Trump’s legal team filed a letter last month seeking to challenge the former president’s conviction after the Supreme Court ruled that presidents have an absolute immunity from prosecution for core official acts.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday agreed the sentencing should be delayed.

“Although we believe defendant’s arguments to be without merit, we do not oppose his request for leave to file and his putative request to adjourn sentencing pending determination of his motion. We respectfully request a deadline of July 24, 2024—two weeks after defendant’s requested deadline—to file and serve a response,” the DA said in a letter Tuesday.

The former president’s lawyers argued that the ruling confirmed their position that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg should not have been allowed to offer evidence at the trial regarding Trump’s “official acts” and, as a result, the jury’s guilty verdict should be set aside.

Will Scharf, an attorney who represents Trump in the immunity case, told CNN in June the high court’s ruling “absolutely” impacts the hush money case.

The House Judiciary Committee just sent this letter to Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan, asking her to turn over business records and communications between herself and her client, the Biden Harris campaign.

Loren Merchan has to provide the information requested as soon as possible but no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2024.

The letter says:

“As we continue our oversight of politically motivated prosecutions by state and local officials, we believe that you may possess records relevant to our work, particularly whether the House should move forward with the removal legislation discussed above. We ask, therefore, that you provide the following documents and information:

1. All contracts and invoices referring or relating to work performed by Authentic Campaigns for or on behalf of the Biden for President campaign, the Harris for President campaign, or the Democratic National Committee for the period January 1, 2023, to the present;

2. All documents and communications between or among Authentic Campaigns or any of its employees, agents, or representatives, the Biden for President campaign, or the Harris for President campaign referring or relating to the indictment, prosecution, or conviction of President Donald J. Trump for the period April 1, 2023, to the present;

3. All documents and communications referring or relating to any work performed by Authentic Campaigns that refers to the indictment, prosecution, or conviction of President Donald J. Trump for the period April 1, 2023, to the present.

4. Just read the frivolous, lawfare of which Jack Smith filed. What I find most interesting @realDonaldTrump, is that he never mentions our evidence in Delaware County PA. He also never mentions the fact he is in possession of our whistleblower disclosures about the who ,what, how and when they stole the 2020 election in Delaware County PA. Trump’s Latest Move to Throw Out the NY Case: What Does It Mean?

Attorneys for former President Donald J. Trump are asking, for a second time, that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s prosecution be removed to federal court. Their newest filing cites significant legal issues in the aftermath of the United States Supreme Court‘s presidential immunity ruling in Trump v. United States.

“This ‘zombie’ case should have been dismissed long ago,” write Trump‘s attorneys Todd Blanche and Emil Bove in the motion. “The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office (‘DANY‘) violated the Presidential immunity doctrine in grand jury proceedings, and again at trial, by relying on evidence of President Trump’s official acts during his first term in Office.”

IMMUNITY RULING.

At the core of the Trump legal team’s filing is Bragg‘s reliance on testimony from Trump White House aide Hope Hicks—as well as emails and other documents submitted as evidence through her testimony.

The Supreme Court held in early July that former President Trump—and all U.S. presidents—are presumed to be immune from prosecution for official acts in office. Hicks’s testimony and documents entered into evidence by Bragg likely falls under this immunity, meaning they are inadmissible.

A Federal law enforcement agent has just told me that the New York State National Guard @NationalGuardNY has started staging guardsmen in hotels around the NYC courthouse where President Trump is going to be sentenced on September 18th, as they are expecting that Trump will be taken in to custody and sent directly to Rikers Island by Judge Juan Merchan.

Here's a possible variant of the above:

After the "major false-flag 'insurrection blamed on MAGA", then delay the November 5 election due to the wide spread violence making it unsafe for people to get out and vote.

... and if that's not enough blood in the streets ... get Trump really dead this time, to justify even more (false flag) violence blamed on MAGA "extremists."

If the Demonrats manage to pull off something like the above, then that would provide, in my view, sufficient opening in the public mind, even amongst those still voting (D), still listening to MSM news, and still posting on Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram, for the white hat military to come forth, to bring forth the real Trump from Cheyenne Mountain, and to bring forth solid evidence that the violence was instigated by the Demonrats.

If the MSM news and social media sites are by then sufficiently "motivated" by the white hats to provide honest news and allow honest discussion, this could lead a large swath of less engaged "normal" people to a major shift in their awareness.

It looks to me like we're heading to more street violence, blamed on gun toting violent MAGA extremists. That's how the dark forces work, how they drive further advances in their tyranny.

The victory in this "color revolution" will go to those who end up controlling the narrative, thus determining whom the public blames for the violence.
