EXCLUSIVE: Internal DHS data reveals the 45+ U.S. cities that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via the Biden administration's controversial "CHNV" mass parole program.

The DHS data shows that during an 8 month stretch from January through August 2023, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program, with 80% of them, (161,562) arriving in the state of Florida in four cities: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, & Tampa.
The top 15 cities migrants flew into, & the numbers during this 8 month window, are below.

I've attached the raw DHS data provided in the subpoena response showing all of the locations the migrants flew into during these 8 months in the chart below.
DHS also revealed in the subpoena response that as of October 2023, there was a backlog about 1.6 million applicants waiting for DHS approval to fly to the U.S. via the parole program.
In response to the DHS data revealing Florida received the overwhelming majority of migrant flights during the 8 month window, FL. Gov.

"Biden's parole program is unlawful, and constitutes an abuse of constitutional authority. Florida is currently suing Biden to shut it down, and we believe that we will prevail." -

DHS also wrote in the subpoena response that "All individuals paroled into the United States are, by definition, inadmissible, including those paroled under the CHNV processes."

"What they're essentially saying is that the laws passed by Congress have said that these people are inadmissible, and so they created a program to try to get around those laws. The thing is, they don't have the authority to create such a program. By their own admission, they're breaking the law."
Reminder: The CHNV parole program, created by the Biden admin in January 2023, allows up to 30,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, & Venezuela to bypass the southern border entirely, and fly into the U.S. directly from foreign countries for a two year humanitarian parole grant if they have a sponsor in the U.S., and are vetted/approved for travel. The flights are commercial, and are not funded by taxpayers. The program recipient or their sponsor pays for it, and the parole grant allows the recipient to apply to work. The Biden admin considers the program a "lawful pathway", and the migrants flying into the U.S. via the program are not included in the southern border numbers.
According to CBP data, at least 404,000 migrants have flown into the U.S. via the CHNV parole program since it first began:
154,000 Haitians
95,000 Venezuelans
84,000 Cubans
69,000 Nicaraguans
So far, legal challenges to this controversial parole program have failed in court. A Texas lawsuit was dismissed earlier this year after a judge ruled the state didn't have standing to sue. More lawsuits are pending.
The Biden admin says the program is a lawful use of executive parole authority. They consider the program a success, and believe it provides an incentive to not cross the US border illegally. The numbers of Haitians and Cubans crossing illegally have steeply fallen as a result of the program.
Critics say the program essentially waves a magic wand to mass import hundreds of thousands of otherwise inadmissible migrants into the US, with the likelihood of them ever leaving or being deported if they stay past the permitted parole grant being remarkably low.

PENSACOLA, Fla. -- Migrants are coming into Florida at high rates, according to documents from the Department of Homeland Security
Under the humanitarian parole program,
DHS data says more than 400,000 migrants have entered the country from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
The law dates back to 1952, but President Joe Biden expanded it last year and has made more use of it than any other president.
From January through August last year, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program.
80% of them arrived in the state of Florida.
Governor Ron DeSantis's office says the program is illegal, so much so that the state is suing President Biden in hopes to get the program shut down.
There's certain criteria to take advantage of the parole program.
Migrants who come from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela must pass a background check, have a sponsor from the U.S. and prove that parole is warranted to be able to fly into U.S. ports of entry.
If approved, migrants receive work permits and are allowed to stay in the country for two years.
A majority of those migrants landed in the Sunshine State, according to subpoenaed documents from the DHS.
Of roughly 200,000 migrants who came to the U.S. through the program from January to August of last year, miami topped the list with more than 91,000. Fort Lauderdale came in second place with a little more than 60,000.
Orlando had just over 6,000 and Tampa had a little more than 3,200.
"Governments are breaking apart across the world and they wanna come to America," Senator Doug Broxson said. "In normal circumstances, there's a way that we can accommodate them. But to have the numbers we're having come through Texas and Arizona and really now Florida through some of these renegade nations is more than we can handle."
Representative Matt Gaetz in a statement wrote in part: "It's no surprise that Joe Biden and Secretary Mayorkas's open-boarder policies particularly harm Floridians. I am extremely worried about the potential influx of illegals overtime in Northwest Florida at the hands of the Biden administration."
In a tweet, Senator Rick Scott called it an "absurd loophole" and says it's a threat to national security and safety of Floridians.
"A lot of these people coming from south America are catholic, are protestants," Broxson said. "It's not that they're bad people, but we cannot handle the overflow and that pains me and pains a lot of people. But it also makes us believe there's a better way."
Broxson says look at sanctuary cities like New York and Chicago as an example of what could happen in the future.
"It's breaking their financial back," he said. "Imagine what's happening in Texas, where many of these people stay in Texas and they're in homeless shelters or encampments. We can't do this."
"We can't sustain that with a $35 trillion debt," he added. "We just cannot open up the bank and say we're gonna take care of the whole world. We can't possibly do it."
Broxson says congress needs to work together to find a more humane and sustainable solution.
"It's like your family," he said. "If you have a three-bedroom house and you've got 50 people that wanna live there, you can't support that. I mean there's no way you can support it. That's what's happening. We have a limited amount of space, jobs and resources. And we've got 10 people to every one around the world that wants to come and live the great American dream. Well there won't be an American dream if we don't have some organized way with dealing with population expansion."
