I know that i am new here and don't know many of you at all
but just by going from what i have just read about GW and Lee B,
they both were here just to create trouble. It's obvious since
both were banned.

I've seen many of Celine's posts and she has always come across
to me as such a loving soul. I've never seen a bad post from her at
all.

As for Richard, i don't blame him for coming to his wife's rescue. Lee B
was after-all, making some harsh judgments against Celine and i would
have done the same thing, in his place.

I feel that banning Richard was the wrong thing to do. He did do something
wrong, so in that case, he should have been released from his duties for
about a week and then allowed to come back with full title and powers.

He made a mistake and that is all. Can't anyone see the human side of this
story? Non of us are perfect and we all deserve a second chance.

Maybe we need a three strikes and your out policy around here and this
power to ban, shouldn't be left to solely one person, even Bill. All the mods,
admin and bill would have to agree before banning anyone.

I'm not saying this is true because i just don't know but if bill did betray
Celine's trust then bill should man up and apologize to her.You can not
have the type of web site you would want to have without real trust

Something for the PM concern

I'd experienced at least two occasions of PM disappeared with false notifications, so did Voda

At the first time when it happen, on 10th Feb. I reported that to Richard as follow


with no response from Richard, so I thought it may be just me or me&Voda in this case, no biggie, although I was warned before that there is "a spider in my pocket", I still don't know for sure what that is so far, but I am pretty sure I was being watched/filtrated for whatever reason, I got several friendly advices about that from good friends here in Avalon.

my point is:
1) did anyone else encounter this kind of weird situation?

2) if this is not just my cases or Voda's case, we should take it seriously

3) can you(Bill, Mods) do anything about that?

4) I might wonder whether it have something to do with the PM stuff being talked about in this thread? if it is, well, how about we do something constructive?

This happens when a sender of a message deletes it from their outbox before it is read by the recipient.

The notification does not get deleted.

I wish to state this very clearly:

In my 2.5 years as a Mod I have never been privy to any PM's other than my own. I have NO knowledge of access to Pm's from an Adminstrative point of view and I did have access to the Admin area.

It never entered my mind nor did I ever witness such discussions of access when working in the backroom. I have been here the longest as a Mod. I do not know of anything remotely along these lines of access to members Private Pm's. Period.

I'll just briefly share some of my experiences re pm's etc.

Early on not long after i first joined Avalon i was sent a few friend requests and a pm or two.I had a few problems replying to these pm's and requests as i sent away several replies but found out that some of them never reached their destination for whatever reasons.Possibly a glitch or something.So some of the pm worries that people have might be nothing more than a simple technical glitch such as the one previously that we had editing posts.

Personally i don't think that there is anything to worry about regarding personal privacy here.

Just a thought, but could all of this be a deliberately manufactured distraction to divert our attention away from something else really important?

Maybe it's just a coincidence, or maybe I have a swollen head (ego), but it was shortly after I started the thread "United People - an alternative world order" that all this disharmony was suddenly unleashed.

The thought just crossed my mind....

I thought I had better throw it out there, even at the risk of becoming a laughing stock or being tarred and feathered. It could be important.

The distraction is deliberate if unconscious. The manipulation of drama addicted people is very easy for 4th dimensional STS entities. Uplifting threads like yours provide no food or "loosh for them. Threads like this are virtual farms for their hunger. The manipulated ones generating a steady stream. The attackers and word benders are of particular value to them.

I give these links again in the hope of curtailing their next meal.

My thoughts with regard to the topic of private messages:

One of my dearest friends held a position for several months in which she processed and filed seized E-mails from varying individuals caught in large banking scandals. Last summer, she told me a story of two wealthy bankers committing fraud, and the private E-mails they sent to one-another.

Before investigations were started against the two men, they were very open in their private messages, talking about every intimate detail of their crime. Once they realized a particular alphabet agency was looking into matters, they realized their E-mails between one-another would incriminate each-other, so they spent several days message back and forth about which message to erase, and which document to shred.

It wasn't until a day or two before their arrests that they then realized they'd need to erase the messages they sent about erasing the messages they erased

The moral of the story is simple. Private messages can be a good way to communicate freely and personally, but, as with any other form of conversation, what you say may haunt you.

I'm page 7/23 so far... heheheh, thought I'd take your post for an excuse to share a thought...that at least for me, is an important reminder. Sorry if it has been addressed in the volumes ahead!

All this talk about PM and privacy (invasion or uninvited) might be an opportunity to address one's own consciousness. If we are willing to viciously attack each other based upon our demand to protect our perceived personal space, how can we expect any better from our jailers? As a group, we demand disclosure, openness and transparency. Yet we will resort to tantrums, cry foul and justifiably it seems, to defend the high ground if our 'space' is threatened.

What makes anyone think that their computer messages, of any kind, are private?! What makes anyone think that their thoughts are private??!! For crying out loud, if we are hard pressed to advance in consciousness does that not mean that we become transparent in every way?? Can we not expect to perceive the immense beauty of each creature by beholding their entire countenance (including thoughts, dreams, 'sins', warts, fears, jealousies, insecurities, fantasies, hopes, loves, etc, heretofore hidden pearls) instead of the image they portray?

I'll be the first to admit that our advancement in power, wealth, security, influence in this world is dependent on our ability to withhold information ... to keep secrets. That is the way things are done all the way up to the '33'. We all agree to that paradigm. It is what keeps them in power. (it is how we keep power!) It is frightening to become transparent... we loose any sense of advantage in this 3D world.

So... we can continue to protect our private space at any cost or we can at least start to contemplate another paradigm where we, at least understand that nothing is private. As a result, we begin to be aware of our thoughts and observe them like the open book that they are to all 4-5th dimensional entities.

For a group that is hard pressed toward "the kingdom of heaven" perhaps we may reconsider our harsh judgements against those reading PMs (as undesirable as it may be). I look forward to the day when I may be able to 'experience' your thoughts just as the angelic realms do. Let us be angels to one another and cut each other some slack.

I support you a hundred % and I know that with the kind of man that you are, you followed your conscious on this and I stand by your decision.

You have done so much for all of us and I think it's important to remember what Avalon and Camelot are all about and why they were started. I do believe moderators will come and go but the main person that makes this all worth while is you. People will always have opinions on what should, could or would have been done better that is until they are the ones left holding the bag and find that their decisions will be meastured just the same by people just like them.

You are a good man and that says it all!
