• 01. IEEE – Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers

The World’s Largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the “benefit” of humanity.

What is this Organization Comprised of?

Physicists, Chemists, Engineers, Electricians, Radio Engineers, Computer Networking and anyone dealing the any of these kinds of technologies.

They are the World’s Largest international society of BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERS.

They make all the standards for the Internet and Wireless system – worldwide. They are involved in forming Public Policy for ALL World Governments.
They are in 190 countries with 64% of their Organization Membership located OUTSIDE the United States.

• They have more than 5 million papers published with more than 200,000 added annually and sponsor 2,000 conferences and events in 106 countries.
• They have 3,700 branches at Colleges and Universities in over 100 countries.
• They have 3,625 Student branch Chapters of the IEEE technical societies.

The IEEE sets the Standards that ALL businesses and governments worldwide must adhere to – for example, they set the standards for all Wireless Routers and all electrical appliances and toys. They control the electronic and wireless data world with these standards.

• 02. Biofield

The Human Body is electrical and has an Electromagnet Field. All the chemical reactions in the body are mediated by an electrical signal that goes through our systems.

The biofield or biological field – is a complex organizing energy field engaged in generation, maintenance and regulation of the homeodynamics (system). From NIH Website.

There are numerous medical journal articles and white papers that discuss using the electricity produced by the human body as a conductor for a wireless power transfer.

The biofield is the “scientifically accepted” term in Western Medicine. In other cultures through history it has also been referred to as “CHI” or “Prana”. It is the Life Force that is emitted through all living things.

Your body naturally has electromagnetic frequency waves from your biofield. This is what is being measured on an EEG in a hospital for signs of Life.

Knowledge of the biofield was removed from public teachings and western medicine through the Flexner report in 1910. It was then hidden in academia all these years and it has been developed upon the A.I. and Biomedical Engineering tech industry. Technologies using the biofield have been deployed on the population without a persons knowledge or consent.

The Biofield is a Body Part. We all have one. They have been using this for their technology, COVERTLY – without our consent, for a very long time.

• 03. Biosensors

Biosensor – A biosensor is an integrated receptor-transducer device, which can convert a biological response into an electrical signal. The design and development of biosensors have taken center stage for researchers of scientists in the recent decade owing to the wide range of biosensor applications, such as healthcare and disease diagnosis, environmental monitoring, water and food quality monitoring, and drug delivery.

Biosensors have been around since 1956 (the first being electro-chemical), there were made commercially available in 2010 and many different kinds of biosensors have been developed and are used for all sorts of different things.

There are several kinds of Biosensors: Optical - (using photons and light), Piezoelectric - (using crystals and is more acoustic based), Electrochemical, and Hybridized Synthetic Biology.

There are a million ways that Biosensors have been put into Human Bodies without a persons knowledge or consent, ie – water, air, food, medicines, etc.

Biosensors also have the ability to Modify the DNA of the subject.

They are MICRO and NANO in scale and located in the Interstitial Fluid in between Cells. *They are VERY, VERY small.

Biosensors use your bodies natural electric energy to power themselves and emit a Data Signal that is connected to the Internet of Things – IoT. They communicate with Electricity, just like your cell phone. Cell Phones can be “Bootstrapping” devices for biosensors – meaning they can help transfer signals to and from your body.

Biosensors that are made out of Hybridizing your DNA emit a signal using electrochemical elements such as Light and can be controlled using Optogenetics (controlling biological systems through light).

During Covid-19, these Biosensors were being pinged or hit by Electromagnetic Frequencies and that could lead to weakening your biofield (80% of your immune system). There are 4 Main Components of a Biosensor:

01. Analyte – a chemical or biological material that gives the electron reaction as it is connected. It could be your DNA or a protein, it is the thing in your body that is about to be analyzed.

02. Receptor – also known as the Recognition Layer that binds to the target components. This can be cells, enzymes, and/or acids.

03. Transducer – acts as an interface which measures the production that occurs with the Bioceptor, transforms energy into measurement. Can be accomplished through Optical - (using photons and light), Piezoelectric - (using crystals and is more acoustic based), Electrochemical, and Hybridized Synthetic Biology.

• 04. Signal – Component that displays the information.

What the Biosensors are Used for:

a. Analysis of Living Subjects remotely can use anything in your body (blood, glucose, etc.). Meaning you can be Analyzed Remotely or Wirelessly. YES, this is the technology that is being hidden from us and we ARE being Analyzed with this very technology right now.

b. Obtain Sample, Analyze and Submit Data

• 04. IEEE 802.15

IEEE 802.15.4 – Dealing with the Standards for Communication with Portable Devices – Bodies Included. These 802.15 standards deal with the connectivity of your body as a node on their network to the cloud – their private internet. The IEEE 802.15.4 – has to do with the how the MAC ID Addresses are created that people are emitting now. It is for low data rate wireless connectivity for Fixed, Portable and Moving Devices with very little battery / energy consumption.

This standard provides Modes for Precision Ranging.

IEEE 802.15.6 – Dealing with Standards for Inter Body Communication – communication from within the Body going Outside the Body. Deals with short range wireless communications in the vicinity INSIDE the body.

It uses Industrial Scientific Medical Bands as well as frequency bands approved by national medical or regulatory authorities. It uses very low power and has data rates of up to 10mb per second is required.

• 05. Wireless Body Area Network – The WBAN

Our Bodies are being used as a communications propagation system since 1995.

A Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) or a Body Sensor Network connects independent Nodes (like sensors and actuators) that are situated in the CLOTHES, ON the Body, or under the Skin (in the body) of a person.

WBAN – What is inside the WBAN? In other words, what makes up the Computer Network inside your body?

NANO – inside your of your BAN – Body Area Network.

Your Body Area Network – BAN is inside your PAN – your Personal Area Network.

PAN – is the computer electronic devices in your personal workspace.

PAN – is in side the LAN – Local Area Network

LAN is a network in limited area like a University campus.

So one network sits inside another which sits inside another and it’s like an onion layer of networks.

Basically, we are inside a Wireless Digital Prison System which can all be remote controlled.

• 06. IoB – Internet of Bodies

IoB is a growing industry of devices that monitor the human body, collect health and other personal information, and transmit that data over the Internet.

Researchers who have been finding Nanotechnology when they are looking at the blood under the microscope need to understand that there is an industry of people who work daily jobs who are regulating these Nano-Networks. These are biosensors and components that make up the Wireless Body Area Network and the Internet of Bodies.

Why did they want this System Upgrade? It was like going from Dial Up to Broadband. It allows them to program, send and receive information at high rates of speed. They use the vaccines as a delivery system to insert the needed components.

• 07. Energy Harvesting Your Body to Run a "Terahertz Network"

We are the Nodes and we are the Energy Powering the Nodes.

It is this network and the frequencies they are running through our biofield that is causing illnesses.

• 08. Wireless Healthcare – How they Control Your Health -- 43.11

IEEE EMBS – is the world’s largest International Society of Biomedical Engineers (those who strive to “improve health” by biological, medical and now frequency mechanisms vial WBAN.) The new field is now Wireless Healthcare.

Terms that fit under “Wireless Healthcare” are: Precision Healthcare (Artificial Intelligence), Designer Drugging (individually tailored), Electroceuticals, Nanothermonostics, Biomedical Tissue Engineering, and Regenerative Medicine.

This wireless healthcare and the subcategories is the 4th industrial revolution with the covert focus of changing your DNA, bringing in Transhumanism and connecting your body with the Cloud.

These Biomedical Engineers are becoming our New Doctors – our new Healthcare Providers. The Electrical Engineers are the new Medical Doctors.

Most doctors have NO clue what’s going on and are totally unaware that this technology even exists let alone is being used successfully right now. The medical field has always been an industry of lies.

• 09. Medical Body Area Network

Medica Body Area Network was first reported by the FCC in 2012.
The FCC expanded the Part 95 MedRadio rules to permit the development of new Medical Body Area Network (MBAN) devices in the 2360 – 2400 MHz Band and propose procedures for selecting a party to register and coordinate MBAN use of 2360 – 2390 MHz portion of the band.

The MBAN technology will provide a flexible platform for the wireless networking of multiple Body Transmitters used for the purpose of measuring and recording physiological parameters and other patient information or for performing Diagnostic or Therapeutic functions, primarily in health care facilities. This platform will enhance patient safety, care and comfort by reducing the need to physically connect sensors to essential monitoring equipment by cables and wires. Our decision herein is the latest in a series of actions to expand the spectrum available for wireless medical use.

They are flat out indicating that the sensors will be inside the human body and there will be no need for wires and cables.

That means that your body contains the tools to diagnose and treat.
Gosh, what could go wrong with this kind of technology when in the hands of these evil bast*rd?

The Hospitals will use the MBAN and a Software called OMNET to report data from Human Bodies to the Cloud. This was done in hospitals during COVID.

Hope and Tivon did a report with Todd Calender about this data being reported to a database in ISRAEL.

Pfizer Study C459001 – 44,000 military personnel soldiers and family members were secretly tested for DNA changes and the data was transported in REAL TIME to a company in Israel.

*Note: I looked up a couple studies on this and could not connect the dots, but I will take Todd Calender and Hope’s word. I don’t believe all 44,000 were military unless I am looking up the wrong studies.

Hope says the state of Israel is the Cyber Hub for the Covid WBAN Data.

• 10. Project Salus

Covid Body Wireless Area Network (COV-WBAN) – They have a database and a Wireless Body Area Network through something called: "Project Salus", which is a Pentagon effort that provided Predictive Logistics tools for Covid-19 response to the command.

Many of the 5G Towers that were rushed up during the Covid Lockdown when no one else was allowed to work, say COV-19 inside on the Circuit Board.

• 11. The Internet Of Behavior – IoB

Internet of Behavior (IoB) offers a revolutionary way to monitor, control and model human behavior. *Yes, control human behavior – remotely. They are doing this NOW.

IoB – is a system that uses Sensors and other technologies to monitor, analyze, and predict human behavior.

It combines Artificial Intelligence (A.I.), Machine Learning (ML), big data analytics, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, mobile applications, wearable devices, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), robotics automation systems, and more into one comprehensive platform for collecting behavioral data from individuals or groups.

• 12. Bio Photonics / Optogenetics / Visible Light Communication (VLC)

Biophotonics – is a field of biology and photonics that combines the interaction of light and biological materials.

Optigenetics – is a biological technique to control the activity of neurons or other cell types with light. This is achieved by expression of light-sensitive ion channels, pumps or enzymes specifically in the targeted cells.

Biosensors could be used to make a change to peoples receptors within their body. For people who’s receptors have been changed, they can be more sensitive to certain kinds of light signaling from the environment or a wireless network.

Visible Light Communication (VLC) – in telecommunications, visible light communication of the visible light as a transmission medium. VLC is a subset of Optical Wireless Communications technology. The technology uses Fluorescent Lamps to transmit signals 10 kbit/s, ore LED’s for up to 500 MB/S over short distances.

Do you see those new Blue Lamps. Some cities say they were ordered by accident. Liars. It is not by accident. They can be used to control people.

These special LED Blue Lights were set up right at the same time the 5G Towers were being set up. Go figure.



They also are putting special LED lights in offices and they blink or pulse so fast that people don’t even realize it, just like inside a computer, that is how data is transferred – that is how data can be transferred between WBAN’s. • 13. Weaknesses In Their System

The leaders in this industry give presentations where they clearly list the obstacles or weaknesses in their technology that they struggled to overcome. Below is a list of examples. This is why they needed to UPGRADE the System with the Covid Plandemic in order to get the technologies to work well enough to achieve agenda objectives.

They could not get the Electromagnetic Waves across the Old Network.
Problems with the Old System: Free Space, Signal Absorption, Interference, Line of Sight Propagation, Fading, Doppler Effects, DISTANCE (especially 60GHz and THz bands), Energy Consumption and Coverage.

• 14. Cyber-Physical Backbone

New System Infrastructure includes everything – they are now connected and communicating with each other: 5G Towers, Satellites, Metamaterials, Fiber optics, etc.

A Cyber Physical System (CPS) – is an intelligent computer A.I. system in which a mechanism is controlled or monitored by computer-based algorithms.

A Backbone or Core Network – is a part of a computer network which interconnects networks, providing a path for the Exchange of Information between different Local Area Networks (LAN’s) or subnetworks. A Backbone can tie together diverse networks in the same building, in different buildings on a campus environment or over wide areas.

Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are converging over time to include a common emphasis on hybrid systems of interacting digital, analog, physical and human components (from NIST - National Institute of Standards and Technology).

“Load Balancing” – a term that means to test the ability to transmit signals over the new networks they just installed.

This is where the good ole Covid Jabs come into play. They wanted to get the Graphene in the Blood and Tissue of the population so they could load balance or test the communication of the WBAN.

IEEE Paper – Industrial Cyberphysical Systems: A Backbone of the Fourth Industrial Revolution – (PDF Link in Sources) – This infrastructure was all deployed at once in 2017, the same year the Terahertz Metamaterials were deployed.

• 15. The System Upgrade – What Does It Look Like?

Even with all the technology they had developed up until this point, it still wasn’t doing what they wanted it to, meaning to control humans at the levels of speed and efficiency they needed. So they did a Full System Uprgrade.

This upgrade was initiated in 2017 when they installed the infrastructure for the new system known as the Cyber-Physical Backbone. No one in the non tech world even noticed. The IEEE world however knew all about it.

Once the infrastructure was deployed they then graphenated the population through creating a FAKE pandemic, making people shelter in place (for better tracking and tracing abilities) and injected most of the worlds population with graphene. They needed the graphene injected (big difference from bioaccumulation) in peoples bodies for the amplification of the signals.

The new system with the graphenated population is now ready for deployment of the 15 Minute Smart Cities as a means to completely control the worlds population.

• 16. Methods

Over the past few decades the following government projects played a role in moving the world toward their ultimate goal. Each one is an area to research.

Mosaic Warfare – is a concept that involves sending a large number of weapon and sensor platforms at the enemy to overwhelm them. From DARPA using, The Internet of Military of Things (IoTM) a class of the Internet of Things for combat operations and warfare.

Project Maven – Defense Department initiative to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning across operations to extract objects of interests from imagery. Started by Google and taken over by the Pentagon. Many Google employees left when they realized that the program would be used on Civilians in Mosaic Warfare.

Global Information Grid – a network of information transmission and processing maintained by the United States Department of Defense.

Lethal Autonomous Weapon System (LAWS) – a type of autonomous military system that can independently search for and engage targets based on program constraints and descriptions. LAWS are also know as lethal autonomous weapons systems, autonomous weapons systems, robotics weapons or robot killers.

Network Centric Warfare – also called network-centric operations of net-centric warfare, is a military doctrine or theory of war that aims to translate an information advantage, enabled partly by information technology, into a competitive advantage through the computer networking of dispersed forces. It was pioneered by the United States Department of Defense in the 1990’s.

• 17. The Pentagon And Artificial Intelligence – A.I.

The Department of Defense held an A.I. symposium in 2020.

A DoD directive was issued to deploy A.I.

How nanotechnologies are shaping the future of warfare

Throughout human history, technological progress has been inseparably intertwined with advances in military weaponry. Through the ages we can see how new inventions revolutionized both the living standards of society and the advancement of warfare technology. The Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age led to a progression of wooden, stone and metal weapons from arrows and bows to spears, axes, swords, chariots, and heavy siege weapons. With the invention of gunpowder in ninth-century China, chemical explosives entered the stage. While initially intended for use in pyrotechnics, it saw widespread use throughout the world in the development of small firearms and artillery guns. In the early 20th century, World War I became a flash point for the development of various advanced warfare technologies not only for ground wars (long and short range guns, tanks, chemical weapons) but also for emerging air forces (aircraft, helicopters) and navies (battle ships, submarines). The full-scale demonstration of these technologies appeared during World War II in addition to the development (and use) of the first nuclear weapons. The second half of the 20th century witnessed the moon race between the large superpowers USSR and USA, which led to the development of ever more powerful missiles. In addition, great emphasis was given to the development of ever more lethal weapons of mass destruction in the form of NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) technologies despite a range of international treaties against the development and use of such weapons. This period also saw an increased emphasis on the development of protective technologies such as armour, camouflage, and stealth.

The rise of new technologies
The rapid emergence and confluence of nanotechnologies, biotechnologies and information technologies in the past two decades is having a huge impact on the development of military technologies. Some examples:

Nanotechnology-enabled new structural materials: High strength, light weight, corrosion and heat resistant structural materials (metals, alloys, ceramics, polymers, composites).

Thin-films made of nanocarbons that can be deposited onto surfaces for electrically active coatings.

Nanocomposites and [B]engineered nanoparticles for high-energy munitions.

Nanometals and energy-absorbing nanomaterials [B]for armaments.
Self Decontaminating Surfaces exploiting surface structures of nanomaterials.

'Smart' equipment including protective clothing, armours and ammunition; improved low observability (camouflage); sensing and mitigation of threats from landmines and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) warfare agents.

Biotechnology-enabled sensor technology, biocomputing, bioengineered materials, biofuels, etc. Also military performance enhancement or wound stabilization and treatment. The darker side of application of biotechnology include the genetic modification of pathogenic materials including virus to cause bioweapons of mass extinction.

Information technology (involving hardware, algorithms, and software) already has brought revolutionary changes in several military domains such as surveillance, communication, data transmission and cryptography. Advanced C4ISR capabilities – standing for Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) – provide an advantage through situational awareness, knowledge of the adversary and environment, and shortening the time between sensing and response.

Integrating various components of these technologies into an Internet of Military Things (IoMT) for combat operations, complete with artificial intelligence algorithms, advanced sensor technologies, and autonomous weaponry such as drones, will determine the shape and scope of futuristic battlefield scenario [1]. Future warfare technologies that will be greatly influenced by nanotechnologies include stealth, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), precision-guided weapons, as well as miniaturized firearms, sensors, and energy harvesting technologies. Below we address several aspects that will be greatly impacted by future military technologies:

Smart Soldiers
Since prehistoric times, soldiers have been indispensable in fighting wars for any army – but their technology has changed immensely. For instance, the price of providing soldiers with modern communications and surveillance equipment comes with a heavy price – literally. It has been reported that the average weight of batteries carried by US Army combat personnel in Afghanistan could amount to 4.5kg – with some soldiers carrying 11-13kg depending on their battlefield role. Considering that a modern infantry soldier will carry equipment weighing 30-50kg, the need to reduce this burden has becomes a pressing issue for military R&D. In this context, very intensive efforts are being made by researchers to develop nanotechnology-driven textiles embedded with nanosensor elements for CBRN threats, insulated and water proof fabrics, together with light weight bullet and splinter protection. Furthermore, textiles embedded with photovoltaic, thermoelectric, or piezoelectric nanomaterials for energy harvesting and storage will reduce the dependence on conventional batteries. Integrating all these technologies will result in a dynamic, lightweight and comfortable-to-wear battle suit. Nanomaterial-enabled light-weight body armour Replacing the currently in use heavy-weight body armour (14-15 kg) is a strong R&D focus. Materials that meet the criterion for an armour should not only prevent the penetration of a bullet but should also have elastic energy for bouncing off or deflecting the bullet. Instead of the dense ceramics and steel that are currently used, various nanomaterials such as magnetic and nonmagnetic ceramics as well as carbon based systems have emerged as ultra light weight materials. Among them, carbon nanomaterials including carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene are of great interest for the fabrication of ultra-light body armours because of their attributes:

Ultra-light weight

Formation of high strength composites particularly in polymer and ceramic matrices

Blends of CNTs in polymer fibers such as Kevlar, Zylon, and polyethylene, give rise to composites showing low density, high mechanical strength, thermal resistance to degradation and absorption to high-energy appears to be right choice for light weight body armours. For example, the simulation results show that a CNT may stop a bullet without through penetration, as shown in Fig 1a. This is attributed to the length of CNT, showing a linear relationship with absorption energy (Fig 1b), absorbing the kinetic energy.

A minimum of six layers of woven nanotube yarn material at a thickness of 600 µm should be sufficient to absorb 320 J of the muzzle energy in the impact area

The mechanical properties of graphene, such as Young's modulus, which measures the resistance to deformation, are very large: >1 TPa even better than CNT and diamond. As shown in Fig 1c, theoretically graphene sheet with honeycomb 2D structure may deflect a bullet like a volleyball on a net

Moreover, the specific penetration energy, that is, resistance to the kinetic energy penetration, for multilayer graphene is ∼10 times more than that for macroscopic steel sheets at a bullet speed of 600 ms???1 thereby making it a much more stronger candidate with much lighter in weight than any other existing material.

In view of the practical difficulty of fabricating stand-alone armour for a soldier, composites of graphene and CNT put together in a polymer matrix e.g., polythene is demonstrated to provide a stronger bullet proof armour of <70% lighter in weight than that of the currently used body armours.

Nanomaterials for detection, protection, and decontamination of chemical and biological warfare agents (CBWAs)

Nanomaterials, because of their atoms / molecules available on the surface as compared to those in the core (high surface to volume ratio), are of particular interest for detection, protection and decontamination of CBRN warfare agents. Nanomaterials in different geometrical shapes such as rods, wires, particles of metal oxides, carbon nanomaterials (CNT, graphene), transition metal chalcogenides and other 2D materials, self-assembled molecules and metal-organic framework (MOF) structures, etc, are under intensive investigation to develop sensors for different kinds of chemical and biological (warfare) agents. The major advantages of nanosensors for the detection of threats from chemical or biological warfare agents include their low cost and low power consumption without compromising their sensing response. Typical nanoenabled chemical and biosensors are shown in Fig. 2a,b below.

Some of the nano metal oxides, for example, TiO2, CuxO (x=1,2), ZnO, γ-Al2O3, WO3, MoO3, MgO, and CaO, acting as heterogeneous catalyst, have shown potential to decompose and decontaminate surfaces contaminated by chemical warfare agents [6].

Nanoenabled energy harvesting and storage devices

The battery load carried by soldiers could be reduced to a great extent by harvesting energy from renewable sources such as solar energy, waste heat and even the soldiers themselves from kinetic motion or body heat. Nano-enabled photovoltaic, thermoelectric, and piezoelectric devices, besides being very light in weight, are being developed in different configurations and could even be embedded in a soldier's uniform itself [6]. Some examples include: Ultrathin organic photovoltaic device: Recently, a group of Japanese researchers have demonstrated to fabricate an ultra thin flexible organic photovoltaic devices with efficiency ∼7.9% based on a new material called PNTz4T (Fig. 3a). The fabrics (Fig 3b) integrated with such photovoltaic devices are also washable [7].

Thermoelectric devices based on nanomaterials: A thermoelectric device is meant for converting heat energy into electrical energy, which is based on the Seebeck effect. Generally speaking, the efficiency of thermoelectric materials is low. However, the advancement in nanotechnology has led to the development of wearable thermoelectric devices, capable of converting human body heat into electricity of several µW. Nanomaterials, such as bismuth telluride, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, are of great significance for such applications, with better efficiencies. Batteries: Currently, lithium-ion batteries, having high energy density, long life and with rechargeable characteristics, are the preferred choice for powering portable electronic devices, including those used by the soldiers. The use of nanomaterials for electrodes may reduce the weight penalty without hampering battery performance. In this context, graphene has emerged as very attractive cathode material for making flexible thin films cathodes to replace conventional current collectors, such as aluminium and copper, without hampering the electron transfer efficiency. Further, graphene embedded with tin oxide nanoparticles as anode together with current collector (Fig. 4), exhibits very high anode capacity and electrochemical stability.

To mimic a chameleon's ability to repeatedly change its colour to blend into various backgrounds (Fig.5a,b),[8] has long been a challenge for military camouflage researchers.

Adaptive camouflage is a very attraction proposition to deceive enemies??? target and signature acquisition and management. Various nanostructured materials are in the R&D stage, giving hope to achieve the goal of adaptive camouflage. In this regard, nanomaterials showing chromogenicity, i.e., a change in color on applying external stimuli such as light (photochromic), heat (thermochromic), electrical (electrochromic) or magnetic (magnetochromic) fields, are strong candidates to realize adaptive camouflage.

Nano Drones
Already, militaries and terrorist organisations alike have started making use of drones – which are hard to detect due to their small size – in their operations such as ground reconnaissance, surveillance, dropping of materials and weapons in hostile areas (Fig.6 a-c) [10].

Future nano drones along with their integration of miniaturized GPS, antennas, flight control systems, and satellite communication systems through Internet of Things (IoT) technologies will make them very strong candidates for surveillance operations. Further advancements in drone technology open the possibility of achieving insect-sized flying machines, which are capable of entering a building undetected (and return safely) to perform functions such as information gathering or weapons deployment. Such next-generation drones are likely to play a dominant role in urban warfare scenarios.

Nanotechnology-enabled passive satellite defence systems
The role of satellites has grown exponentially both in military and civil applications. Civil areas include remote sensing, telecommunications, direct television broadcasting, and global positioning systems (GPS). Military applications include more accurate information gathering and targeting. At the same time, threats towards satellites have risen significantly with possible attacks from long-range directed energy weapons such as lasers or high-powered microwaves as well as anti-satellite missiles. Safeguarding satellites could include passive countermeasures such as making it harder to target them or providing them with protection to withstand attacks. One way of protecting a satellite is to make use of decoys. The existing technology used by aircraft of using pyrolytic materials like Magnesium-Viton-Teflon (MVT) flares that produce intense radiation by means of an exothermic reaction is not an option due to a number of limitations such as the lack of oxygen in space, and the discrimination between target and the decoy from Long Wavelength Infrared sensors (LWIR) devices. In view of this, Raytheon Company has developed a counter measure system using quantum dots, illustrated in Fig. 7, to protect space assets such as satellites from missile attacks. The quantum dots of different sizes and shapes are consisted of nanoparticles of InSb, PbTe, HgTe, HgSe, CdTe, CdSe and CdS that are engineered to emit radiation having a radiation profile similar to that of the asset [11].

As far as protection from directed energy weapons (DEW) is concerned, there is a need to modify the surface of the satellite to deflect away the radiation of the DEWs. Coatings consisting of densely packed nanoparticles such as oxides of silicon, tungsten, etc., are believed to be a possible solution.

Nanotechnology for future naval vessels
Like in other warfare theatres, nanotechnology is going to play a critical role in naval warfare in terms of building naval vessels with high-strength and light-weight materials, hard to detect underwater and surface platforms (submarines, boats, ships, carriers), autonomous power generation equipment, and nanoenabled anticorrosion and antifouling coatings. Some prominent nanomaterials used in naval structural platforms, combat systems and on board functional equipment include:

Alloys of nanoaluminium in aluminium and polymers for lightweight and high-strength, robust structures, saving fuel while also improving speed and maneuverability.

High-strength and light-weight CNT composites as structural materials for autonomous, unmanned boats and coatings for EMI shielded and sonar decoys for underwater vessels.

Cloaking of submarines using thin surface coatings of nanobubbles.

Composites of nanoalumina silicates in polymer matrix to enhance fire retardancy.

Crack free, wear resistant, and high strength coatings of Composites of nano ceramic oxides of aluminium and titanium, Al2O3-TiO2, on components to enhance durability cost saving.

Nanomaterials for protection of naval vessels against corrosion and fouling. Corrosion and biofouling are the major cause of degradation of surface of marine vessels, thereby resulting in drag and consequently the penalty on speed and lifespan of the system. In this context, coatings based on certain nanomaterials such as copper are being considered as potential materials for both anti-corrosion and anti-fouling coatings on marine vessels [12].

Nanotechnology-enabled next-generation cyber security
Cyber security is an integral and essential part of protected communications and may be breached in a variety of ways through viruses, malware and hacking. Next-generation quantum algorithms and related hardware will also require a new architecture for entangled information sharing [13]. Nanotechnology-enabled hardware may lead to the development of quantum computing hardware and possible quantum cryptographic schemes. For instance, quantum dots of semiconducting materials may act as the source of entangled electrons, which can be used to transmit information with non-decodable quantum algorithms.

Summary:

There never has been a public debate about the safety of nanotechnology. Since this technology is invisible, how do you know what is being deployed into the environment or into humans for supposed medical purposes is not programmed for destruction? We the people, an educated public, need to start asking those questions and demand more transparency on black militarized government projects. The greatest progress in science is funded by our taxpayer money and used against us without input as to the impact of this technological progress for the future of humanity. As is seen now, engineered pathogens with the potential use as weapons of mass destruction were designed in bio labs, so Big Pharma has a reason to inject poisonous bioweapons - also known as vaccines - and surveillance technology under our skin. Nanotechnology as a whole has huge potential for militarized applications. 50% of healthcare now relies on nanotechnology. BUT NOBODY HAS A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE DUAL USE MILITARY APPLICATIONS.

It is time to demand a public debate on this and transparency. What does nanotechnology for urban warfare mean? What does use for targeting mean? What health effects do these technologies have? Who is deploying this against civilians? What effects could self replicating uncontrollable nanotechnology have on humanity and our biosphere? How dangerous is the interface of autonomous AI with self replicating nanotechnology? Why is nanotechnology framed as the bright future of humans, when at the same time it can be used as the most terrible weapon of mass destruction and population control ever designed?"
