Question (from a dude not coming from the USA) does USA have certain "safety standards" dealing with how ALL citizens are protected & safeguarded against possible FAILURE of huge proportions & severe consequences?

• Are there any real NEUTRAL security/safety checks & security/safety standards in how the people are governed?

If (almost) everybody can see that the leader of the most powerful and probably most dangerous nation on Earth has severe Cognitive Impairment Issues, is there no authority that is above & beyond the left & right paradigm that can step in and say: THIS IS DANGEROUS! We need to step in and demand him to be replaced!

You see, if it was in reverse, if Trump would be like Biden ... High chance Mainstream Media won't stop demanding him to be replaced and at least thoroughly cognitively tested by a real independent medical doctor (maybe a team of doctors) and who do not mind being 100% transparent about the test results!

The most amusing part of that video isn't the "poopy pants" thing, it's the part where she says Biden simply "had a bad night" during the debate. Which is a bit like saying OJ Simpson just had a bad night when he killed his wife and Ronald Goldman.

The new dem strategy is to basically admit to all the things they've been denying about Biden for the last few years, but to quickly follow it up with "At least he's not a liar like Trump!", or something similar. This is the new rallying cry. Okay, he can't talk! We admit it! And yes, he crapped his pants at the D-day ceremony! But he's as honest as the day is long!

I almost admire the lying in a way. It's staggering. I would have given up a long time ago. The daily, moment to moment effort it takes for these people to twist their heads into knots to protect this guy is utterly remarkable.

There is section 4 of the 25th Amendment, which allows the Vice President and either the Cabinet, or a body approved “by law”, formed by Congress, to jointly agree that “the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office due to a situation where the President is mentally incapacitated and unable to act as President." In such case, there is a mechanism to remove the President from office. Unfortunately, this, too, is a political process, enacted by the Uniparty, and only if such action serves the interests of the party (not the people). Right now, there is no real reason to remove Biden, other than his ineptitude is so blatant to the masses it may be hard to rig the 2024 election to install him back as the candidate to do their bidding. So the simple answer to your question is, "NO". There are no safety standards to safeguard the people.

All said, Biden's cognitive impairment issues are not really so dangerous as we might think. The powers in charge understand this. They are amid a delicate public relations dilemma where they have to promote both the "illusion" that Biden is in charge, while at the same time promoting he is "mentally fit" to do the job. Both are fictitious realities. If Biden were truly in a position of power, or had some effective command of global affairs, he would have been removed long ago, by any means necessary. The fact is, Biden -- who may not well know what planet he is living on -- is not a danger to the Republic at all, practically speaking. The only thing he really needs to concern himself with is what flavor of ice cream he wants after his mid-afternoon nap. He's 100% a figure-head tasked to read a teleprompter, to say whatever he's told to say, to do and sign whatever he's told to sign, and then change his diapers when it's all said and done and go back to bed.

Bottom line? I'm more concerned about the powers pulling Biden's strings than I am with his cognitive ineptitude.
