I allege that Dwayne Johnson of DJ & Sons Trucking LLC out of Milwaukee, WI, was the person who brought the fraudulent ballots into Milwaukee's central count around 1:15am on November 4th, 2020. Claire Woodall forced out the Republican observers around 10:30pm the night before, telling them all the ballots had been counted. An eye-witness says ballots were still being counted at 2:30am. Claire then is on video getting into the police SUV at 3:06am. And you see this photo? It was staged. A reporter and Claire went around the room where he would get her to pose, looking like she was doing these things...but she wasn't really. It was all a show. Then, the big spike for Joe Biden came in around 1:42am on November 4th. Look at her; she stole the 2020 Presidential election in Wisconsin. They waited until they knew the vote counts, then kicked out the observers, next stuffed the tabulators with fraudulent ballots. MICHA and Sols To The Pols helped her in this cheat. Meagan Wolfe was part of the steal in many ones; for one, she was on her own with no vote at all by the six commissioners who "approved" drop boxes. On July 8, 2022, the State Supreme Court slammed Wolfe by name several times in their ruling, stating that drop boxes were never legal. And who gave Wolfe permission to do this? "Republican" Speaker Robin Vos of the state assembly. In a private letter, which is now public from an open records request, from Vos' attorneys to Wolfe. Wolfe, Vogg and Vos all committed election fraud. Each tried to hide it from all of us also.

Three Experts Shred Fulton County 2020 Election Results, Shatter Secretary’s Claims of Georgia Election Accuracy

ATLANTA, GA, JULY 10, 2024 – The Georgia State Election Board (SEB) heard devastating testimony from three separate experts yesterday each of whom destroyed the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s official narrative that no fraud, errors or irregularities exist in Fulton County’s 2020 General Election results.

The experts upheld claims from SEB2023-025 complainants Kevin Moncla and Joe Rossi who contended that Fulton County certified up to 58,924 votes that have no source justification. These include:

- 17,852 ballots with certified votes that had no ballot images which are required for vote tabulation;
- 20,713 ballots with certified votes have no source tabulator from which they should have originated;
- 3,125 double scanned and double counted ballots
- 17,234 unsourced ballots were batch uploaded and backfilled into election results by the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) funded Elections Group to reconcile inexplicable errors

Three well-known technology professionals with over 100 years of total technology experience independently corroborated Moncla and Rossi’s claims. All of them have testified as experts in court cases or prepared expert court case declarations in 2020 election cases. Phillip Davis, a 30+ year career IT professional specializing in image analysis, confirmed that over 3,900 ballots were double scanned in the recount and double counted in the election results. He described the methodology he used and submitted a presentation to support his analysis. Clay Parikh, a 20+ year cybersecurity expert and voting system tester who holds a top-secret clearance and many certifications, confirmed that tabulator tapes are missing for over 20,000 in-person cast ballots and that 17,800 certified recount votes have no ballot images.

VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito, a 40+ year career IT professional with 20 years of voting system research, explained how Georgia’s ballot processing flow works, what a real investigation would have uncovered, and the specific false conclusions Secretary of State legal counsel Charlene McGowan gave to the SEB at the May 7 meeting. His presentation also identified over 1,000,000 ballot election records that are missing in violation of federal and state law. These include.

- 380,458 missing original in-person ballot images
- 512,743 missing original Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) files that authenticate the images
- 17,852 missing recount ballot images
- 17,852 missing recount SHA authentication files
- 20,713 original AND recount ballots are missing tabulation records
- 17,234 unsourced ballots were batch-uploaded into results to reconcile original count errors
- 16,198 unsourced uploaded ballots were needed in the results to reconcile recount errors

Attorney Harry MacDougal summarized the veracity of Moncla and Rossi’s claims and the untruthfulness of the Secretary of State’s office investigation. He called for a bonafide independent investigation and independent 2024 election monitors. He concluded that: “You cannot rely on reports given to you from the Secretary of State’s office. They are sweeping things under the rug.”

Explanation of Dominion Scan Time Evidence Provided to Ware Superior Court/Ware County Sheriff in the case Fulgham v Ware County.

The screenshot shows a portion of a TIF image file. It's a file with text describing each ballot including the ballot scan time. Each horizontal line in the screenshot shows the scan time of one ballot. Row #14209 shows that ballot was scanned at 10:36 AM on November 11, 2020.

"Scan Time" is local time, in this case Ware County GA.

"UTC" stands for Universal Time Coordinated

"Scan Time" is important here. It shows that 100 fake duplicate ballots were created on 11-11-2020 in Ware County. But Ware County had finished counting and certified on 11-6-2020. And these are not ballots scanned for the first time. These are ballots that were scanned for the second time. But the physical ballots should have been locked away on 11-11. Were these fake duplicates digitally reproduced?

Now look at the ballot images. Batch 11 was scanned for the first time on 11-3-2020. This batch of 100 ballots was later scanned for the second time on 11-11-2020 to create fake batch 35.

Interesting developments on the Fulgham v Ware County case. I first asked Ware officials to explain their records in October 2023. They couldn't explain it. So I sued for answers in February 2024. Ware officials stopped talking to me. They hired lawyers. And now they recently had a strange visit by @GaSecofState himself.

Recall that the GASOS has literally covered up 2020 evidence concerning Fulton County complaints by myself, Joe Rossi, and @KevinMoncla.

So for 9 months they haven't been able to explain this to me. In fact, the Ware chairman of the Board of Elections told me in February 2024 he had no knowledge of ballots being tabulated on 11-11.

It is my assessment, after nearly 4 years of research, that massive fraud occurred in GA 2020. And based on facts, I believe the counties were not exercising full operational control of the election.

It will take a massive civic effort to mitigate fraud in GA 2024. Hand counting ballots at the precinct level is important. Do not let Deep State corporations and organizations exercise sovereign control over our elections. Document and report anything suspicious.

About Pres Trump’s negative comments in GA about the 3 GOP constitutional officers last night: they’ve got it coming. After the past 3 years, I’m sick of the false lying media / leftwing/ Dems narrative regarding the illegally secretly recorded phone call between President Trump and GA SOS Raffensperger. I was on the call, which is now part of every leftwing media article about me since that day.

Fact: Trump’s legal team filed an election contest on Dec 4 2020. Supposed to be expedited but Chief Judge of Fulton County failed (refused?) to assign an eligible judge. So Pres Trump never got his day in Court. All the media focuses on is Pres Trump’s statement “we just have to find 12,000 votes”. The problem with that narrative is the Trump team had ALREADY found them - many many more than 12,000 votes that were included in the certified total - votes that were ILLEGAL under GA law. And shouldn’t have been counted. More than the margin between Pres Trump and Biden.

What Raffensperger has never done to this day is sit down and compare the data in the lawsuit with data from his office that he insisted proved Trump wrong. Data in the lawsuit such as:

- That the USPS records showing 18,325 votes cast from “vacant” addresses were wrong…
- That the data showing 1,000 votes cast from P.O. Boxes was wrong….
- That the data showing more than 30,000 votes cast by people who voted (illegally) from prior addresses was wrong.

And many other categories of illegal votes.

If Raffensperger was / is so confident of “his data” why wouldn’t he publish it? Why wouldn’t he be happy to share it even now to confirm his data was right and Trump’s data was wrong? Raffensperger never did that. Still won’t.

The lawsuit had already documented - “found” - well more than 12,000 illegal votes- all public record. More than 1100 pages of data and expert reports. What Pres Trump asked Raffensperger to do was LOOK at the data and the evidence in the election contest lawsuit, compare the records with persons from the Trump team. But he wouldn’t / couldn’t / can’t do that.

Raffensperger loves being adored by leftwing media so he could not afford for facts to come out. That’s why Pres Trump (rightfully!) still holds Raffensperger responsible for the mess in Georgia in 2020. Along with Gov Kemp and AG Chris Carr. They utterly failed to make absolutely certain that the results were accurate. They failed. All the American people expected then and now is accuracy. Those 3 officials didn’t do that. But NO ONE asked Raffensperger to “manufacture” votes. Asking to compare data to confirm accuracy shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Fulton County counted 142,026 absentees w/o any signature verification, because the $1 million system they bought for that purpose never worked. Signature verification was an unambiguous statutory prerequisite to counting those votes. By itself sufficient for election contest.

Breaking: I'm calling for the arrest and prosecution of Sandra Brown, the former election manager of Mesa County, Colorado.

Using her laptop, she accessed the Dominion Election Management System 111 times to flip votes in the 2020 election.

LDF files in the Dominion Voting System EMS (Election Management System) show this. Mesa County purchased the optional "adjudication" software package from Dominion.

President Of Voting Machine Giant Smartmatic Indicted On $1 Million Bribery, Money Laundering Charges

The founder and president of Smartmatic - the company whose voting machines and software are 'trusted' around the world to provide secure elections - was indicted by a federal grand jury on Thursday along with two other company officials on charges involving a bribery and money-laundering scheme used to secure elections contracts in the Philippines.



Roger Piñate, 49, of Boca Ratón Florida, along with Jorge Miguel Vasquez, 62, of Davie, were among those charged over the alleged payment of $1 million in bribes to the former chairman of the Philippines Commission on Elections, Juan Andres Donato Bautista.

"These bribes were allegedly paid to obtain and retain business related to providing voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippine elections and to secure payments on the contracts, including the release of value added tax payments," according to a press release from the US Department of Justice.

According to the indictment, the alleged co-conspirators financed the bribes by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine used in the elections. To hide their crime, prosecutors say they used coded language to refer to a slush fund used to make the illicit payments - causing the creation of fraudulent contracts and fake loan agreements to make the transfers appear legitimate.

The defendants then allegedly laundered the funds related to the bribery scheme via a constellation of international bank accounts in Asia, Europe and the United States - including in the Southern District of Florida.

Bautista, Piñate, Vasquez, and Elie Moreno, 44, a dual citizen of Venezuela and Israel, are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering and three counts of international laundering of monetary instruments.

If convicted, Bautista, Pinate, Vasquez and Moreno each face a maximum penalty of 20 years for each count of international laundering of monetary instruments and conspiracy to commit money laundering. -Miami Herald

Smartmatic was founded in 2000 by Piñate, Antonio Mugica and Alfredo José Anzola - making international headlines after Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez chose the company to replace the country's voting machines in 2004. In 2006, they acquired Sequoia Voting Systems - though later divested its stake.

According to Smartmatic's website, Piñate "played a critical role in planning and executing the world’s largest election using optical scanners (in the Philippines) and in Smartmatic winning the largest election contract in US history (in Los Angeles)."

The company responded to the indictment Thursday night, saying in a statement "Smartmatic has learned that two of our employees have been indicted for alleged violations of the FCPA in the Philippines almost 10 years ago. Regardless of the veracity of the allegations and while our accused employees remain innocent until proven guilty, we have placed both employees on leaves of absence, effective immediately.

"No voter fraud has been alleged and Smartmatic is not indicted. Voters worldwide must be assured that the elections they participate in are conducted with the utmost integrity and transparency. These are the values that Smartmatic lives by."

Nation's Best Hackers Tell Americans What They Already Know: Our Voting Machines Are Not Secure

"Some of the best hackers in the world gathered in Las Vegas over the weekend to try to break into voting machines that will be used in this year’s election — all with an eye to helping officials identify and fix vulnerabilities," Politico has reported.

"The problem? Their findings will likely come too late to make any fixes before Nov. 5."

Isn't that convenient?

Harri Hursti, co-founder of the Voting Village group that runs the white hat hacker forum, has found security flaws with voting machines every year for the last decade. Hursti is expected to publish a report on the vulnerabilities, which runs “multiple pages” and are consistent with past findings.

One of the presidential candidates, Kamala Harris, when she was a senator in 2019, summed up the problems with the nation's voting machines well.

"Paper ballots are the smartest, safest way to ensure your vote is secure against attacks by foreign actors," she said. "Russia can’t hack a piece of paper like they can a computer. We introduced the Secure Elections Act to ensure our elections are safeguarded. We must be ready."

On the Senate floor, Kamala Harris has lambasted electronic voting machines.

"We held a demonstration for my colleagues here at the capitol, where we brought in folks who before our eyes hacked election machines," she said.

The 2024 election is shaping up to be one of the most pivotal elections in American history. And regardless of the outcome, U.S. voters will not be able to fully trust the results.

Why? Because the country's elites are well aware of the problems with electronic voting machines, mass mail-in ballots, no voter IDs, and weeks of early voting. But they refuse to fix these problems.
