Macron ‘panicked’ over leaked Ukraine reports – Marianne
French President Emmanuel Macron’s talk about maybe sending troops to aid Kiev may have been spurred by three assessments produced by the French military that painted a dire picture of the Ukraine conflict, according to the magazine Marianne.

The reports, which have somehow found their way into the weekly’s possession, argued that Ukraine wrecked its Western-trained force in the failed 2023 offensive, has run out of men to mobilize, and that its recent loss in Avdeevka shows it can’t even hold the line against Russia.

“Ukraine cannot win this war militarily,” concludes the first report, written in the fall of 2023, following Kiev’s disastrous ground offensive. It praises the Russian forces as the new “tactical and technical” standard of how to run defensive operations and debunks the media myth of “meat assaults.”

For the West to continue pursuing a military solution in Ukraine would be “the most serious error of analysis and judgment,” the classified document said, according to Marianne.

Sending French troops to Ukraine would be “unreasonable,” one senior officer wrote. “Make no mistake, up against the Russians we are an army of cheerleaders!” he added.

The second report, outlining the prospects for 2024, says that Kiev needs 35,000 men per month but is “recruiting less than half” of that number, while Russia enlists 30,000 volunteers monthly. Meanwhile, the 2023 offensive “tactically destroyed” half of Kiev’s 12 combat brigades.

“The West can provide 3D printers to manufacture drones or loitering munitions, but will never be able to print men,” the report said.

One solution it advised was sending Western troops to Ukraine to carry out support tasks in the rear, freeing the Ukrainians for frontline duty.

The second report also acknowledged the Western special forces and “soldiers in civilian clothes” had a far greater presence in Ukraine than officially acknowledged, including “quite a few British,” as well as French naval commandos training the Ukrainians.

The third and latest report, which had the French observers “in cold sweat,” described the Battle of Avdeevka as a possible “rout” of Ukrainian forces. It described how Russia created “hell” for the Ukrainian troops by using massive glide bombs to inflict more than 1,000 casualties per day. The French document also described the Ukrainian retreat on February 17 as “sudden and unprepared.”

At the end of February, Macron made an argument to NATO members that all options for helping Ukraine should be “on the table,” implying the possibility of sending ground troops. The idea was publicly repudiated by most members of the US-led bloc, however.

These widely reviled terrorists attack civilians in Russian territories, such as the ongoing shelling and targeting of civilians in the region of Belgorod.

Lets be absolutely clear, here in Russia the vastly overwhelming sense amongst ordinary people is that these hateful societal rejects have long lost the right to call themselves Russian, its to be expected that wesgern media fails to call them out on who they really are - Nazis,

Its also unsurprising that they also fails to point out that these noble "Legions" which in reality consist of a couple of hundred disaffected racists and psychopath's, consists of representatives from the recently formed Ukrainian national guard regiment Azov, and Right Sector (both known far right racist stalwarts of the Kiev regime) and both of which coincidentally are neo-Nazi organisations that have been banned and recognised as terrorists in Russia.

Another convenient omission by the fawning medial is their widely recognised links to the Ukrainian intelligence services. So, are they really Russians? Well, the majority of those actually flying the Russian volunteer corps banner are not actually Russian at all, take Ukrainian Sonechko Batallion commander, Ruslan Kahanec, for example, this is the man who posted images on Instagram confirming that his unit attacked the Belgorod region. And what about the notorious head of the “Russian Volunteer Corps”, Denis Kapustin, a notorious neo-Nazi who is banned from entering Europe? well, he’s conveniently missing from the western media romanticising the corps that he "commands" he founded the neo-Nazi fashion label “White Rex” and helped to organise the neo-Nazi martial arts scene throughout Europe.

So the next time the Western Media tells you that noble Russians are attacking Russia, or when Spokesman for the White House National Security Council, John Kirby, states that the US does not approve of its weapons and equipment being used in attacks or operations on Russian territory,

Bear in mind what they and their client media want you to believe, bear in mind that they travel in American MaxxPro armoured vehicles and Humvees, that they carry American rifles, are paid by the CIA via their clients in Kiev and that the United states leaves its morality at the door when it chooses its allies to fight as their proxies."

Ukraine bombs Russian nuclear power plant periphery 14 Mar, 2024

The blast occurred near tanks containing diesel for backup generators at the Zaporozhye facility, according to management

Ukrainian forces have dropped a bomb near diesel tanks located at Russia’s Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, management at the facility reported on Thursday.

In a video published on social media, plant director Yury Chernuk pointed to a crater in the ground, which he said had been created by an explosive device dropped from a Ukrainian drone.

The bomb itself was composed of explosives wrapped in foil, according to reports, but the location was significant. The crater was just five meters away from the perimeter fence, and tanks storing diesel fuel could be seen in the footage.

The plant has backup diesel generators, which kick in when electricity supply from the power grid is cut off. Its equipment needs to be powered continuously to ensure safe operation, even when nuclear reactors are not online. Blackouts have been a regular occurrence for the site since the beginning of the conflict.

”Destruction of those tanks or a fuel leak may not only cause a fire, but also result in significant loss of diesel reserves. Consequently, the plant’s preparedness for emergencies would be reduced by orders of magnitude,” Chernuk explained.

Another person, who was not identified, suggested that the bombing incident had been part of Ukraine’s intimidation tactics. Kiev considers the plant to be occupied by the Russian military.

The director of the facility noted that Ukrainian forces had targeted the plant days after the International Atomic Energy Agency, the UN’s nuclear watchdog, rotated observers stationed there. The organization told Russian media that it was aware of the incident, but offered no further comment.

Following the incident, the situation was reportedly calm in Energodar, the city where the Zaporozhye power plant is located.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Ukrainian military, dissatisfied with the policy of the country's leadership, is planning the takeover of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian parliament, in Kiev and attracting other Ukrainian armed forces' military personnel to their side, a correspondence on a closed resource obtained by Russian specialists has shown.

Sputnik obtained the correspondence of the chat participants, which showed that the participants discussed a swift takeover of the Verkhovna Rada and attracting the military to their side.

"The most important action that we will need to pull off lightning fast is the takeover of the VR [Verkhovna Rada] at a certain point," one of the chat participants wrote.

Earlier this week, a source in the Russian law enforcement agencies told Sputnik that Russian specialists had gained access to a classified Telegram channel titled "ParaBelum," where commanders and fighters of elite units of the Ukrainian armed forces are "seriously discussing options for overthrowing the current authorities and the command of the Ukrainian armed forces."

"When the staff is recruited, fighters are trained, the mass will be ready," another chat participant said.

"There must be support from the military. Without it, nothing will work. The main driving force. [They] will say from the trenches that [they are] with us, and people will follow," one more chat participant said.

"Especially when the people see that the military is at the helm and the rest of the military is following them - they automatically take the right side," another chat participant added.

Scenario for Military Takeover of Ukrainian Parliament Was Written by US - Expert 39 minutes ago

A takeover of the Ukrainian Parliament by the nation's military would not be a grass-roots movement, "Other Ukraine" expert Alexander Dudchak told Sputnik, suggesting that the potential rebellion has been orchestrated from the West.

The disillusioned Ukrainian military is planning a takeover of the Ukrainian Parliament or Verkhovna Rada, an exchange from private Telegram channel Parabelum obtained by Sputnik reveals.

"This could be a scenario of replacing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky without holding elections," Alexander Dudchak, researcher at the Institute of CIS Countries and expert of the ‘Other Ukraine’ movement, told Sputnik.

The members of the classified chat, composed of commanders and soldiers of elite units of the Ukrainian armed forces, were discussing options for overthrowing the present government and the command of the Ukrainian armed forces following the sacking of Commander-in-Chief General Valery Zaluzhny.

"The most important action that we will need to pull off lightning fast is the takeover of the VR [Verkhovna Rada] at a certain point," one of the chat members wrote.

They also expressed dissatisfaction with Zelensky’s decisions and the new commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrsky, who was appointed a month ago to replace Zaluzhny. The alleged coup plotters placed special emphasis on involving Ukrainian troops fighting at the frontline in the anti-Zelensky movement.
According to the researcher, engaging Ukrainian active duty personnel is fraught with risks, given that those in the trenches are closely monitored by foreign mercenaries from ‘barrier detachments’ with orders to shoot any who leave their positions against orders.
If Ukrainian troops are allowed to march towards Kiev that would mean that the regime-change scenario was written in Washington in response to Zelensky's refusal to hold elections this year, Dudchak argued.

Leaders of elite Ukrainian units, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the nationalist Azov and Aidar battalions are also reportedly planning to create a radical party with a military wing.
The expert insists that none of the Ukrainian military and intelligence structures is independent: each of them has either British or US "supervisors".

"The confrontation between the military and the Kiev regime is in general a manifestation of the confrontation between London and Washington," said Dudchak. "The office of the president is under British control, while the military, who supposedly will gather in the name of Zaluzhny, are under Americans, plus the SBU is also a US-backed structure."

The consequences for Kiev would be dramatic and could seriously complicate the Ukrainian military's positions at the frontline, the researcher concluded.

In an interview with Russian media on Wednesday, the Russian president assured that Russia’s nuclear triad is “more modern” than that of any other country, and reiterated that Moscow would never use such fearsome arms unless its statehood is threatened.

Russia’s nuclear-capable Avangard hypersonic glide vehicles have rendered massive US investments into the creation of a missile defense system useless, Vladimir Putin has announced.

“If you calculate how much [the US’] well-known missile defenses cost them, one of the main components for overcoming these missile defenses that we have is the Avangard, an intercontinental missile with an intercontinental-range glide unit. So you cannot compare budgets. We’ve basically nullified everything they’ve done, everything they’ve invested in this missile defense system,” Putin told Dmitry Kiselev, director of Sputnik parent media group Rossiaya Segodnya, remarking on the immense largesse and waste in the US defense industry.

What is the Avangard?

Boosted into orbit on board R-36 and RS-28 Sarmat heavy intercontinental ballistic missiles and deployed as part of the missiles’ multiple reentry vehicle (MIRV) payloads, Avangards can accelerate to speeds of up to Mach 27 (32,200 km) in near-space conditions, dropping to an estimated Mach 15-20 (18,500-23,000 km) by atmospheric drag during descent.

The glide vehicles have a reported independent range of more than 6,000 km, and an explosive power of between 0.8 and two megatons. They’re also available in conventional mode, using the immense kinetic force generated by the high speed at which they hit their targets to destroy an array of strategic objectives.



Along with maneuverability and speed, the characteristics of their flight, and specifically the weapons’ ability to withstand temperatures of up to 2,000 degrees Celsius are another factor making defense against the Avangard essentially impossible.

“The Avangard is practically covered with plasma [during flight, ed.] and the plasma absorbs electromagnetic rays, thus making the hypersonic vehicle invisible to radar. As a result of high kinetic energy, the Avangard can destroy targets without the use of nuclear weapons. This is a unique tool, and to date no other country in the world has created anything like it,” military historian, defense commentator, and missile and air defense specialist Yuri Knutov recently told Sputnik.

With their carrier rockets having a flight range between 15,200 and 18,000 km, the Avangard can strike any point on Earth.
Up to two dozen Avangards can be packed into a single Sarmat missile, with the rocket also capable of carrying other MIRVs, as well as dummy warheads designed to fool and disperse enemy missile defenses.

The Avangard is one of half-a-dozen new strategic-class weapons in Russia’s arsenal, with these armaments designed to ensure that even if an adversary were to manage to catch Russia off-guard in a nuclear or conventional first strike, the guaranteed response would nevertheless be severe enough to force enemy planners to think twice before launching aggression.
