• 5G Activated Zombie Apocalypse?

I had a vision about this a few years ago PRIOR to ever having heard about this conspiracy theory. I am incredibly serious about this.. I was visited by a friend's astral/soul spirit, a recently deceased friend; that person literally showed me through gesticulation (without speaking) what will happen. I met the person in a library in the vision - my friend's body was holographic looking, see through, but shining bright/beautiful and glowing with health... They held a cell phone in their hand.. I didn't understand why they were gesticulating motions with it without speaking.. At once, he handed it to the librarian (an older woman). Something immediately was triggered, and the librarian's face instantly changed into a very demonic looking out of control expression. She screamed at leapt out at me, attempting to attack me... I instantly ran out of the library and into the streets. I noticed other people were running into the streets as well. It was easy to figure out who had been "activated" and who hadn't been as the people being chased were the ones who were not in "zombie" mode. We banded together and fled the neighborhood trying to find safety in various buildings... I remember trying to crawl into the ceiling crawl spaces of offices. It was that bad.

In all honesty, I don't watch Zombie anything. I admittedly did see the recent "the last of us" series, but that was years after I had this visionary experience. I am not a fan of zombie movies or zombie narratives. I also do not partake in any video games. Zombie media is not a part of my world, period. For me to have this vision was entirely not normal nor did I seed the content to myself.

I'm not convinced that such a thing will happen this Wednesday - but I do think it's a test of sorts. They'll be checking something, unbeknownst to the public. Something unrelated to just a basic emergency alert likely. The real "trigger" for such a virus would likely happen at a different time.. .

GLOBAL EXTENT OF BIRD ARMAGEDDON

Anders Brunstad alerted me to the installation of one of the most powerful radar stations in the world on the Varanger Peninsula in Finnmark, Norway just before tens of thousands of birds fell dead all over the peninsula. The southern and eastern coasts of the peninsula also have 4G+ and, increasingly, 5G service, added recently.

At Ekkerøy Nature Reserve, on the southern coast of the peninsula, at least 15,000 endangered kittiwakes died at the end of July and beginning of August 2023. They nest there in the summer on high cliffs where they are directly in the line of fire of the radar, which is 50 kilometers away. The restaurant at Ekkerøy was forced to close for the summer because it was “raining down” dead birds. The total population of these seabirds in Norway was only about 50,000. Dead terns and other kinds of gulls have also been collected. Half of the cranes at Ekkerøy have died.



The radar, called Globus III, was built by the United States on the island of Vardøya in Vardø, the easternmost city in Norway, which is across a bay from northern Russia. It appears to be part of a civil defense network called the Space Fence. Details about this site have been kept secret, but I found a Request for Information published on February 22, 2022 on the U.S. government’s website, SAM.gov. It states:

“This system is a one-of-a kind design which will be fielded in 2023. The program is a bi-national, collaborative specialized collection system. The GLOBUS program is a dual band ground-based radar system consisting of an S-band solid state phased array, an X-band dish antenna, an Integrated System Controller (ISC), and a Mission Communications Suite (MCS) hosted at an Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) location.”

Other Space Fence radars are located on Kwajalein Island in the Marshall Islands, and in Western Australia. These S-band (2 GHz to 4GHz) phased array radars each have 36,000 transmitting antennas, a peak power of 2.7 MW and, when focused into a narrow beam that scans the sky in all directions, a peak effective radiated power of several billion watts.

The conflagration is not confined to Finnmark, or to Norway. Last summer I reported on mass deaths of nesting seabirds in locations near new antennas in the Netherlands and France (Birds on Texel Island; Sea Birds’ Last Refuges). This summer the situation is immensely worse. The continued proliferation around the world of 4G and 5G cell towers and antennas, as well as offshore wind farms, has killed millions of wild birds on five continents, together with foxes, skunks, raccoons, fishers, badgers, martens, black bears, grizzly bears, bobcats, lynx, mountain lions, wild boar, otters, Virginia opossums, seals, penguins, and other animals.

Last year, 40% of the Dalmatian pelicans nesting in Greece died, along with 20% of those in Romania, and large numbers in Montenegro and Albania. By May 2023, more than 50,000 dead wild birds of all kinds had been reported in the United Kingdom, 40,000 in eastern Canada, and tens of thousands in the United States. By July 31, 2023, China was reporting 5,100 dead birds in Tibet. Reports of mortality have come from every state in the United States, across 129 species of birds. Huge numbers of bald eagles have died. Just in November and December 2022, more than 50,000 seabirds died along the coast of Peru, including 16,890 Peruvian pelicans and 4,324 brown boobies, both endangered in Peru. In Chile, as of January 1, 2023, perhaps 10,000 seabirds had died, including pelicans, kelp gulls, Belcher’s gulls, grey gulls, guanay cormorants, Peruvian boobies, elegant terns, and turkey vultures.

On May 9, 2023, the Chilean government reported the deaths of 27,977 seabirds, and on July 21, 2023, the Peruvian government reported the deaths of 519,541 seabirds. These represented birds of 65 species. In addition, Chile reported the deaths of 2,517 Humboldt penguins, 460 Magellanic penguins, 16,856 sea lions, and smaller numbers of dolphins, porpoises, otters and other kinds of seals, while Peru reported the deaths of 9,314 sea lions and 100 other sea mammals. According to a report by the OFFLU, a global network of expertise on animal influenza, Chile has lost at least 13% of its Humboldt penguins, Peru has lost at least 36% of its Peruvian pelicans, and Chile and Peru together have lost at least 9% of their sea lions.

Ornithologists are all blaming this catastrophe on avian influenza, in spite of the fact that most of the dead birds are testing negative for any influenza virus, and the ones that test positive have all different variants of the virus so could not be transmitting it to one another, let alone to bears and penguins. For example, 233 dead birds were examined for flu virus by the Norwegian Veterinary Institute between August 14 and October 1, 2023. They found highly pathogenic H5N1 virus in 8 birds, highly pathogenic H5N5 in 2 birds, highly pathogenic H5Nx (other subtypes) in 2 birds, low pathogenic H5Nx in 6 birds, “other Influenza A virus” in 8 birds, and no virus at all in 207 birds.

Yet the United States is already stockpiling a vaccine against H5N1 in case it spreads to human beings and causes a pandemic.

The disappearance of bugs has also been in the news. Dr. Norman Leppla, a professor of entomology at the University of Florida, said that state’s lovebug infestation has completely vanished. They used to come in massive numbers in the spring and fall around May and September with a little variation depending on if you are in the northern or southern part of the state. “It’s not subtle, they’re really not here this season,” he said in an interview published October 5, 2023. But no one is blaming that on “avian influenza.”

Wind farms are also devastating birds, as documented by German scientists in an article published in Nature on April 13, 2023. They found that populations of red-throated loons plummeted in the North Sea after five clusters of offshore wind farms were built there between 2010 and 2014. Their populations declined by an average of 94% within 1 kilometer of a wind farm and by 52% within 10 kilometers, with some population reduction at distances up to 24 kilometers.

Wind farms are also killing whales. At least 32 whales have washed up dead on the U.S. east coast in recent months, prompting a group of New Jersey legislators to call for an immediate moratorium on offshore wind farms in the area.

Communities that are waking up

Sanity has broken out in in Chhattisgarh’s Gariaband district, in the Indian village of Lachkera, home to 600 families. A village resolution prohibits the installation of any cell towers in order to protect birds. “We have learnt that the transmission towers cause radiation that is harmful; we would rather prefer to live with weak network connectivity from the adjoining locations. It’s a delight to welcome Openbill storks with the onset of the monsoon. They nest in the trees of our village and no one in the village disturbs them. We don’t permit any mobile phone service provider to establish their tower despite the pressure and temptation from them,” said Uday Nishad, the elected head of the village government.

They learned this from a field survey by scientists at C.V. Raman University that was conducted in 2017 of birds in the vicinity of the 9 cell towers in Bijapur district. Reviewing 113 studies on the ecological effects of RF radiation, the authors wrote:

“When birds are exposed to weak electromagnetic fields, they disorient and fly in all directions, which harm their natural navigational abilities. A large number of birds like pigeons, sparrows, swans are getting lost due to interference from the ‘unseen enemy’, i.e. mobile tower. It has also been noted of late that animals used near mobile towers are prone to various dangers and threats to life including still births, spontaneous abortions, birth deformities, behavioral problems and general decline on overall health. Electromagnetic pollution is a possible cause for deformations and decline of some amphibian populations too. Apart from birds and animals, electromagnetic radiation emanating from cell towers can also affect vegetable, crop and plants in its vicinity.”

They visited the areas where each cell tower was located for 2 to 3 hours in the morning and 2 to 3 hours in the evening, every day for 6 months, and counted birds — peacocks, wild ducks, crows, parrots, cuckoos, sparrows, wild pigeons, eagles, and woodpeckers. There were far fewer of every kind of bird in 2017 than there had been in a survey conducted in 2006 before the towers were erected.

It bears repeating, yet again, that influenza, whether in people, animals, or birds, is not caused by a virus and has never been demonstrated to be a contagious disease. In 1918, at the height of the Spanish influenza, attempts by medical teams in Boston and San Francisco to demonstrate the contagious nature of the flu met with complete and resounding failure. Such experiments in humans were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, the Boston Medical and Surgical Journal, and Public Health Reports. Such experiments in horses were published in Veterinary Journal. Chapters 7, 8 and 9 of my book, The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life, are devoted to a complete, detailed examination of the history and science of influenza. Chapter 16, the longest chapter in the book, is devoted in part to the effects of electromagnetic radiation on birds. Some diseases are caused by viruses, but influenza is not one of them. I suggest once again that all bird conservation organizations should acquire my book and read it carefully.

Two Hollywood stars, Mel Gibson and Ed Harris sent letters to the Malibu City Council in opposition to 5G poles planned close to their homes.

Mel Gibson is best known for his action hero roles in Mad Max and Lethal Weapon. He directed Hacksaw Ridge which won two Academy Awards. Ed Harris is an Academy Award-nominated actor, known for his performances in “The Right Stuff”, “The Abyss”, “Apollo 13”, “Pollock”, and “The Truman Show”.

• Mel Gibson’s letter on the 5G tower states:

“I oppose these planned wireless facilities — said he opposed 5G wireless installments and ask that you do what you can to slow, limit, and where possible, stop their deployment.”

• Ed Harris’s letter on the 5G towers states:

“If these towers were safe on any level, why do workers have to come in unmarked trucks in the middle of the night? I thought the city of Malibu had passed an ordinance that was supposed to keep the cell towers out of residential areas, put them along the main arteries through town, and take extra precautions in our city that has been gutted by fire a couple times in recent memory.”


“As I talk to my neighbors and we learn more about the health and fire risks associated with these cell towers, I am amazed the city has left us so defenseless.”

Gibson also stated, “There are close to 30 pending applications in residential and/or school zones with “plenty more to follow…If the Council does not act and fully exercise its legally permitted oversight, all of Malibu will soon be infested with these unattractive and unsafe facilities.”

In response to the actors’s letters as well as several other resident testimony, the Malibu City Council voted on Monday to add the issue of small cell 5G wireless facilities to their agenda for future discussion.

“The Malibu City Council response highlights how 5G and cell tower radiation is an environmental justice issue,” stated, Theodora Scarato MSW, Executive Director of Environmental Health Trust. “When famous actors speak, elected officials act. Wealthy communities have stronger laws regarding cell tower and 5G equipment. However, in many Cities the cell tower setback is ten feet from homes and schools and people’s voices of opposition are being ignored. All communties should have elected officials that listen to residents. The science indicates that 5G cell towers are not safe. Everyone should be equally protected.”

European Parliament requested a research report “Health Impact of 5G” which was released in July 2021 and concluded that commonly used RFR frequencies (450 to 6000 MHz) are probably carcinogenic for humans and affect male fertility with possible adverse effects on the development of embryos, fetuses and newborns.
A review entitled “Evidence for a health risk by RF on humans living around mobile phone base stations: From radiofrequency sickness to cancer reviewed the existing scientific literature and found radiofrequency sickness, cancer and changes in biochemical parameters (Balmori 2022).

I wonder If 5G could be responsible for the emergence of ultra-violent behaviours we see more and more in cities. Beating someone to death for nothing, jumping on his head, throwing a punch on a woman you just cross on the street and others massacre games... It's on a level of cruelty I've never witnessed before, and not just to make the buzz on net. I don't say that these people would be as nice as lambs in a "normal environment" but it's like something overdrive violent predisposition. It could be interesting to observe if an increase of violent crimes appears more around these antennas...

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation lies between wavelengths of about 400 nanometres and 10 nanometres, corresponding to frequencies of 7.5 × 1014 Hz to 3 × 1016 Hz. Most UV rays from the Sun are absorbed by the Earth's ozone layer (UV has low penetrating power, so its effects on humans are limited to the skin).

Ultra-violet (I assume you didn't mean violent?) vs 5G, well; which 5G ?

If we cannot be told what frequency range is of concern, then "5G" is not understood.

600 MHz, 800 MHz, 1.9 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 28 GHz, 39 GHz?

These are ALL 5 G wavelengths that T–Mobil / Verizon / AT&T / Sprint are using!

All for difference reasons that I cannot explain easily with out an understanding of your engineering background/exposure. 5 G is a term, like "Color TV” which is different than B&W TV, yet its still TV or (as a modern example) insurrection which traditionally always involved fire arms and military tactics, but now involves geriatric tourists (or people that look like them and were never there).

5 G really doesn't exist as a single wavelength and you can look this up and maybe you will understand how it is a refinement in the WAY the information is transmitted.

So what is it? 5 G can be 600 MHz (600,000,000) Hz OR 39 GHz (39,000,000,000) Hz

Which one? The difference is between the wavelengths requires an understanding the difference between Millions and Billions and how that energy can, or cannot penetrate trees, buildings, elevators, even people.

Then there are the transmitters. Will they be just down the block for 39 GHz, or will it be on a pole every mile or so in areas outside the city, but to have fewer transmitters, they have to use one of the lower frequencies in the 600 MHz range, yet it is also 5 G

Mayo Clinic has looked at this, and found no connections. American Cancer Society came to the same conclusion. Even a study done by the National Institute of Health came to no conclusion, and it was published in the IEEE Journal. It was a very detailed discussion of test that were run to simulate the effects of long term exposure. I have worked with vastly higher transmitters along side fellow multiple decade military vets with no issues (and we'd be the first to know, they don' take the military members safety too seriously). Plus, 5 BILLION people use cell phones around the world, and there are no connections to Cancers.

For more than 20 years, we have been using them, and still NO LINK to Cancer. When you understand how higher frequencies can barely penetrate the 1st layer of skin it makes a lot more sense, plus grasping how important the inverse square law is etc this topic looks a bit different.

Yet we know about other cancers for decades before cell phones were even invented.

Now people are trying to make a connection that just isn’t there.

T-Mobile plans to use low-band spectrum (600 MHz) as well as mid-band spectrum.

Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband network uses millimeter waves, specifically 28 GHz and 39 GHz.

AT&T's deployment strategy is to use millimeter wave spectrum for dense areas and mid and low-spectrum for rural and suburban locations.

Sprint Plans to use three spectrum bands: 800 MHz, 1.9 GHz and 2.5 GHz.

Inverse Square law basically = power drops by the inverse square of the distance.

for example:

An antenna 30 feet above ground emits power, but just 30 feet away at its base, it is 1/900 of that (inverse square of the distance).

Currently there are three federal mandates in the USA to promote wireless technologies. These are wireless broadband, wireless smart grid and smart meters.

From personal experimentation, and reading similar experiences from others globally, I consider it conspiracy fact that in the world today entrenched with microwave pollution, microwaves interfere with thoughts, induce fatigue, induce inflammation, pain, nausea, create negative emotional states etc., etc.. Using a microwave signal strength meter, I have made several observations about these signals on myself.

1. Historically they eventually always came where I spend most of my time, this is due to a non-stop cellular rollout across America) as my worst symptoms were/are always in the presence of multiple wi-fi/cellular sources. SO I MOVED as far as possible from all sources.

2. Using a microwave detector I specifically measure pulse frequencies at my head, when surrounded by cellular and wifi microwave radiation, moving to a new location will lessen the effects until it happens again etc., etc.. The more cellular antennas around me and wifi the faster I get symptoms. I have 2 meters one that measures up to 4g and another over 4 g. I also have a guass meter.

I know for a fact cell phone towers and wifi everywhere are generating these microwave pulse signals I feel and see on my meter through triangulating hotspots. I have no idea to what degree or if satellites are involved. For anyone experiencing the effects and seeing the readings this is not conspiracy theory, its conspiracy fact. In truth the microwaves being forced onto people have been exposed in multiple studies over several decades showing they resonate with DNA, penetrate flesh and bone. These signals cause emotional instability, cancer, en-train brainwaves causing aggression, stress and endless other insane effects. I have experienced them inducing anger, frustration, sadness, inability to think, depleted energy, painful inflammation, and many other additional psychological and biological complications.

This microwave insanity sponsored by the American government is required for setting up world government ahead and to keep it in place forever, all for an insane version of a “united world” increasingly keeping more of the population docile. As these signals are increasing I also continue to learn how to best cope with them. I continue retaining control of my mind, emotions, coherence and behavior by 24-7 working to reduce/avoid the signals that directly manipulate my thoughts, feelings, and behavior. And I am supposed to believe I live in a “Free” country! Knowing is understanding the battle, blocking these signals is the ONLY solution. I couldn't have overcome all this without an RF / MW (radio frequency / microwave) signal detector and a gauss meter. My advice to everyone is question mass confusion, depression, baseless thoughts or emotions that urge you to act without thinking. Reducing microwave influences WILL increase your mental and physical productivity/capacity allowing you to do what you truly desire to do. It is certainly allowed me to understand myself and political reality.

Its obvious to me using meters to measure for microwaves, increasingly high levels find me. I can go to an area and will be fine and all of a sudden get sick. Now I use meters and when they go off I take off. So what sounds insane to most people is a reality for me. I dont have cable, or a cell phone. Rarely go anywhere near cell towers. I only have a wireless internet phone. I turn it on and remain 10 feet below and 20-30 feet from it until the batt dies. I use a 12 volt screen with wired keyboard and mouse. That system is only good enough when I am secluded from wireless devices far enough to not pick up a signal from them and a half mile or more from cellular masts to prevent triangulation. It took lots of painful trial and error to figure that all out. So with a non stop cellular mast rollout in America everyday there are less places I can go/live and have to always be ready to move. To survive I currently live mobile on a boat as far as possible from the nearest cellular tower (microwave array) in a place with (for now) minimal wireless exposure. Whenever one goes up I move.

Why do I have to do that? Because wifi/cellular microwave pulse frequencies give me headaches, super loud ringing in the ears, increased heat rate, all over inflammation, lack of concentration, loss of short time memory, fatigue, sleep disturbance, dizziness, acute itchiness, depression, anger, and I also get what feels like a sunburn only on my face, and I am not in the sun! Its obvious its from microwaves 3g and up and there is a synergistic effect when combining 60 hertz emf's and microwave pulse frequencies. All the above turns me into a useless blob mentally!

I am mentally incapable to be coherent enough be outspoken against our corrupt government in that state!

There is endless evidence on the genotoxicity of cell phone/wifi radiation causing DNA damage/DNA breaks exactly what government/health and radiation "protection" organizations have been hiding. Smart phones/appliances, more than non smart wireless devices, are increasingly being connected to somatic symptoms, social dysfunction, anxiety, severe depression and poor sleep.

This is manipulating everyone's lives and (by design) nobody is told how to identify symptoms, you have to seek it out for yourself. Unless you control your environment you are bathed 24/7 in electromagnetic frequencies that are pulsed out from more sources than you can imagine. They ARE causing damage to everyone, especially children, even more to the unborn. Microwaves that are emitted by cell phones, mast towers, modems, smart meters and all ‘smart’ appliances that contain zigbee chips are two-way radio transmitters operating using microwave technologies

Because of wifi in the world today, and covert uses of it, a growing number of people suffer from EHS (electro hypersensitivity), which means with accumulative and prolonged exposure to microwave radiation from wireless technology, (which is required for the world government plan) people experience headaches, nausea, fatigue, insomnia and much more. And the damage is much worse for children, and horrific for developing fetuses. These technologically advanced modes of subjugation are designed to further disable us both biologically and mentally in preparation to implement the conditions necessary for unprecedented global totalitarian control for the planned coming age of human deconstruction (transhumanism) for the people of the world out to 2045 and beyond.

Based on the still expanding 4G network and the roll-out of the 5G network, the number of active IoT devices in the US is expected to grow year-over-year until 2030. In 2020 it reached 2 billion, by 2023 there were 3.2 billion, by 2030 if all goes as planned there will be at least 6.5-8 billion active wireless devices in the USA radically increasing radiation delivery to populations over what there is today. To meet all the Sustainable development goals is 1 trillion wireless devices connected globally by 2050. Why the need to radically increase radiation density everywhere through what's called an "underlying network of components" in the years ahead?

The digital public infrastructure (DPI) will require radical increases in RF exposures through the use of connected smart devices used for surveillance and control that combines digital ID, central bank digital currencies [CBDC], vaccine passports, carbon footprint tracking data, 15-minute smart cities, future lockdowns and systems of social credit expanding the Digital Public Infrastructure. The plan is to consolidate banking, education, healthcare, voting, government, payroll, and benefits distributed through smartphones. All of that is part of a broader plan toward never ending Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Small cells are key to Sustainable Development Goals and ever-increasing radiation delivery to populations dependent on smartphones, devices and access points to exist within the system of connected wireless devices, access points and sensors.

The revolving door between government and the telecommunications industry make rapid deployment possible through the NCTA and CITA increasingly year after year lobbying more and more congressional bills using billions of dollars of money power invested lobbying, which ramped up to almost 1 billion alone between 2012-2014 to get them to the 2020 deployment goals and beyond.

The man who led industry lobbying and a major cover-up of wireless toxicity is Tom Wheeler who not only supervised an industry funded 25 million research study on the harmful effects of wireless, he handpicked the research leader, who officially concluded all wireless is harmless. After this activity as head of the NCTA, Tom Wheeler was nominated FCC chairman by Barack Obama when he was President. The former FCC chairmen Michael Powell became head of the NCTA. The former FCC commissioner Jonathan Adelstein became head of the Wireless Infrastructure Association. And Meredith Baker, another former FCC commissioner, became head of the CTIA.

Lets make a list of what the American people deserve to understand about the FCC, want to join in making a list of what the people do not know? I will start!

• The FCC is using standards that cannot be scientifically connected to the spectrum employed.

• For decades the FCC has been presented with evidence that remains unexamined and unacknowledged.

• All wireless communications devices communicate via modulating pulsations, smart devices and smartphones pulse much more than non-smart ones. That makes them more toxic and the FCC ignores the proven toxicity of pulsation.

• Since 1996 we the people have not been permitted to properly challenge the FCC in regard to how they had failed to undertake a proper assessment of radiation delivery to the population. Or to question the FCC's approach to regulation to challenge its guidelines.

• The FCC is increasingly and aggressively restricting local government's control over restricting radiation delivery into peoples homes while, at the same time, supporting and promoting the deployment of 5G and other next-generation wireless services through a "smart" infrastructure policy.

• The FCC is pushing the smart infrastructure, using small cells, designed for massive increases in data density represented in the image. In this "smart infrastructure" the polarized wave form increases with that increase in density. The bioactive effects increasingly become more prominent as our bodies increasingly react to the spectrum, and that is not covered in the FCC Safety Standards.

• There is a proven error in the design in the FCC guidelines being used; the omission of the fact about how every human cellular process is controlled by electrical fields. The “error” in the standards used has been identified repeatedly in the public domain for decades, showing hard evidence of severe adverse effects from wireless radiation. This error is clearly how misinformation is supplied and used by the FCC, telecommunications industry, its lobbyists, its government partners, its political enablers, the mainstream media and employed academic enablers.

• In 2021, the FCC lost a federal lawsuit concerning its reliance on 1996 guidelines. The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. ruled that the FCC’s decision not to re-assess the adequacy of 1996 exposure guidelines was “arbitrary, capricious, and not evidence-based.”

The court reviewed over 11,000 pages of evidence in the landmark case. “The court found the FCC had failed to provide evidence of properly examining long-term exposure, children’s vulnerability, the testimony of people injured by radiation sickness and impacts to the developing brain and reproductive system.”

Additionally, that forced radiation delivery degrades the operation of the innate and adaptive immune system, it would increase the likelihood that our immune systems could not counteract the exposure to the ongoing coronavirus (or any virus) as nature intended. The New Hampshire House introduced Bill 1487 “An ACT relative to the health effects of 5G technology” which calls for educating the public on the health risks of wireless radiation, ensuring cell towers are at least 500 meters from homes and schools and replacing Wi-Fi with non wireless technology in schools.

The New Hampshire House introduced Bill 1487 “An ACT relative to the health effects of 5G technology” states:

“Findings. The general court strongly encourages the state to move forward with the deployment of fiber optic cable connectivity, internal wired connections, and optical wireless to serve all commercial and public properties statewide. The general court further strongly encourages health care facilities to establish RF-radiation free zones where employees and visitors can seek refuge from the effects of wireless RF-radiation.”

New Hampshire House Bill 1487 states that the department of environmental services shall:

• Include links on the departmental website that contains information about radiofrequency radiation (RF-radiation) from all sources, including from 5G small cells deployed on public rights-of-way. Such information shall also contain guidance on the proper use of cell phones to minimize exposure to RF-radiation.
• Make public service announcements on radio, television, print media, and the Internet to warn of the health risks associated with radiation exposure, including warnings concerning newborns, children, and pregnant women.
• Develop exposure warning signs for posting in commercial and public buildings concerning RF-radiation levels.
• Require that every pole or other structure in the public rights-of-way holding a 5G antenna to be labeled indicating RF-radiation being emitted from the antenna. Such label shall be posted at eye level and printed in such a way that it is legible from 9 feet away.
• Adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to performing RF-radiation frequency signal strength measurements in areas around wireless facilities in order to evaluate signal characteristics known to be deleterious to human health. Such rules shall take into account the impulsive nature of high-data-rate radiation that a growing body of evidence shows as having a significantly greater negative impact on human health than does continuous radiation. Such rules shall enable the summative effects of multiple radiation sources to be measured. Such rules shall consider safety limits that shall protect trees, plants, birds, insects, and pollinators from damage by RF-radiation exposure.
• Publish a continually updated map of RF-radiation exposure levels across the state using data submitted by certified home inspectors under RSA 310-A:190.

Home inspectors shall be trained to measure the intensity of RF-radiation when doing inspections. Home inspectors shall send measurements of RF-radiation to the department of environmental services for publication on a map of state exposure levels under RSA 12-K:15, VI.

Wireless antennas should not be less than 500 meters away from a residence, business, or school.

Measures to reducing Wi-Fi exposure to children in schools

• The board shall develop a plan to be implemented in every school district to migrate from wireless Internet connections for computers, laptops, tablets, and other wireless devices to Internet connections that are either hard-wired or optical connections within 5 years of the effective date of this section.
• A chartered public school shall develop a plan to migrate from wireless Internet connections for computers, laptops, tablets, and other wireless devices to Internet connections that are either hard-wired or optical connections within 5 years of the effective date of this section.

Environmental Health Trust applauds New Hampshire lawmakers for putting forward legislation to protect the public and environment. An ever growing body of scientific evidence documents adverse effects from RF radiation at exposure levels well below FCC limits with research findings that include cancer, the induction of oxidative stress, epigenetic effects, impacts to neurotransmitters, memory, brain development and damage to the immune, endocrine, hematological and reproductive system. Further, studies have found impacts to tree canopy, plant growth, pollinator health and the orientation, migration and breeding of wildlife. The science clearly indicates that wireless networks create harmful interference in humans as well as flora and fauna.
Hundreds of experts worldwide are recommending policies that reduce wireless radiation to the public and environment. Scarato pointed to recommendations of the Santa Clara Medical Association Best Practices for Technology in Schools, the New Hampshire Commission and the EMF Scientist Appeal.
Yet the Federal Communication Commission’s RF human exposure limits remain almost entirely unchanged since 1996 and they are designed only to protect against heating effects of short term exposures, not biological impacts from long term exposure.
On August 13, 2021, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled in our case against the FCC that its refusal to update its human exposure limits (which includes cell tower emissions) was “arbitrary and capricious.” One of the most important aspects of the court decision was that the court found the FCC did not adequately explain why it ignored scientific evidence on impacts from long term wireless radiation exposure, especially in regards to children and the environment. The court ordered the FCC to examine the record evidence regarding long term exposure to children. So far, the FCC has not responded. Thus, this landmark ruling highlights how no federal health agency has reviewed the full body of current research to ensure current safety standards are protective.

Environmental Health Trust Executive Director Theodora Scarato presented a scientific poster on children, cell phone radiation, law and policy at the Digital Media and Developing Minds 2023 Congress held in Washington DC with the Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development as well as to the American Public Health Association Conference.

In 2019 the New Hampshire government passed House Bill 522 “An act establishing a commission to study the environmental and health effects of evolving 5G technology.” The Commission released its Final Report on Commission to Study the Environmental and Health Effects of Evolving 5G Technology in 2020 with findings that safety assurance for wireless technology “come into question because of the thousands of peer-reviewed studies documenting deleterious health effects associated with cellphone radiation exposure.” In its report the Commission issued 15 recommendations and House Bill 1487 contains most of these recommendations.

Scarato pointed to the following expert recommendations:

• The Santa Clara Medical Association Best Practices for Technology in schools recommends reducing Wi-Fi exposure and restricting cell towers near schools.
• The California Department of Health released an advisory on how to reduce cell phone radiation stating children may be more at risk and “Although the science is still evolving, some laboratory experiments and human health studies have suggested the possibility that long-term, high use of cell phones may be linked to certain types of cancer and other health effects.” Recommendations include, “Parents should consider reducing the time their children use cell phones and encourage them to turn the devices off at night.”
• The Maryland State Children’s Environmental Health And Protection Advisory Council, whose 19 member Commission includes experts in public health, pediatricians, state health and environment agencies and legislators issued a report recommending reducing wireless exposure to children in schools and homes.

The National Toxicology Program Study on Cell Phone Radiation and Cancer

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) nominated the National Toxicology Program to perform large scale animal studies of radio frequency radiation (RFR) used by cell phones for an NTP study “because of widespread public use of cell phones and limited knowledge about potential health effects from long-term exposure”.

What did the studies find?

The NTP studies found that chronic exposure to RFR used by cell phones was associated with:

• Clear evidence of tumors in the hearts of male rats. The tumors were malignant schwannomas.
• Some evidence of tumors in the brains of male rats. The tumors were malignant gliomas.
• Some evidence of tumors in the adrenal glands of male rats. The tumors were benign, malignant, or complex combined pheochromocytoma.
• DNA damage: Specifically, they found RFR exposure was linked with significant increases in DNA damage in:

• • the frontal cortex of the brain in male mice,
  • the blood cells of female mice, and
  • the hippocampus of male rats.

During the New Hampshire Commission 5G Hearings the NTP scientists clarified that the NTP study found effects at non thermal levels.

“New Hampshire Commissioner Denise Ricciardi: I am still not clear. Your study was designed to test non heating damage. You found damage so doesn’t that mean that FCC assumption that only heating can cause damage is incorrect and no longer accurate? Would you agree?”

“National Toxicology Program scientist Michael Wyde: A lot of people believe unless you heat tissues, you won’t see health effects with RF. This study disproves that as we did not have over heating but we did see damage.”

Criticisms of the Study are Unfounded!

The NTP Findings are Valid!

Afte the NTP final reports of “clear evidence of cancer” were released the study was criticised by industry loyal groups such as ICNIRP. The FDA stated they “did not agree” with the findings in non peer reviewed articles. In response to these unjustified criticisms by the FDA ans ICNIRP, experts have published science based articles on the importance of the NTP study to understanding human health risks:
Ronald Melnick PhD published several articles:

• “Commentary on the utility of the National Toxicology Program study on cell phone radiofrequency radiation data for assessing human health risks despite unfounded criticisms aimed at minimizing the findings of adverse health effects” in Environmental Research, debunking widely circulated criticisms of the NTP study. • “ICNIRP’S Evaluation of the National Toxicology Program’s Carcinogenicity Studies on Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields” published in Health Physics debunking ICNIRPs conclusions.

Lennart Hardell MD published “Comments on the US National Toxicology Program technical reports on toxicology and carcinogenesis study in rats …” in the International Journal of Oncology.
Dr. Melnick has also sent scientific letters to those who have criticised the NTP study clarifying the facts:

Published Findings of DNA Damage:

NTP scientists also published a paper on the DNA damage found entitled “Evaluation of the genotoxicity of cell phone radiofrequency radiation in male and female rats and mice following subchronic exposure”

“In conclusion, these results suggest that exposure to RFR is associated with an increase in DNA damage.”

• “We Have No Reason to Believe 5G is Safe,”

the article points to research conducted by Joel M. Moskowitz from the University of California, Berkeley suggesting that cellular technology in general, including Wi-Fi and 5G, are significantly more harmful to human health than the government and telecommunication industry would have us all believe.

Moskowitz points to a recent announcement by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that it plans to reaffirm the same radio frequency radiation (RFR) exposure limits that were previously adopted back in the early 1990s – long before the introduction of not just 5G but also 4G, 3G, 2G, and even Wi-Fi itself.

In other words, the FCC is relying on decades-old “science” to declare that all forms of RFR are completely safe, which is about the most unscientific thing it could possibly do as a supposed “regulator.”

There are currently 50+ federal bills being endorsed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and many elected officials which allow telecom companies to install 5G small cell tower infrastructure in residential yards, public rights of ways, historical districts, and pretty much everywhere they damn well please.
