The famous lawyer, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, founder of the International Crime Investigative Committee (ICIC), formerly the German Corona Commission, was deported last Thursday, 12 October, from Mexico City to Germany, to be arrested for alleged financial irregularities at arrival in Frankfurt, on Friday, 13 October. He was immediately put in pre-trial detention.

In Mexico, Reiner had to consult with the German embassy for passport issues and, to his shocking surprise, was immediately arrested and flown to Germany – accompanied by two guards, no personal belongings, no clothing, not even a toothbrush. His wife is not accused and was allowed to remain in Mexico.

From Frankfurt, Dr. Fuellmich will eventually be transferred next week to Göttingen, where he will be kept for an undetermined period in pre-trial detention because they unjustly suspect him of attempting to escape.

His confinement was based on a 30-page arrest warrant written already in September 2022.

He is falsely accused of financial fraud, precisely by those people who themselves have questionable criminal records and who supposedly worked with him during the 2+ years Dr. Fuellmich was running the German Corona Commission from Berlin.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich will be defended by two excellent lawyers, Dr. Dagmar Schön and Dr. Katja Woermer. They filed immediate counter-accusations against the predator-accusers.

Lawyer Dr. Dagmar Schön presented Reiner’s story on Sunday evening, 16 October 2023, on BittelTV, where 33,000 spectators and supporters listened to his case.

Reiner is well known and highly appreciated throughout the world for his fine work, defending victims of government-induced COVID crimes, and other crimes against humanity, perpetrated by governments and government institutions around the world.

The attempt to censure and outright silence him has failed bitterly – and the very German government, which disrespects human rights, freedom of speech and is guilty of lying and distributing false information on the media, has now found no other way than arresting Reiner illegally.

They will not succeed. Justice will eventually prevail. A higher justice, way above the manmade twisted laws – justice that reigns over Mother Earth and the Universe – always rules.

Since Germany took illegally Dr Fuellmich from Mexico (because Mexico is not part of the European Union) on last October 12th and arrested him in Frankfurt on the following day, lives of human beings are now in turmoil. Did Mr and Mrs Fuellmich lose their passports or were they stolen to trap Dr Fuellmich and arrest him illegally, or should we say kidnap him? Was he arrested in Frankfurt or in Tijuana (which would be illegal because Mexico is not part of the European Union)? We now know that Germany paid for the Mexican’s round-trip airplane tickets; the Mexicans who were paid by Germany to accompany Dr Reiner Fuellmich to Frankfurt after his kidnapping. Dr Fuellmich found himself in state custody, but which state??? Normally, no one is expelled from Mexico because they no longer have a valid visa. Especially if it’s because their visas or passports were stolen or lost, and that they had applied for new ones.

Is there a legal basis for the actions of the German public prosecutor’s office in Göttingen for such an action, or was it an illegal kidnapping as some international articles have already suggested? The public prosecutor’s office in Göttingen based Dr Fuellmich’s arrest warrant on a criminal complaint filed by three Berlin lawyers, of which two of them were members of the Corona committee. A prosecutor, who read this complaint, was surprised that an investigation had been initiated at all based on this document and the accusations formulated in it. These facts also fuelled a suspicion that Reiner Fuellmich’s arrest may have been motivated by political rather than legal considerations. In fact, the money that Reiner Fuellmich is accused of collecting is not with him but with the person who filed the criminal complaint. Does Germany want to show something with this arrest? Are the German authorities and judiciary using Dr Reiner Fuellmich as an example to keep other people from speaking freely about the truth, like they did with judge Dettmar?

This arrest of Dr Reiner Fuellmich is a German action, a coup. Germany paid for the arrest and transfer of INNOCENT Dr Reiner Fuellmich. The Mexicans had no interest of getting him out. Germany made a deal with the Mexicans. Germany paid the Mexicans. This is complete EVIL!

• Update - Reiner Fuellmich. Big News On The Trial. Scheduled Start Date: January 31, 2024.

The first day of the trial against Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is expected to be on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, from 09.15 a.m. before the Göttingen Regional Court.
An application for bias by the legal team has yet to be decided which may result in a postponement of the first day of the trial.
Nine trial days have been scheduled so far for the trial.
Another experienced lawyer has been added to the team.
The number of spectator seats is limited to 37.
The accreditation deadline for journalists has passed.
Two public TV stations and one private station have been/will be admitted.
This information is from Katja Woermer, Reiner’s main lawyer, speaking on bittel tv.

• The Illegal Kidnapping and Persecution of Reiner Fuëllmich

It appears as if German 🇩🇪 lawyer, Reiner Fuëllmich, who recognized the COVID crimes against humanity as early as 2020, has been set up. Fuëllmich was spearheading a project known as the “Second Nuremberg”, and co-founded the Corona Investigative Committee. His Committee consulted about a hundred and fifty scientists and experts from around the world, as well as former employees of the World Health Organization, and their findings showed them that the COVID measures were the first steps in a plan to destroy regional economies in order to make populations dependent upon global supply chains, and were intended to reduce the population and install a world government under the United Nations.

The Corona Committee received a lot of donations which they believed were not safe due to the recent history of bank accounts being seized by complicit governments. One million Euros in gold was purchased and put in holding. To fund operations, both Reiner Fuëllmich and Viviane Fischer took out secured loans. Reiner’s loan was for seven-hundred-thousand euros and was to be repaid with the proceeds from selling his home. All documented and agreed upon by the committee.

Members of the Corona Committee met with a law firm in August of 2022, and filed criminal charges against Fuëllmich. Committee members, Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer, claimed that Füllmich embezzled seven-hundred-thousand euros, the loan that he officially took out. They claimed he was a violent anti-Semite and that if he were given the opportunity to comment before criminal proceedings began, they would not file the complaint.

Two warrants were issued for his arrest, from Germany and from the E.U., without Reiner’s knowledge. Without an international arrest warrant, German and Mexican authorities illegally abducted Füllmich at the German embassy in Mexico. He was then flown to the Frankfurt Airport where he was arrested and put in jail. International law experts are calling his arrest an illegal kidnapping.

According to documented company plans, Füllmich's loan was to be repaid after the sale of his property. But the very same people that filed the complaint against Füllmich, sabotaged this agreement. The contracts stated that the profits of the Füllmich property was to be transferred to a Füllmich account so that he could repay the loan. But the notary, who is sworn to be neutral and independent, instructed the buyers to transfer the one-point-one-five-eight million euros into Marcel Templin's account. Which made it impossible for Reiner to repay the loan.

The loans were transparently agreed upon in written contracts. There was no secrecy and the company was aware of the loans at all times. The evidence that proves this has been officially submitted to the court, who has chosen to ignore it and has muzzled the defense and ordered they not be allowed to mention it.

The evidence shows that Hoffmann, Templin, and the notary, illegally obtained access to the profits of Füllmich’s property. And not only is the court ignoring this evidence, they have summoned these same people as witnesses against Füllmich.

The complaint states, "Füllmich has also made himself liable to prosecution for embezzlement by purchasing the gold bars without the consent of the shareholders, obscuring their existence and possessing them for himself." But the purchase of the gold bars is also documented. They are in holding and can only be accessed with the signatures of both Reiner Füllmich and Viviane Fischer. This is shown in company documents which were never given to the public prosecutor. But they have been submitted by the defense, and are being ignored by the court.

Furthermore, while the court froze Fuellmich’s accounts, they failed to freeze the one-point-one-five-eight million euros in Marcel Templin's account. Which is presumably still there, and appears to be the payoff for this internal coup.

The trial is happening now in Gottingen, Germany 🇩🇪 and the plaintiff’s sloppy accusations are beginning to fall apart. One reporter at the trial said: “The case was totally destroyed, and one could only sit there in amazement.” A journalist from BittelTV said that, “Reiner will not only be released but also compensated. The people who did this to him in my opinion will be charged themselves.”

It is beginning to appear as if justice may finally be served.

No one on earth understands all laws, so it is very easy to "trick someone" into violating the law, especially when money is involved.
Bearden said "lawfare" is the most common way that inventions are suppressed and under cover financial managers often provide the advice to set people up.

Sure seems like what has happened here, sadly he likely did indeed violate German laws, which would be very easy to do when accept $500,000 of donations, especially if you have people embedded in your organization who intend on setting you up like seems to be the case with Vivian Fischer his right hand woman during the committee videos.

I haven't yet taken the time to listen to it, which is a translation put on top of the original. La Chaine de Jeanne Traduction only translates English videos into French. I'm sure there are many cases like this around the world with many attempts to discredit leading activists. In Australia, we had a case several years ago with similarities to what Reiner is going through. A lawyer by the name of Serene Teffaha in Melbourne was targeted by the state government. All donations intended for a class action against the plandemic mandates were confiscated, her bank accounts seized and her licence to practice law was cancelled. At least she was not arrested and she remains defiant today, mostly fighting against institutional pedophilia in the judiciary, police force and elsewhere. To this day, nothing has been resolved and the perpetrators walk free (as usual).

I doubt anyone can do anything to get him out faster...They won't keep him in there forever, they lose interest. I HOPE they decide to dump him soon.
