It was a really strange day in America when we lost Robin Williams. I thought we lost a gem that day and he was hardly on the news for but a moment. America was too busy to mourn or they were too ashamed that he took his own life. Nothing made sense that day during that summer.

Here in Ireland, the Emerald Isle mourned for weeks when they lost Sinead. But Ireland has a strange courtship with death and is a much smaller than America. It is closer to its own.
