I don't know as I am not spiritual.
But I am not this body .... I am the sum of my own considerations of my interaction with this limited realm.
I am "open" to new ideas but most concepts now are just bs.
All that I see and hear or feel .... don't really exist .... it is just "waves" pounding my consideration of myself.

The only "thing" which has ever been "real" is potential.
Before any space or time or gods there was potential <<< and I am that the same as you are!

How I see "spirituality" or "being spiritual minded" may differ to how other people assume it supposes to be.

For me, it is more like a mixture of multiple qualities combined:

01. having an open mind = willingness to learn something new.
02. being empathic.
03. able to receive AND give love, doing good & being kind.
04. wanting to become and/or be wiser, not necessarily "outsmarting" the other!
05. care for people, animals, nature.
06. being truthful, especially towards yourself = living in self-honesty.
07. wanting to help others.
08. do no (physical) harm.
09. sharing your creativity, talents & gifts for those in need.
10. being able to really listen to what others have to say and respond in a meaningful way.
11. feeling connected to: ... (long list).
12. understand how synchronicity really works and why!
13. expanding your horizon.
14. raising awareness.
15. learning to live in the present in the moment ("the eternal now") combined with appreciate what you have (practicing mindfulness effortless).
16. being aware without the need for labels.
17. embracing life to the fullest ... if that is not yet possible, strive for it.
18. not losing having a sense of wonderment, like a child seeing a butterfly for the first time.
19. having deep respect for nature and see its beauty (as it is a form of expression from The Creator) connect with it.
20. exploring the metaphysical / consciousness / dream world (lucid dreaming etc.).
21. when meditating, you can use the "neutral observer awareness" that is beyond duality thinking.
22. investigate why you meet certain people in your life, or why you have created circumstances where you are at right now.
23. to be able to live in freedom without fear, and/or strive to become that!

• I can add much more than the above 23, but all of it combined are all connected somehow, and THAT is because it is my view spiritual!

• ... and in my view, there is NO "monopoly" on genuine spirituality, which is often the opposite of what (most) organized religions do >>> which is more in the realm of "control freaks".

Spiritual is in contrast in contrast to "physical", the latter centers on the body ( outline, form and color ) while the former centers on consciousness itself.

Spirituality is the investigation and exploration of consciousness -- and even consciousness as the fundamental, underlying reality of all subsequent spectrums of reality: mental, energetic, physical. Therefore, to be spiritual means to be opening to the underlying principle beyond the spectrums of reality we more commonly experience. It means to be, or be seeking what is whole and all inclusive.

Who can say what are soul and spirit and what is their difference ?
I reached my conclusion through out of body experiences and years of research and i can give my weak answer to that.Its an simplified version of shamanic view of evolution of the soul.
Spirit is the string of energy running through everything in existence.It runs through every magnetic fields north/south pole and everything physical in this universe has an toroidal magnetic field.So everything that has a magnetic field also has a spirit.
Spirit and soul are same,the difference is how much it is aware of itself and its surroundings.It becomes more aware through evolution.
For a spirit to evolve it needs to start from mineral level which you could also view as geometric level.Everything solid is a crystal and every crystal has a geometric pattern.Dont recall if there was 150 or around 250 different geometric patterns that crystals/minerals can make.So alot to experience.

What do magnetic fields do ? They balance themselves by being a poloid where both centrifugal and centripetal forces are more or less equal.Its like a spinning donut that turns itself inside out continuously while never losing its shape or size or anything.
In mineral level dozens of these tiny magnetic fields form up into certain geometric patterns (Atoms combining into molecules,according to their volume and density etc).
So this first level of experience for spirit is hard to describe,like a geometric humming dream with no pain or pleasure.

Next level for a spirit would be a plant ,which is a composition of different minerals.While magnetic fields sort of balance themselves automaticly,for a plant its more difficult to keep inner balance and balance with its environment in order to survive.It´s a slow process we call evolution,life trying to accomplish balance with themself,with their environment and with the others around them.
The mineral consistency of the soil dictates what kind of plants live there since they are made out of those minerals.

From plant to animal is a big step and the spirit has to go through dozens of different geometric patterns before reaching that.And eventually from animal it evolves to human and probably beyond.

So as we can see how individual magnetic fields combine into one big one where small ones influence the big and vice versa.Same can be sayd by plants/animals etc .There is individual soul/spirit and a group one.One affects the other.Individual plant might die but its soul/spirit returns to the group waiting to be born again wherevere its spirit or soul fits. Because magnetic buoyancy seems to play a big roll in this universe and it seems thats how souls are directed.

If confused by magnetic buoyancy,imagine this.If you drop a ball in water we say it was caused by gravity.But if you push the ball under water and released then is it moved up by antigravity?
No. In both cases the medium dictates where it goes.Like a bubble that moves towards surface uses no energy to do that ,it is moved by medium because of density/pressure difference.

Or to explain it metaphoricly - spirit is a rhytm that pierces everything in existense that in certain condicions evolves into very complex rhythms and symphnonys that tries to play in tune with its surroundings .The more self aware it becomes of itself and its surroundings the more soul it will become.
Existence is an orchestra where everything that is,has an certain beat or rhytm.We can only detect waves/disturbance in silence but not silence itself.
Because the universe is the white light of stillness but all the pressure propagating in it is seen to us as magnetic spectrum.
Imagine it as an swimming pool where the water in it can not be detected by any means but any disturbance in it (waves or aka,pressure propagation) we can detect.All energy is pressure propagation,which always requires a medium since it is temporary compression and expansion of the medium that makes waves.Sound dont travel,light dont travel...Nothing moves from point A to point B ...It´s just temporary difference in the density of the medium passing through it.

You can't see the buggers. Well, after reading that other thread it looks like some people can lol. Some of the unseen forces love you, others seem like they do at first but discard you like we throw away candy wrappers on the floor. But this duality is dogma dependent.

There are many things that are unapproachable through the jungle of words.

An air drop in from above is the only way, but to do that you have to have flight capability.

It's kinda like that old conundrum about trying to tell someone who has never tasted an orange, what an orange tastes like.

We can't build spirituality on top of all preconceived / formed opinions / layers of indoctrination. Spirituality is essence, one have to deconstruct all layers of indoctrination created by men and go back to essence and work in accordance with the natural laws of creation. An internal work (Eso) will help to understanding that and with time help to break free from all external teachings (Exo).

Working in group is very important to realize that since we can't do anything alone, think for yourself rather than take a generally accepted opinions as granted from someone that is considered a "spiritual celebrity", if the group is genuine it will help to speed up the process.

Pretty much what we are doing here, our collective create awareness and based on that we learn in the process.

Wow!!!! What a question and I must thank you for keeping me up for hours pondering on this one thing.

I love all the responses and was thinking that there are whole bookshops and internet stuff that look at this from all sorts of angles.

The only thing I can even remotely come to for a piddling little attempt to give any response after hours of thought is perhaps :

To try to comprehend the light that shines into the darkness (of myself)

Yeah, not much I know but I do promise to keep pondering this and thank you as I often find that it is through others that offer their light that I can fill the shadow I cast with understanding and reach some form of further en-light-enment.

What is Spirituality. I can only try and communicate what it means to me, and even that is really hard to narrow it down and put into words to describe our relative human experience. Each person will have their own kind of “picture” of that and many will fall within certain spiritual studies I think.


First, I would try and see the biggest understandable image or feeling of the whole of consciousness. Within that I see us as a point of focus with our human body in this “here and now”, that each have uncovered and yet to uncover and realise the greater fields that we exist within. The more expansive fields all are always there and we just open to a more expansive recognition of the larger picture and it feels like a new discovery or realisation, and bring it into our human understanding. It seems to me we exist on or in other fields at the same time while we are exploring this present one.


I feel we are trying to master the use of our frequencies and harmonics and what we can do with them and the consequences of our choices. How our intentions and responses create in this particular set of frequency we live within seems to be most important in this life. What is just outside our “normal” realm that also mold our experiences and how are we connected to that and how it affects us and our creative abilities? Much like a musician and his instrument or an artist working with the parameters of his medium he creates with, we are trying to realise what we are doing.


Sometimes we seem to be playing with resistance and control, and how we can transcend the parameters we are working within in each stage of our development. Can we use Love to transcend our separateness that we have explored and developed with becoming our individual self, like a cell within our body, and what repercussions we have on the whole as we create? I think we find with the connectedness or relation we have with the whole can cause us to realise we need to have some harmony and flow with everything else in order for us to evolve or move to the next parameters for us to work within where our spirituality (consciousness, relatedness) is ready to go a bit further. Otherwise we might simply destroy ourselves using creative powers with no wisdom.

There's a powerful hot zone of contentious energies both among us as a mass and within us as singular beings and it seems to be being manipulated deliberately by the negative crowd, at a high level.

The contention is between 'self empowerment' and 'gratitude'. At the current unresolved stage or level of our handling of these, we are energetically explosive material in the hands of magicians.

Those magicians intend to neither allow us self empowerment nor a genuine focussed gratitude that cuts them, as ring masters, out of the loop.

Until we understand those contentions, we won't be able to, either.

In my 23 points here, I "forgot" 07 other points of view to talk about:

• 24. Where do morals & ethics really come from? ... How does it relate to "being spiritual"?
• 25. How does "inspiration" and "being inspirational" relate to "being spiritual"?
• 26. Long time ago I coined the term: "Spiritual Psychology" producing "FlowTalkTV" together with Iris van Rooijen (who has a science degree in psychology!) ... How is that different from mainstream psychology? <<< I let you think about that.
• 27. When you use the word "spirit" in context of achievements / having good results due to good teamwork, almost everybody knows that it does not have to be "new age talk" nor "religious talk" they can not claim to "own" that word, but often both act like they do!
• 28. What does "non duality thinking" really mean? ... are there practical examples of that and how does that related "being spiritual"? (will explain soon!).
• 29. We all make choices every day ... We "vote" with our money almost every day ... Furthermore, we decide where we put energy in or not, who we want to give attention or not, who we want to help (care for) or not etc. etc. <<< all these actions can be "spiritual based" without even realizing it ... or they can be pure "rational based" ... is there a difference? ... if yes, what could that be? (will talk about that!).
• 30. "Fear of death" is a well known factor within all kinds of mass psychological manipulations, governments & religions LOVE to exploit that for their own agenda/interests ... In my view, real spiritual minded people are (mostly) beyond all that and are immune to their psychological mind-games aka psy-wars ... Why do you think that is?

Some of the above questions are "rhetorical questions" not assuming you have to answer them on the spot ... Because most already know the answer ... For those who do not know the answer, makes it really fascinating for me if I can trigger them to rethink/re-asses/explore their own level of awareness on this topic. (if any).
