There has, for decades, been pretty strong evidence for a protective effect of caffeine and nicotine against Parkinson's Disease - I personally have been convinced of this since the early 1990s when I began to research the matter. There are plausible biochemical reasons why both of these might reduce Parkinson's disease or slow its development - because both enhance the dopamine neurotransmitter in the relevant part of the brain.

Caffeine is, of course, found in coffee; and nicotine can be taken in several non-addictive (because slowly absorbed) ways - as skin patches; or by smoking tobacco in some types of pipe (i.e. pipes that limit the harmful effects of tobacco).

The increasing incidence of Parkinson's disease (and related Lewy Body dementia) is mostly due to increasing age of the population - since it is a degenerative disorder due to a kind of self-inflicted damages that accumulates with time: Parkinson's incidence increases exponentially with age. While cigarette smoking reduces life expectancy overall, it may have been having a protective effect against Parkinson's at the same time, which - since smoking declined in prevalence - has now been removed.

Ian33, The Kloud mat by Centropix also uses PEMF. You might find reading about that delivery system interesting. Many blessings to you.

There are some videos out there about how some cannabis oil just crushes Parkingson and Alzheimer's symptoms in a matter of seconds.

    It is an INCREDIBLE therapy.

I had the good fortune some years back of working with a family whose eldest daughter worked with the man ( or one man ) designing this. We had many of the devices at the house. Mostly for the elderly person I was in the house to take care of, but I was welcome to use the devices myself and periodically had cause to. Each time, regardless of the reason for its utilization ( arthritis, pulled back, chronic myalgia... ) I was blown away with the result. In a single 10 minute session all would return to right. The immediacy with which pain is removed is surprising every time. The devices are very expensive, well beyond what I can afford, or else I would have one. I am pleased for your current good fortune, Ian, I have zero doubt the therapy will benefit you greatly.

This is more along the line of what I was using ( just to say ), because many of the PEMF mats are just not quite same --> P.E.M.F. Device

There are cords and rings that attach to it.

Dear Casey, I don't know if this is expensive for you or not. (What's expensive for different people with different crcumstances is very relative!)

The Spooky2 (Rife) system has an optional PEMF coil. The basic Spooky2 kit costs $345.69, and with 6% off sitewide (right now) that reduces to $325. Here it is:
And the additional PEMF coil costs just $20:
We have two Spooky2 threads, one public and one members-only: (The members' thread merely contains some additional personal testimonials. Yes, it works! )

    Thank you, Bill.

$325 is certainly far less than the 30k+ price tag of the P.E.M.F. device I have used and linked to in my post above.

Is it true the Spooky2 requires a Windows operating system? ( I am a Mac girl ). Macs do not work well when adding Windows so I never do.

Yes. Like you, I only ever use a Mac.

For my Spooky2, I found someone selling an old Windows laptop for $200, and my Spooky2 program is the only thing I use it for.
