Reports have come out stating Justin Timberlake allegedly had traces of molly, poppers, Truvada, and coke in his bloodstream following his DWI arrest in New York. Remember who his plug was that being Ricky Brascom at one point. When these artists hook up with certain people in the industry it's not always to produce music. They all have a side hustle that will at times lead to human & drug trafficking.

The lawsuit states that as many as 110 Jamaicans recruited under the H-2B visa program are involved. Robbed of tips, service charges, illegally low pay, discrimination, discrimination, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of good faith.

The lawsuit states that notable current and former members include software billionaire Bill Gates, former Vice President Dan Quayle, entertainers Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, quarterback Tom Brady and wife model Gisele Bundchen, golfer Phil Mickelson and cyclist Greg LeMond. Do you see how corrupt this entertainment industry is?

The lawsuit states HSS was hired by the Yellowstone Club to hire Jamaican workers to do various jobs at the club, including cooks, bartenders, servers and housekeeping.

A group of Jamaican citizens are suing the Yellowstone Club and an employment staffing agency, saying they were “robbed of tips and service charges” from when they worked there in 2017-2018 and were treated different from other workers.

“Rather than the American opportunity promised, plaintiffs winter in Montana was riddled with disappointment, illegally low pay and discrimination,” the suit filed Sept. 20 in U.S. District Court in Butte states.
Other than the Yellowstone Club, also named as a defendant is Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS), a nationwide staffing agency based in Atlanta.

The class-action lawsuit includes a claim of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), a federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of a criminal organization.

Reeling It In: The Case & Cause

You know. I wouldn't be surprised if they use this opportunity to bring him in for questioning about other activities that involve his close associates like P. Diddy.

Because I do not know if you all are aware of one case involving Ricky 'DP' Brascom that was friends with J. Timberlake & P. Diddy who led a gang of smugglers who shipped and distributed cocaine between LA and Baltimore.

His brother and partner, Jerome 'Bro-Bro' Brascom, was also sentenced at a Los Angeles court yesterday and given six years. Both pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges after being arrested in 2010 with 12 others during a federal investigation dubbed 'Operation Snowbird.

He produced a music video with P Diddy, and had been a guest at Justin Timberlake's birthday party in Las Vegas. But here is the thing about this arrest. It is his 1st time. You all have to understand how significant that is given that he lives in the Hamptons. Sag Harbor is an exclusive area for the affluent.

So the cops are very familiar with the residents there and are close associates and usually would not arrest a 1st time offender. Scratch that, you probably wouldn't be arrested at all since it's rarely heard of given the money that is thrown around that buys off most of your issues.

Now do not get me wrong Billy Joel & Martha Stewart ofcourse were two notable figures who had their run ins with the law in the Hamptons. Singer Billy Joel and Long Island commercial fishermen from the East Hampton Baymen’s Association were charged with catching striped bass illegally during a July 1992 protest against fishing regulations. Big deal right?

A landscaper working for real estate mogul Harry Macklowe accused TV personality and homemaking entrepreneur Martha Stewart of intentionally backing her car into him in May 1997 amid a feud between Macklowe and Stewart, East Hampton neighbors.

Ofcourse you can throw in Jason Kidd and his and his DWI charge back in July of 2012. But guess what? None of those people are connected to two alleged traffickers like J. Timberlake is regarding P. Diddy and Ricky Brascom. We know J. Timberlake is also friends with Jimmy Kimmel who's chef was on Jeffrey Epstein Island. Not to mention Timberlake's business relationship with Harvey Weinstein.

Which makes this very interesting given what Mr. Weinstein was involved in. He was the reason Anthony Bourdain even had a show. A lot of people don't know about that private meeting the two had. There was a trade off.

I'll get you the funding you need for your hit show. And you have to become an errand boy for the people who indulge in some inhumane activities in the hidden scientology location under the church itself. But that's another story. So it will be interesting going forward.

Because you all have to understand the Feds are building a case against P. Diddy that will be air tight. And they are probably going around looking for any opportunity they can to bring in those who are on those tapes. Which is a long list of A-List celebrities. Does it include Justin Timberlake? We will find out.

This is a very interesting one. What he knows is paramount to the ongoing case involving many people.

Travis Scott has hung out with all of three people. And he knows a lot. When he is brought in do you think it will only be about his public intoxication? Doubt it.

Because when Jimmy Henchmen was arrested drug trafficking, obstruction of justice and possessing and using firearms, conspiracy to commit murder. Etc.

Guess what the the authorities asked him about that had nothing to do with his charges?

P. Diddy and his affinity for underage teens. So please do not think for one second that they police will waste any time or the opportunity to ask T. Scott about many things.

Because this will be the prime opportunity for him to do so while not coming off as a snitch for something else that involves a crime he is not being arrested for. The authorities are smart in that regard because they do not want people like that to become a target if you are arrested in connection to what P. Diddy is under investigation for.

The Scenario: A Musical Note With Strings Attached

Niykee Heaton vs Diddy & West

So, Niykee Heaton, a singer known for her hit song "Bad Intentions" with Migos, recently dropped a heavy one during an Instagram Live session. She accused none other than Diddy and Kanye West of attempting to sexually assault her back in 2014 when she was just 19 years old.

According to Heaton, she was invited to a studio session with Diddy and Kanye to work on music. When she arrived, she found herself alone with the two rap moguls, along with Kanye's cousin, an executive who worked with Kanye, and his sound engineer. The other nine women in the studio, whom Heaton referred to as "studio hoes," left the room, leaving her vulnerable.

Heaton claimed that Diddy and Kanye pressured her to drink, but she refused. Things escalated quickly, with the duo allegedly tearing her shirt off and trying to rip off her pants. Heaton managed to escape, hiding in a darkened studio for about 25 minutes, crying and wondering what to do. This is basically the night her career ended. She knew the weight of this occurrence.

The story gets even more disturbing, as Heaton also alleged that Kanye regularly asked his former assistant for sexual favors and that at one point, she was even trapped in a room with him while he pleasured himself. I am assuming it's Lauren Pisciotta Niykee is talking about.

Heaton's allegations have sent shockwaves through the music industry, with many expressing their support for her and calling for justice. Diddy has already been facing allegations of creating toxic workplace environments and sexual assault for months, with his homes being raided due to an ongoing investigation. I always wondered what happened to this particular singer. She was blowing up and suddenly dropped off the radar. Now I know why.

Because you can't go any further in the industry then what the men allow who have the power to determine how far you go based on their connections. So Nikyee Heaton really had no other option but to dissappear.

But as the saying goes, "the truth will out." And now everyone is finding out why she was no longer releasing music. Not doing shows. And not present on any features which is what blew her up in the 1st place. I knew Kanye West running to D. Trump was a cover. "Alec Baldwin's Rust trial dismissed over hidden evidence." Who's surprised? Not me.

Alec Baldwin broke down in tears as a New Mexico judge dismissed the involuntary manslaughter case against him for a fatal shooting on the set of the film Rust.
The trial collapsed three days into Baldwin's trial in Santa Fe, at a court just miles from where Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer, was shot with a revolver that Mr Baldwin was using in rehearsals.
It is the second time the case against the actor has been dismissed since the October 2021 shooting. He will not be tried again.
His lawyers alleged police and prosecutors hid evidence - a batch of bullets - that could have been connected to the shooting.
A key aspect of the case has been how live ammunition ended up on the set and Mr Baldwin’s lawyers have questioned the investigation and mistakes made by authorities who processed the scene.
Their motion to dismiss sparked a remarkable set of events, with one of the two special prosecutors leading the case resigning, and Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissing the jury to hear from multiple witnesses.
The bullets, Mr Baldwin's lawyer said, could be related to Ms Hutchins' death, but were filed in a different case with a different number.
Prosecutors argued the ammunition was not connected to the case and did not match bullets found on the Rust set.
The judge ruled, however, that they should have been shared with Mr Baldwin's defence team regardless.
"The state's wilful withholding of this information was intentional and deliberate," she said from the bench. "There is no way for the court to right this wrong."
Prosecutors will not be able to lodge the charge against Baldwin again, as the judge did not rule the case a mistrial, but instead outright dismissed it with prejudice.
"It was the nuclear option. The case is over," Los Angeles trial attorney Joshua Ritter told the BBC.

Mr Baldwin, best known for his role on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock and for portraying Donald Trump on sketch show Saturday Night Live, wept as the judge read from a lengthy statement detailing her reasons for the dismissal. His wife, Hilaria, covered her mouth. Other members of his family cried and smiled.
The actor hugged his lawyers then embraced his wife, who was seated behind him. They walked out hand-in-hand through a tunnel of press into a black vehicle without answering any questions or making any comments.
The evidence came to light on Thursday, when a crime-scene technician told the court that a man named Troy Teske, a retired police officer, had turned over live ammunition that could be related to the case.
Mr Teske is friends with the step-father of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film's armourer who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year.
He was working with Seth Kenney, who helped with props and ammunition on the film set.

After the judge sent the jury home on Friday, the court heard from a series of witnesses about the bullets, including authorities who led the case and Mr Kenney.
Towards the end of the hearing, one of the prosecutors leading the case - Kari Morrissey - took the stand to testify about the bullets and why they weren't shared with the defence. It's remarkably rare for a prosecutor to testify in a case they bring about their role in the investigation.
Ms Morrissey testified the ammunition had “no evidentiary value” from her perspective. While on the stand, she said that her co-prosecutor, Erlinda Ocampo Johnson, resigned on Friday as the judge weighed to dismiss the case.
She explained Ms Johnson "didn't agree with the decision to have a public hearing" over the evidence claims.

I'll preface this comment by stating in my professional career in management I had dealings with a few gay people of both sex's and working alongside them you come to realise that they are just normal people with different sexual preferances. My ex General Manager whom I worked closely with was a lesbian I asked her about it was it a choice or was she born that way, and she said to me " Do you think I would want grow up like this in the 1950's? " Which I think states it all.

Now god made us in his image and I think regardless of sexual orientation we are exactly the way we are meant to be in this incarnation, in Gods eyes perfect.

Thankfully gay people have the same rights as the rest of us in most western countries and so us straight people get it and want you to live in peace alongside us straight people.

But Hollywood and the former elite / Brotherhood (read masons) still want to ram down our throat the message at every turn in all media.

I just want to point out (as I watched this movie in last year, embarrassingly), that this statement is the plot of her movie character in Jennifer's Body
