A bombshell study that The Lancet1 pulled within 24 hours is finally seeing the light of day. Now published in the peer-reviewed Forensic Science International journal, the systematic review of autopsy findings in deaths after COVID-19 shots revealed 73.9% “were directly due to or significantly contributed to” by the injections.2 Canadian oncologist and cancer researcher Dr. William Makis posted on X:3

“This is a victory of SCIENCE over CENSORSHIP!! Incredible perseverance by first author Nicolas Hulscher who didn't give up after LANCET pulled our paper within 24 hours after 100,000s of downloads for no legitimate reason. Big pharma put the squeeze on @TheLancet but has failed to stop us.

Our paper was delayed by one year, and those actions of CENSORSHIP and CANCELLATION led to many deaths that could have been prevented. This paper could be a game changer.”

High Likelihood of ‘Causal Link’ Between COVID-19 Shots and Death
Researchers including Makis, cardiologist, internist and epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough and Nicolas Hulscher, an epidemiologist with the University of Michigan School of Public Health, searched for all published autopsy and necropsy reports relating to COVID-19 shots through May 18, 2023.

Their systematic review included 44 papers with 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case, which is an autopsy performed on an animal. The average age of the people in these reports was 70.4 years. Most often, the cardiovascular system was involved in the death, followed by hematological issues, or blood problems, and respiratory issues. In 21 of the cases, three or more organ systems were involved.

The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days, but most deaths occurred within a week of the last shot. Three doctors who are experts in figuring out causes of death and studying diseases looked at each case separately.

They carefully examined all the information available for each person who died and concluded that in 73.9% of the cases, COVID-19 shots either directly caused or played a significant role in the person's death. Among them, the primary causes of death were:4

Sudden cardiac death (35%)

Pulmonary embolism (12.5%)

Myocardial infarction (12%)

Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) (7.9%)

Myocarditis (7.1%)

Multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%)

Cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%)

“The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death,” the researchers concluded.5

What Was The Lancet Trying to Hide? ‘Lots and Lots of Vaccine Deaths’
In a video from The Jimmy Dore Show, they discuss why The Lancet almost immediately pulled the concerning study.6 The journal stated, “This preprint has been removed by Preprints with The Lancet because the study's conclusions are not supported by the study methodology. Preprints with The Lancet reserves the right to remove a paper that has been posted if we determine that it has violated our screening criteria.”7 As noted by The Daily Sceptic on July 6, 2023:8

“Without further detail from the Preprints with the Lancet staff who removed the paper it is hard to know what substance the claim that the conclusions are not supported by the methodology really has. A number of the authors of the paper are at the top of their fields so it is hard to imagine that the methodology of their review was really so poor that it warranted removal at initial screening rather than being subject to full critical appraisal.

It smacks instead of raw censorship of a paper that failed to toe the official line. Keep in mind that the CDC has not yet acknowledged a single death being caused by the COVID mRNA vaccines. Autopsy evidence demonstrating otherwise is clearly not what the U.S. public health establishment wants to hear.”

The censored paper has now been peer-reviewed, however, and its findings add further support to those who have been sounding the alarm about COVID-19 shot dangers all along. The researchers explain, “We found by independent adjudication that 73.9% of deaths were attributable to fatal COVID-19 vaccine injury syndromes,” adding:9

“These results corroborate known COVID-19 vaccine-induced syndromes and show significant, temporal associations between COVID-19 vaccination and death involving multiple organ systems, with a predominant implication of the cardiovascular and hematological systems.

Criteria of causality from an epidemiological perspective have been met including biological plausibility, temporal association, internal and external validity, coherence, analogy, and reproducibility with each successive case report of death after COVID-19 vaccination combined with population-based studies describing mortality among the vaccinated.

Our findings amplify concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccine adverse events and their mechanisms.”

To answer the question of why The Lancet pulled the paper so quickly, The Vigilant Fox said:10

“Another COVID ‘conspiracy theory’ becomes reality as a bombshell study CENSORED by The Lancet has now been peer-reviewed. What were they trying to hide, you ask? Lots and lots of vaccine deaths.”

What Makes COVID-19 Shots So Deadly?
Most of the COVID-19 injections are linked to deaths, which suggests they share a common factor causing side effects, most likely the spike protein, the study suggests.11

Spike proteins can circulate in your body after infection or injection, causing damage to cells, tissues and organs. “Spike protein is a deadly protein,” McCullough said.12 It may cause inflammation and clotting in any tissue in which it accumulates.13 In fact, some suggest that spike protein in COVID-19 shots was designed to cause severe disease.

In a study published in the journal Science, by researchers with the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, it’s revealed that the S-2P spike protein used in several COVID-19 shots binds more strongly to the ACE2 receptors in the heart, lungs, kidneys and endothelial cells of blood vessels in the body compared to the spike protein of the original SARS-CoV-2 virus.14

“Given the average time (14.3 days) in which cases died after vaccination, a temporal association between COVID-19 vaccination and death among most cases is further supported by the finding that SARS-CoV-2 Spike mRNA vaccine sequences can circulate in the blood for at least 28 days after vaccination,” the featured study notes.15

Further, it’s been revealed that the spike protein on its own is enough to cause inflammation and damage to the vascular system, even independent of a virus.16 The spike protein is known to have deleterious effects on the heart, and COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis and heart attack are well-described in peer-reviewed studies.17 Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS) has also been reported after COVID-19 shots in both adults and children.

“A possible mechanism by which MIS occurs after vaccination could be the systemic distribution of the LNPs [lipid nanoparticles] containing mRNA after vaccine administration and the consequent systemic Spike protein expression and circulation resulting in system-wide inflammation,” the researchers explain.18 Given the study findings, they suggest that anyone who receives a COVID-19 shot should be monitored for at least one year:19

“The implications of our study apply to cases of unanticipated death without antecedent illness among COVID-19 vaccine recipients. We can infer that in such cases, death may have been caused by COVID-19 vaccination.

Further urgent investigation is required to build upon our results and further elucidate the pathophysiologic mechanisms of death with the goal of risk stratification and avoidance of death for the large numbers of individuals who have taken or will receive one or more COVID-19 vaccines in the future.

Autopsies should be performed on all diseased individuals that have received one or more COVID-19 vaccines. Clinical monitoring of COVID-19 vaccine recipients is indicated for a period of at least one year after vaccination to ensure the absence of serious adverse events that may lead to death.”

Potential Link Between COVID-19 Injections and Alzheimer’s Disease
In addition to deaths related to the cardiovascular system, McCullough and colleagues found COVID-19 shot-related deaths also involved the hematological system, pulmonary embolism and the respiratory system, while adverse events related to the gastrointestinal, immunological and neurological systems have also been reported after COVID-19 shots.20

A separate study investigated the association between COVID-19 shots and the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease and mild cognitive impairment (MCI).21 The study involved 558,017 individuals in Seoul, South Korea, who were divided into two groups — those who received a COVID-19 shot and those who did not.

The findings showed an increased incidence of MCI and Alzheimer’s in those who received a COVID-19 injection, particularly in those who received mRNA shots, within three months post-injection. The mRNA vaccine group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of Alzheimer’s compared to the unvaccinated group.

The study suggests a potential link between COVID-19 shots, particularly mRNA injections, and increased incidences of Alzheimer’s disease and MCI. “This underscores the need for further research to elucidate the relationship between vaccine-induced immune responses and neurodegenerative processes, advocating for continuous monitoring and investigation into the vaccines' long-term neurological impacts,” the researchers stated.

Rampant Censorship Downplays the Truth About COVID-19 Shot Dangers
In another example of the rampant censorship surrounding COVID-19 adverse effects, a now-retracted narrative review published in the journal Cureus called for a global moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 shots.22 The review cited significant increases in serious adverse events among those who received the injections, along with an “unacceptably high harm-to-reward ratio.”23

When factoring in absolute risk and the “number needed to vaccinate” (NNV), a metric used to quantify how many people need to be vaccinated to prevent one additional case of a specific disease, the review found “for every life saved, there were nearly 14 times more deaths caused by the modified mRNA injections.”24

As for the paper’s retraction, McCullough, one of the paper’s authors, called it a “stunning act of scientific censorship.”25 In addition to calling for a global moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 shots, the authors of the paper said the shots should be immediately removed from the childhood vaccine schedule, while boosters should also be suspended.

“It is unethical and unconscionable to administer an experimental vaccine to a child who has a near-zero risk of dying from COVID-19 but a well-established 2.2% risk of permanent heart damage based on the best prospective data available,” the paper notes.26

The moratorium is warranted based on the shots’ risks of serious adverse events, the mechanisms behind those adverse events, mortality data and issues with inefficacy, vaccine control and processing.27 As with the featured Lancet study, the Cureus study was already incredibly popular, with more than 330,000 views/reads/downloads in one month compared to the average Cureus paper, which gets only 2,700 in an entire year.28

With each unwarranted retraction, more people will begin to ask questions about why this crucial information is continuing to be censored and withheld from the public instead of openly debated and presented to the public.

In 2023, the Lancet censored and removed a COVID-19 vaccine injury and autopsy paper within 24 hours after 100,000 downloads. Francis Boyle, who wrote the law that Congress passed for biological weapons has released an affidavit confirming that the COVID vaccines are "biological weapons of mass destruction", that violate biological weapons laws, weapons and firearms laws.

So, what does this all mean? It means, it's time to get off our asses and to start suing the minions who continue to insist on injecting and mandating to us, according to Dr Ana Mihalcea, who joins Sean at the SGT Report with more absolutely horrifying details about this ongoing biological warfare attack on humanity.

She suggests that, since Big Pharma is hard to sue, that we could work our way up by suing healthcare workers for Pre-meditated Murder when they inject us with this known bioweapon – and that we should similarly sue any Chemtrail pilots we may happen to find.

What's stopping us? Dr Mihalcea says that sadly, a big component to humanity's inability to stand up to this outrage is due to the media mind control and due to the brain-damaging effects of the vaxx, which was part of the calculus of the bioweapon and is the desired outcome of this Cognitive Warfare.

I'm reminded of an interview by Steve Bannon with Dr Yan Li-Meng, who defected to the US in April 2020 from her position as a virologist at the University of Hong Kong, alleging that SARS-CoV-2 was made by the Chinese military and that they had been especially looking for a virus that could cause brain damage, while noting that about one third of coronavirus patients have been reported to have brain problems.

This is what Dr Mihalcea says she's seeing in her clinical practice:

"I'm seeing it on the brain scan, and I'll show you that, in just a moment. So here again, "Long COVID" is associated with long and severe cognitive slowing. There was another study that showed that up to nine points of IQ are lost by people who are vaxxed!

"So, I just want to tell people: This is an attack on cognition, and this is part of why people aren't waking up fast enough or they're not understanding what we're showing them!"

Dr Mihalcea says functional brain EEG scans are showing her that the hippocampus is being attacked by the bioweapon. She says, "This is why I use electron donors, like methylene blue, like the EDTA, like vitamin C, humic and fulvic acid to regenerate the brain, and I've shown on my Substack how I can functionally age-reverse people's brain by 20, 30 years, but it's very specific, that people see this is for real, and I can pick this up with these functional brain scans."

She continues, "Well, how are they doing this? We've all seen these people who just can no longer process information. They've taken the shots that, you know, whatever evidence you give to them, they cannot rationally really understand it. And what, again has been shown is that the carbon nanotube electrodes and that they are forming superconductors that serve like an artificial axon, like they build a neural network, a parallel processing platform in the brain so that your signal processing doesn't go through your own neurons, but it goes through this artificial platform that is AI-controlled.

"So this is how you create cyborgs, zombies, et cetera, that just follow [instructions] because this technology is bi-directional. It transmits information, but it can also receive information. And I just want to remind people that again, this is a slide from Karen Kingston, that the global patent for the COVID-19 vaccines contained graphene oxide, which is critical.

"This is also what Dr Ian Akyildiz discussed, who from the IEEE says that the mRNA are nothing but bio-nano machines. And this is where the warfare, the Cognitive Warfare comes in. And I wrote about this website, from the US Naval Institute and that discusses really that Cognitive Warfare for the military is of huge interest and that the human dimension to really maneuver; that is their goal.

"So what did they say? They said that the 'battlefields across conflict continuum now reach beyond the physical and cyber domain, and an individual's cognition is now a target.' So you can have cognitive, psychology and information communication technology to enable actors to target individual situational comprehension will with precision. So you can give them information to basically lead them astray, but you can also affect, for example, political matters and views.

"And you can specifically, the explicit targeting of human cognition, how people perceive and interpret information to gain knowledge and understanding is very specific Cognitive Warfare. How do you do it? With these nano electronics. You can completely take over someone's brain.

"This isn't just the US Naval Institute. This is NATO cognitive warfare. (Shows slide about NATO Cognitive Warfare). What are they discussing? 'Cognitive Warfare includes activities conducted in synchronization with other instruments of power to affect attitudes and behaviors by influencing, protecting, or disrupting individual group or population level cognition to gain an advantage over an adversary.' By the way, We the People are the adversary.

"Designed to modify perceptions of reality and whole-of-society manipulation has become a new norm, with human cognition, shaping to be a critical realm of warfare. Cognitive warfare focuses on attacking and degrading rationality, which can lead to exploitation of vulnerabilities and systemic weakening."

The above paragraphs describe to a T what the military has been doing to us.

Dr Mihalcea refers to a divide among her colleagues; those in the "spike protein camp" and those, like her in the "technology camp". She says, "It seems like we are all saying opposite things, but actually, it is both.

"So what's been shown is that the spike protein gene sequence is coding for hydrogel to make amyloid [the plaque that causes Alzheimer's], if the pH is 4, it would make amyloid, which a lot of doctors are saying, you know, that long COVID and the vaxx are affiliated with amyloidosis. But what these researchers have found that at a pH of 7, this stuff produces hydrogel. So this is synthetic biology, that will produce a polymer plastic and it is inside of the sequence. And so we are not really opposite in what we're saying, but it's both."

She continues, "What is important for people to understand that this stuff self-assembles, but that these antidotes that I've discussed in the Moderna patent is the EDTA with the vitamin C. Any polymer requires metals to start self-assembling. And when you pull the metals out – and specifically the EDTA also inhibits the self-proliferation of the nanoparticles. So that's what I've been using, very successfully."

She concludes by saying, "All of the stuff that I'm saying seems horrible, but take heart and fight. We have power...it's time to fight for our lives. As Todd Callender says, 'Either we win and they die or we die and they win.'""

"We are winning! After decades of Dr. Stanley Plotkin and his vaccinologist disciples insisting vaccines are the most well studied products on the planet, they just penned an article admitting precisely the opposite.

But let’s not be fooled! They are not saying this because they care about vaccine safety. They are saying it because they need to try and control the narrative. Let’s take a quick walk through this background and then go through some of the quotes from the article.

Background

For decades, the medical community insisted vaccines are the most thoroughly studied product ever; for example, Dr. Paul Offit said, “I think we should be proud of vaccines as arguably the safest, best tested things we put in our body.”

For decades, parents of vaccine injured children, vaccine injured adults, and other stakeholders contested these claims only to be shunned and attacked by the medical community and health agencies.

After this deposition is made public, Dr. Plotkin went on a tirade, making demands that FDA add “missing information on safety and efficacy” in vaccine package inserts and that CDC exclude harms from its Vaccine Information Sheets, “lobbying the Gates Foundation to support pro-vaccine organizations,” working to have WHO list vaccine hesitancy as a global threat, lobbying AAP, IDSA and PIDS to “support training of witnesses” to support vaccine safety, etc. See https://icandecide.org/article/dr-st...ng-questioned/.

The problem is, it doesn’t work. It doesn’t work because, at bottom, there are no proper safety studies. So, there is no safety data to add to the FDA package inserts, and hiding harms by removing them from CDC inserts doesn’t make them go away. Parents and other adults don’t simply stop believing what they have seen with their own eyes because CDC, WHO, the Gates Foundations, etc., won’t acknowledge them, or worse, they attack them.

The Article

That brings us to the present in which Plotkin and his disciples realize they can’t cast voodoo on the public. They can’t hide the truth that ICAN and others have tirelessly made very public. So, their only option is to try and co-op the truth they have lied about for decades by now admitting that the studies to show vaccines are safe do not exist. But in making that admission, they conveniently fail to admit that for decades they lied, gaslit, defrauded (and I don’t use that word lightly) the public by claiming that vaccines are probably the most thoroughly safety tested products on the planet and that people should rest assured, no stone on vaccine safety was left unturned.

Thus, in their article just published, they pretend they never lied about vaccine safety. They pretend they are now just pointing out vaccine safety has never really been conducted, as if that was not known to them before.

Don’t be fooled. Their real agenda is plain, and it is not to study vaccine safety, but rather to confirm that which they already believe. This is crystal clear from the fact that, while their article admits the studies have not been done, they write in the same breath that serious vaccine harms are “rare.” But if the studies have not been done, how do they know that? The answer is, they don’t, and they don’t care to know the truth. Their goal is to protect the products they have spent their careers defending and worshipping and that have brought them fame and riches.

They also ignore the mountain of studies and data which already exist that clearly show serious vaccine harms. Finally, just look at their proposed solution. After making the a priori conclusion that harms are “rare,” ignoring all the existing studies showing harm, these folk have the audacity to want to raid the federal vaccine injury compensation fund to presumably pay themselves and their compatriots hundreds of millions of dollars to conduct the studies that would, no doubt, seek to confirm their prior conclusion that vaccine harms are “rare,” while ignoring the studies that already show serious harm.

Comment: Again, duh! But nice of you to finally admit it after decades of gaslighting.

Comment: More gaslighting because had a proper clinical trial been conducted pre-licensure, we would know the safety before it is unleashed on babies and we wouldn’t need to rely on confounded-biased-conflicted-post-authorization “epidemiological” studies you now want to conduct which you make clear you only suggest because you want to avoid “public concern and consequent decreases in immunization coverage,” not because you actually care about safety.

“In 234 reviews of various vaccines and health outcomes conducted from 1991 to 2012, the IOM found inadequate evidence to prove or disprove causation in 179 (76%) of the relationships it explored, illustrating the need for more rigorous science.”

Comment: Shameless to pretend they did not for decades ignore or attack those calling for these studies while pretending a mountain of such studies showing the foregoing don’t already exist.

“[T]he budget for vaccine-safety monitoring at the CDC (which is responsible for the majority of U.S. federal efforts) has remained stagnant … at about $20 million per year” which they write is an “inadequate level of funding.”

Comment: Again, shameless to pretend parent groups have not been yelling about this issue for decades only to be ignored and attacked.

“The public [now] also wants public health authorities to mitigate and prevent rare but serious adverse events – which no longer seem rare when vaccines are given to millions or billions of people.”

Comment: They have always been given to millions or billions of people, and the studies showing the harms they cause are not rare and they already exist, but you don’t really care about that reality as vaccine safety is not really the goal.

If they are really interested in the truth about what injuries vaccines cause and the rate at which these injuries occur, then they should welcome convening a bipartisan panel which could first review all the very concerning studies and hard data that already exists on this topic (often by scientists not on pharma’s dole) and we could design additional studies together and have them run in the open so everybody has to live with the result.

Plotkin and company should welcome studies which can show vaccines have not contributed to the rise in chronic childhood disease (many of which are immune mediated diseases) from 12% of children in the early 1980s (when CDC recommended 7 routine childhood injections) to over 50% of children now (when CDC recommends over 90 routine childhood injections).

And we think they do welcome such studies if they can assure that the outcome would show vaccines do not cause these harms. Alas, the reality is that (as they know) studies showing vaccines contribute to this rise already exist. But their goal, in any event, is not to really study safety. Rather it is to prove their prior assumption that vaccines are safe and harms are “rare.” This approach is how they designed VAERS, V-SAFE, VSD, and every other “safety” system.

As is transparent from their article, the only reason they even pretend to care about vaccine safety is that they want to avoid reduction in vaccine uptake – not actually assure safety!

That all said, if they are really well-meaning, we would welcome collaborating. This is why our lead attorney, Siri, is reaching out to all four of them to request a meeting to review existing science and to design studies mutually agreed upon. ‘Highly Confidential’: Former FDA Chief Details Fraud in Merck’s Testing, Marketing of Mumps Vaccine

By 1998, regulatory labeling review had revealed that the mumps component of Merck’s measles, mumps rubella vaccine, MMRII, did not maintain the stated potency over its shelf-life, in violation of FDA regulations.

Rather than recalling the vaccine or attempting to develop a different formula, the company spent years trying to develop new and more sensitive ways to test the existing vaccine that would show high efficacy results, so it would still be in compliance with regulatory requirements and allow Merck to maintain its exclusive license.

Merck did this even though its existing data showed the vaccine was significantly less effective than claimed, Kessler wrote.

To temporarily make the drug meet Merck’s efficacy claims while the company developed tests, Merck increased the dosage of virus present in the vaccine — with the FDA’s knowledge — although the higher dosage was never tested in clinical trials for either safety or efficacy.

The company did not inform the vaccine recipients, providers or purchasers — including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which purchased the drug through its Vaccines for Children Program — that its vaccine was out of compliance.

Merck’s actions, Kessler wrote, had important “public health significance.”

According to the report, starting in 2006 and recurring since then, there has been a resurgence of mumps outbreaks in the U.S. The largest outbreak in 2017 affected more than 10,000 people in 46 states.

The vast majority of the people infected in all of the outbreaks received the recommended two-dose regime of Merck’s MMR vaccine, the report says.

“In my opinion, with regard to children immunized in the United States with vaccines manufactured from 1998-2007, no one can determine which of the children, who are now young adults, were immunized from the lots of MMRII for which Merck did not have adequate assurances of the potency,” Kessler wrote.

Kessler’s report was made public as part of the Krahling et al. v. Merck and Co. Inc trial. On July 9, the 3rd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Philadelphia heard oral arguments in the case.

The case involves former Merck virologists Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, who became whistleblowers in the early 2000s after alleging upper management tried to get them to falsify data in the tests the company was conducting to show its mumps vaccine maintained high efficacy.

In 2010, Krahling and Wlochowski sued Merck under the False Claims Act, alleging the company falsified data and fraudulently marketed its MMRII vaccine, which was “mislabeled, misbranded, adulterated and falsely certified as having an efficacy rate that is significantly higher than it actually is.”

U.S. District Judge Chad Kenney in July 2023 dismissed the case without ruling on whether there was any fraud. The court found that the alleged misrepresentations were not material to the CDC’s decision to buy the vaccine from Merck.

In other words, the court ruled that even if the fraud allegations were true and Merck had defrauded the U.S. government, physicians and vaccine recipients, the fraud wasn’t a factor in the government’s decision to purchase the vaccines. The plaintiffs couldn’t show that the false claims influenced the government’s decision.

After the July 2023 decision, documents, including the Kessler report, were unsealed and recently made available.

In last week’s oral arguments, plaintiffs’ attorneys argued the appeals court should overturn the dismissal, especially given the revelations in the Kessler report, including that a leading figure in U.S. public health — who was also the architect of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 mass vaccination campaign — determined the fraud and the violations were severe.

Merck disputed the Kessler report in documents the company submitted to the court, the attorneys said.

The fraud

Under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, vaccine manufacturers are required by law to ensure their vaccines are “safe and effective” and have labeling that is “not false or misleading.”

Companies must update any changes regarding efficacy, duration of protection or other similar issues. Periodically the FDA reviews the labels. In 1996, the agency started reviewing the Merck MMRII vaccine label, Kessler wrote. The agency first licensed the vaccine in 1978.

The vaccines are “live attenuated viruses,” meaning they contain a small amount of live mumps virus that is weakened to reduce its virulence, so the vaccine elicits an immune response, but does not make the recipient sick.

A live attenuated vaccine’s “potency” is the concentration of live virus in a single dose.

Merck’s vaccines were approved at a specific potency, listed on the label. Label potency is set based on the vaccine’s potency when it is first produced — which must be informed by safety data that ensures a vaccine is safe at the release potency — and by how much potency is lost during a vaccine’s shelf life.

Merck’s label claimed the potency of the MMRII vaccine was “20,000 TCID50,” which is the potency clinical trials showed protected against mumps. “TCID50” is a measure of the number of viral particles in a vaccine.

However, by 1998 it was clear that potency did not hold up over the two-year shelf life.

Merck proposed to reduce the label’s mumps potency claim to be in compliance, but it did not have any clinical data that showed the vaccine was effective at the lower level, so the FDA would not allow it.

The company began to prepare a new clinical protocol “protocol 7,” that would produce data showing the vaccine remained 95% effective — as claimed on the label and that guaranteed Merck’s patent rights — even at a lower potency.

To do that, Merck proposed different assays or ways to assess how well the vaccine elicited an immune response than it used previously.

For example, the company first proposed to use an ELISA, or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure antibodies produced by the vaccine. The test uses enzymes that attach to antibodies in the blood to identify whether they are present.

The FDA rejected the proposal because it said there was no way to correlate it to the “neutralization” assays used in the past. Those measured how well the vaccine could neutralize “wild type strains,” or how well it actually protected children from the mumps disease that circulated in the real world.

Merck then developed a new neutralization assay, but instead of testing whether it could neutralize the wild-type strain, it tested whether it could neutralize the attenuated virus in the vaccine, which gave no information about protection from real-world disease.

While it negotiated with the FDA over what assays it could use, in December 1998, Merck proposed to “overfill” the MMR vaccines — meaning to increase the amount of mumps virus in the vaccine.

This would make it possible for the potency on the label to be present at the end of the drug’s shelf life. The FDA agreed to the overfill for a “short interval” until the clinical study data was ready.

Vaccines produced after September 1999 were overfilled, according to the report.

The FDA informed the company its prior vaccines were “out-of-compliance.” However, some out-of-compliance vaccines remained on the market, because they were still within their expiration period.

Merck left those vaccines on the shelves, and approximately 12 million doses with low potency were released to the public within that period.

“In my opinion, with regard to FDA requirements, a vaccine is adulterated if a manufacturer does not have procedures designed to assure the product has the identity, strength, purity or potency it purports or represents it to have,” Kessler wrote, commenting on those vaccines.

He said the vaccine was adulterated at least between 1998-2007.

Kessler also noted that Merck used faulty data to justify its position that no action was necessary — like a recall — for the out-of-compliance vaccines.

He added that the clinical data showing efficacy were insufficient to support the argument that the lower potency vaccines were effective and that the company was known to have changed raw data “without justification” — the issue at the heart of the lawsuit.

Even after the overfill, it turned out that Merck still didn’t have data that showed the product maintained the potency claimed on the label.

Kessler also wrote that Merck failed to inform the FDA that its assays didn’t test for immunity, that its lots didn’t maintain potency even after overfill and that it didn’t fully investigate the lots on the market known to have questionable potency.

Merck also didn’t take the corrective measures it told the FDA it would, Kessler wrote, like submitting an application to reduce the shelf-life listed on the label. Instead, it attempted to use the faulty protocol 7 data to justify maintaining the label.

In 2007, the FDA accepted Merck’s request to allow its label to reflect a lower potency, but even then Merck did not stop “overfiling” those vaccines.

Kessler said the MMRII label from 2007-2018 — at the time he wrote his report — when continued to be “misleading” because it didn’t report that the efficacy claims were based on tests never shown to demonstrate protection from disease.

And, it still hadn’t completed clinical studies that showed any efficacy at that lower potency."

‘Nobody did a clinical safety study’

The Kessler report didn’t substantively address the safety issues involved in the overfill, which potentially eclipses problems with mumps vaccine efficacy.

There have been no adequate safety studies for the MMRII vaccine at or above the higher mumps virus levels associated with the overfill.

“Nobody did a clinical safety study of the highest amount Merck was releasing,” plaintiff Krahling stated in his deposition, “that’s why they were concerned about safety.”

According to Krahling, Merck had done a single, small safety study at an upper limit of 150,000 TCID50 mumps. Only 20,000 TCID50 is necessary for mumps immunity.

However, the specification allowed doses to be released as high as 250,000 TCID50, according to a November 2002 email from Merck Research Laboratory’s Executive Director Keith Chirgwin to other Merck officials included in the Kessler report.

This means that 50% of the MMRII vaccine recipients have been “overdosed” with mumps virus in an untested vaccine, Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer for Children’s Health Defense, told The Defender.

Higher virus levels can translate to breakthrough mumps infections caused by the vaccine as well as stronger inflammatory responses, which can lead to cytokine storm, autoimmune reactions, and neurological issues, Hooker added.

“They were doing a wait and see, they were simply relying on [passive] surveillance to see if any kids got hurt from the higher dose. The kids didn’t know they were getting that high of a dose when they got it, nor did their parents,” Krahling testified.

Also, Merck presumably increased measles and rubella virus counts in the vaccine in 1999 as according to FDA, the original (pre-1999) levels were out of specification, Hooker said. High-dose measles vaccines have been associated with female child mortality in Haiti and Senegal.

There is no clear determination of what the maximum levels of any of the three viruses are within any MMR vaccine distributed by Merck, Hooker said. The package insert only reports minimum virus concentrations but not maximums.

“Kessler’s report was written in 2018, but as far as we know, nothing has changed. That means children likely continue to receive the overfilled vaccines even today,” Hooker said."

Now published in the peer-reviewed Forensic Science International journal, the systematic review of autopsy findings in deaths after COVID-19 shots revealed 73.9% “were directly due to or significantly contributed to” by the injections.2 Canadian oncologist and cancer researcher Dr. William Makis posted on X:3

High Likelihood of ‘Causal Link’ Between COVID-19 Shots and Death
Researchers including Makis, cardiologist, internist and epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough and Nicolas Hulscher, an epidemiologist with the University of Michigan School of Public Health, searched for all published autopsy and necropsy reports relating to COVID-19 shots through May 18, 2023.

Their systematic review included 44 papers with 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case, which is an autopsy performed on an animal. The average age of the people in these reports was 70.4 years. Most often, the cardiovascular system was involved in the death, followed by hematological issues, or blood problems, and respiratory issues. In 21 of the cases, three or more organ systems were involved.

The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days, but most deaths occurred within a week of the last shot. Three doctors who are experts in figuring out causes of death and studying diseases looked at each case separately.

They carefully examined all the information available for each person who died and concluded that in 73.9% of the cases, COVID-19 shots either directly caused or played a significant role in the person's death. Among them, the primary causes of death were:4

Sudden cardiac death (35%)

Pulmonary embolism (12.5%)

Myocardial infarction (12%)

Vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) (7.9%)

Myocarditis (7.1%)

Multisystem inflammatory syndrome (4.6%)

Cerebral hemorrhage (3.8%)

“The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death,” the researchers concluded.5

What Was The Lancet Trying to Hide? ‘Lots and Lots of Vaccine Deaths’
In the video above from The Jimmy Dore Show, they discuss why The Lancet almost immediately pulled the concerning study.6 The journal stated, “This preprint has been removed by Preprints with The Lancet because the study's conclusions are not supported by the study methodology. Preprints with The Lancet reserves the right to remove a paper that has been posted if we determine that it has violated our screening criteria.”7 As noted by The Daily Sceptic on July 6, 2023:8

“Without further detail from the Preprints with the Lancet staff who removed the paper it is hard to know what substance the claim that the conclusions are not supported by the methodology really has. A number of the authors of the paper are at the top of their fields so it is hard to imagine that the methodology of their review was really so poor that it warranted removal at initial screening rather than being subject to full critical appraisal.

It smacks instead of raw censorship of a paper that failed to toe the official line. Keep in mind that the CDC has not yet acknowledged a single death being caused by the COVID mRNA vaccines. Autopsy evidence demonstrating otherwise is clearly not what the U.S. public health establishment wants to hear.”

The censored paper has now been peer-reviewed, however, and its findings add further support to those who have been sounding the alarm about COVID-19 shot dangers all along. The researchers explain, “We found by independent adjudication that 73.9% of deaths were attributable to fatal COVID-19 vaccine injury syndromes,” adding:9

“These results corroborate known COVID-19 vaccine-induced syndromes and show significant, temporal associations between COVID-19 vaccination and death involving multiple organ systems, with a predominant implication of the cardiovascular and hematological systems.

Criteria of causality from an epidemiological perspective have been met including biological plausibility, temporal association, internal and external validity, coherence, analogy, and reproducibility with each successive case report of death after COVID-19 vaccination combined with population-based studies describing mortality among the vaccinated.

Our findings amplify concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccine adverse events and their mechanisms.”

To answer the question of why The Lancet pulled the paper so quickly, The Vigilant Fox said:10

What Makes COVID-19 Shots So Deadly?
Most of the COVID-19 injections are linked to deaths, which suggests they share a common factor causing side effects, most likely the spike protein, the study suggests.11

Spike proteins can circulate in your body after infection or injection, causing damage to cells, tissues and organs. “Spike protein is a deadly protein,” McCullough said.12 It may cause inflammation and clotting in any tissue in which it accumulates.13 In fact, some suggest that spike protein in COVID-19 shots was designed to cause severe disease.

In a study published in the journal Science, by researchers with the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, it’s revealed that the S-2P spike protein used in several COVID-19 shots binds more strongly to the ACE2 receptors in the heart, lungs, kidneys and endothelial cells of blood vessels in the body compared to the spike protein of the original SARS-CoV-2 virus.14

“Given the average time (14.3 days) in which cases died after vaccination, a temporal association between COVID-19 vaccination and death among most cases is further supported by the finding that SARS-CoV-2 Spike mRNA vaccine sequences can circulate in the blood for at least 28 days after vaccination,” the featured study notes.15

Further, it’s been revealed that the spike protein on its own is enough to cause inflammation and damage to the vascular system, even independent of a virus.16 The spike protein is known to have deleterious effects on the heart, and COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis and heart attack are well-described in peer-reviewed studies.17 Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS) has also been reported after COVID-19 shots in both adults and children.

“A possible mechanism by which MIS occurs after vaccination could be the systemic distribution of the LNPs [lipid nanoparticles] containing mRNA after vaccine administration and the consequent systemic Spike protein expression and circulation resulting in system-wide inflammation,” the researchers explain.18 Given the study findings, they suggest that anyone who receives a COVID-19 shot should be monitored for at least one year:19

“The implications of our study apply to cases of unanticipated death without antecedent illness among COVID-19 vaccine recipients. We can infer that in such cases, death may have been caused by COVID-19 vaccination.

Further urgent investigation is required to build upon our results and further elucidate the pathophysiologic mechanisms of death with the goal of risk stratification and avoidance of death for the large numbers of individuals who have taken or will receive one or more COVID-19 vaccines in the future.

Autopsies should be performed on all diseased individuals that have received one or more COVID-19 vaccines. Clinical monitoring of COVID-19 vaccine recipients is indicated for a period of at least one year after vaccination to ensure the absence of serious adverse events that may lead to death.”

Potential Link Between COVID-19 Injections and Alzheimer’s Disease
In addition to deaths related to the cardiovascular system, McCullough and colleagues found COVID-19 shot-related deaths also involved the hematological system, pulmonary embolism and the respiratory system, while adverse events related to the gastrointestinal, immunological and neurological systems have also been reported after COVID-19 shots.20

A separate study investigated the association between COVID-19 shots and the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease and mild cognitive impairment (MCI).21 The study involved 558,017 individuals in Seoul, South Korea, who were divided into two groups — those who received a COVID-19 shot and those who did not.

The findings showed an increased incidence of MCI and Alzheimer’s in those who received a COVID-19 injection, particularly in those who received mRNA shots, within three months post-injection. The mRNA vaccine group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of Alzheimer’s compared to the unvaccinated group.

The study suggests a potential link between COVID-19 shots, particularly mRNA injections, and increased incidences of Alzheimer’s disease and MCI. “This underscores the need for further research to elucidate the relationship between vaccine-induced immune responses and neurodegenerative processes, advocating for continuous monitoring and investigation into the vaccines' long-term neurological impacts,” the researchers stated.

Rampant Censorship Downplays the Truth About COVID-19 Shot Dangers
In another example of the rampant censorship surrounding COVID-19 adverse effects, a now-retracted narrative review published in the journal Cureus called for a global moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 shots.22 The review cited significant increases in serious adverse events among those who received the injections, along with an “unacceptably high harm-to-reward ratio.”23

When factoring in absolute risk and the “number needed to vaccinate” (NNV), a metric used to quantify how many people need to be vaccinated to prevent one additional case of a specific disease, the review found “for every life saved, there were nearly 14 times more deaths caused by the modified mRNA injections.”24

As for the paper’s retraction, McCullough, one of the paper’s authors, called it a “stunning act of scientific censorship.”25 In addition to calling for a global moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 shots, the authors of the paper said the shots should be immediately removed from the childhood vaccine schedule, while boosters should also be suspended.

“It is unethical and unconscionable to administer an experimental vaccine to a child who has a near-zero risk of dying from COVID-19 but a well-established 2.2% risk of permanent heart damage based on the best prospective data available,” the paper notes.26

The moratorium is warranted based on the shots’ risks of serious adverse events, the mechanisms behind those adverse events, mortality data and issues with inefficacy, vaccine control and processing.27 As with the featured Lancet study, the Cureus study was already incredibly popular, with more than 330,000 views/reads/downloads in one month compared to the average Cureus paper, which gets only 2,700 in an entire year.28

With each unwarranted retraction, more people will begin to ask questions about why this crucial information is continuing to be censored and withheld from the public instead of openly debated and presented to the public.

Hotez Calls For Police Deployment Against "Anti-Vaxxers"

Social media went a little bonkers last week when an interview of Texas Children’s Hospital’s Dr. Peter Hotez began circulating with the Big Pharma insider calling for the United Nations and NATO to deploy security forces against “anti-vaxxers” in the United States. Dr. Hotez’s statements first appeared on the YouTube channel of an international pediatric conference that took place in Colombia, but the interview then jumped onto X.



The Simposio Internacional de Actualización en Pediatría (International Symposium of Pediatric Updates) later removed the interview from YouTube although photos can still be found on Facebook.

In clips of Hotez’s interview that continue to circulate on X, he claims “anti-vaxxers” caused hundreds of thousands of deaths in the United States. I uploaded one clip to my YouTube channel which you can watch here:

What I’ve said to the Biden administration is, the health sector can’t solve this on its own. We’re going to have to bring in Homeland Security, the Commerce Department, Justice Department to help us understand how to do this.

I’ve said the same with…I met with [WHO general director] Dr. Tedros last month…to say, I don’t know that the World Health Organization can solve this on our own. We need the other United Nations agencies—NATO. This is a security problem, because it’s no longer a theoretical construct or some arcane academic exercise. Two hundred thousand Americans died because of anti-vaccine aggression, anti-science aggression.

And so, this is now a lethal force…and now I feel as a pediatric vaccine scientist…it’s important, just as important for me to make new vaccines, to save lives. The other side of saving lives is countering this anti-vaccine aggression.

Hotez has long been noted for promoting controversial and sometimes false statements about the Covid pandemic and then accusing his critics of “anti-science.”

Vaccine Strain Poliovirus Detected in Gaza Sewage—WHO Sending a Million Doses of Polio Vaccine

"In response to a statement last week by the Palestinian Ministry of Health declaring that the Gaza Strip is “epidemic area“ for polio, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced it will send more than one million doses of polio vaccine to be administered over the next few weeks even though the poliovirus detected in Palestine area sewage is vaccine-derived and no polio cases have been reported.1 2 3 4 5 6

According to UN News, on July 16, 2024, the WHO determined that “vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 (VDPV2) had been identified at six locations in sewage samples collected [in June] from Khan Younis and Deir Al-Balah,” suggesting that children in Gaza may now be at risk for vaccine strain polio. The warning comes as diarrhoeal diseases, respiratory infections, and hepatitis A have been circulating in the Palestinian area since the start of the war between Israel and Hamas last year.1 2 3 5

While sanitary conditions continue to deteriorate in Gaza due to a lack of clean water and sewage spilling into the streets near camps where displaced people are living, dysentery and gastroenteritis are also spreading. Wild type and vaccine strain polio is mainly spread through the fecal-oral route when people come in contact with the body fluids of infected persons, which is facilitated in areas with poor sanitation.6 7 8

WHO Director-General: “No Cases of Polio Have Been Recorded Yet”
“While no cases of polio have been recorded yet, without immediate action, it is just a matter of time before it reaches the thousands of children who have been left unprotected,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. “I witnessed at first hand living conditions that are highly favorable for the spread of polio and other diseases,” said Hanan Balkhy, MD, WHO Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean.4 5

Spread of infectious diseases is not uncommon in war-torn areas and Adhanom Ghebreyesus invoked the specter of wild-type polio spreading even though there have been global polio vaccination campaigns since the Salk inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) was licensed in 1955 and the Sabin live attenuated oral polio vaccine (OPV) was licensed in 1961. The live Sabin OPV, which replaced the inactivated Salk polio vaccine in global vaccination campaigns starting in the 1960s, can spread vaccine strain poliovirus and “passively” vaccinate those who come in close contact with the body fluids of a recently vaccinated person,. However OPV can also cause vaccine strain polio paralysis and most polio outbreaks and cases of polio-related paralysis today are caused by vaccine-derived strains.8 9

As Adhanom Ghebreyesus noted (without referencing outbreaks of vaccine-derived polio):

Repeatedly, we have seen polio thrive in places hit by conflict and instability. In 2017, in war-torn Syria, an outbreak of variant poliovirus—a mutated form of the wild virus that can spread in under-immunised populations—left 74 children paralysed. In Somalia today, a decade-long civil war has resulted in the longest unbroken chain of variant poliovirus transmission globally, circulating since 2017. In Afghanistan and Pakistan, the last two countries where children are paralysed by wild polio, humanitarian crises and insecurity have prevented the world from stomping out the virus for good. Now, children trapped in Gaza face this same threat and are left with nowhere to turn.5

Regional Spread of Poliovirus a Possibility
With the detection of vaccine-derived poliovirus in Gaza, health authorities have expressed concern that polio could spread throughout the region, including Israel, but, again, do not make a distinction between wild type and vaccine- derived poliovirus.

“It will be almost impossible to stop the ecological movement of the virus,” said Lior Nesher, MD, director of the Infectious Disease Institute at Soroka Medical Hospital in Be’er Sheva, Israel. He added, “The disease does not respect borders.”7

Israel’s Ministry of Health has begun a campaign offering polio vaccination boosters to members of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stationed in Gaza. The boosters are not compulsory. Despite the vaccination campaign, there remains concern that vaccine-derived poliovirus may still be spread by IDF soldiers returning to Israel and other countries. Dr. Nesher noted that the dangers lies when soldiers return from Gaza and “carry the disease through mud, through their clothes, through their bowel movements.”7 10

The WHO’s plan to distribute polio vaccines in Gaza will be coordinated with the IDF, although the logistics of this effort will be daunting, given the lack of a cease-fire agreement between combatants and the fact that only 16 of Gaza’s 36 hospitals are functional (with reduces services) and less than half of the primary health care facilities are operational. “The health care infrastructure is ruined. There is no capability enough to control this outbreak,” said Mithqal Abutaha, MD, program manager for Project HOPE, a global health non-governmental organization that runs clinics in Gaza.5 10

VDPV2 Strain Linked to Oral Polio Vaccine
The VDPV2 strain that was found in sewer water in Gaza is linked to the oral poliovirus vaccine (OPV) that was last given in the United States in 2000 but has continued to be used in global polio vaccination campaigns in dozens of other countries, primarily in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Because the OPV contains a weakened but live form of the poliovirus, it can cause paralysis in the vaccinated person or a close contact. In 2022, state health authorities in New York confirmed a young adult in Rockland County had contracted VDPV2 which could have been transmitted by someone who received the OPV overseas.11 12 13 14

In the mid-1990s, co-founders of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) called on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to discontinue use of live OPV in the U.S. and replace it with the IPV that cannot cause vaccine strain polio.14 15

It is unclear what kind of polio vaccine will be provided by the WHO to the people living in Gaza."

Instead, the research reveals that COVID vaccines are linked to persistent excess deaths across 125 countries.

Lead researcher Denis Rancourt says the idea that COVID vaccines saved lives is "ridiculous."

The study also suggests vaccinated individuals might spread infections to unvaccinated people, exacerbating the issue.

Australia showed a notable spike in mortality following a booster rollout in January 2022.

Joseph Hickey, another researcher, concluded, "The excess mortality is caused by political interventions, including vaccine rollouts, which show no evidence of preventing excess deaths."

It seems that the “conspiracy theorists” were right all along.
