Ive been sitting looking into this box during my time out. I got no TV. LOL

I saw some of your performances too, and they gave me many good moments.

I remember some years ago I rented a house from a farmer who had fifty cows that he milked twice a day.

I helped him a lot. He was speaking to the cows all the time. I never heard them answer him. I tried it a

couple of times. But they just stopped to chew the cud and stared at me. I sometimes get the same feeling here.

I say something or ask something and get the feeling that there is something in the other end that stop to chew

the cud and just staring empty out into space and after a short while start to chew the cud again. Strange feeling

but of course very interesting. LOL

Personally i don't think it's going to turn out to be a world with one group of people wanting to do things the old way and another group wanting to do things in a new fairer and more Earth friendly way.That's sort of what we have now as many awaken.

If some people don't wake up and prefer to stay with the old ways then that is their choice.

I suspect that some will ascend to a better place and others might go to a different place or places.Many will most likely have a different path choice for different reasons.Every choice is a valid one IMHO.

Some of what he says makes sense and some of the events may indeed play out as he suggests but i don't give energy to the fear aspect and the worse case scenario's etc.

The Three Thousand Person PTA Meeting

This country was good for a long time. Not perfect but working for the greater good. You have to go back to when it started changing and why.

When I started elementary school in San Antonio Texas, I was in a very rural area. Today that area is considered inner city. So you see how much change in just physicality of doubling our population since then.

As rural before TV, there was not much to do. PTA was a big deal and event of the community. Each one has a different age group perform for the adults--it was entertainment. It was also pot luck. It was connecting. It was showing up to show you had an interest in the community. Mayors and officials showed up.

Enter the House of UnAmerican Activities one of the first things of a big deal I remember on TV.

Dalton Trumble gets taken down. He goes to jail for not naming names and contempt of Congress. I still think this illegal. These people took the 5th and it should have been the end of discussion. But there was no organization willing to run this as a test case.

One of Dalton Trumbles movies was shown to the Committee. It starred Ginger Rodgers. It was called Tender Comrades and made in 1948 and you have to know movies than were not just shown for three weeks but years--double features were usually a new one and a favorite old one. People spent a whole evening or an afternoon. Small theaters in small towns, they played shorts and newsreels in between. People would go out to dinner and come back--no big deal.

What the story was about five single women--one a mother during war time struggling with their food stamps, housing problems, gas rationing etc. They keep running into each other at a lunch diner. They start telling each other their woes about all their problems with their men at war. They specifically talk about how much money they make and what it costs to live. So Ginger goes home and she sets down and adds up all the sums of their salaries and it is quite a bit. Then she gets the classifieds and finds this beautiful mansion with six bedrooms available for rent in a great neighborhood next to transportation with buses and subways etc. To much for any one of them but only one third of their combined incomes.

She visits the widowed owner and comes up with a plan. All the women are thrilled and buy into it. They pool their salaries and their rations, coupons, etc. They even have enough money to afford a full time live in house keeper to care for the house, make the dinner, and care for the baby. Now they get to come home from work be fed and cared for. They have time to sing, to paint, play piano, to write. They are happy as lambs in a daisy patch.

The woman they hire as a housekeeper is an old woman from Germany who is now a refugee and has no place to live. Not from this country, she has no SS. Through out their growing experiences, she is the one that tells them gradually how Germany came to be controlled under Hitler. And she basically says jealousy of neighbor to neighbor.

Sure enough the neighbors start questioning what is going on in this house with all the women. etc. The end of the story is that essentially we all have to grow up and when the men come home it will be back to rugged individualism and separate lives but these women will have this one golden moment of memory of being Tender Comrades together.

That ladies and gentlemen is a communist story. They could not go after Ginger Rodgers because she was at the height of her popularity. So she was the poor dope that had no idea the ideology she was espousing. This movie was used to demonstrate how un American cooperative living was in any form. So much better to be singularly miserable.

Why I tell you this is that this Committee went on for years before someone stood up to them. Almost all liberals contrary to popular belief in major academia were purged at that time. Most never recovered their careers. All of this is documented by Howard Zinn. The point is if you don't stand up, if you don't take a stand, even for something that looks simple and almost inconsequential-----you create or allow to be created a vacuum. The PTB know this and do it all the time. Each time they get one more step ahead. One more person eliminated that has the power to paint a different picture. One more small fear created to reveal who you are. That is how we got here.

Think about this when controversial subjects arise here and you click or fail to click. Clicking is part of the process of cohesion. I look at this. I know who does a lot of reading. I know who does a lot of talking. I know who does both and who does one or the other. you should to and it is part of paying attention. All you have to do is look at the box. Standing up and showing up matters. Look where and how you do it.

When TV came in most Americans laid down on the couch and so we are here.

It is sad when human empowerment is called communism when it is just the natural order of things when we have our hearts and spirits in the right place and are free of corrupting influences.

James, I haven't seen the film Dogville but I read and imagined the synopsis slowly-pictorially. How would you apply the narrative with its main protagonist, set of antagonists, various complications and final resolution; to a range of other current narratives, in ever wider arcs from Avalon to the Alternative Media to the Internet as an interactive information cloud; possibly even continuing outward to western culture and then planetary, galactic, or universal culture. Is there a particular social milieu or cultural ennui paralleled in the film that captured your imagination in the themes present in Dogville that you see paralleled in some other social structure or cultural narrative? I placed the movie in my cue.

I get what you are saying...there are times when the collective WE just brings out my knee jerk reaction and I want to do a snide remark like " speak for yourself" especially when it comes to areas where I have done my homework and with some effort got the inner Michael Douglas (as in Wall Street) under control while watching a large sector of my generation especially around here where i am currently living in Barbados stand in line at the Ralph Lauren cash counter to pay thousands of dollars for a few shirts and a flimsy dress for the mistress.
But, or should I say, AND, so as not to appear too dualistic, on the other hand, having read Krishnamurti,
WE ARE THAT WHICH WE PERCEIVE.
It takes a bit of a mental leap to practise this concept. However, the rewards are worth every bit of effort.
Not only mind-expanding, but mind-BLOWING. ( and I know I said BUT again, BUTT.......)

Intraphase, Dogville is a tale of man's brutalization of man. As well, it serves to parallel the model of just how this process serves manipulation all the way from the top of the pyramid on down.
All the way up and down this pyramid are steps made of myth, false analogy, logical fallacy. At the very bottom are false materialistic values. The plight of the young lady is the example of fine mind and values ultimately subverted by outrage. It is a warning and an absolute outcry to the need for direction or moral core to everything we as humans do. The young lady has nothing between her and both extremes of the pyramid. In her final polarization is the focus of where "Charles" wants to take all those not better advised, with the wisdom needed not to fall into such traps. This historically has been the vicious cycle caused by the less discerning aspects of split consciousness and what takes the liberator to become the monster. JCH

Most do not know that I came to Project Avalon about a month ago with my main purpose to start a Focused Mass Intention. I did not come for the Charles material and I definitely had no idea of what his purposes would grow into. I came for this specific reason which has been a burden on my spirit to get up and going. I am discussing this in the open here praying that it is the correct place and time to help gain the momentum we need. I have previously sent this request out to other Avalonians on a mostly individual basis and we have begun a group, the “Global Intention Group” or GIG for short.

For months it has been pressed on my mind and spirit to start, foster and nurture a movement to organize as much of humanity as possible in a Group Intention. I know that they’re others attempting similar things but that did not lift my burden to do so. I chose to start here at Avalon and hopefully to grow far beyond! Yes, this is the beginning of my efforts and I hope yours because I need help to approach other receptive individuals and communities with this or similar Intentions.

Please forgive me for being so direct in my approach to all of you now. But, I am reaching out to ask all of you to participate in what I and many believe is the most powerful proactive action we can all take to save humanity.I also believe that this deals with many of the topics we are discussing on this thread. It is to raise our consciousness through Intension. Humanities Intention through (meditation, prayer, visualization, etc.) can enable a new and better world by focusing our Love actively towards each other and reducing the negativity feeding this current reality. I believe that organization in this is crucial. Will more of you join this by including our Intention daily in your life? Please help to strengthen our organized Mass Intention’s numbers and join the group so we all know?

The goal is to improve all of humanities plight, heal our wounded planet, and dismantle the system of service to self greed that we find ourselves trapped under. Raise our collective consciousness with your Intent and stop feeding the entities or vampires of negative human emotion! Let’s be extremely proactive to stop this greedy service to self paradigm we live in. Let's stop the powers that be from dividing us and filling many with personal fear, doubt and complacency. Complacent negative "automatic" intentions have humanity manifesting want and lack by their collective negative impact daily on thought patterns and consciousness. Most of humanity is feeding our negative reality. We each create our individual reality and together our collective reality through our consciousness. Let's start an organized change with us and all others who will join us now! I thank those here who have already joined!

On a side note, the recent Charles materials have shown us all one thing very clearly, that we are very eager to get busy and make change happen. IMHO I don’t think we need 18 special people to do this we need thousands maybe, millions Intending a service to each other reality out of Love. Please, let’s start here and now. Will you join with us and spread the word to all of Avalon and beyond?

Goals:
1. The Daily practiced Intention: Pray, Visualize, Meditate, etc. May all of Humanity Fulfill our Potential in a realm of Abundance, Health, Peace, and Individual Freedom in a state of Harmony with Mother Earth and all of creation based on our responsible service to each other from Love.

2. Please set a time in your time zone and commit to 10-15 minutes daily of Intention whether you choose to Meditate, Pray, or Visualize…GREAT! Whatever works for you! I am not here to push any one dogma or belief in this process. Let’s only use what unites us and that is our desire for change.

3. Remember to Intend positively and in love from your heart and not from any other intellectual motive or construct. Love turbo charge’s our thoughts power, many spiritual traditions and wise individuals have always known this and it has even been scientifically confirmed in our times!

4. I believe it important that once we have each intended daily that we live in a spirit of BELIEF that it will come to pass. While we wait for the evidence be full of joy and in anticipation of seeing it’s fruition in everyone’s life on this planet, in this dimension, in this time line, in this Matrix, etc. LOL!
