rotating faces, they seemed to start slowing down. At this point, instead of seeing faces, I was seeing something, very difficult to describe.

I was no longer looking at human faces...
My head was now nothing more than an abstract shape, perhaps polygonal, and I had body parts attached, that were also simply shapes. There were several varieties of these aspects of myself, different colors etc.
It now reminds me of the idea of "Platonic Solids". Although in 2008, I was not aware of that information, consciously. 5 platonic solids, 5, the number for humanity.

I will stop there, regarding that experience, as there were many components to it, that might be more appropriate for another thread, outside of Knowing Thyself.
I still have much to share with these types of experiences, that deal with interacting with loved ones, who have departed, and other beings/races/civilizations/ that dovetails into the Idea of Know Thyself.

Before I leave, I would like to share a more recent experience, in the last couple of weeks that I had. This experience was filled with some of the most intense feelings of
joy, love and connection to all that is, that I have ever had. At the end of the experience, I slowly opened my eyes as tears ran down my face, tears of joy. With just a touch of longing.

Below is a brief account...
I found myself in the front yard of my property, staring into the beautiful night sky, aside from stars and the milky way, there were all sorts of different ships/crafts flitting in out, phase shifting.
This is what I would call a mixed reality experience. And one of the most common for me.

It's where the environment I find myself in, is essentially identical to my home and property by the lake. However mixed in are aspects from other dimensions, frequency domains.
As I sat watching the night sky a dear family member who had recently departed ( almost 2 years ago) , appeared in the yard under the Walnut Tree. Our favorite spot to play in the grass.
It was night time and I saw him out of the corner of my eye.

Immediately I experienced a rush of love and longing so strong it was almost unbearable if that makes sense. I looked at him and called his name and he came rushing into my arms. After his passing I have, perhaps unconsciously muted my thoughts about him. Even typing here I get teary eyed thinking about him. I miss him! Although now I “KNOW” he's still here, he has never left, he is always with me.
The only thing separating us... was me. That’s what he came to tell me.

My advice to my soldiers always ran along the lines of "who you associate with matters, surround your self with people that inspire you" and "The more you know, the less you should." (and lots other random stuff I've heard from smarter people) or something similar in an attempt to be a good mentor


But then, I've never been through anything that I saw as unexplainable or abnormal; so I don't think I've got the same context as you do.

I do not have children of my own either, it was never something we wanted in this incarnation. I do have plenty of nephews and nieces though, that I get to spoil. Being an uncle is the best of both worlds. I'm happy to hear you are enjoying your life now, regardless of the outer circumstances of the world out there. Yes, there is only NOW.

Thank you for the positive feedback! Yes I agree, I keep my circle small. I simply don't have the time or desire for anything else. I am enjoying this forum though. I feel like it is a safe space where we can share without fear of retribution, for simply expressing our thoughts and feelings. Unlike most online platforms these days. Yes I agree, while I am very aware of what goes on in the world out there, the only knowing that is a priority for me, is to Know Thyself.
