There is much more to the GW Story then what gets played out in public...

No owrries I am not about to share emails and pvt msg'es here.

But let me explain why i am going public.

GW sent a very targeted and destructive pvt message to 14 members..

In it she tries to rip me to shreds.. She insults and challenged Richard...and belittled Bill....IMHO ofcourse.

I will not hide behind a PM box.

No CLOAKS NO DAGGERS

Yeah this is something we as a community should watch out for. At first glance it appears as whispers of of being hurt, but the more you hold onto to these feelings in secret settings, the more opportunity they evolve into anger. Which can play out in many destructive ways.

Not to play down peoples opinions, but I have found that the best way to change the situation is to come together and state how you can see the others persons "flaws" as "positives".

Its a very humbling exercise, and teaches both parties to learn about the other. Its all about understanding personal context of a persons actions. This way your not judging each other on who is right and who is wrong, your simply exchanging stories and choices.

WE need to keep the perspective and that is the heart of Avalon.... I was not or had any dealings with all this going on. Its not fare for a few agent provocateurs to dissemble what has taken so long to build....

We should keep the perspective of this is just a few members causing trouble, lets not not get fouled in there game.

The whole is greater than the sum of parts.
Look at the majority reason for being here.
We find like minded people in many different "libraries" here.
An amazing interactive place where people can ask questions and get appropriate answers.
Long lasting friendships are formed.
Most did not actually vote in recent polls.
Many come here just to read.
Now we are into who said what?
Why?
There is I suspect a deliberate attempt to unsettle this resource.

Apart from supporting long term friends I am not much interested in the normal ebb and flow.
Now we have,
People come for a few weeks manage to get banned in short order, get reinstated, create mayhem, get banned again.
I look at people who come and contribute positively not for a few days but years.
I place my trust in them.

Again this serves no one who is a genuine member here and appreciates what we have.
